3661  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Removal of signature before end of the campaign shouldn't cause disqualification on: September 19, 2019, 11:39:22 AM
There is a same rule in all of signature campaigns
"You must keep the signature till end of the campaign"

In my opinion it's really unfair.
Assume that a campaign includes 20 weeks. One person participate from week 1 until week 10 and makes effort for advertising the ICO. But he/she decided to participate in another campaign. In this case, bounty managers remove all the stakes that have been earned before. Don't you think it's unfair? In my opinion, he/she should give the reward for those weeks that had worn the signature.

You should understand that every campaign has a set of rules and they always state that they can change the rules anytime, it's unfair but this is their campaign and their project, if it's a long campaign, then look for a short one if you think the project is good to promote in a long term, then bear with it.
3662  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 💰 Tokyo 2020 💰 Discussion and bet thread 💰 on: September 19, 2019, 07:29:36 AM
Isn't a little bit early to start a thread like this?
Olympic game is an amazing sports event with a lot of bets, but what can be discussed at that point? There is still a long way to go for the athletes and for the teams till then...

I'm ok and agrees with OP to start a thread like this, this early, we must create hype on the coming Olympic and this section should have one active thread, this thread is complete and comprehensive I'm looking forward to OP to add more and other members to update the discussions.
3663  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many gambling sites are you playing and do you use the same strategy on: September 19, 2019, 07:03:25 AM
I'm playing on two gambling sites, but even if use the same method on another gambling site, I'm still getting the same results, they just differ on the length time that you are going to lose, sometimes it takes me 30 minutes to lose all my funds in one site and on another site almost an hour with the same method.
3664  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling just for fun? on: September 18, 2019, 01:41:00 PM
There are some people gamble and lose. if you ask them why do you gamble? They will answer you "just for fun"
They know they are loser in long term and no strategy works, but continue to gamble for fun.
How can enjoy something that you know you will lose? Is losing money really enjoyable? Isn't there any other entertainment you can enjoy?
I think these people are still hopeful of winning back previous losses or they are addicted. Gambling cannot be just for fun. There are many free games too.

It's a habit, just like sports with high risk. People in gambling enjoy themselves betting and taking risks on their money. Gambling is fun only if you do it for recreation only and not because of addiction to it.

The worse thing that could happen is if you try to extend or step of the line where it stopped being a recreation, I have seen that happen to other people and there is always the temptation to extend your limit because you always thought the next roll is a big win for you, something that last roll never happen.
3665  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: France: We can't allow Facebook's Libra in Europe on: September 18, 2019, 10:53:51 AM
France: We can't allow Facebook's Libra in Europe

Quote
PARIS (Reuters) - Facebook’s Libra cryptocurrency cannot be allowed to operate in Europe while concerns persist about sovereignty, systemic financial risks and the risk of abuses by a dominant market player, France’s finance minister said on Thursday.

https://www.reuters.com/article/us-facebook-cryptocurrency-france/france-we-cant-allow-facebooks-libra-in-europe-idUSKCN1VX0X5

Libra hasn't taken off but it looks like it will have a lot of roadblocks ahead specially in Europe. I don't know what steps Facebook big brass will do, but it is going to be difficult for them specially their history about protecting their user's privacy.

What are your thoughts?

Because of this, Libra coin will take note of this, and he will make sure that all the allegations are not true or going to happen, I'm pretty sure Libra Coin are all aware of this and will try to address this issue, we all know Facebook is good in lobbying, so I'm pretty sure they are going to lobby to the European community.
3666  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Most of gamblers are rich or poor? on: September 18, 2019, 05:56:51 AM
The question on the title just pop on my mind.
Are they poor or rich?
Remember the famous line on gambling?
"Only gamble a money you afford to lose". With that line we are really thinking of losing, the risk is still there.

So, what do you think on most gamblers now? Are the majority gamblers are rich or poor?

HOW TO KNOW IF A PERSON IS POOR/RICH?

 - Now, it's now on you how you will judge a person if they are rich or poor, we have different criteria on how we judge/look on poor/rich people.

Rich people are prone to gambling because they have the money to gamble, poor people depending on his location will be attracted to gambling because he wants to double his money, rich people can gamble in a long period because he has the means, poor people have limited funds to gamble, I can only guess rich people because they have the means and can gamble anytime, most of them had free time.
3667  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If I want to start a business in gambling, which country do I choose? on: September 17, 2019, 02:04:28 PM
In my opinion and based on what I’ve heard and seen on the news, HongKong is one of the most well known country who are into gambling and do have lots of casinos too. But as most say, it would be best to ask someone with higher authority to know what are the pros and cons of operating a gambling business outside your country. But if its just an online gambling business, do some research too and ask around.

If I will pick a country I will go for Hongkong also, they are an open country and it's great to move there because it is one of our premier business hubs, but if you want to start a small gambling site and your government is not restricting you, then you should have no problem in setting up one.
3668  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bad Devs and CEOs on: September 17, 2019, 01:19:56 PM
If some disciplinary act are been taken against teams and devs greedy habits will reduce in crypto space, bad devs and ceo are showing their faces to the public introducing their project to gain awareness, the teams are even going for blockchain seminars and here we are thinking they are doing the right thing to easily achieve success and increase adoption rate too but in the end the project still turn to scam, in crypto and blockchain tech a piece of paper anybody can just trampled on and do as they see fit? its really unfair, investors are taking risks i think these kind of devs should be dealt with to stand as an example for those who have evil thoughts of using blockchain

It's happening because they are not charged in court, and they are not  prosecuted and new developers seeing that those old developers who scammed investors, can run away with a lot of money tried to duplicate and even surpass their success, to the extent that they can show their real faces, to make the project appear real.
3669  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you a fan of Celebrity tokens? on: September 17, 2019, 06:19:10 AM
Do you know that Manny Pacquiao is launching it own token called Pactoken?

I just want to see what will be the outcome to this another unique and experimental project that made by a
celebrity boxer, Manny Pacquiao..

In the field of marketing, Celebrity tokens like Pactoken doesn't have problems in marketing because the name itself is already
popular and no need to market it all but most of these celebrities doesn't have any knowledge about blockchain and cryptocurrency.

What can you say about this projects? Can they sustain enough longer in this market or just bubble out and exit?

I am not a fan of celebrity token but it still depends on the celebrity who runs the project, if it is Pacquiao I'm going to support, we all know how generous and popular Pacquiao is, he can hire coders and developers if he can assemble a good and dedicated team then he has a good project coming.

3670  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Cock Fighting on: September 16, 2019, 12:59:03 PM
It's just sad because they don't accept Bitcoin. I having hardtime to cash in/cash out by going to any banks or remmitance.

Anyone here tried to gamble with cock fighting?
And maybe you know some websites that accepting Bitcoin.

Maybe soon they might include Bitcoin or if many gamblers will request that option to be added
I have not tried gambling with cockfighting before but I already watched cockfighting in a big arena, they say that betting goes up thousands of dollars, there are a lot of backyard cockfighting in the Philippines and this is illegal but if held in a big arena they call it derby and it's legal.
3671  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will There Comes A Time That All Online Gambling Sites Are CryptoCurrency Based? on: September 16, 2019, 10:59:30 AM
Anonymity and popularity of Cryptocurrency are two of it's the best attraction.
And Cryptocurrency games are more transparent.
Will, there comes a time that all online gambling sites will be Cryptocurrency based?

There's a big possibility that it's going to happen if you are a fiat gambler you will make a big shift once you tried to play the Cryptocurrency gambling, that's what the experience of one of my friend, he used to play in a fiat-based gambling site and make a big shift after he experienced playing in the Crypto based game.
3672  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do You Have An Exit Plan In Playing Gamble? on: September 15, 2019, 06:27:29 AM
If you don't have one you should have one in case you are losing to much and you are neglecting your family, that's a hard thing to do, if you are very much into gambling, in my case I can do an exit anytime, I just spend my excess money and just having fun one thing that I need to learn here is to not push my limit.
3673  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How important is the name of a cryptocurrency project? on: September 14, 2019, 05:57:02 AM
Just wanted to get your thoughts on this matter. Can the name of a project provide significant benefit or detriment to a project if it is appropriate/unappropriate or unattractive/attractive -sounding?
I am not sure how much of an impact it has.

It has a huge impact, in fact, companies are spending time and money to get the best name for their project, we all want a name that is associated success, longevity and sometimes projects, explain why they come with that name, some famous and popular products has a great history on how they come up with their name.
3674  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What do you actually spend your cryptocurrency on? on: September 13, 2019, 01:24:14 PM
Cryptocurrency has many usages in our country, you can convert it to our local currency, book a ride, buy a load a credit, pay all your bills, I'm glad I'm on a country where we have online services that we can use to buy a lot of stuff for some of our everyday needs.
3675  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Last 3 Months of 2019! What is your prediction about the Market? on: September 13, 2019, 01:03:25 PM
Last three months of the Year 2019 (4th quarter)is fast approaching! Do you think the market condition will be improve in the last three months of the year! are you still positive that the market will be gaining momentum to return its former status as it was before or just missing all the prediction in this year. drop your insight below!

It's hard to make a prediction right now, just when you think the price is growing up, the next time you wake up it's down again, it's been a quite some time that the price is stuck at $10k level, the best price that we can achieve is $15000 if we are lucky, if not we have to contend with $11k.
3676  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My Own Version Of Martingale Your Opinion on: September 13, 2019, 10:11:13 AM
Martingale method is explorable you can do an experiment on what works for you on a given time if your goal is to extend your time that you are going to lose your funds, I also do some variation, so it's will not become boring because of repetition, this is how you make it fun and enjoyable by exploring a lot.
3677  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao has own cryptocurrency called Pac on: September 13, 2019, 08:06:11 AM
Do you think such would ever go anywhere? Who wants to invest in a Cryptocurrency that is owned by one individual? Curious to see how the general public would look at it, coming from a sports personality who probably knows very little about the workings of blockchain.
He can hire people to work on the project he has the money and always has the motivation to explore a lot of things, Pacquiao is a very enterprising guy he will explore everything that can help people and make him richer, even more, let's give him a chance, we have given chances to fake developers and admins, this one is an honest guy and God-fearing too.
3678  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IS IT A SIGN OF FAILURE OR Scam? on: September 13, 2019, 07:14:33 AM
I have seen series of signature bounty campaigns that make their payments in bitcoin and ethereum for people of high ranks in the forum to wear their signature code, avatar and personal text.
These people of high ranks are sometimes seen by the newbies as the experts who can only or mostly campaign for projects with great potentials. The project teams seems to also believe this to the point that they pay them in bitcoin or ethereum in believe that those high rank members wearing their signature codes will attract investors for them.
Some of these projects end up being a waste of investors' funds and times.
Now my point is, if the high rank signature hunters really believe a cryptocurrency project will be success, why don't they accept it as payment? Does it mean they already foresee that the token will end up being a shit in the end?

KONOIS (KON) token is an example of such projects

Not all high-rank members are experts, they got their rank because in the past you do not need merits to rank all are activity-based, we are all the same here if you look at the spreadsheets of a scam project, there are seniors, heroes and legendary there, everyone got scam one time or another.
3679  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Money is Dirty Money on: September 13, 2019, 06:36:27 AM
If you are an ultra-religious person or works in religious organizations, you will definitely not accept donations of any kinds coming from gambling it's a big no-no to you and the organization that you represents.

But if you are an average person and a liberal one you will not treat gambling money as dirty money, as long as that money can help you and your family, it's how you look at it and it's on your belief.

I wish you luck,
Angell

I'm glad that you did put the disclaimer I hate it when people posted that they are guaranty to make money and sure money if they used their system, just like on another topic where OP posted that their system is worry-free and guaranteed to make you money, people like this do not know gambling is, I always treat gambling a game of chance, it's always 50/50.
