Most MAX miners are provably retarded so why should anyone sponsor their bullshits? Investors are supposed to prevent price for falling or even
make it go up but a horde of retards are still allowing 51% attacks which inevitably and always end up with price drops. Investors are supposed to
put serious money into MAX but risk losing everything if exchanges become attacked and thus stop MAX trading possibly for all times. Dream on.
Nothing has changed for the better since my last post on this thread so no reason for price to stay where it is now. It should and will go down.

Max isn't an idiot (though he does talk like one frequently)... if 1GH tries to abuse its power and double spend or if someone hacks 1GH then Max would back away quietly rather than have his name plastered all over news reports of a massive scandal like that.
if a whole bunch of coins get stolen like Mt GOX then this coin is gonna be a hot potato that nobody will want to catch...

You're complaining to the wrong group of miners. It's the Chinamen that make up the bulk of the hashrate. It doesn't help the 1gh pool op refuses to take any action to distribute the hashrate to other pools. I don't think it matters anyway, the price is on a continual downward spiral that appears to have no end. It's a shame as sha-3 run so much better on my rigs than scrypt. Scrypt just needs to die. |

Sucks what transpired with TAG but frankly, after mining sha-3 for the last few weeks, scrypt just needs to die. Sha-3 is soooo much easier on my rigs, freaking love it.

I have been mining MAX exclusively, which unfortunately is in a massive tailspin. I'm in 'set it and forget it' mode currently so I am not sure what other options are out there. 7950's 1080/50 undervolted 7970's 1100/100 undervolted 270's 1100/90 locked voltage I don't know what my power draw is but I'm guessing it is significantly less than scrypt. |

Clearly, they do not care about MAX long-term at all else they would do what BTCGuild did once they came close to 50% and that is limit hashrate. Drop miners until you are under 50% of total hashrate.

The hashrate display on our site is incorrect now while we are flushing queued shares into our main system. Besides, we have increased fees for when our hashrate is above safe. This is calculated based not on the hashrate but by percentage of found blocks which is reliable enough.
