For instance, there were some projects that reached hardcap for the past one year, yet they have not listed on exchange. They come to give one excuse after the other and sometimes, thy break the means of communication between them and their community.
People invest in such projects because these projects have very good marketing campaigns. There are people who travel to countries and making conferences. they are finding new investors who do not even understand anything in cryptocurrency |

This is good news for North Korea citizen as cryptocurrencies are changing lives and especially the poor countries like North Korea. North Korea's govt decision will make Korean people happy and healthy in the near future.
I am not sure about it. The people there have other problems than crypto. If they have enough money for a computer and an internet connection they maybe can profit from the rising of crypto. But in the next future I think x10 at BTC is possible not more. So if the people there would invest 100$ they could earn 1000$, not that much for a whole life. we cannot know in advance how much bitcoin can grow in the future. if the technology can implement everything for which it was created then in the world there will be 90% of cryptocurrencies and 10 percent of existing money but in electronic form. and then bitcoin will be able to grow much more than 10 times |

Regulation will come and this will be soon, i guess. And i dont sure that this will be good for crypto
I don't think it's going to be very good for the decentralization of cryptocurrency, but it's good for the spread and use of cryptocurrency around the world It will be good for all cryptocurrencies in the long term. the regulation will help clear the market from unnecessary coins that are now empty or scam and then other crypto will begin to receive new investors |

Beside that you have mention above, i will give my opinion for this case. People who get scam from new ICO just speculate when they decided to join in it. Easy to believe what dev said about the project and just interesting on profit without considering the risk they will take.
I think that many people assess the risks that they take, but even after the project is unsuccessful, they still continue to make the same mistakes and choose the wrong projects. paradox |

In my opinion I think IEO is a little bit more secured and reliable compared to the initial process (ICO) and also I think crypto as a whole has a major role to play in here, the moment crypto gain more trust from the society it will automatically boost the investors confidence, and so therefore will make IEO a better option.
IEO now looks good as a concept, but in the future, I think that they will lose their position and people will begin to understand that there is nothing special in IEO. in the same way, if a small amount of money collected, then IEO is considered unsuccessful and most likely the project will not work |

Binance has recently offered staking at their exchange so may be a good reference to compare those coins while buying any POS to check the interest rate, stability, longevity, developments etc before purchasing...

If you askin about how to find scam coins, it's simple to answer, check website and development team, and also you must check whitepaper before that, but sometimes they are very close with trusted project, but there are always have a gap!
and all these actions do not give any guarantees that your investments will not be in the hands of scammers. now it’s almost impossible to identify a scammers through these actions |

The list that you have mentioned is spot on brother, but the problem is that these scammers are acting so professionally that you can’t tell the difference. We have our own bet to choose in which altcoins we are going to invest, So far Bitcoin, Ethereum, Waves, Neo, Eos, Bnb, Xem,
Vetchain, Ada, Kcs and Pundix are good alts for me to hold and for now good to buy them all as long as the price was in low value
then hold until the price kicks again in the market.
