I actually expected something nice, instead its the same bullshit, essentially he found out what, faith? Lol, how the fuck is that an eureka moment, we choose what to believe? No shit, does that mean its true tho? Meh same ol philosophical pile of shit with 0 real evidence about anything.

Your stupidity is actually embarrassing. Everybody lives by faith, because nobody knows for a fact that something bad won't happen the next minute. We might have good guestimations. We might even have some good estimations on occasion. But we don't know. We all live by faith, but people like you don't even know what it is that we have faith in.

Cool

Rofl you just proved my point, as you said we might have guestimations and what not but we don't know which is exactly my point, faith does not lead to the truth and you just agreed with me lol.

And here is a recent communication from Anonymint.

I don’t know with certainty what led to his change of heart but I suspect that he was influenced in part by our discussion and by C.S. Lewis and his excellent analysis of the natural end of purely rational thinking. See: The Abolition of Man

Quote from: Anonymint
Rationality fails in Prisoner’s dilemmas. Superrationality doesn’t.

I finally figured this out! I am going to explain something that I been trying to figure out my entire life and finally had that eureka moment! I have to credit CoinCube for leading me in the correct direction. But he was not able to articulate the following, which is critical to understanding superrationality. Note this ties into what consciousness and existence really means!

1. Science will never be able to falsify existence. If anyone needs me to explain why, I will later.

2. We have a choice, either we can choose that there is no superrationality and only rationality. In which case, there is no unconditional love because of Prisoner’s dilemmas. And a world fraught with fighting, pain and misery.

3. We can instead choose to believe in superrational God that loves us and emulate that ideal, thus applying superrational sacrifice to our motivation and decisions. IOW, that everything is motivated by what is best for the other person, not for ourselves. In that case, there are no Prisoner’s dilemmas. The key is recognizing that only selflessness is compatible with unconditional love. And that the choice of a belief (and love) in the unfalsifiable God is a choice that one makes because our existence is but an illusion of our choice in the multiverse. Consciousness is but what we choose it to be. Nihilism will illogically reject this as unfounded, and instead choose no foundation at all, no purpose, no life. Love in the form of selflessness is the only form of life. That is what Jesus came to exemplify. All those who claim that such unfounded belief makes people vulnerable to insane collective actions (e.g. the Inquisition) fail to understand that was a reversion from unconditional love to animalism, Nihilism and Prisoner’s dilemmas, i.e. that was not true Christianity.

4. Then if #3 there is no selfishness, no infinite debts for infinite wants, no politics. Obviously we will not entirely achieve that ideal on Earth, but it is a competition to see who can be the most selfless. My grandfather was the most selfless person I have ever known so far. Jesus and love (and candy) was his reason for living.

5. Collectivism and taking from others to give infinite wants to others is the antithesis of selfless. It is entitlement and “give me what is my fair share”, which is a Prisoner’s dilemma. For example, when everyone works as hard as they can, and takes only the minimum that they need, there’s abundance.

I actually expected something nice, instead its the same bullshit, essentially he found out what, faith? Lol, how the fuck is that an eureka moment, we choose what to believe? No shit, does that mean its true tho? Meh same ol philosophical pile of shit with 0 real evidence about anything.

From my point of view, Etherdelta and Forkdelta have long trusted cryptographic transactions, and none of them need proof here, because all commercial experience is so great. For safer transactions, always use a Metamasa wallet to prevent hackers.

Etherdelta has good reputation and trust? LUL, etherdelta was the worst shit ever and worked like shit, it was only famous because it was one of the first ones to exist and got all the liquidity after listing any token.

345  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A real decentralized exchange on: July 13, 2019, 05:38:11 PM

If DEX is going to ask for KYC then that's not quite right. There can be no real decentralization when that happen and I guess this has to do with regulations, if dex isn't going to comply the law then it could be taken down by the governing bodies.   They could operate on offshore hosting companies for it not to be taken down right?

So much Dex exchange coming up. Any Dex asking for kyc is no Dex. Even those that claim to be have resemblance of CEX. It's just a matter of time. Regulations for CEX is easier than that of Dex as the regulations will defeat the whole aim of decentralisation even though regulations are much needed in crypto space.

That's why I use SwitchDex, I personally know them and they will not ask for KYC as they are based in a region not affected by those regulations. I do understand why IDEX or others might need to ask for KYC, they are all facing heavy regulations in 2019 and of course they are scared.

347  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Crypto Mail List - I need suggestions on: July 12, 2019, 03:27:55 PM
Do you know the audience? Because it may differ from newbies to advanced users and how you collected them too. Newbies would tend to be more interested in "How to" topics while an advanced user would prefer to get technical topics. Like if you collected them via a blog about ICOs be sure they only want to receive ICO topics. News aren't interesting them, they read it already online or via RSS and sending a daily email, man, you're doing it hardcore.

It is mostly regular crypto users, not really newbies, "how to topics" are mostly out of the question besides guides for new things.
348  Bitcoin / Project Development / Crypto Mail List - I need suggestions on: July 11, 2019, 09:06:54 PM
So I have a mail list with crypto users and I'm sending daily mails about relevant news and the state of the market (technical analysis) but I'm wondering what else would people like. Perhaps upcoming relevant ICO's or ICO's airdrops, maybe a ''undervalued coin of the week'' with TA and Fundamental Analysis, nice giveaways?

The website is www.dailytoken.co it doesnt really contain much right now but you can sub if you want to check the daily emails. Im doing a "promising ICOs of the month" today.
349  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do Atheists Hate Religion? on: July 11, 2019, 10:08:12 AM
^^^ Atheism is simply a religion with a different focus. Like as there might be many denominations of a particular religion, so there are denominations of atheism. The atheism denominations, however, usually have atheism as a secondary point in the denomination gatherings. That's why you don't find atheism churches.

Much of the atheism "dogma" belongs to the personal atheism religion of each of its individual members, whereas many other religions direct the dogma of their members from the top down.

In other words, atheists are people. And as people, they do things that people do. Some of them exist just to "evangelize" people away from other religions. It's simply the way they are. It's their personal form or "dogma" of their personal atheism religious denomination.

Cool

One thing is for sure, though, atheism does not have a god and does not worship gods either, if you want to call it a religion because it suits you, totally fine but there is certainly a huge difference between atheism and Christianity or any other god-based religion.

One thing's for sure. Atheists won't admit that they are their own god(s).

Cool

That makes no sense, as usual.
350  Other / Off-topic / Re: Flat Earth on: July 10, 2019, 10:08:33 PM
^^^ Modern "satellite" dishes use what's called troposcatter technology developed by the US military; a signal is transmitted from radio towers then bounced off of the troposphereic plane and received by the dish antenna.

"Moon bounce" (Moon not actually required) is when a signal (usually laser light) is bounced off of the dome (firmament).

Except that there is no need for troposcatter on a FE. It was developed to get around the curvature.

   Cool

Fuck off with your strawman argument, there's a radio horizon on a plain.

....
I never picked up the Bible once in my life except to toss a copy in the trash. ....

...The Bible describes the construction of a dome (firmament) over Earth by giants (Titans). Science has lead me to God.
...

Jeezus dude, if ya gonna be a lying sack of shit, at least try to cover your tracks a little better...

You've got two quotes with no context other that it relates to the bible all while screaming I'm a liar. Go curl up in a gas oven if you don't have point to make.

"... I never picked up the Bible once in my life except to toss a copy in the trash. This was before I discovered the firmament (dome) and the inconsolable fact that somebody had to have built it. ..."

See once what I said is put into the context it was written in, you look like the "lying sack of shit". Did I mention that you should go crawl into a gas oven?

'' Did I mention that you should go crawl into a gas oven?'' Yes you did mention that several times which is kind of weird considering your god said not to kill people, with those words you are going to hell my friend.

Just be a good member don't look too much to the merits.... they are just to exclude less good members/posters/spammers etc

Also there are just so F***ing many merit stat threads these days...

Good you're well liked that means you have good stuff to say Smiley

Easiest and fastest way to earn merits?

1. Post memes on Wall Observer

2. Wait

3. Profit?

Although I can't really complain, 95% of my merits are from the flat earth thread and fighting badecker.

Will 12 barrier hold or will we slip and into the high 11's? Find out on the next episode of hodlingball z.

We did fall but I'm not worried at all, most important support for me is at $10700 and we are not close right now, the daily uptrend is in place until that one breaks.

354  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What are you looking in a DEX? on: July 10, 2019, 08:21:02 PM
More liquidity to attract more people firstly, they lack volume.
Some DEXs are a sister exchange to a traditional, centralized exchange, and leverage the orderbook of the central exchange into the DEX.

Trustless.ethfinex.com for example leverages the orderbook of bitfinex, allowing for fairly deep orderbooks, while having to pay a higher fee for not having the counter party risk.

I didn't know it was already developed, do you know any others like that?

...Another problem with DEX is that it can be more challenging technically to use especially by newbies...

Not everyone is a newbie, what about all the people who aren't? They all know how to export/import/swipe/encrypt/back up etc, they could at least make the effort to check how to use a DEX. There is nothing difficult, how that comes people never want to learn something? All they want is money without doing anything or the least. Yet, they keep complaining about KYC, taxes, laws

Well, DEX's wont be used by newbies anyways. If you are new to crypto, you will need to first buy some crypto and you will not be able to do that through a decentralized exchange so you will always have to use a centralized exchange first. It's also their fault if they are using a DEX and fuck up, there are tons of guides out there on how to use them and if you are not sure you can always ask or simply not use them.

The new DEX's are indeed quite simple to use, Prime is probably referring to shitty DEX's like etherdelta and others which were created in days and had no updates whatsoever and were confusing as fuck and also had a ton of bugs.
355  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Science and Religion? on: July 10, 2019, 08:18:46 PM

True but maybe since you seem to know so much, could show us how you know that some inventors got the help of the god from the bible specifically to invent something. Otherwise you are just a hoax making unsubstantiated claims.

^^^

 Tongue

Well, I'll take your lack of response and evidence as a win for me. The bible, as I said, has not helped anyone, ever, to invent/create/discover something and you have been unable to prove the contrary, therefore, science > religion by a lot.
356  Other / Off-topic / Re: Scientific proof that God exists? on: July 10, 2019, 08:17:42 PM
The whole idea of god is fanatic, a ideal gone dogmatic then fanatistic. Its the condition of human brain that we can not overgrow. Well most can not..

People who claim to deny God are simply in denial of their inability to deny Him.

Cool

It is a very common trend for badecker to respond with some senseless, borderline insane sentences when he is faced with reality, it's kind of like his brain has to defend itself but cannot do it in a logical way so it simply throws words around.

358  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Time for Binance DEX? on: July 09, 2019, 07:58:11 PM
Well, it seems that Binance DEX was a huge disappointment after all. Banning US customers as well as many other countries simply defeats the idea of a DEX.
It's just their site that banned certain countries. If you want to use that exchange you can still do so, but that doesn't change the fact that it's still a centralized platform completely in control of their main Binance platform.

Once DEX's get a bit more volume overall and a bit better technology, they will most likely surpass centralized exchanges.
For that to happen decentralized exchanges need to be as fast as centralized exchanges in every way. Traders and market markets bring in liquidity, and as long as they avoid decentralized exchanges, nothing will change.

That being said, for low value buy low sell high trades, decentralized exchanges are working well more often than not. People don't use it because of their volume bias, which is a shame.

Well, yeah and that will happen, the technology is basically here and we will be able to trade in real time like on centralized exchanges, once that happens, I'm sure more people will switch to decentralized exchanges. I'm also quite sure that once harder regulations hit the market, a LOT more people will switch to DEX's
359  Other / Politics & Society / Re: "Antifa Lunch Break" on: July 09, 2019, 07:42:30 PM
Antifa is the biggest group of pussies in the world. What was that quote about the next wave of fascism being disguised as fighting fascism? They supposedly fight against violence yet they always seem to be the violent and angry ones.

Seems like a troll post to be honest. He is trying to talk to important leaders around the world like Putin or Kim from North Korea. He also didn't start a fucking world war with Iran either. People said he would be the cause of a third world war and it seems like he is the one stopping it.
