2381  Economy / Gambling / Re: ApopheniaBTC - Bet and solve the challenges to win BTC. on: November 15, 2015, 01:27:18 PM
Well don't worry, at least you haven't discarded the idea so take your time, I'm pretty sure it's a lot of hard work for just one person. Have you ever thought about getting help to work on your site? (not offering though, I can't program lol)

I'd like to know what the plan is, though. Like long-term. Even if it'll be a while, just knowing the general direction of the site is helpful.

The short term plan is to not forget to check my emails because I forgot to post a picture for a few days! :-) Here's a new picture btw which is going for a couple of days:

Long term plans: I hope to find some time to work on this and make a "Versus" play-style as described in some posts above. It could be during the Xmass holidays, who knows.

Ahhh, cool. And definitely keep up with emails, Smiley. The less things there are on the site, the less you earn too!
2382  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: ★ Key4co.in ★ || INSTANT || BTC + Many More || Fallout 4 - Black Ops III on: November 15, 2015, 12:25:08 PM
Why do you do this to me? Sad

It's only just begun and I've made a purchase...

Just got Metro Redux Bundle. Smiley

Edit: Can you also add the game "Men of War: Assault Squad 2" http://store.steampowered.com/app/244450/

Thank you for your purchase! We will add the game later  Smiley

Yes the sales on !!! Hmm quite a few titles interest  me at but am hoping for assassin's creed will itbe on sale here or shall I buy cod and hardliners Smiley

Buy as much as you like, we won't complain  Grin This Thursday will be huge with Assassins Creed and SW: Battlefront.

Can we get a listing of what all is on sale atm, and prices? I see some things on sale but the list seems pretty small.

We're deeply sorry, we wanted to start the sale with a complete list posted here, a nice homepage hero scene and an E-Mail. In the end it didn't work out as planned, a whole list will be available in ~9 hours. In the meantime you can check out the whole list here:
Key4coin - Sale

Sincerly,
Timo - Admin Key4coin

Thanks for the heads-up! Looking forward to the update. And I might have to jump on SW:Battlefront, Smiley.

Hoping to get through these 3 issues before bed:

-   Betcoin Andrew blatantly lies in the Betcoin chat room.

-   Betcoin is made aware they have a tournament scheduled daily that is setup to underpay every time it surpasses the guarantee.  They have known about the issue since late June/early July, they haven’t fixed it – but they have deleted threads about it.

-   How Betcoin handled the blacked out tables for the first few levels of the Million Dollar Guarantee on August 2nd.

But first here's some proof that Betcoin pays players to defend them on this forum.

(Maybe this is cool here, I don't know.  But it seems kinda scummy to me and I think at the very least everyone should know that it's happening.)

I am the one who received the bonus here after making this post: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1136935.msg11992785#msg11992785

The next day I received this email and 20 mbtc in my account.

Hello,

As Betcoin becomes more popular, there will be more people trolling, attacking, etc., our goal is to provide the best place for all of you. We will never do our players wrong, ever. Sometimes, we will need responses in forums and we appreciate that.

We want to thank you for your bitcointalk response to the "scam" accusation which was just ludicrous.  We are very appreciative of your selfless action in doing this and have added a small bonus to your account.

Sincerely,

Thomas

Betcoin

Also, I have some more evidence of Betcoin being aware of cheating, and choosing to do nothing until the cheaters attempt to withdraw:

I don't think they were aware at the time, but when staff likes another staff members post - it's made public for anyone to see in their profile.

This screen shot also may or may not prove that our passwords are not encrypted.

I posted this ss in Betcoin Chat just now, here are some of supports responses (basically encouraging everyone to troll me):

Betcoin Andrew: 81! That's insane.
Betcoin Andrew: Thanks Post, we are all trying to figure out OHYEAH
Betcoin Andrew: We just can't quite understand what is going on with him? Can someone help explain?
Betcoin Andrew: WE were thinking about having a bonus where the person who logs the most time, logged in and active would win, but OHYEAH would win that daily.

Entire Chat history can be found here : https://www.betcoin.ag/chat/log

Betcoin, you can troll me all day everyday - It may work in the the betcoin chat, but eventually someone will read this that you actually respect and ask you for a response.

I read your posts... and I had a similar problem you do with Andrew, but mine was with a different support person (almost 100% sure it was Paul). Essentially lying, and then ignoring my support requests when I posted a link to their own site that showed conflicting information. I was able to resolve this once I made a public thread about the problem. And since then, I have a support ticket that's almost 3 months old (with multiple bumps on it) and another that's like 4 months old (also with multiple bumps), both left unanswered.

I hope you get your issue resolved, =/.

2385  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] HaoBTC launches fixed term deposit account on: November 15, 2015, 10:20:42 AM
Hi Eric,

Any chance that HaoBTC will reduce the minimum BTC for the fixed deposit . 10 BTC is a lot.

Keep in mind that you don't have to go with the COD. You can just do a normal deposit of less and you'll still earn interest.
2386  Economy / Gambling / Re: [AUCTION] MoneyPot.com :: The bitcoin gambling wallet on: November 15, 2015, 09:52:39 AM
I've decided to put MoneyPot.com up for auction, full details are here:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1249919.0

Note to players/casinos: Any change of ownership, or event that would have any impact or risks will be clearly announced significantly in advance.

Users balances, logs, ip addresses, deposit and withdrawal history will **NOT** be included in this sale

I'm sad to see you let go of MoneyPot, it's a great service and I'm sure you could bring it to great new heights if you keep hold of it.

And just as ShitDice, the newest MoneyPot app, started taking off too. Wink

I'd love to hear who puts in bids, so I dislike it being silent. I thought about putting in my own offer but I wouldn't be the right person to ensure it's safe/secure, sadly. Not to mention legality concerns.
2387  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetterBets.io |Secure & Trusted|Weekly Rake+VIP|DICE★PLINKO★HORSE RACING on: November 15, 2015, 07:55:33 AM
Bjorn what does sale of moneypot mean for Betterbets is changes or will remain same? I invest in moneypot as it is only way to invest in Betterbets so I invest in your casino in this fashion. Do you plan to sell? PM me if this info not public I can evaluation investment.

I'd like to know how this all affects BB as well. Changing ownership can be a huge deal, both BB and elsewhere.

Only betterbets and some other sites at the featured app tab. The other is just clone of untitled dice so they should not be affected too much because of this change of ownership

But they have to trust the new management. Ryan has proven himself. Getting someone else with the same track record won't be easy.
2388  Economy / Gambling / Re: Dragon's Tale - a Massively Multiplayer Online RPG/Casino on: November 15, 2015, 07:34:08 AM
Yeah, Umuri was my mentor also. I would definitely recommend him if he's still there. But it's been so long since I logged into DT. Umuri was good about explaining the games and also gave you half of what he earned from being your mentor. He clued me into the secrets the seed planting game, the waterwheel, the air balloons and the wishing well. He really helped me to level up and unlock the higher level islands. Not sure if the game is the same now though. Maybe I should log in again and check things out.

They've actually made a lot of changes recently regarding that "giving back half" thingy.  I think it was pretty controversial and to be honest I still don't understand all the details of what went down.  In any case, I recommend LucyLuck as a mentor, she's almost always online.

I was wondering if this was allowed to begin with. Essentially it results in people buying referrals (who might otherwise not be using them).

It was certainly allowed, and changing it was quite controversial.  One of the main issues was that mid-level mentors supposedly couldn't get any students because high-level mentors gained so much more on the diff between the levels of themself and their students that splitting that difference made a big difference.  If you were a level 3 student and had a level 11 mentor then you made half of the diff between level 3 and 11, but if you had a level 6 mentor, you only got back half of the diff between 3 and 6.

I'm not as active on there as I used to be, in fact, I'd love to hear offers on my level 8 account.

Ahhh, that does make sense. I was somewhat off and on the game as time went on myself, mostly there for socializing (not a huge gambler Tongue).

2390  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] HYPER ~ Game Currency ~ ON CNBC ~ Twitch.tv ~ ShapeShift.io ~RPG + More! on: November 15, 2015, 07:08:20 AM
I bet that if Hyper gets adopted into other exchanges such as Poloniex or Cryptsy, it would cetainly increase marketcap and demand. Perhaps, this would make a positive effect on the price as well. In the meantime, I will just stick to hold them just in case.  Grin

Quite true! I am confident in the growth of demand and growth rates! Let's hope that action will be taken on introduction of coins on other trading platforms!

By the way, how is it possible for exchanges to add new cryptos to their system? I would certainly support Hyper to be added on major exchanges, I just don't know how they would do it.  Smiley

Most exchanges require people to vote for coins to be added. Usually at a price but some give free votes daily.
So why do you still have not tried to apply? It may be, and there would be people! Especially since this coin enthusiasts have enough! I think it is necessary Activities address this issue as soon as possible!

I have contacted exchanges with requests to add it in the past to no avail, it will take more than just me to get it added to any of them. Between DKV, Crypto PTC, Crypto Database, and DKV2 I don't have the time necessary to pursue exchanges to get a coin added.

This is something the community has to do.

If anyone does a push, I think Cryptsy would be the best place for it. It's got the highest volume.
2391  Economy / Auctions / Re: Auction of MoneyPot.com the bitcoin gambling wallet on: November 15, 2015, 05:14:25 AM
Its sad to see that you decided to auction the site.. I don't see anyone else capable enough to do what you did for the site, the investors and the devs.. But then again, real life is more important, and for that i salute you for it..

What happens if no one bids after the deadline? And incase someone bids and he/she got no competition, will he automatically win? Bidding 50btc is easy for big competitors of moneypot, Its gonna be sad to see some competitor site bidding for the site and winning, and just for the sake of abandoning it.. Every big business will do anything just to remove a competitor, even if it means spending and buying it..

Also what will happen to the current apps that are currently hosted or powered by moneypot if the new owner decides to just drop the project after buying it.

Again, its sad to see the site up on auction, And i salute you for what you did and have done for the bitcoin community. I wish you all the best in life.

Regards,
Uni

I doubt someone would buy it and just trash the site. And since he's looking for reputable people, he would hopefully choose someone that wants to really boost the site up even more and promote it more heavily.
2392  Economy / Gambling / Re: SwCpoker.eu | No Banking, Only Bitcoin | Bitcoin Poker 2.0 LIVE NOW! on: November 15, 2015, 05:12:33 AM
I would like to see other type of Poker tournaments and Sit n GOs. Ca you add Poker knockout tournaments and sit n gos to the room?

There's a knockout that runs daily and tons of SNGs offered.  The only problem is that few people are playing them.

The issue with KO tournaments is it helps promote donkey play (i.e., "I will take this risk because if I happen to win, I get a bounty"). That's how it is on most sites at least. Does the same happen here?
2393  Economy / Gambling / Re: [AUCTION] MoneyPot.com :: The bitcoin gambling wallet on: November 15, 2015, 05:01:51 AM
Aside from the workload, is there any special reason you are selling this ? Its kinda a waste because either why you as the owner and investor there is making money while its still running

I don't think it's fair for app developers if I just leave it running idle if I am able to find a new owner who had more time for it. Also, it's a huge liability to just leave unattended (e.g. Just today, I had to do a security update for libpng buffer overflow, which could potentially haven exploited by a hacker with the thumbnail uploading).

How do you even find out about all the security updates that need to be done? This is what's personally kept me from getting involved in running an important crypto site -- I don't have the knowledge of how to keep things secured all the time.

I'm wondering the same thing -- what's the motivation behind it? With how profitable it is, it seems like you could just hire someone to take some of the load off.
2395  Economy / Auctions / Re: Auction of MoneyPot.com the bitcoin gambling wallet on: November 15, 2015, 04:02:21 AM
Probably will not be making a bid (although I may), however I have been watching MoneyPot for a while, and would be curious to see what ends up happening with MoneyPot.

A couple of questions that someone who might be considering to buy your site might be wondering:

Can you give information on the costs/expenses that MoneyPot incurs?

Can you give information on how much MoneyPot (as a site) has earned over time? This is especially important because of the unique feature of having App devs (and having to pay them).

Can you explain the estimated profit that would be estimated to be earned by the site for every 100BTC that is wagered by gamblers making large (>0.25BTC) bets, and for every 100BTC that is wagered by gamblers making very small (<0.00001BTC bets)? (under current policies, and assuming that bankroll is 100% crowd funded, and assuming 100% luck for the casino overall)?

Would you be willing to sell a portion of the site (so someone could buy say 10% of the site, but not the bankroll)?

I think instead of trying to get him to portion out the site, it'd be better to just invest with others in a group situation.

How were the games this last weeks guys? Someone mentioned happy hour. Can we get a few people for happy hour? I would like to do 2-6 or 4-8pm Huh

I can manually add MBC or LP Huh

Luckyflop members Huh

We need more micro players, Sad. I watched the tables the other day for a while but the blinds are too high for me, Tongue.

A bit of an update:

So you'll see we've taken ~43k BTC in wager, given app developers ~216 BTC in commissions and investors almost ~200 BTC!

I like the chart -- it looks like the trend has been very quick growth! Hopefully this continues, Smiley.
