I think need to move trade on bittrex. what is the point to sell on cryptsy if I can not withdrawal the BTC? more and more people say that they can not withdrawal BTC on cryptsy.
I agree, let's bring the volume to the other exchange

Please add Diamond coin. Ticker symbol: DMD. It's one of the oldest coins there is (It is 2 1/2 years old).. I'll also put in a request at the website. Thanks

This coin as a lot of promise. A good development and design team. Where we appear to be lacking is in marketing. Hopefully we can get that going and see some price appreciation. I've been with this coin since the IPO. So quite a while

I also disagree with this proposed auction.
It isn't open to everyone. It is open to rich people only.
I would suggest then to pony up .25 BTC with 11 other people to purchase a legendary staker. At least you will have some DMD rolling in. I'm in with 0.25 btc, who else is in? We just need 11 others to send in 0.25 btc each. We have quite the debate here. Let's see we need 30 BTC. I suppose you could go 0.30 and have 100 people. But that seems a bit much for the number of people. You be nice to have 50 or less.. 30 maybe.. But I'm open to suggestions. I have a couple coins and although my income is very limited. Regardless, I have invested a fair amount.. Best regards

Has anyone had any success in getting the CPU use down when the wallet is opened?
I actually combined all of my coins last night because of the CPU usage. I don't think it is an end of the world thing, but as the blocks got smaller and smaller my CPU usage increased crazily. I have a gaming rig, and it was starting to effect the games I was playing. I thought about it for a long while and it seems worth it to combine everything together and just lose one 9 day cycle instead of grinding. Before that I had about a hundred blocks trying to stake all the time. It shouldn't take too much resources. I've got a gaming machine also and takes about 5% of resources.. Basic config Windows 7 8 core 16 GB ram SSD Regards, Brian

Why don't you guys just open source the new releases? What do you see wrong with the model of Bitcoin, Bitshares, Ethereum, Monero, NXT,
Nxt is doing it exactly as we do. Please, do not lie! Current NXT client version is 1.6.2 and it is fully opensource. Current Crypti client is 0.5.2 and it is not. Links you provide is not about opensource, but about opening the development process. Obsfurcated are only experimental versions which are mainly for testing. All releases are shipped with source. They said they would open source the code shortly.. Let's have them fix the issues, then do so. They've been honest and upfront the whole time .. regards, Brian

need 180/180 confitm blocks??? or... Staked coins take 200 confirmations.

Unless you have free electricity. Much better off buying coins as the reward value really isn't there.

in hope before new year to see the price 0.005 That should be doable if we keep our supply tight..More buying than selling. It's an investment not a lottery ticket like some others

Thanks. Added my name to the rich list. I'm a pretty firm believer in DMD Join in and reap the benefits. Let's get some others on that list as well..

hi. are there updates planned for dmd? some kind of roadmap? or we just wait for the halving of the PoS to push the price up because dmd will be more rare?
The only thing that will push the price up is more volume More buyers is the only thing that will push price up. More volume doesn't mean an increase in price

Dapp Contest - Create your own decentralized application and win up to 300,000 XCR!Hello Developers, The Crypti Foundation is holding a Crypti Dapp Contest, in which Node.JS and JavaScript developers can submit Crypti based dapps, in order to win lucrative XCR prizes. Individual members of the foundation are donating a large share of the prize. However, we strongly urge any community members to donate what they can, as a bigger prize fund will lead to much higher quality submissions. Contest Fund: 7143304632787156641C (currently 300,000 XCR ~ $1200) DetailsThe Dapp Contest will run for 8 weeks. That means until the 8th December 2015. Which should allow sufficient time for the competition to run within the Crypto-currency, Node.js and JavaScript communities. We are therefore, looking for high quality dapps that will showcase what the Crypti Dapps Platform is capable of achieving. When the Dapp Contest ends, we will give the community 2 weeks to vote for their favorite dapps. The foundation will announce the winners on the 22nd December 2015. The funds are held at the following Crypti address: 7143304632787156641C, any community members are encouraged to donate what they can. Rules- The dapp must be a Crypti based dapp only. - The dapp must be open sourced at the end of the contest. - The dapp must be written and owned by the developer themselves. - Each submission must be provided, along with a valid Crypti address, before the end of the contest. Winning CategoriesThe winning categories can be found below. The percentages shown, represent the proportion of the final collected prize fund the individual prize winner can expect to receive. It is therefore, only possible to collect one prize per submission. If one developer happens to win twice, they will receive the higher prize. With the next winning developer receiving the next prize down, and so on. In the situation where one developer submits two dapps, and they both win independently, then that developer will be eligible to receive both prizes. Community’s choiceThe community will vote for 3 dapps thought to be the best overall. - First Prize: 25% - Second Prize: 10% - Third Prize: 5% Foundation’s choiceThe foundation will vote for 3 dapps thought to be the best overall. - First Prize: 30% - Second Prize: 20% - Third Prize: 10% If you have any further questions regarding our Dapp Contest. Please post them at our Dapp Store thread on BTT. Let's get some Crypti dapps on the Dapp Store! Thank you very much, The Crypti Foundation Blog post Good luck everyone

So what's the big differences between Ethereum and Crypti? If they are pretty similar then I don't know why anyone would choose Crypti over Ether.
Hey, sorry for the late answer. You asked for the big differences, therefore I will only list the bigger items below. Correct me if I'm wrong. I heavily suggest you watch the Crypti platform preview video and the preview video of our first dapp Encrypti. After you watched them you can understand much better, what I'm talking about below. Ethereum is a smart contract platform, Crypti is a decentralized application platform. Where is the difference? Well, Crypti offers an all-round package for hosting your decentralized applications, registering them on the blockchain and insertion into Crypti's own dapp store. One click on install and another click on launch, and your dapp already opens up in a new window. Ethereum only offers (as far as I know) a backend system, i.e. a system for the logic of decentralized applications. That means with Ethereum alone you can only combine several smart contracts to create the backend code of your decentralized application. After that you have to take care of the frontend, storage and so on for yourself. Take a look at Augur or Gnosis, the frontend is hosted on a centralized server. While at Crypti it will be hosted at a maximum of 101 master nodes. Of course at Crypti you can also download it yourself (a click on install) and launch it locally. Hundreds of sidechains versus one big mainchainAt Crypti you create a new sidechain for every dapp you create. This way the mainchain of Crypti will stay very small and will not get polluted/bloated with unnecessary or dead dapp data. On the other hand Ethereum saves everything on one chain, on the main chain. The future will show which model is better. Yesterday the size of the Crypti blockchain (after 6 months) was 335MB, while Ethereums blockchain size was over 790MB 40 days after launch. I don't want to imagine what happens once there are 1000 smart contracts on Ethereum. The same goes for the gas price in Ethereum, right now it's in a state where it doesn't need to grow. But once there are hundreds of contracts alive it will grow higher and higher beecause the computation power is saturated. Crypti dapps are coded in JavaScript, while Ethereum relies on Serpent and Solidity.I don't have any numbers to back my hypotheses, but there are probably 1M JavaScript developers world-wide. How many Serpent and Solidity programmers are there? A few hundreds maybe, Ethereum created these languages themselves. Crypti relies on a proven language instead to reinvent the wheel. Crypti is running on DPoS, Ethereum on PoWI'm no big fan of PoW and I'm sure there are many more like me. This is a personal preference. If you like DPoS/PoS more, go to Crypti. If you like PoW more (and want to ignore above points), go to Ethereum. Last but not least, here is a comparison table I made in the past days. I will begin to distribute it in the coming days. Gotcha. Thanks for the detailed explanation! I'll definitely look more into Crypti because DAPPs are obviously going to play a big part in the future. You are welcome, the best thing you can do is of course to do due diligence and take a moment for yourself to think about each others advantages. Looks good. Thanks for the comparison update

someone again sold on cryptsy near 10k coins. I don't understand logic to sell everything cheaper and cheaper.
I have imagine they picked up a bunch during the drop. Wanted some quick profit and sold.

does DMD have a 50% Stake rewarding system? I would probably stake some diamonds. How many times per month will the wallet stake?
When people hear about 50% per annum, they did not immediately believe it. But it's true and this mechanism works great My wallet put into operation 24 hours a day, on average, every half hour I get a reward. I actually think that a lot of people are confused by "per annum." I don't think they are stupid, I just don't think they have ever heard that term. Also, a lot of other POS coins advertise their percentage by per time staked. Most coins advertise as a ~~% POS coin, meaning that each time it stakes you get that ~~ percent of minted coins. A 50% POS return every 9 days on DMD would be ridiculous because we would be out of coins in like two months. I really do think that is the confusion, not the other way around. Yes, a better term may be an annual interest of 50% or 50% a year interest. That may sound a bit better . Regards, Brian
