3741  Other / Off-topic / Re: What will you do if you own 21 BTC? on: May 31, 2016, 05:43:24 PM
This is pretty much like that nearly the exact thread with the title "If I give you 10BTC, what would you do?" or something along those lines.
I mean, bitcoins are bitcoins no matter what amount they are. Everyone should know what they want to do with their bitcoins because it's pretty much like planning out for your life and future.
3742  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is GAMBLING? on: May 30, 2016, 08:55:09 PM
I want ask mostly people are saying in Gambling we loss everything, but they are still playing gambling.
WHY?
Then people saying that it is Game and fun so we are playing.
I want ask you, Is it Game so you are playing, otherwise what is Gambling?
1. GAME
2. INVESTMENT
3. BUSINESS

gambling for us who are only players is a game. but for those who are running the game and are owning the casinos is a form of business or investment that they have made.

in my experience the players can not think of gambling as an investment because of the high risks which are also uncontrollable risks.

Actually there are some people who claim that they've turned a gambling site into an investment by using a custom autobet script. Few of them make a fortune in the long run but most of them just bust after a week or so. Those solid autobet scripts are being sold by the script maker. It ranges around 10k bits up to 25k bits depending on how fast you can make money and how much they've made out of that script.
That's against the TOS of the gambling website and if they are caught, their funds are seized and if the amount they cheated is a huge one, they can fall into legal trouble as well. Also, most of those scripts don't work for everyone and is just a trick that worked for them, not for everyone.
3743  Other / Archival / Re: Do you use bitcoin as currency or investment? on: May 30, 2016, 08:51:16 PM
I agree that majority of us here using bitcoins as currency and investment at the same time. I spend some of my bitcoins too for a mobile recharge. And most of it is keep on a wallet while gaining more satoshis from services.
I to buy recharge credits with my bitcoins but I mainly use it as a currency. It's the best method as you get 10-20% discount via apps if you pay with bitcoins and even you can pay bills/electricity bills for the same. Which service do you use for recharges?
3744  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin dropped to $1, what you do? on: May 30, 2016, 08:45:50 PM
This is a kind of joke and it will never happen in the future..  i couldn't  imagine what will happen if the price will drop to 1$.
My friend you are right and I agree completely. But thats why he asked, because if something strange happens he wants to know our reaction and most importantly actions to it. I personally would buy 10 btc and just sit and let the party begin.
3745  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Random payments? on: May 30, 2016, 08:37:33 PM
I just got 0.0014 BTCitcoins, but I don't know who sent them and why. I had random payments before, but in very small amounts, like 0.00017 BTC.

Sure, free money is alright, but I'm curious about these payments. I did not loan any money, mine or anything, so I don't have an idea where the money come from.

Can I check the adress somehow? I am using Bitcoin wallet on phone.

Well, I never experienced such kindness Tongue . Anyways you can trace that address and I am quite sure you can get a hint from where you got those btc. The alternate way is to ask all the people you know if they sent you any money Smiley
3746  Economy / Speculation / Re: increasing bitcoin price on: May 29, 2016, 08:42:12 PM
Passing the $500 barrier was quick but what is impressive is the Chinese exchangers where the price is around $570, maybe the others will follow it  Wink

yeah there is a possibility we will follow the Chinese exchangers, but it can also decrease, so keep careful to buy, because I think the price is quite high.

I will surely not buy at this price, will keep on watch on movement for next few days and if affordable then will buy or just hold existing coins for halving.
This price is just too unstable and nobody should buy it when it's so high. It increased by $100 just in a week and it may drop as well unless it remains stable. May be when it goes back to $475, we can afford to buy it.
3747  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: May 29, 2016, 08:33:20 PM
Nobody can keep you away from doing it, unless you go to an asylum and tell them to lock you away because it's destroying your life.
If you're addicted ask someone to keep an eye on you. You need a wife or a girlfriend to distract you
Yes, an affectionate life could bring magic to your addicted life. Because that only could distract your focus on gambling. When you are becoming a family man and you will concentrate on your family life like your children and children's education. So, this would definitely help you to stay away from gambling.
also good advice is to learn how not to focus on failures, be proactive in your life and not to much regret the loss.
But the basic human nature is always worrying about past and due to that loosing control over the present. I guess this type of human nature also could be another reason for the addictive nature of gambling. To stay protected from that, we must live in our present. Forget the past losses and future fortunes too.
3748  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [POLL] Do you prefer your money to be in cash or bitcoins? on: May 29, 2016, 08:21:37 PM
Its good to have both of them, as we are not able to spend bitcoin everywhere, so it can be good saving and investment for future and to spend physically cash or credit card is good.

Yup, both of which have a large role in life. because all transactions are definitely in need of a means of payment (physical and non physical). The money can be used for direct transactions, whereas the bitcoin can only be used for indirect transactions. Both means of payment also has advantages and disadvantages

The best advantage of holding cash is that it can be used anywhere, even at small grocery and even at big malls, but the use of bitcoin is limited at a moment.
I also used to feel the same but then I realized that we can convert our bitcoins into gift cards and then spend it in online stores. Big malls have too many taxes while online stores offer better prices and with bitcoins, we are saving taxes too. Just waiting for a bitcoin debit card with no fee to be introduced and then there would be no difference between cash and bitcoins.
3749  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbie Campaign Help!!! on: May 29, 2016, 08:12:51 PM
Yes you can join signature campaign at your rank.
Check this detail thread for more information > https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=615953.0

You won't earn much, but it is still better to earn something from nothing.

To learn about specific campaigns click the links to the original thread.
At the original thread everything is written in details on how to join the campaign.

Good Luck.

It's not worth that much? It's worth almost nothing. The payment he would get for his 20x posts a day is the same rate as 2-3 posts of someone of a higher rank. It's 100% waste of time just like doing faucets. It's not worth his time considering that 20x posts a day takes half the time of your day to accomplish. Well, he can do it shorter than that but it will surely be spammy (1-2 liner senseless posts). Everyone's tired of seeing signature ad campaign spammers.
Joining campaigns at a lower rate may not be worth but it gives a user an experience of posting and his content also can improve. I was also a Member when I joined a campaign and my post quality did improve with time. People may be tired seeing posters of these campaigns but the forum is active due to this reason only.
3750  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: LUCK!!! :) How does it feels? on: May 29, 2016, 08:03:54 PM
Did you ever got lucky in gambling and betting?  In gambling it will be a great memory to be smiling at if you got the lucky jackpot.  In Sports Betting Luck is minimal it is a kind of chance tosser to back your analysis and comparison for a decision. Usually you need luck when its gonna be a tight match it is like a head and tales result.

I still remember that day when i didnt know anything about how to play slot and by mistake i went on betting 0.024btc and luckily i got tripple back. I luckily got saved. Also another incident happened on rollin when I mistakengly betted 90high with 5mbtc base bet instead I was thinking to play it 90 low. Luckily hitted 90+ and got a big payout of 50mbtc.
It happens with many. I bet 0.01 on a dice and did not even know how to play it as it was my first time on a gambling website. My bank roll was 0.01 and I bet on the default score of 49% and won twice. I was just lucky that I din't lose it else it would be my first and last bet. I really sometimes don't check the amount I am betting and make these mistakes. It's a big risk.
3751  Economy / Economics / Re: How too get rich on: May 28, 2016, 06:38:04 PM
I am currently not rich, so it's hard to tell how to become rich. but every day I simply do trade and try at least can make a profit every day, and maybe one day I could become rich Smiley
Here people are sharing about their plans for achieving their dream target of being rich. So, we need not to be currently rich person to share any view on how to become rich. We just need to share what are the plans we are following to become rich.
3752  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC at $500 means that I am finally in the green, others too? on: May 28, 2016, 06:29:22 PM
If you forget to average your buying when bitcoin prices was struck around $220 price level after that around $380 to $440 price levels.
This must be one of the reason we must keep on buying bitcoins whenever we get some lower prices. That will definitely help us to get a better average buying price.
3753  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoins safe? on: May 28, 2016, 06:23:32 PM
Bitcoin is safe as long as you are not scammed, by the scammers. If you want to get a profit, you should be aware of scammer technique, The way of their scamming method
it's different if you get scam by your own fault it doesn't mean bitcoin is not safe because it is purely the fault of yourself.
Yes, most of the people are forgetting about the risk of getting scam is equal and very much similar to fiats also. When it comes regarding your waealth or money, we must need to be very much conscious for being careful.

Bitcoin especially has nothing to do any scams. Bitcoin is always safer.
3754  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the next halving really matter that much? on: May 28, 2016, 06:19:13 PM
Well I'm pretty much sure that it's going to matter THAT much.
As you can see, the value has quite increased by $50 in over two days and it was quite a fuzz already. What more on the halving? This is going to be a fun ride.
3755  Economy / Services / Re: Rise ur money with csgo on: May 28, 2016, 05:54:33 PM
Are you offering a to test and vouch? I'll gladly take you up there. Or maybe ask any higher ranking members to vouch for you. Because the way I see it, your method is not really going to sell hard without any vouches or even proofs of your earnings.
3756  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: what would you think if blockchain collapse ? on: May 28, 2016, 04:20:45 PM
i read so many topic about "what would you do if bitcoin disappear" or "what would you do if bitcoin die" etc , but do you think what will happen if blockchain collapse ? example like the previous bank L*b*rt* Reserve, will bitcoin rate drop ? or will raise because bitcoin rarity ? what do you think ??  Huh Huh  and what next step ? using xapo or what web will be your bitcoin wallet ? i just curious what next step the member in here will do ,,
Okay. Help me out with your own question. What "blockchain" are we talking about here? Are we talking about the blockchain as in where all transactions are recorded, or are we talking about blockchain.info which is an online wallet? Basing from what you've written, your use of "blockchain" leans more to the blockchain.info wallet.
If that's so, then I'll do probably my daily routine? As I'm not directly related because I don't use it.
3757  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Touched $500 just now on: May 28, 2016, 04:08:35 PM
That was good for the bitcoin future, i hope it keep going high
Of course it is a symptom of bitcoin's future growth. We can expect this type of more positive signals for bitcoin growth till upcoming halving. I did see many people are booking profits around these levels. I believe they are just wrong with their predictions on bitcoin prices.
3758  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to play gambling in a smart way? on: May 28, 2016, 03:30:48 PM
The only winning and smart strategy to win in gambling is to be able to have a lot of self control and know when enough it's enough. Most people lose their money because they don't know how to stop playing and are always waiting for a next, better gambling that will make them recover all of their previous loses.
One of the thumb rule of smartest way of gambling must be stopping your gambling at right time. But leaving gambling just after your winnings streak is not at all possible for many gamblers just due to their greediness. So, emotion control also needed for smart way of gambling.
3759  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone have plan to make income on bitcoins :) on: May 28, 2016, 02:54:29 PM
I have a plane to start a business. mean to open a mega mart where I will accept bitcoin as a legal currency. I will also do exchange in bitcoin. hope people will give a positive reponse.

You have a good plan mate. we really need such things to use bitcoin in more and more places.. if you open a service like that it will help bitcoin more to spread around. but you have to be strict to your plan and complete your plan anyway. you have to do lots of hard work for this. and lots of money also to start things.
No no no. Just a word of advice from your fellow bitcoin user, don't invest on a cloud mining site if you're not prepared to lose all of what you invested. There's quite a high chance that a cloud mining site may go ponzi at anytime.
I'm not actually really stopping you. You can do whatever you want. But don't forget that I warned you about cloud mining. I hope there's not a time where I'll be able to say "Told you so!"
3760  Economy / Speculation / Re: Boring times ahead: $450 until end of June on: May 28, 2016, 02:17:56 PM
These 5 months were really boring. I stopped trading in March when the price wasn't reaching $500 as I had bought all my coins above $500 in November. I am still waiting to sell my coins at a price above $500 and don't know when will it reach that price. The price is stable for so many months.
