I've been seeing some pretty crazy multipliers on here, crazy how high it can go.

i like the game because of those crazy multi's Smiley never seen higher then 20k multi yet tho.
type bust 500k into the chat box you will see the multiplier has gone past 1 million X before,
im to lazy to log on and check what the max ever hit before was but im pretty sure it was over 10 million, but i might be completely wrong though....

1 million... ?  Shocked
That's the highest multiplier I've ever see if that's ever happen. I'm bet everyone will be regret forever if they just miss a million multiplier

On Tothemoon (based on BAB's source) I saw it hit 670k and on the very next roll hit 340k. Saw one that was like 900k+ as well but never two sequential ones that were that high.
3262  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [ANN] Mellow Ads - simple, bitcoin advertising - CPM/CPC campaigns now available on: September 14, 2015, 11:40:14 PM

that is the issue with CPM. CPC would kill these traffic exchanges,

exactly what I said but baztardo has no plans in adding it, at one point he mentioned it was in the works but that was almost 2 months ago and nothing since

CPC has been available for well over a month. But this can be gamed, too. Just analyzing traffic is a great way to kill off the traffic exchanges -- it's easy to see where hits are coming from, and there are "workarounds" people use that are pretty obvious as well.
3263  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] Purse.io - Bitcoin Amazon Marketplace - Save ~10-25% on Amazon Wishlist on: September 14, 2015, 11:36:45 PM
Please check this reddit post when a guy had trouble with police since he bought in amazon through purse.io
https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/2po40d/since_my_house_is_being_searched_right_now_small/

In reading the thread, it seems that was a pretty unique situation and in Europe as well. I have not heard any issues since and none in the USA.

To sum it up: for which party is it a bigger risk to use Purse? Buyer or seller?

In Europe or the US?

I have heard about issues in the US before as well.

The person who receives items is the biggest risk, since the funds used to purchase it could be illegal (meaning police are likely to suspect that you're the one carding since you're the one who benefits). It's rare, though, I'd think.

That is correct. Purse.io really should allow spenders to chose some minimum settings for buyers. Only those meeting those criterias can buy for you. For example i would set that i only chose buyers who had at least 3 successful trades 1 month ago. That will make it nearly impossible that he used carded funds.

But then... it could be still gamed. For example buying correctly at the start, with some anonymous prepaid virtual credit card. But it would lower the risk a lot i think.

It's a tough thing, because how would they get the successful trades to begin with? They would need to do trades that are risky (or someone would need to trust them in the beginning). I'll brainstorm this a bit and see if I can come up with a good way to handle it.
3264  Economy / Gambling / Re: MoneyPot.com :: The bitcoin gambling wallet on: September 14, 2015, 11:33:32 PM
thanks again for your input but it looks like that we have a misunderstanding regarding zero risk bet for the app owner and Investors

Yeah, I posted before I had read to the end of the thread. I hadn't considered bets where the player could lose but not win, like betting both red and black on roulette.

please let me ask again my question why should an app owner split 50/50% this 2.7% for this zero risk bet
with the Investors.

Well, the bottom line is "that's how it is; it you don't like it don't use the service".

But note also that the investors are getting a pretty rough deal at moneypot already. Most places they could invest only take 10% of their profits. There's no "app" to pay, only the site which takes a commission. Most places take just 10% of investor profits. In other words the invest gets 90% of the house edge and the site gets just 10%. So I don't see what grounds you really have to be upset when you "only" get 50% at moneypot.

As I understand it there are a few exceptions to the 10% commission rule : bitdice takes 20% and PRCdice takes 25%. But even PRC's 25% is still only half of what moneypot is taking from investors. Here's a chart for comparison. Compare the thick red line (investors at moneypot) with the three horizontal thick lines at the top (JD, BD, PRC) - for all but the biggest bets investors at moneypot do much worse than at the other places:

I suspect that the reason investors get 50% of no-risk bets is because Ryan is aware of how they can do better elsewhere and wants to make moneypot a more attractive proposition for them.

everyone should be allowed to share his opinion.

You are allowed to share your opinion, and so are the people who are telling you that they think you are wrong. What's the problem?

Yeah, reading over this, I like that investors get part of the "no-risk" bets as well. Generally speaking, they will be pretty rarely made, but they help give investors some upside. As it is, just like Dooglus said, it's already rough for us in its current state, and finding that perfect balance is hard.
3265  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: ‼ BitRevenues | Win 0.015 BTC | Free Lottery ‼ on: September 14, 2015, 06:45:58 AM
Revenue for round one [As of this post]

A-ads.com - 0.00079643 BTC 0.00413569 BTC
MellowAds.com - 0.00041656 BTC [website rejected - no more revenue]
AdBit.co - 0.00191454 BTC  0.00643551 BTC
Adverti.io - 0.0002 BTC [new revenue source]
CoinURL.com - 0 BTC [all either N/A or rejected clicks]

Total - 0.00312753 BTC 0.01118776 BTC

A whooping increase of 0.00806023 BTC in a month! We just need to be 10x stronger and we can reach our goal!

I'm aiming to release the first payment before November this year. We're ranked 1,613,147 on Alexa.com. I'm trying to get BitRevenues.com back to MellowAds platform before October. MellowAds will provider a even greater amount of revenues for us.

I have 0.03 BTC ready in my personal AdBit.co account to advertise BitRevenues. Additionally, I will be developing a script to allow faucets owner to fetch coupon code from our site to share with their users. The coupon can be extra tickets and reduced cool down timing.

Great to see the stats growing nicely, Smiley. Hopefully it keeps going up at a steady (or higher) rate!
3266  Economy / Gambling / Re: ToTheMoon.me | Bitcoin Gambling with Social Component | Faucet | Cashback on: September 14, 2015, 04:09:57 AM
Still want to see another currency for it,and I already told you which one.

Can I suggest some? Like monero and dashcoin or dogecoin? I got some of this too  Grin

I'd like to see DOGE supported, especially if we can invest in it, Smiley.

I dont think that they will open for invest program because the site is still new and they still have a long way to go for opening investment program  Grin

What are you even talking about? Both BTC and NXT sites allow for investing.

Sorry noob question here but what do you mean by TTM? when you look at his user history https://www.bustabit.com/user/Phoking the highest he went upto was 104+btc, he's now dropped to 61.41btc, the largest win i can see in his history is for i think 5 btc? does TTM not show on user history or what  Undecided

I believe TTM stands for "ToTheMoon" another bitcoin gambling site (http://tothemoon.me) based on the bustabit source

Yep, you got it. Usually I spell it out but since BAB and TTM are so similar I went with the abbreviation, :p.
3269  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: BitExchange hardware wallet is ready:Metal, Sapphire Crystal, Touch,Water proof on: September 14, 2015, 03:19:10 AM
Several have asked for more information and or a website on this product but seems like nothing is forthcoming.

If the OP is serious about doing business then he should at the very least post more information here in regards to the product, software etc... People will use this product to store small to large amounts of bitcoins and doing so without all the information required to make an informed decision is in my opinion a major risk.

I like the look of the product and would easily buy one but not without the OP disclosing full information about the product and not without some form of verification of such information.

There are presently more than enough alternatives [Trezor, Ledger, KeyKeep, Case etc..] where all the information has been shared and verified so no reason to waste anymore time on this product until such time as the requested/required information is shared.

Precisely my thoughts Wink That was the objective of my post. I like to see different hardware wallets and as far as the visual aspect of the thing this one looks pretty solid. But no information about it is really provided...

I'm with both of you as well. I love the square one -- it just looks so much more futuristic than the Trezor and alternatives. But I don't have a lot of confidence in a largely-unknown entity possibly being able to bug the systems in some way. I'd love to know the security to help prevent that.
it's open source code. you control your bitcoin.
and we will give out 20pcs free samples to our clients.when the plan is ready, i will publish it here.
thanks.

This is awesome. I would absolutely take a review one. I'd also review it for CryptoPlace as part of that, Smiley.
3270  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: do you believe with bitcoin on: September 13, 2015, 11:39:30 PM
it wont really replace the fiat form.

but the technology itself will be used in the finance industry sooner or later to make it valuable to those who are holding it.

The technology isn't tied to BTC, though. Any currency that uses the blockchain can easily take over BTC's spot. It takes a couple lines of code to change a site from accepting BTC to LTC, for example, or any other currency.
3271  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Where can I invest? on: September 13, 2015, 11:38:39 PM
Just go for bitcoins. You can earn a lot from it

Where is this bitcoins? You should provide a proper site url otherwise how one can guess what you're are thinking.

I think he meant mining bitcoins, if you got good equipment you can earn a significant amount of it.

But let's not forget the altcoins that can be picked up at cheap price now, and sold later at higher price!

I have good and bad experiences in new altcoins, it's true that cost cheap but it can go cheaper and you loose.

Not necessarly new altcoins, old ones can be cheap too. Burst for example is only 32 satoshi and its already established.

LTC is pretty cheap now, and its through the halving period.

NXT is also cheap considering the earlier price levels.

etc.

@smith coins
when you enter altcoin market you should always expect the risk of losing your investment because of the nature of the market which is so volatile and being pump and dumped by a lot of people.

as for litecoin it looks like after the previous pump, it went back to being dead again. so far the price was going consistently down. but it might have a little bounce back

LTC has "died" at least 100 times now, and always goes back up. It's heavily manipulated, so you really can't know what's going to happen next.
3272  Other / New forum software / Re: Can we "Like" a post? on: September 13, 2015, 11:37:45 PM
Replying or Quoting the thread can also express if you like a post or not. Tho the idea of having a like button is really one too look forward to. It can implement people to make more constructive posts and maybe if that person got enough likes he can trade it for bitcoins or currency that we can use in this forum to buy stuff for our profile.

I'd love if we could use rep for something like that, but sadly, people would abuse it badly by using a lot of alt accounts and doing like trades and such. I don't see this really working out.
3273  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTB] Generator Script on: September 13, 2015, 11:31:23 PM
I'm pretty sure I've seen xvzn's generator script used on other generators. You should ask him because he probably got the script from someone else also.
I sent him a PM. Thanks for the tip! Smiley

For anyone/everyone else, I am still looking for a good generator script!

You can probably learn the code pretty quickly. All you're doing is just pulling information from a database and inputting new information to it -- very basic stuff. The design itself would be the harder part. How much are you offering for this?
3274  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [wts] Steam wallet on: September 13, 2015, 11:30:19 PM
Tagging the thread to follow. I might take you up on this later as well, so long as they will definitely convert to USD (usable for NA).
3275  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: September 13, 2015, 11:27:11 PM
I think that there has been quite a lot of action in the past 24 hours or so in order to attempt to get the weekly candle to be red, rather than green.  It seems that there is only about 40 minutes left to determine whether this week's candle is going to be red or green...

Currently, the weekly candle is on the cusp of either way... but seems to be trending more towards the red...
Don't worry about the weekly candle. Bitcoin is going to scale, and make you filthy rich in time Wink

Or be replaced by another coin. Keep in mind that while Bitcoin is highly revered right now, anything that supports it can just as easily support any other blockchain-based currency with very minor changes.

Was just interested to know that have there been any reports of successful collusion on swc in the past? And how are we supposed to catch people while colluding? Also, at what time of the day is staff most likely to be online(so that they can keep an eye on cheaters)?

I'd think it would be hard to stop. I could get online with a friend from Canada and one from Europe (I'm from the U.S.) and we could collude over Skype, for example. I'm really not sure how that could be stopped. It's one of the downsides to online poker.

We apologize as today there will be a delay in cashback club and affiliate payments as our lead developer has a personal matter that will keep him away for at least 24 hours. Payments will be credited upon their return, sorry for the delay in advance. Due to some modifications in moneypot.com's recent payout structure, Cashback Club will be remodeled in the coming weeks to reflect these changes.

No problem! And based on what Ryan and others said, the new changes to MP should actually benefit site owners more since you have a much more solid income based on house edge.

Have patience mate ! They have received lot of feed back from first two waves. This time they are coming out with full preparation and minimum bugs so it is worth to wait.I think the fully functional platform will be pretty awesome.
