What is the current Stake payout with this coin?
It isn't interest based. 1 coin per block.

what im doing wrong? i have nsgminer-win64-0.9.2 and it do not see my r9 390 but it see 2x1070 and mining only on them NVIDIA and AMD GPUs belong to different platforms. You need to start two copies of the miner specifying platforms for each.

Yes, happy birthday #4 for Orbitcoin! I was on a vacation and nearly missed it.

Well... it seems to work NOW... (strange)
...but most of the coins I tried to mine yesterday were lost (orphaned).
I mining on my wallet (0.6.6) with ccminer too. I mining 2 days ago and found 49 blocks, but only 1 give to me 25 coins. Other blocks is orphan...
It`s a BIG qwestion to devs!
May be it`s "attack 51" on the net of PXC???
I wouldn't get too excited about some nefarious plot to reverse PXC transactions... As far as I understand it, it's all about relative hashrates and network latency. When you don't have enough of the first, and you're just slow enough on the second, then they're simply hashing blocks faster than you and beating you to the punch. That's why miners join a shared pool instead of being their own pool (via solo mining), but those higher pooled hashrates should be spread around to more than one pool too, for the similar reasons. (edit: no, I'm not a dev; that would be ghostlander!) I'm moving the checkpoint master to a new server. The old one runs out of memory often, therefore crashing the daemon and leaving the network without synchronised checkpoints.

interesting that im not on the list Anyone getting more orphans recently?. yesterday i mined 6 ORBs, but 3 were orphaned :|
This is a bad quote. But why? I dont know, can it be because site updates list once a day and its in the time when im offline? or am i doing something wrong as for orphans from PoS, i dont know how to avoid it, but today again, out of 2 mined, 1orb is ok, second was orphaned If you're behind a firewall, open port 15298 to allow incoming connections. It decreases orphan rate greatly.

All I can say is that I've been contacted by some people willing to buy PXC entirely for whatever reason or purpose. All code and infranstructure including the web site, block explorer, etc. and have me to step down as the developer. I have rejected.

looks like DNB.io hal pool doesnt work =\
can you explain how to enable solo mining?
Create halcyon.conf as suggested in the OP and README.txt with your rpcuser and rpcpassword, launch your wallet and point your miner to port 21109 (default for rpcport). If you want to mine with multiple miners over the LAN, add rpcallowip=192.168.0.* or something like.
|
|
|
There are only those pools stated in the OP. Solo mining also works very well.

so after 6 months just reading across the whole forum (not only orbitcoin) i have my first post here hi to everyone here! so i discovered orb since a while and am accumulating some coins.. now the price spiked just too much so that i wanted to start staking.. now to split the coins into the right block sizes i was used to have in the coin control a splitter.. where do i find this one in the wallet here? edit: i am using a mac and i can't find the folders in the application support where all the other folders of my coins are to get access to the config file. so where is this config file located in mac OS? Go to your home directory and look for .orbitcoin subdirectory. It may be hidden. Create orbitcoin.conf there and edit it. Manual splitting isn't necessary as your coins split over time automatically to the right amounts while staking.

Hi guys. I would like to know how to start mining PXC with my 32 bits CPU I just downloaded cpuminer-neoscrypt-win-2.4.3 and there is a file called minerd but I suppouss I must build a .BAT with the commands to start mining. Can some one please help me? I have a Core i3 + 4GB RAM TYIA DP: Does Phoenix Coin have any relation with LFCHC ( https://www.lcfhc.com/) here is a project in spanish that looks sort of weird https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1869011.new ?? You want to join a pool most likely. For example, https://pxc.theblocksfactory.comCreate a worker or a few, set your payout address and threshold. minerd.exe -o stratum+tcp://s1.theblocksfactory.com:3332 -u worker -p password PXC is unrelated to LCFHC.

Fuck off Mario you god damn hauser. We all know that crypto is the future. But why the fuck would that matter for this coin??
Can we get some real information on this coin? Nothing had happened for ages, feels really dead. Seems like there is hardly anyone mining. Is everyone solomining or what? And wtf is going on with DNB? The good damn tls certificate has expired and the Feathercoin page has like ancient information and mining doesn't even work properly! Is anyone actually still managing that site?? As far as I can see, this coin is fucking dead. There is no real plan or roadmap, no marketing, no updates. Is anyone actually still working on it? This coin had great potential but seems really mismanaged. People who own ORBcoin(Fuck off Mario you god damn hauser.
David has a real life and maintains his 0% fee pools at his own expence. I don't think you can demand anything from him. Orbitcoin works and that's what matters most. If you want a road map loaded with fancy graphics and other marketing bull shit, that's a good sign of a P&D or scam. I work on this coin in my free time. If you can suggest someone to manage this coin better than me not even for free, but at his personal expence, feel free to let me know.

Thanks - is NeoScrypt just something that will always work better on AMD due to inherent differences in the GPUs, or is it simply because no one has built an optimised miner for NVIDIA cards yet?
It works well on many NVIDIA GPUs.

|
|
NeoScrypt CCminer should do better on NVIDIA. Although it hasn't been optimised for Pascal.

I think we'll have a wallet maintenance release the next month. That's good in general to update checkpoints, fix small bugs, etc. every few months even if nothing critical happened.
Ghostlander, You can create an autocorrection for unstaked coin's A schedule for "repair wallet"? An automatic wallet repair? I'd prefer not to do anything on wallets without user consent.

People buying it up. When is the new wallet coming up?
I'm pushing stuff to GitHub one by one. By the way, Phoenixcoin is 4 years old now. One of the first 30 altcoins released if I recall right. Feels old.
