But there are also bounty programs where they ended up failing like not being able to pay but we can't blame the managers for that. I would definitely rate most of the managers 9-10/10. Your profit will still depend on the performance of the project of course.

Yes many are switching to IEO ,I remember two ICO projects that I helped promote that later switched to IEO but ICO still exist till date and few of them are doing fine ,few meets ICO hardcap and few over softcap ,ICO still have the chance its not dead yet
