sent patch to Atrides, hopefully gets into 1gh cpuminer. kecasm.patch SHA3-512 checksum d1a2a36620e0b6b392ee6400276a8ede9b08a9ab23e2607ab6e16aeeef50d3ca679ffbcfcb19106 1f1247e1f56d1a6574818b50d7181cda739ff7d0d8aa35963
Thank you. Maybe you could commit it to https://github.com/Max-Coin/cpuminer so it's for everybody. It has no checks for CPU features or even that CPU is x86_64..

I have always been critical of the Maxcoin project.. but it is nice to see someone from the community step up and offer some progress.. make sure you get your max address in there too.. if it works you can expect some nice donations.

BTW. would anybody be interested in my patch to cpuminer-1gh, optimizing the keccak (3400 to 8100 khash/s on Core i5-2600K)? I guess nobody would care (40 W for 8 Mhash/s), but I was just testing for fun
Sure, I'd be interested. sent patch to Atrides, hopefully gets into 1gh cpuminer. kecasm.patch SHA3-512 checksum d1a2a36620e0b6b392ee6400276a8ede9b08a9ab23e2607ab6e16aeeef50d3ca679ffbcfcb19106 1f1247e1f56d1a6574818b50d7181cda739ff7d0d8aa35963 Nowadays I've graduated from cpu mining to mining on one r9 290X plus three r7 260X's, so would like to check over your patch to see if it is somehow relevant to cgminer.

Yeap, is it more profitable to mine than dogecoin (now) Example, 5 x R280X = 1650 MHs = cgminer for ATI GPU version 3.7.3 = 37 maxcoin or more = 24 USD per day.

With "UseSIMD" no effect. Another test: Xeon E5-1620 (4-core, 3.70GHz with HT): Ohne path: 7000 khash/s With path: 7800 khash/s = +11%

Giving your hard earned maxcoin to mcxnow is the best way to see your investment going to ashes. 700 000 MAX in their hands give the mcx gang a full position to control all markets MAX prices, arbing at your expenses. Be smart, there is enough market around now.

I am sure Max wouldn't have tanked, had it been on any exchange other than MCXNow. Having a trollbox on the exchange is death for something like Maxcoin. When the haters outweigh those who like the coin, you have no chance - after all, as Metallica once said 'an empty can rattles the most'.
Oh, I pulled my 800 Max out of MCXNow about 4 days ago, back into my wallet - it's not going to go back to the price I am willing to sell for, for a while, so I may as well keep them safely offline.

Tired of the endless search for profitable coins? We are experienced miners and very dedicated to find the coins that gives the best returns in forms of profit and longviety. In addition, our irc channel is going to be used actively for discussion upon upcoming coin stars. We believe in a community of smart and dedicated miners so we all can prosper and drag our hashes together towards a common goal. We are a new pool and we have been configuring it in the last few days - all seems to be more or less perfect now. If you're like us, sick and tired of pools that scam, steal, non active mods and lack features in different ways, well look no further! This is the sole reason we created our own. Now we are looking for people to help us grow, or atleast to mine our first block.. or just say hello on our irc channel We have started off by adding some of our own gigahashes to the pool so we are hoping for some fat blocks soon! The first coin we've added is MaxCoin(We like sha3 coins) because its one of the most "stable" coins and gives most profit at the moment. Other coins will be added rapidly/or when we get an agreement with a new coin creator for its launch. We will continue to add new coins and servers to our network. We will also hold raffles from time to time when we are hitting certain hashrates with some very valueable prizes involved We aim to make our service: good, clean and effective - and we will strive for to always be helpful and friendly in our IRC channel. Server facts:1Gigabit port Intel® Core™ i7-3930K Hexa-Core incl. Hyper-Threading Technology 64 GB DDR3 RAM - DDoS Protected
- SSL (Not up yet, very soon though)
- PPLNS
Current fee: 0%We're keeping this low and all the first 30 miners will receive a 0% lifetime fee. Blockfinder bonus will be 0.5%(Bounty) Reject: 0.1%Help us find our first block!! Any hashrate is welcome and do not hesitate to contact us if you got any questions. We're hoping to hear from you. Thank you and have a good day Unipool.netHi, what ur irc channel?
