3601  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Indiegogo launch - help us! :o on: October 17, 2022, 07:49:00 PM
So I will launch a challenge! I will sell 10 CryptoPlatz Vault with the seed recovery phrase of 1 Bitcoin, encrypted with CryptoPlatz App.

The first man that decrypt the seed recovery phrase can take 1 Bitcoin for him.
How would people know if their card came preloaded with seed words for 1 Bitcoin?
I don't know if you are claiming that your encryption is impossible to crack, but consider sending this ten cards to known hackers and security experts, not to some random crypto normies and metamask users.

How many crypto users have an offline pc just to work with the seed?
More than you think, and you can count in all signing devices like SeedSigner and air-gapped hardware wallets Passport, ColdCard, Keystone and others in that mix.
It's not that hard to own old laptop with no direct internet connection, and it can have full disk encryption in addition to file encryption.

A lot of people now is using MetaMask, they need to save the seed recovery phrase offline, encrypted. They need CryptoPlatz Vault.
I wonder how did they survive for so long with one  Cheesy
With your product people need to use smartphone and they are all connected to internet all the time, plus the cell tower connection.
I don't care really about shitty metamask wallet and how they are handling their supported centralized coins.

3602  Economy / Reputation / Re: Royse777 is Casino Critique on: October 17, 2022, 06:37:23 PM
I guess if your last name is "Bitches" you kinda have to name your child like this
Wasn't he celebrating comeback in forum just a few days ago?  Cheesy
Maybe he should add more information on his graphic designer portfolio, adding multitasking and ability to operate multiple forum accounts and pretend they are not connected.

FatFork, you are not allowed to post archive link that has personal information. Knowingly or unknowingly it may harm the person. If you really want to keep the link then everything deserve to be in the investigation board or it should be deleted. I don't know what consequences it will bring for you if you don't delete it, you can not move it to investigation board since you are not the topic creator.
Dude I don't understand why you care so much about this guy and his personal information than about your connection with him.
I know doxing is bad and not allowed in forum, but Naim basically exposed himself and dig his own grave, for all of his (known) accounts.
Regarding your connection with Casino Critique account, you made a mistake of hiding this information from public but you revealed it to some members and I don't understand why.
You can't expect everyone to keep your secret and be angry on them for exposing it  Tongue

Naim027 was a part of the Casino Critique team and likely just trying to stick up for the team even though he would have been better off to stay out of it.
He was probably doing some design work for Casino Critique, but he has a big mouth and he is not very smart.

And why was naim027 (masquerading as AnotherAlt) meddling in the affair if being on the team, he already knew who was behind CC?
Mental illness or some other hidden motives maybe...
Why is he not banned again for Ban evasion with all his alt accounts?

3603  Economy / Reputation / Re: DT, will somebody tag this man???????? on: October 17, 2022, 06:08:27 PM
will somebody tag this man still wearing the bitlucy scam signature and a avatar
Is it so hard to use your main account and tag him yourself?
Instead you registered new account just to post this... sorry but this is so pathetic.
I know one coward member who likes a lot tagging everyone who wears signatures he doesn't like...

If you believe someone deserves to be tagged: do it! And use your main account for it. That's how the DefaultTrust system becomes more decentralized.
See LoyceV's Beginners guide to correct use of the Trust system.
Some people don't like, they avoid or they are afraid of tagging members wit a lot of positive feedback or if they are DT members.
No need to post begginers guide for someone who is obviously not beginner at all Smiley
I don't see any signature on FFrankie profile so he probably removed it.

3604  Other / Meta / Re: Having an "I solemnly swear / attestation / liar liar pants on fire" thread on: October 17, 2022, 05:58:35 PM
I think it would be cool if the community had some kind of tool (however blunt) to help smoke out liars.
This would be almost impossible to prove, and I don't see how anything  can be improved with this.
You are always going t have liars everywhere, and I think most of the people here told some lies for various reasons, most obvious is privacy.
Some could say that Satoshi was the first liar, when he said that he is a man from Japan in one of his profiles Smiley

I had a very specific thing in mind when I thought of this (the recent naim027 drama, which is what got me thinking about honesty).
Naim027 is an asshole and abuser, but that is why we have trust system and it works good with cases like this.
When I suspect someone doing stuff like him I could add in my personal Bitcointalk UserNotes script, or write in in public on his profile.

I'm against reckless tagging and don't want to encourage misuse of the trust system.
Any tool you would use instead of Trust system would be public, so I don't see any difference here.
You can use Bitcointalk UserNotes script if you don't want to make your notes public.
3605  Other / Meta / Re: Interface of the forum, CSS messed up? on: October 17, 2022, 05:44:56 PM
The problem still exists. I can do things but it's just annoying. I changed my internet connection an hour ago but there are nothing has changed. In the same browser every other websites are working fine except the forum.
There was no issues with forum CSS on my side today.
I also think that Cloudflare might be causing problems for you, but it's strange how it only affects certain users and not everyone.
Maybe try using different browsers and delete all your browsing history and cookies, starting fresh.

Ovo mi izgleda kao epošta koju sam primao nekoliko puta o mojim navodnim video zapisima seksa kamerom koju ni nemam instaliranu Smiley

Davanje krila MEV Flešbotovima nakon Merdža je urodilo ovim plodom. Situacija će vjerovatno biti sve gora i gora. Ftw, PoS, decentralizacija hehehe Cheesy

3608  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Poloniex withdraw limit real? on: October 15, 2022, 06:09:37 PM
Any experience with poloniex?

It is sead, that we can withdraw coins until 50000$ per day without KCY with tier1.
This is unbelievable.
It's not so unbelievable and yes it's real.
I know several exchanges that have much bigger daily withdrawal limits, so compared with them Poloniex is nothing.

Or does this mean 50$ (50.000) ?
It's $50K, not 50 dollars... that is how much money you can withdraw every day.

I am just worried, that when I want to withdraw 2000$, then it is said, "Sorry, we need KCY".
That is always a risk with any centralized exchanges, especially if they think you sent them coins from addresses that someone reported, or it has some connection with hacks.
Normal users should be fine with smaller amounts, but I would still recommend switching to decentralized exchanges like Bisq or other p2p trading.
3609  Other / Archival / Re: Sinbad.io Mixer - secure, fast and easy to use on: October 15, 2022, 05:59:32 PM
same here. 27 seconds to load the page
It feels like I am time traveling and using ''good-old'' dial-up internet, only thing I am missing is that familiar squeaky sound Wink
One more thing I noticed is that Sinbad is using only telegram for support, but link is not opening any group or a channel, but some bot so we can't see anything.

Cloudflare logs absolutely everything and you can be sure about it. Also, their "Checking if the site connection is secure" wording is a biggest snake oil of digital security - sites that use Cloudflare put their users privacy and security at risk (when the treat model consists of law enforcement being an adversary, which is common nowadays).
I agree with you but many websites are still using Cloudlfare (including Bitcointalk), maybe because there is no better alternative for ddos attacks.
3610  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hodlonaut Trial on: October 14, 2022, 01:36:52 PM
Particularly ironic given the whole hodlonaut trial is about CSW claiming that hodlonaut's tweets stopped him from attending conferences. Roll Eyes
I wonder how exactly could this happen when he was banned from twitter for a while, unless this happened before he was baned.
Maybe he was glued to the screen, reading hodlonaut tweets and writing replies on his own version of social network I can't remember it's name called twetch.
Meanwhile I see that hodlonaut was talking with one @MarkEglinton who said he wanted to write an ''objective'' article, but it appears he is long time supporter of CSW and CAyre.  Cheesy

3611  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Lightning Swap App on: October 14, 2022, 01:23:04 PM
A very cool initiative from GetAlby. A browser extension that swaps altcoins to Sats on the lightning network. What other cool new lighting apps are you seeing out there?
This could be really interesting, and there is no registration or any kyc for doing this swaps!
I heard about GetAlby extension when it was posted in out local board, but with this swap ''exchange'' you can easily turn bunch of shitcoins and stable coins into lightning.
Do you know if there are any extra fees and risk with doing this?
3612  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is Sybil attack possible on Bitcoin? on: October 14, 2022, 12:59:53 PM
I saw an article about Sybil attack on Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies and some of its (Sybil attack) impacts were really threatening to both security and privacy.
So I thought if it was really possible for some like that to be pulled off?
This could easily be mitigated by using Bitcoin nodes together with Tor network, so the real IP addresses won't be exposed.
Sybil attack can still happen on Tor network exposing some data, but it's highly unlikely this would cause any serious takeover of Bitcoin network.
Privacy could still be compromised and I don't know how we could prevent this in bitcoin blcokchain.
3613  Economy / Exchanges / Re: 🔥 Titanex | Swap your favorite crypto without KYC 🚀 on: October 13, 2022, 06:15:36 PM
Is there any limit at all? I am asking because I just tried to swap 10 million BTC into ~145 million ETH and it allowed me to continue to the next step. That's more than ETH circulating supply lol which is around 122 million.
I tried doing something similar yesterday but I guess I broke ''The Engine'' with my numbers Wink

Our engine will quote you for any amount of BTC you request. Obviously, some absurd amounts are impossible to swap due to limitations on the circulating supply of each coin.
Than sorry, but I have to say that your ''engine'' is stupid if he can pre-accept any amount people enter, and I see this could potentially be abused in future.
Smart engine would know approximate amount of coins you and your partners have, and would not allow silly amounts.
I would dare to say that it's impossible you have those crazy amounts of coins we mentioned above, and I am willing to bet on this.
Please sign a message from one of your addresses proving that you own at least significant amount of coins.

As we said, we are not an illegal service and have to cooperate with local and international laws and regulations. Our service is anonymous and untraceable and provides the guarantees we have described in our previous reply to you.
You can't be untraceable, anonymous and legal in the same time, because you run centralized service and you work with other centralized services/exchanges.
3614  Other / Archival / Re: Sinbad.io Mixer - secure, fast and easy to use on: October 13, 2022, 06:02:44 PM
Easy and secure mixing for you anonymity.
Both clearnet and onion version of Sinbad website are opening very very slowly for me, and I tried using different browsers.
Wording and grammar is obviously written really bad, and excuse me bur everything looks like someone made this very quickly and sloppy  Tongue

- The mixer has pre-mixer reserve of bitcoins, so you can mix your btc most quickly.
How much is the maximum amount of Bitcoins I could mix using your service?
3615  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Indiegogo launch - help us! :o on: October 13, 2022, 05:53:28 PM
When you use cold wallet devices, like Ledger and Trezor, the seed recovery phrase (12 words or 24 words) is "exposed" to an online device too, on mobile smartphone or computer.
No it's not exposed, and I can also connect hardware wallets to offline computer using Electrum wallet.
In ledger devices seed phrases are stored in secure element and it never leaves there, unless you reset your device.
Some hardware wallets like Passport, Keystone or ColdCard and air-gapped and they don't have cable connection with any devices.
3616  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: GrapheneOS BTC donations for Pixel7 on: October 13, 2022, 05:44:32 PM
Side note if you are thinking of getting a 7 there are a few discounts / rebates going on depending on where you are located:
I saw they are offering great deals with especially good price is for Pixel 7 non-pro  model, while 7 pro is just to expensive in my opinion, and price difference is a lot.
Now all they have to do is start giving some special deals and discounts when you make a purchase with Bitcoin... or maybe someone is doing that already and I don't know about it Wink

PS
Play around with both cameras on your Pixel 4a and compare them.
You can use standard preinstalled Graphene camera app, or you can install enable sandboxed Google Play compatibility layer and install official GoogleCam app.
Video recordings are much better with official GoogleCam app, but they are improving it all the time, and you can use both.
3617  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: change real btc against real Monero on a DEX: Is this (technically) possible? on: October 13, 2022, 05:17:32 PM
Are there DEX, where it is possible to change "coins" that are not tokens, but have there own blockchain. Or can we only change "coins" with a DEX, that are part of the same blockchain and are tokens?
There are only a few real DEX exchanges that are not using tokens, and best of them is certainly Bisq.
Bisq suppoorts Monero (with highest volume) fiat currencies, and few more altcoins, but best thing about it that it doesn't need any kyc verification.
For monero to bitcoin there is also Atomic swaps, and that you can find other wallets supporting atomic swaps like Liquality extension but it works only for Bitcoin and ethereum.

A) Are there DEX, where I can change BTC against Monero (I mean not tokens, but the real BTC and Monero)?
B) Or can I only do this on CEX?
C) Or are there "copys" of Bitcoin and Monero for example Ethereum, so that I can change Bitcoin tokens and Monero tokens on (for example) Ethereum chain?
A) Bisq and unstoppableswap.net
C) I don't know and I would never do this, especially not for Bitcoin.

Safepal wallet app allows users to swap coins between different blockchains (real coins).
This is not Dex exchange, Safepal is using Binance exchange for swapping coins from different blockchain, and it's not even supporting Monero.

Or do I miss anything?
Coimarketcrap is owned by Binance so they won't add Bisq, and it's better that way.
Bisq has it's own markets page:
https://bisq.markets/
3618  Economy / Reputation / Re: Hello World || Welcome back again! on: October 13, 2022, 04:51:29 PM
Nice find and an interesting coincidence, but that's not all: both naim027 and Crypt0S0ul were active in Pakistan topic, and Crypt0S0ul woke up ~week after naim027 was banned and made his first post then, even though account was created year and a half before that. Too many coincidences for my taste tbh.
There are no real coincidences in life, especially not in bitcointalk forum accounts Wink
I have this guy on ignore for a very long time, and I will be adding all of his altaccount soon.

I could go on and on, showing him the same style of writing texts, but I think this is enough to understand that this is written by the same person. And of course, he can deny it all and make excuses, say that it's just a coincidence, etc. But nothing betrays a person more than his habits, which have already been formed over the years.
Hehehe... Savage Ratimov.
He basically dig his own grave with creation of this welcome back hello world topic  Cheesy

It is confirmed that 'Dic3L0v3r' is alt account of 'naim027', and 'Crypt0S0ul' is alt account of 'AnotherAlt'. But if you observe this address then you will find connection between Dic3L0v3r (naim027) and AnotherAlt (Crypt0S0ul).
One more non-coincidence nail in Naim's tiny couffin.
It's better for moderators to revoke their earlier decision, but we should thank them for ''helping'' us expose all his alt accounts.

I'm curious to hear what @AnotherAlt and @Crypt0S0ul have to say about this.
The very fact they are not saying anything yet, after being mentioned so many times clearly proves ''they'' are actually one person who recently got unbanned.

"The screenshot above shows AnotherAlt trying to frame recently permabanned user naim027."  Cheesy
Oh boy...RIP Naim account soon (again), with all of his alt accounts.
It was fun while it lasted and I guess he didn't learn his lesson like he said.
3619  Other / Meta / Re: Skipping to the next/previous post by the same author (SMF patch) on: October 13, 2022, 03:00:39 PM
Anyway, now that I've bored you all to tears, here's what the final result looks like (buttons are next to "Report to moderator")
This sounds interesting and I would use this, not all the time but sometimes for sure, and your SMF patch would certainly be a big simplification for me.
What I am doing now is that I visit ninjastic website archive of specific post, than I click on Users tab, and select user with all his post in that topic.
I am not sure if theymos will accept this patch update quickly as he did your previous contribution, but I don't see any obstacles if there is no impact on forum security.

PS
I don't know if this is possible, but one suggestion I would add is filling inside of both arrows (left and right) with some darker color to be more visible, or make them thicker.
3620  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: The Bitcoin Machine on: October 13, 2022, 01:07:29 PM
I just received a message from one member who told me that he placed an order and he didn't receive any reply from their support even after he contacted them several times.
I don't know if they turned out to be a scam or not, but I also sent them a message to ask what is happening, and I didn't receive any reply.
They used to work with Umbrel, but I didn't check any updates for a long time, but their twitter account seems to be active.

Please be careful with this website, and if you can help contacting them than please post any information you have below.
Thanks
