I bought a watch a few months ago with Bitcoin from Overstock.com.
Im finishing up xmas shopping now and looking on their site for a few things, hoping to buy there and pay with bitcoin (then all my shopping will be done this year with Bitcoin only)

Whats the condition? New/Used?
Where are you shipping from?

Good luck on the sale. I tried this awhile back but the biggest issue was proving the drives were virus/malware free. Never did sell any but you may have better luck.

I don't know what it would be worth, or even if it's ok to sell it here. Based on other items I've seen for sale I don't think this is too bad.... Anyway, I have an original Wii for sale. It's been hacked and includes the homebrew channel and has a 500gb external hard drive loaded with about 228 games. I'm not totally sure the number but it's around 228.
It's being sold as the console and hard drive only, no cables or controllers included.
If interested make me an offer. I know the Wii is older but some of the games are fun to play still. I can post pics or whatever on request.
I'd be shipping from the US.

Probably 30Gb or so in videos. The largest file/chunk of data Ive ever dealt with was at work, nearly 3TB worth of VM backups into a single file which is then picked up along with an even more massive amount of data and dumped to tape.

Thanks for that link. But I really have problems to understand what the narrator is saying.Cough up Bitcoins or something like that? And what kind of show is that? Is that some copied version of shark tank or so? I'm not american and therefore don't have any clue. The recording isn't great but even live it's hard to understand him. I'm pretty sure he says '...coughs up the bitcoins.' I think the show is similar to shark tank, I'd like to tune in and see if there is any more mention.

without the source it's like talking about nothing, it sure a good publicity, but what it really matter is how many have seen this publicity if you can't even remember the link of it
also i never ehard about this show, it's something transmitted on america tv only i think...
There was no link to remember. I saw it on TV, not on the interwebs. I have tried looking online but cant seem to find it anywhere, I also dont have the means to directly record from my TV onto a computer. The only thing I can do is record it with my phone which I can try to do this evening. It could be only in America, Im not sure honestly. I have never even seen the show - only the commercial for it.

So on the Science channel there is a commercial for a show called All American Makers and they mention bitcoin. I don't remember the exact wording but basically they replace the word cash with bitcoins in a sentence. Pretty cool, anyone else see it?
I haven't seen it but it's alive nice to hear it mentioned in a TV show somewhere. I haven't watched that more of a Dragons Den Shark Tank person but for a pitch that makes sense but it didn't turn up a result on the website. http://www.sciencechannel.com/tv-shows/all-american-makers/I didn't see the show either, just the commercial but I'm curious to see if they mention it any in the full show. I also tried searching for any online hits and came up short.

Exactly. It's been used on TV before but mostly in a negative/drug use way. This was very positive and used in general conversation.

As has already been stated, feathercoin is neoscrypt which is GPU mineable. The last I looked it was one of the few gpu coins that was actually profitable. I'm not sure what it is like today.

The only real way to mine litecoin is on a scrypt ASIC. Nothing else will even have a chance at mining more than the power costs.

Where else does everyone trade? I don't have any USD in btc-e but this makes me a bit uneasy. I went to btc-e orininally for the bitcoin/litecoin/feathercoin/primecoin trading, however only half those exist there now. I do have a cryptsy account but have never traded anything but alts there.

-snip Currently I know of two of hand: Dell and Newegg electronics. As for them carrying Apple, I don't think they hold these products. They would have to be a licensed authorized reseller which is given out exclusively by them and I think the biggest big box store outside of their own are Best buy. Maybe trade in bitcoins for best buy gift certificates. That might be your better option.
I just checked the Newegg website to try to buy a Macbook. And seems that they do not accept now bitcoin, maybe they have any issue? See this picture: only bitcoin is not available to make purchase: I am pretty sure they have some temporary issues! I haven't seen any announcements anywhere that they are dropping Bitcoin as the payment method! If anyone has any news or updates, thanks for sharing! I will shoot an email to their support, let's see what their response will be. I tried to search about it on google, and maybe bitcoin payment isn't available for all goods in there. Here's the news that i've found : https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/newegg-bitcoin-only-deals-to-look-for-on-bitcoin-black-friday/I can't find really accurate news or updates, so better see their response. I think its because Newegg sells through other merchants as well as from their own stock. I assume they can only accept Bitcoin for their own goods.

Any time I need to buy something, if I can buy it with Bitcoin I will. Example: The watch Im wearing I ordered fro Overstock.com recently. This was my second ever purchase with Overstock, both paid for in Bitcoin. I also shop at Newegg.com often and pay with Bitcoin. I just ordered an external hard drive today.
