3361  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cryptotalk Future on: March 01, 2020, 05:08:27 AM
30000 Posts per day is not possible on the forum which is very new. Just compare it with this forum. Just in the past 24hrs here 6144 posts were made by 2458 users. (Source: http://loyce.club/active/) .  So do not expect 1000 users each to make 30 posts daily on that cryptotalk forum. That is not realistic number.
i dont think member will complete those 30 post maximum daily for just satoshi.
10 post perday is more realistic than this 30 post which is too much for other user's and can also be caused of ban if moderator find out that you are abusing thier campaign  by completing the maximum post daily.

They should lower the number of posts to 15 and increase the rewards to 3000 sats, so posters will be motivated to reach the minimum requirements and earn the maximum rewards, if they will not do this, they will keep banning people or countries.
They are putting ax in the head of their loyal posters I have seen one senior members, not eligible to earn anymore because he is part of banned countries.
3362  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BOXING: Fury vs Wilder III on: March 01, 2020, 02:25:24 AM
That's the spirit, I love it! Good for him that he pick himself up fast Smiley. I guess he really learned a lot from his loss against Fury. If the time comes that they will match up again, for sure he will be less cocky and be more careful on his steps which is the thing he should do from the very start.

On their fight he is very cautious and looks afraid on Fury, he cannot get out on his shield and cannot unleash his potent weapon which is his right hand straight, he should show something that he did not show on their first two fights, just like what Joshua did in their second match, he must become unpredictable.
3363  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can writing how hard you worked for earning money restrict you from gambling? on: February 29, 2020, 03:02:31 PM
Earning money is real hard and it's a no-brainer. So basically what I do is I write down in a diary of my daily income along side with what I have sacrificed for earning that amount.

Yesterday night after finishing my own assignment, I worked as a freelancer from 12am to 2 am to complete an assignment based on electrical engineering to earn $20.

I wrote down in my diary - earnt $20 - sacrificed 2 hours of sleep, 2 hours of not watching netflix and put in mental effort when mentally I was exhausted.

Now when I would have the urge to gamble with that $20, I would just see the diary and would realize I am not just gambling with $20 but gambling with that sacrifice of time and effort which I'll never get back. And it has worked for me to a certain level.

What's your opinion on this......

You don't have to gamble all those $20 but you can gamble a small portion of it, I'm not encouraging you to gamble but giving you a clear picture that a gamble can still gamble at even a small amount, because most gambling casinos, do not have minimum bet in fact I once allocated only $2 and still have the fun that I want but of course not the profit.
3364  Other / Meta / Re: 21 Million Proposal on: February 29, 2020, 01:37:00 PM
Proposal

The point is, BitcoinTalk should have its cap on 21 million registered users

Damn what a proposal if this implemented I'm pretty sure members here will see this as a good opportunity and will just create thousands of accounts so they can sell it in the future, so you have ten thousands accounts and you sell it for $5 each, we old timers is going to be rich if this is implemented.  Cheesy
3365  Economy / Services / Re: BitcoinBangladesh.org is looking for good writers on: February 29, 2020, 12:58:13 PM
Bump

You can also try Fiverr, we don't have a Bangladesh local board but we do have an Indian local board you can try that board too there are many Indians who are good in writing in Bangladesh native language since the location is very close to it, and I would like to congratulate you for making a step in introducing Cryptocurrency to Bangladesh.
3366  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you keep a spreadsheet for you wins and losses for tax purposes? on: February 27, 2020, 02:40:17 PM
While ago it just hit me when i won more then usual that in the future if bitcoin goes parabolic, these wins in btc can be huge and i have to tell my banker where i got the money from and i guess i have to keep how much i spend it to make it for tax purposes too.

I was thinking that i need to start to keep a journal/spreadsheet on my wins and losses soon. I've been stalling and avoiding it because i might not like what i see, i don't even know if i am on the plus side anymore. I am not sure how crypto gambling taxes go in here but i thought that it wouldn't hurt to have a record of my transactions in it while i am studying it.

So, i guess my question is that are you keeping a track of your wins and losses and for what purpose are you doing that?

I would not even think of that we file income tax because it's a source of our income, we should never treat gambling as a source of income, because you cannot guaranty that you will always win and this will put you in big trouble with the tax officer, and besides some tax bureau will not include that, unless you are a gambling operator.

3367  Economy / Reputation / Re: Is TAGGofficial a secondary account of Kaliecious on: February 27, 2020, 11:38:32 AM
Hi everyone, I need to learn a little bit about the links between accounts in this community  Cheesy
First, I saw this topic: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5228768
It is just a normal post, and it receives a merit  Cheesy But more importantly, it received a merit from Kaliecious, he didn't work long ago and it was the first merit he sent. Check here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=32408 and here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=merit;u=32408
So, is this the way for these people to create a new account in this community? Is this an abuse problem?

You must present a valid evidence if you are questioning the merit that he sent, I believe we should not question merits without valid proof that they are of the same account, I have seen some useless posts getting 2 to 5 merits from a single person and I also seen one guy giving merit to a guy who just answer yes, but that yes is happens to be very important to the one asking the question.
3368  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cryptotalk is racist on: February 26, 2020, 05:40:30 PM
I did mention that people can easily bypass this restriction on other cryptotalk thread, all they are doing because they are slowly falling apart?

Now everyone from those countries need to make 100 posts to get paid for their posting.

Better avoid and let them deal with ghosts. Smiley
I have an account here but not login anymore I have this feeling that they will add more countries and ban more people, they want very good posters but they do not want to add more categories and local boards and they are not also locking old threads so new people coming in will post the same answer.
3369  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cryptotalk Future on: February 26, 2020, 06:04:59 AM

Their rate of HQ posts is relatively low compared to what we see here, and they left no efforts to try their best to bring down the level of Bitcointalk posts to high spam quotient. Remember those days when 20 posts a day were the talk of the Town and spam was spreading like someone started firing bullets from an AK-47? I'm thankful to Yahoo for pressurizing them to just drop down the number to 5 paid posts a day max.

You have a point, it's been proven that posters cannot keep up with a high number of posting it will lead to spamming, they should lower the maximum number of posts and at the same time increase the post rate, so posters will have a motivation to come out with a good posts.
But they have nothing to improve because if you can able to check as I have few threads on cryptotalk really feeling wired whats going on one person asking I want to withdraw from yobit all thread is full of spam as nearly 500 replies with same answer so what the hack mods doing there is not motivation or nothing serious topic to talk most of spams and just time waster posts.

You know why, it's because there aren't enough categories when I was active there it took me 10 minutes to find one topic that I am comfortable participating because topics are all the same, because I don't want to spam the forum and yet some of my posts are deleted because the whole thread was deleted.
3370  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cryptotalk is racist on: February 25, 2020, 11:06:44 PM
Judging from all the post here, Cryptotalk is trying to survive I think one thing that will contribute to its demise is not listening to their posters, posters have been trying to convince the admins and moderators to install a notification when member posts were deleted and adding more categories and local boards but its falls in deaf ears.
3371  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cryptotalk is racist on: February 25, 2020, 04:08:26 PM
This forum is RACIST staring today they not paying posters coming from
Nigeria, Pakistan, India or Indonesia Egypt and Venezuela, they should have treated every poster individually and not based on their nationality
I'm not from any of those countries but I feel this is a Racist move and should not be taken lightly

I have a member account here  but definitely not going to go back on this forum because of this issue

I hate RACIST

Correction the ID could be Indonesia or India I have to clarify that I just got it from one posts coming from one member

Cryptotalk is always been a controversial forums and they keep on doing the cheap things which they think will improve the post quality but steps like these won't help. And mind it not all the the posters from these countries produces spam.
All the mods on that forum are from the Russians and in future they may admit only Russians to post.  Cheesy

This goes down to moderators not doing their job properly if they are doing it, they will send a warning to spammers not to spam but they are not banning people, they are only banning multiple accounts, spamming has no nationality it goes on individual character, they should just stop this pay per posts and just make themselves an ordinary forum, and add more category and local boards.
3372  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't just hold your altcoins for a long time! on: February 25, 2020, 04:52:38 AM
Don't hold some good but random altcoins for a long time. If you still want to hold then don't leave their telegram group or other social accounts, check updates on a regular basis. Because if you just hold and keep it in a wallet for 2 years then who knows after 2 years your coin's value may turn into zero value, because of the swap!

I lost many coins because of swap things! Recently Insolar is swapping their token, I did not know about it, because I have been holding for two years but did not care enough as the price was very low! Today I was checking the Coinmarketap android app and saw Insolar coin increased by 530% but their ticker is XNS when I knew it was INS! So, I joined their telegram and get the updates about the swap! Unfortunately, If I fail to swap on time then all of the value of my holding coins will be zero! So, except Bitcoin, Ethereum, don't trust any coin for just buy and hold for a long time, rather keep updating yourself!

100% sure but if they are not addressing questions and there's no update anymore for two months, you can just dump all your coins and consider that a loss, if this is what happening in a project and investors and holders are seeing this, they will be in a hurry to dump their shares and you will be late to find out that you cannot sell your coins anymore.
3373  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have You Started Gambling Because You Want To Be Part Of A Gambling Campaign on: February 25, 2020, 12:05:58 AM
I gamble from time to time even when I am not part of any gambling site signature campaign but when i become part of gambling signature campaign, this is where I started to add more time in gambling since I already have funds that I can allocate and I need more gambling experience to be able to add more input in the gambling discussion.
3374  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Idena is the first Proof-of-Person Blockchain on: February 24, 2020, 06:41:08 AM
I decided to go with that because out of 17 invitations that i've sent only 4 was not wasted (or partly wasted - f.e. missed second or third validation).

That is one bad score mate.
We sure need to set some basic community rules regarding Invitations, to avoid such things.

My last two codes are also not successful the first one failed to sync the wallet the second one failed to pass the validation because of to many wrong answer, you really can't be sure if your invite will be successful because some of them are new to this turing test, they do not know how to solve or do these during test even those who passed the test challenge.
3375  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbie members syndicate and rights on: February 24, 2020, 03:57:18 AM
I think Newbie members are endangered species and I would like them to have special rights in this forum, something like panda and polar bears have in real world.
Lets make newbie syndicate to protect newbie rights, so that we can have a lot more safer newbies.

Remember that everyone was once a newbie.
Love your fellow newbie  Kiss

I respect newbies some newbies are posting great stuffs but newbies is a journey if they can prove that they can contribute a lot of great topics here and discussion they can easily get out of newbie rank and even make it to higher rank in just a short period of time.
3376  Other / Meta / Re: Can user's post in multiple local board? on: February 24, 2020, 03:49:53 AM
You must first state on the board that you want to post or message the moderator that you want to post on that section even though it's your adoptive language, some topics on the local boards are all about the current situation about Cryptocurrency in that country, something that you cannot understand because of your location.
3377  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why not decentralized exchange..? on: February 23, 2020, 03:16:09 PM
I support decentralized exchange because all coins are on equal terms here, it does not exorbitant fees and it's an even playing fields for all the coins in the market those are already in the market and those that are just coming up, I guess we need education because so many newbies do not know how to trade on Decentralized exchange.
3378  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hex token on: February 23, 2020, 01:55:36 PM
Hello friends,
Here I do have some questions about ERC20 project named as "HEX".
Do you recommend it for investing?
They say that will make it sell on the market for a real high price soon and also got AA for it.
But as I can see currently the price is too low and I see a downtrend.
However the got too many related websites and pages...
So, anyone got any info about them?

If you mean the coin that is managed by Richard Heart, I recommend that you look at  it deeply, it's more of a Ponzi scheme to me this token will not last that long because investors will find out that they are played to lose on this project, go on coins with technology behind it not  from sweet words or well arranged plan, that is not realistic.
3379  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It doesn't look like on: February 23, 2020, 12:08:46 PM
It doesn't look like Bitcoin is going to go over 10k plus till May gets here, I think what we will keep seeing is rise and fall between 8k and 10k, the best way is to keep taking profit, buying low and reselling over and over, Im just worried what will happen once halving is over and the Almighty Halving Hype died off, there is nothing making the price surge presently than this upcoming halving, what do you think?

The month of May is still two months to go there are so many things that is going to happen heading to the halving so it's premature to speculate that will stuck to $8000 to $9000, for me it's fine you can buy Bitcoin at a much lower price because after the halving this could be the last time you will see that price.
3380  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is gambling a threat or fun? on: February 23, 2020, 11:16:11 AM
if you are playing for the first time it's a threat because you are facing a situation where you will have to decide on how you are going to react as a gambler and this is not easy for new gambler, but once you overcome this and you build a character and you are in control on how you gamble, then it become fun.
