Ukraine is worth a lot more than one billion dollars.    Smiley

Ukraine is not even worth one USD. This is because, to prevent the complete economic collapse of Ukraine, you need to spend at least $ 15 billion every year. So if any one invades Ukraine and makes it his property, he has to dish out $15 b/yr from his pocket.

A country is not like a company indebt. There are plenty of valuable thing there that are owned by the people not thinking about the goverment.
In my country for example just the buildings owned by the government are worth around 10 billions euros. And we're not talking about land and companies , just plain old houses , hotels , resorts etc.
Just to maintain those close to 100 millions have been spent in the last two years.

And this well over 10 years of selling them piece by piece.

Pray for Peace.
Hope for Hope.
Change the change.

When Obama first became the POTUS in 2008, the public debt was standing at $ 10.0 trillion. Now its stands at $ 17.15 trillion. This is the change that he has brought in.  Grin

And? He can easily print another 170 trilions if he he (they) want .

It's time people realize the americans don't care about their debt , it's the other nations that have a carrot stuck in their a*** over this.

^about the poor people on the eastern europe and so on

most of them are labelled poor because they have 0 income on a bank account on the other hand most of them live on the rural parts and they got 1 cow, 2 pigs, 20 or so chickens 1 horse some sheep some land and cover the food needs by working the field and cut wood to heat their homes hand make some clothes from sheep wool etc tec basically if they can work they live from their work

on the other hand poor people on the west they have a flat they need to pay all the bills (mortgage) buy all the food and if they have 0 income they need to ask for charity food or starve so if nobody employ them they cant work and cant have a decent life

The most funny is ... what will think all poor russians citizen living in russia with no work and living....

Have you been to Russia?

Yes and i remember having seen only rich people there .... no poor and all happy citizen.

If you;re going to tell me that poor people in russia are living better than the rest of the western world I think you really need to get over that kgb brainwashing Smiley

Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked
Now starting to think we might see $1.

We will. The value of BTC is also recovering slowly so my prediction of $1.00 by Sunday might be off by a day or two. It might happen by this Friday. Sometime tomorrow it will be around $0.50 cents per coin. We might get there even quicker when people realize how undervalued this coin is and stop selling for peanuts. I honestly do not understand why people are selling for these prices when the buy pressure is so high. I guess $0.24 cents per coin seems amazing until a few days from now when they realize they could have gotten $1.00 per coin.
Grin yeh it is still undervalued Aur Is $2 and it's a shitcoin.
I instagramed the mintpal page some guy said he sold 150k BC for 500 sat, sucks to be him!!!!!!!

Aur is no longer 2$ , it is going down like a rock opposite of bc Smiley
3267  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Ukraine gold sent to America on: April 13, 2014, 10:53:29 PM
Such rhetoric does not make any sense when we are talking about material goods.  Roll Eyes There are records of sending and receiving gold (both Soviet and Romanian records for 1934, 1936 and 1950-1960s, 1986), there are statements from politicians (Gheorghiu, Ceauşescu)... Ceauşescu even have sent a request to Moscow in 1986. He asked Gorbachev to confirm that no error has been occurred, and that the gold received on in 1986 really was from the Romanian reserves. If you want to challenge them, then you have to conduct an investigation for all of their activities.

However, even if all you have said is correct, it doesn't matter. Gold was received in 1916 by Nicolas II government. Lenin's government announced that the Russian Federation is not a successor of the Russian Empire. So USSR had a right to return nothing at all... Because de jure and de facto it had nothing in common with the empire or Nicholas II, except territory. Especially after the two world wars. However, the refund was done, even if not completely... So, you really need another source.   Smiley

This is the only known line when Ceausescu is talking about the gold and it's with brejnev.

brejnev denied that the urss had any gold still in storage

reading through the discussion with gorbaciov there is no mention of gold/treasure.

And no , i'm not posting the lines in romanian just to annoy 247crypto Smiley
3268  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Ukraine gold sent to America on: April 13, 2014, 09:29:00 PM
Only 33 tones have been returned , not 64.
According to Gheorghe Gheorghiu records, "the problem of monarchical gold reserves was permanently closed", and I see no reason to doubt in his words... The authorities, who have replaced Ceauşescu, are simply looking for the ways to earn some additional points, that's all. They can have another point of view, of course.

Wait , are we talking about the puppet of Stalin? The man that forced king Mihai to abdicate? the one that sent peoples with shovels to dig the Danube - Black Sea canal where 200 000 romanians died?
The man that got that crazy that even Russians had to dispose of him?

Get yourself another source:)
3269  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: April 13, 2014, 09:22:20 PM
The distribution of mining is a problem you cant deny that the majority of new hashing power is not coming from the average joe.

Why should it come from the average joe? Was bitcoin purpose the redistribution of wealth and I wasn't aware of it?

Its worrying if you dont see how distributed mining is absolutely necessary for a number of reasons. Its not so bad when you can see pools mining blocks but what do you think everyone would start thinking if a huge amount of hashing power came online from an unknown source and was finding all the blocks?

So because people are panicking I should panic too?

So what is ghash is controlling 51%. If ghash had 20% , hashme 20% and extrahash 11% everybody would be happy without even thinking they might be the same company?

http://learncryptography.com/51-attack/
51% is soooo overrated
3270  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: April 13, 2014, 09:17:36 PM

So unknown + Ghash = more than 51%
Very healthy  Undecided

Ok , how about we dump to 2$ now because of that?
Seriously , too much bear in here Smiley

It doesn't bother you that undercover Ghash might be controlling more than 51% of the network?

Not at all really. Used to bother me then we had a full page of threads about it and I realized that it wasn't any reason to get that concerned.

3273  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Ukraine rejects Russia Gazprom gas price hike on: April 13, 2014, 09:08:55 PM
I was about to write that too... But I am not sure about Northern Europe being the winners. They still need to pay for the gas, and it will be EU taxpayers who will be paying for the gas in Ukraine, as opposed to Russian taxpayers (the subsidies to Ukraine were taken from Russian state budget) from the past years.

And those are not taxpayers money? Couldn't those money have been spent on something good for the russian people? not ukraine?

Does your valuation take into account the fact that Bitcoin mining as we know it will collapse very soon?
If that were true - which it is not - the large holders would subsidize it or the miners would change the rules.

What's wrong with Bitcoin mining?

What's wrong ? Maybe 34% coming from "unknown":

4PHs appearing from thin air in february ?

Do you think these are technology loving anarcho-liberals who want to get rid of the evil govs ?

In a couple of years you, for example, will be looking like a sad little dwarf at them. Until then. $500 at most.

ASIC is the cancer.

Oh yeah , here we go again. Gpu mining for the people !!!!!
3276  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Ukraine gold sent to America on: April 13, 2014, 09:02:10 PM
It's 99 years since Russia is safe keeping romanian gold , but that of course it's normal Smiley
It seems that somebody is misinformed... According to Central Bank records, ~64 tonnes were already returned during 1930-1990. Another ~7 tonnes were arrested as reparations for the damage, which was caused by WW2. I think that it's much better than situation with Germany.

Only 33 tones have been returned , not 64.
And here we're talking only about gold. the other valuables are still missing.
3277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] BlackCoin (BC) | on exchanges | PoS | No premine on: April 13, 2014, 08:58:37 PM
but at $1, you're looking at $60+ million of fresh capital being injected

No.

Um, how so? How else is a coin suppose to make it to $75 million dollar market cap from $9.x when the majority of the coins are held by longs? That value increase has to come from new capital, obviously. Doesn't matter if it is from outside USD exchanged in or conversion of other alts, it's still new money to drive up the cost per coin.

I am going to ask you a serious question. Do you know how much capital was poured into BC in just one night?

No, and no one does because the 24 hour volume exchanged is just that, volume. Could entirely be comprised of traders flipping back and forth. Even if you took at as $1m in new money, it's not enough on a daily basis to reach a valuation of $75m in market cap.

If nobody is selling it will take just 6$ for bc to reach 6$ per coin.
So with only 6$ you could x40 the marketcap.

Let's say that 1000 coins will be sold , still it will take only 6000$.

Do you honestly think 8mld $ have been poured into BTC ?
3278  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Afghan Presidential Elections 2014 on: April 13, 2014, 08:49:29 PM
Partial results are out. Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai leading with 58% vote. I doubt whether there will be a second round.

Seems like the people are voting according to the ethnic divisions. Not a good sign for an emerging democracy. All the three main groups (Tadzhiks, Pathans and Hazaras) are voting for men from their own ethnic division.

It's normal. They don't trust people from other groups so the bigger group will win and will make all that is possible to harass and drive out the others , like in any "emerging democracy".
3279  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Ukraine gold sent to America on: April 13, 2014, 08:46:11 PM
Regards to stability and its power US is the best place to send a country gold. If you sends it to a neighbour country that might be under russian influece somehow, the chance is bigger to never see the gold.

I can't believe this BS. It has been almost 70 years since the US stole Germany's gold reserves and they are yet to give that back. And adding to that the US debt now exceeds $17 trillion. I'd say that US is the worst place to send the gold reserves right now.

Agreed. As ironical as it may sound, Ukraine would have had better chance of having its gold back if they sent it for safekeeping to Russia.  Tongue

It's 99 years since Russia is safe keeping romanian gold , but that of course it's normal Smiley

Lol what does aura have to do with me or panda? You can't work out the maths, you have nothing to substantiate your arguments on other than the fact you are a thread hopping psychopath who tries to flame and troll coins. Your post history is a testament to that and validates that. I don't think you are interested in making any real investment in aura, I don't think you even hold aura, I don't think you have any interest in ever adding any value to any coin and my guess is that you have a relatively low net worth as far as crypto goes. Your dead to me .

False false false and false again.

And for the dead thing , there are plenty of people here who would love to see you dead Smiley

At least i haven't scammed anybody.

Prove it. Or forever be a troll

I'd rather be a troll than a scammer.

Why don't you show your face in your panda thread anymore?

And speaking about trolling your posts in the 10-5 thread are full of *** math.

In other words you are unable to substantiate the fact that you say it's false

Lol ;/

In other words  I know that even if a jury will find you guilty of fraud you're going to scream you don't have a clue about what you're accused of.

I had this fight with you over panda and I know how you kept denying everything. And when you run out of no no no it wasn't me you run out like you did before.

Already 4 people posted ... sevoque is here ... this will turn into a piece of s*** , that's proof enough.
