341  Economy / Speculation / Re: Understanding S2F Current Situation (Stock To Flow Model) on: April 06, 2022, 07:09:52 AM
With S2F peaks happen in different color bands but the S2F line is the median.
The 100k is the median but I'm anticipating a surge above the line before we get to the next step.
So expect to get close or past 200k...
Something to look at to confirm that we have peaked this bull run:

https://stats.buybitcoinworldwide.com/miner-capitulation/

We've had no FOMO. FOMO and dispair are the best indicators for the bull and bear markets.
So I firmly believe that due to all the shit in the last 4 years the ATH is still in the make...

343  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to hit $100k? on: April 05, 2022, 04:24:26 PM
It's hard to predict with certainty. But I think that the price of bitcoin is still in a downtrend in the middle of this year as long as last year's ATH level has not been reached. I still hesitate to dream of bitcoin hitting $100k this year. therefore, I can only wait until the doubt fades away. My hope is that this year the market will be bullish again and the price of bitcoin can reach at least around $70k.
I think we need to reach 60k$ again before we can predict that it will go up to 100k$, I believe that Bitcoin will rise soon but for now it is still affected with the present crisis on Ukraine and Russia conflict. If the war end BTC will surely rise so we need to have patience for good.
Maybe. It is very difficult to predict exactly how and when the bitcoin price will reach $100k this year. This year has been going on for four months and the current bitcoin price is starting to show a rise. Therefore, I think maybe the potential for bitcoin to hit $100k by the middle of this year is still far away. For now, I'm more interested in seeing which direction the bitcoin price moves during Q1 and Q2 of the year.

It's not far away bitcoin can double or triple within 30days.
So when it will happen it will be a big pump followed by a lot of FOMO and your grandma will be asking what bitcoin is....

Bitcoin is a great investment.

The best investment is always investing in yourself and your health Kiss
347  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: April 04, 2022, 06:37:50 PM
Many are wondering why the price of BTC is stuck at $46k? Well there are aspects of several intelligent people who show something like this:

Twitter: https://twitter.com/VailshireCap/status/1510993067091791876

What is better? in the short or long term? I am very understood that in the long term the trend is upward, in fact who supports this theory is planb with the S2F model, I support and I trust more.

This article is very good, they speak about the global economy to a grossly, but there is a reason that draws me attention, because here is another point of view:

BTC starts 2022 all over again — 5 things to know in Bitcoin this week

Quote
With that, BTC/USD is in exactly the same place as it was three months ago, but short-term price signals are already seeing some calling for continuation higher.

Source  cointelegraph: https://cointelegraph.com/news/btc-starts-2022-all-over-again-5-things-to-know-in-bitcoin-this-week

And in this article they say very well clear that in the short term it is going up, and that volatility has dropped, which is debatable.

Long term is always a win. Wait 4 years and a profit is probably inevitable.

Short term can make you more but is more risky. Current market is good for short term because the price is moving within a channel.

I like both models but S2F seems disrupted due to covid.
348  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is your expectation on: April 04, 2022, 04:00:53 PM
If bitcoin is legal then there will be many restrictive rules, even I'm sure the government will set a bitcoin price which may be different from market conditions, but in general if it is legalized then this is good because it will make users feel safe and not worry about the future of bitcoin.
I think this is very difficult to do because the price of bitcoin is universal and the price of bitcoin on all exchanges is the same, although there are price differences in each exchange but the amount is very small. In my opinion what is certain is that if bitcoin or crypto is legalized in a country of course everyone who owns crypto assets must pay taxes and the government must increase supervision of cryptocurrency transactions.

+1

Bitcoin will be the true measure of value since it is universal.
Wealth and cost of living will be measured with bitcoin.

And yes every developed nation needs some way to gather taxes and provide citizens basics and that's where regulations come in. The regulations are needed but also frowned upon.

Canadian Govt takes full control of all broadcast media by passing bill C-11. This gives the government full access and control of all media, broadcasting and more. Effects all news outlets, YouTube and similar sites, and more.

https://www.parl.ca/DocumentViewer/en/44-1/bill/C-11/first-reading

Not surprised.  Roll Eyes

Maybe try reading it first yourself...
- It does not take control
- It does not apply to ALL media
- YouTube, social media and all internet undertakings are exempt

What it does do is guarantee every minority gets represented in broadcasting

Actually why don't you try some reading yourself before responding? There are HUGE govt loopholes in that bill...all by design, of course.

https://www.michaelgeist.ca/2022/02/not-ready-for-prime-time/

And a 'merit' already from Jimbo, gee what a shocker. His government can do absolutely no wrong in his eyes.  Roll Eyes

4.1.1 exempts internet and social media of this bill
(unless re-broadcasting something from TV)

That said this bill looks a lot like the FCC fairness doctrine and modern television act of the USA.

But then again I'm European and if I would have to choose I'd choose Canada any day of the week over the US.

But please explain the loopholes you see...  Smiley

- the soldiers that were told to be on training would not get them
- all things worth money and not bolted down were sold

^ Breathing in contaminated dust (radioactive particles)?

Yes but that would only happen when disturbing the site like bombing/shooting/digging/eating animals and plants there.

There have been many visitors over the years and I haven't heard of people dying of exposure.

I quit sniffling on my genitals at the age of 6, though...

Oh your poor wife.
That’s *if* you have one. One thing is certain though: your cuckhold-featured account.

Good riddance.

Same to you bud, and take your massive cunt with it.

Are you still a virgin by any chance?

Now where have I heard that one before?
Oh yeah, I’ve insulted a cuntonian in exactly the same way. Can’t remember which account of yours tbh. Coincidence? Pfff.

Also I gotta hand it to you bud, you must be one of the biggest fuckwits this forum has ever had to endure.

Coming from an “expert in farming” cuntonian account, doesn’t mean shit to me.
Nevertheless, those are my thoughts exactly. The forum should not endure any more of your cowardly action.

If you want to help, here's a website, including the option to donate directly to the Ukrainian military.

One should be very very sceptical - in helping to promote war.
But hey. You’re paid for a reason.

That's what happens when you have 20 years of brainwashing that anything "the West" says is a lie, including radiation I guess.

Hahahahahaha.
Said the orchestrating brainwashing bitch.

Also the Russian soldiers (using this word very generously here; more like marauding gangs) aren't really the thinking/questioning type nor do they have a lot of choice in all fairness. They are told to dig, they dig. The general who told them to dig is far enough to not have to worry about the radiation. Just another variation of cannon fodder.

The Russian people are just as much victims as the Ukrainian people.
All thanks to operatives such as yourself.

Can you prove - without any shed of a doubt - that radiation is something we should be concerned about?
Chemo anyone?

I heard on the radio, the russians never learned about Chernobyl in school. Go figure.

You don’t know many Russian people, do you?

I think you might be misinterpreting that picture.

Fuck you Arrie. You’re not in a position to interpret anything.
Democracy does not exist, not in 2022 anyway. It’s swine totalitarianism all the way.

~ cuntonian cuckhold talk ~

Good morning to you too.

Not to interfere with you guys bitch lapping each other with a wet trout...

Here's a site with a breakdown on how radiation works specific to Чернобыле.

But yes I must say that it is slightly strange that the Russians are in hospital this fast. Radiation poisoning is far from instant unless you are swimming between the rods.

If they are in hospital then it will possibly be because they have been checked out after returning and have built up too much exposure.

A main source of concern would be when they accidentally ingest radioactive material because you will keep on getting exposed from within. Digging a foxhole could do that.

Also we must be aware that our news could be part of a PsyOps campaign just to piss off Putin.
Or the exposure story is a leaked story to make Putin look like he's not Pussying out of attacking the Ukrainian Capital.

About "HODLing", a friend told me that it might be better that you should never tell ANYONE, including you very close/trusted friends and family, how much you have invested in Bitcoin, or how much you are passively making. Sometimes you might feel jealousy if Bitcoin is surging, and during other times, you might feel that they are happy if it's crashing.

+1
It's usually a lot of money and you don't want to attract attention.
MO coinz MO problemz....

It's really very laughable because my friend was one of the people who was telling them, almost begging, and definitely being very annoying, to buy Bitcoin during the bear market. It would have been a golden opportunity for them. But what did they do? Because maybe some plebs are smarter than other plebs.

Hindsight is 20/20 so I don't find it that laughable but it is a missed opportunity.

I mined my first coin when it was 'expensive' at approx. $60 a coin.
Felt crazy later on, for buying at $300 an $600
Left and right hacks/bans/uncertanty... not ideal investing

I've now learned to do the opposite of the market. Buy when shit hits the fan and HODL through the storms....

If I would have known the current price I would have bought way more and be living on a bigass yacht in the Maledives or Sechelles .....
but no I was too much of a little bitch to invest big money. So now I still have enough but need to wait a bit longer....

What I noticed with many people is the following flawed mindset
 - I'm gonna buy when the price drops
 - The price is dropping too fast I'm not going to invest in something that just dropped 40% in a week
.... they missed the train again on 40-60% rise ....

356  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: April 03, 2022, 07:56:22 PM
63.15% of the Bitcoin supply has not moved in at least 1 year.
This is just 0.3% shy of an all-time high

Interesting chart...

Do I see a relationship between more liquid coins and a price rise?
Do I see the rise to 60% get abruptly broken off due to COVID?
Do I see a recovery and rise to 60% again?

Basically I see the delay in Bitcoin due to COVID in this chart and it's recovery.
This is very bullish Smiley

So when we see the latest 63% drop we will be off to m00n  Cool
357  Economy / Speculation / Re: No FUDs will win the market on: April 03, 2022, 07:51:32 PM
I think it's the FOMO that will appear when the price continues to rise significantly or what we called a bull run. FUD appears when the price is dumped as it will result in panic selling due to Fear, uncertainty, and doubt or FUD.
FUD is always manipulation, there is even the same FUD that keeps appearing every year like Bitcoin is a destroyer of the environment. those who can think clearly and are also strong will certainly not be easily provoked by FUD, fortunately now we can see more people who don't believe in FUD, especially anything related to Bitcoin is bad for the environment.

The Ukrainian army has retaken Tjernobyl, seven busses full of Russian soldiers from Tjernobyl have gone to hospitals in Belarus for radition checkup and treatment, apparently they dug foxholes in the red forest, one of the most contaminated places on earth.

How is this possible?!  It's as if they had no idea about the tragedy of Chernobyl which was under their purview at the time the incident occurred.  It's unbelievable.

That's what happens when you have 20 years of brainwashing that anything "the West" says is a lie, including radiation I guess.

Another example of the glorious achievements of Putin's armed forces:

https://www.rferl.org/a/russia-belarus-selling-looted-ukraine/31782856.html

Quote
Russian soldiers returning or redeploying from Ukraine frequently try to sell looted goods to Belarusians in southern border districts, according to interviews with multiple residents.
[...]
"They take the ‘trophies’ looted from Ukraine and offer to sell them to locals. Refrigerators, household appliances, tires, and whatever comes to hand"

There are other reports of Russian soldiers shipping the loot from Belarus to their relatives in Russia.

Some Russian colleagues ("I'm not interested in politics" types) I showed this to had a bit of a cringe. Dead people on the streets didn't affect them but this did. Go figure.

Russia doesn't have an army. They have pillaging, raping, stealing group of mercenaries and kleptocrats only interested in filling their own pockets. And some conscripts that are scratching their heads like they are in a bad dream still thinking it's an exercise.

This is also why their equipment sucks, because everything not bolted on that can sell has been sold.

Ukraine is heavily motivated to keep their freedom and country so Russia can't win even if they flatten the whole country.

Also, Russia is geographically 77% Asian and only 23% European. I'm not quite sure how the entire Russia will "fit" as part of Europe...

360  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin on its way to $100000?! on: April 03, 2022, 12:31:38 AM
Just reading about the new EU rules they are considering.

I can understand registering transactions to and from €uros. Proof of ownership to stop criminal money and all...

But if they want us to register each transaction then they should do the same for cash money. Basically turning the EU in Hitlers fourth reich.

And maybe I'm a dumb fuck for stating the obvious but all transactions are recorded....it's called the blockchain...

In my country there is no legal requirement for persons to keep any books or record of transactions (only for companies) so there are going to have to big changes in laws.

Hi Wilhelm, now you get my point right? It is not that I am against regulation per se that aims at preventing fraudulent activities. What they want to achieve is that private transactions with decentralized currencies aren't possible anymore. If you have to prove the origin of funds every single time, it is much much different than what we experience when we sell our bike on ebay or craigslist for cash. Nobody in the world will ever ask you where the 150 Euro/USD are from that haven't been there yesterday!
The only way you can transact privately will be through verified wallet addresses with centralized verification and wallet service providers involved. I guess that could count as a very wordy description for a CBDC. Agree? Wink There is no such thing as anonymous wallets with CBDCs, and that is essentially what they want to currencies like Bitcoin into, should the wider public refuse to adopt CBDCs.

In my personal opinion that's bad news. But I do see a possibility in the mid- to long-term future. All these 50 - 60 years old dudes running the councils and parliaments now will once be superseded by a younger, digital generation. The question than just is whether the banking sector by then is still equipped with the same political power as they are now. Or whether crypto businesses will take over.

I just hope it’s posturing. Sometimes politicians push for an insane rule just to see how far it can reach.

I firmly believe that forcing proof of every transaction will get shot down in court because Bitcoin is the same as cash and should be treated as such.

I think it will all end up with the current rules and that’s a requirement to prove big sums of money didn’t come from terrorism or fraud which are the same rules as cash.

But we will see….
