What remains if we realize that all of these coins are just copies? Where is the individuality? The Logo? The reward? The Block time? Everyone who is creating a coin atm is just looking for making money and tries to copy successful coins. They have no ideology but making money. There will be no advance in cryptocurrencies until someone is trying to implement them into the system because of serious ideology. Until then i will try to make some money with all these coins.
Yeah , just because there is no advance in cryptos with those coins we should just let them die. And invest only in different things. But since there are a lot of idiots willing to lose money on dreams , and enough copy paste guys willing to make money out of those idiots will be stuck in this limbo forever. |

If we really want to harm Russia in someway, we shouldn't be dependent of their gas. The only reasonable way for that is to accept gas from the USA, but do we really want to bend in front of the USA? I think The Netherlands (where I live) and Europe is already too dependent of the USA..
1) LNG costs will be at least 180% higher than gazprom supplies, i.e. EU will have to pay ~$900/1000 m3 instead of ~$500/1000 m3. In the meantime, if EU would decide to stop buying gas in Russia, Gazprom can start selling gas to China at even higher price. 2) So-called "shale revolution" is a scam, this extraction method is unprofitable. Shell got ~$5 billion of loss in a last year due to development of shale gas deposits. The next country with huge gas resources after russia is.... Iran. Now this is going to be funny:).
It's already funny for a few reasons: - Iran already set embargo on gas and oil supplies to EU.
- Now Iran already has a gas supply contracts, all their gas is supplied to China.
- Iran already made a few contracts on oil supplies to RF in exchange for goods, and there is a plan to continue such type of relations in the future
So, Iran it's not an option for EU, they did too much damage here to be forgiven for that. They have frozen $100 billion which belongs to Iranian central bank, for example. Things change with time , always TEHRAN (FNA)- Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said the economic relations between Iran and the EU will soon experience a major change as the two sides resume and broaden their banking relations.
Addressing a meeting with Latvian Foreign Minister Edgars Rinkevics in Tehran on Sunday, the President said Iran and the European bloc have always enjoyed good relations, and mentioned that as the first step in the nuclear talks between Iran and the six world powers is taken "and along with the development of the banking and economic ties, we are witnessing change in the relations with the EU".

6h to halving! Next pump on Doge will destroy our minds  Thanks , but i'm not that anxious to have my mind destroyed. Besides , why would people start to buy out of the blue after 6 hours and not now? It's not about buying it's about selling. After halving mining pools will have to find another altcoin for their pumping (Darkcoin) activity. Yeah , it was the same last time. You can check the price during the last halving. You will be unpleasantly surprised. The difference is that the price was massively pumped before the last halvening. Now it is relatively stable (well, for cryptos) since a few weeks, thus I expect a slow, natural, price growth in the next few weeks because of less selling pressure and growth of Doge userbase (600 new subshibers on /r/dogecoin yesterday!) I expect a small pump because of this new hype and a small dump. I certainly will take advantage of it. But I am willing to bet we will not see the increase most people here are waiting for. And about that user base....it has grown four times while the price has halved , number of transactions is going down from 120k to less than 20k.....sometimes I really don't understand those coins... |

I am talking to someone about a new block explorer so that shouldn't be long before it's available. What I'm trying to do is source some companies in Greece who might have an interest in crypto currencies and greececoin. Companies who can accept greececoin for a payment, in their terms it would be purely for investment because off the low volume and buy orders but even if it can get accepted for small items. Look the polar bear opens his trap again. As long as Greek People get greececoins that's my biggest priority. I can assure you there will be a lot of Greek People claiming There is an open source code for it , you the dev of a nation coin can't do it? As for Greek people claiming, just wait and see what happens, if your Greek and claim via greececoin.net you will get your coins, simple. They will be handed out from 6:00pm gmt 6th may. Just watch! So , as you see , for one whole week the "dev" wasn't able to create a block explorer. |

As I think it's bad to be fully dependent of 1 party (the USA), I don't think it's bad to spread.. And for that matter, I don't care whether it's Russia or for example Japan or Australia (if they should have had gas). We're already too dependent of the USA.

I can see the whole of two people who are "excited' about the "airdrop". I just love it when coins die I see great potential and where i am from (greece) the are a lot like me..But unfortunately not everybody knows about this forum! Ah... I see... and they're all just waiting for their 32 GreeceCoins i suppose  You don't see that in the majority greeks are not familiar with cryptocurrencies . Its a very good chance for them to understand this kind of economy and Greececoin its a very good start. Really? In greece not everyone knows about cryptocurrencies not everyone has knowledge of this kind of economy and with greececoin at least they get some coins 16.000.000 50% and they ll start using them and get in touch...so what if it goes well what if it gets some value and some attention. Thats the concept and i would like to see that happening to a country that really needs innovation and help even if it is from outside Greececoin lost 90% of it's value against btc in one month. Assuming the price of btc fell by half during this it means that greekcoin went 20 times compared to the usd. Using them on what? What the hell can you do when you get 50 cents worth of coins? You can't do anything... You will have to buy more , right? From who ? If the plan is that greek keep holding their coins )) And innovation? No , there is no innovation with this. It's a copycat a copy paste coin with a replace litecoin > greekcoin and that's all. Aurora dropped like a stone , Aph turned to be a scam , Spaincoin has 600 users out of 50 millions in two weeks .. And the dev behind greekcoin can't even create a blockexplorer. And what's worse , seeing this failure people will believe that bitcoin is also a pile of crap and this will do more damage than good to cryptos. |
