3921  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you store your bitcoins? on: February 01, 2016, 01:37:28 PM
I prefer to hold bitcoins in offline or say paper wallet. I have lost trust in online wallets because of the increasing scam and hence the blockchain wallet which I was using till now, I have stopped using it at least for now.
3922  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding your bitcoin for a price increase? on: January 31, 2016, 08:19:21 PM
i am holding as hard as possible, i try not to spend it on anything because i believe that the price will soon rise

Yes, not getting distracted by any attractive things like gambling or porn contents to save hard earned bitcoins, you must have iron like heart with strong will power. I do save bitcoin for price increase, I do spend some 1mBTC often on gambling.
3923  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: paypal or bitcoin? on: January 30, 2016, 08:07:30 PM
Most people will prefer bitcoins over paypal, reason being easy access and no issues like chargeback and such. I remember when i was new and got scammed over few bucks in paypal due to scammer being charging back and winning dispute case Sad .
3924  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin and Porn on: January 30, 2016, 08:00:58 PM
Many sites are there which accept payment as bitcoin and show you porn for the amount. I think its a great idea as porn viewers want to be anonymous and nothing can be as good as bitcoin when talking of anonymity what can be as good as bitcoin.
3925  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: January 30, 2016, 07:52:28 PM
India Vs Australia - 3rd T20 : Aaron Finch is injured and now Shane Watson will lead Australia in the third T20 against India. India is pumped up after taking the lead and winning by 2-0, they will be looking for 3-0. I think there will be no changes in the squad for India but we can see some major changes in Australian team.

Mate, Usman Khwaja is a top form player who is replacing injured Aaron finch. I am sure he can blow the Indians away if he stays on the crease for little longer. Yet though I think India is more stable in T20.

3926  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: January 30, 2016, 07:45:51 PM
I buy my first bitcoin because I want to invest in some online program. However it seems my mistake to invest there.
and after that just earning from faucet and converting it to dollar. never buy again
same here. Initially I know bitcoin. because want to invest, they receive a dollar and bitcoin, I tried to buy bitcoin for investment,
Now I rarely buy, because I earn more here,

I am also looking forward to buy bitcoins because I know sooner or later the price will increase and at that moment I would sell all the coins. Anyone can quote me that price will be over 500 till march ( just a approximation and personal thinking though ).

I think bitcoins price will soon be over 1000$ as it used to be earlier, and in that hope I am saving some coins for future. I think I would regret equally badly like I regret now not saving some when price was 30-40$ , if I dont save.
3927  Economy / Gambling / Re: Make Over 1BTC with sportsbetting. on: January 26, 2016, 08:45:48 PM
vI think you are a good prediction at least this will help my friends who like sports betting, but I'll be a part of this thread, cheers

But frankly speaking it will require a huge amount of luck at there , a number of people have tried these strategies but  they are still claiming that they are failing each time they try to bet at there. The lucky people should have to try it, they will be benefitted more at there.
3928  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When will Bitcoin become obsolete? on: January 26, 2016, 07:25:01 PM
I'd like to say never but nothing last forever. so I'll say about 50 years from now.. by what? dunno. maybe quantum technology, or something.

Up to my studies, quantum technology are not feasible for next two or three centuries. Because, the technology of computers science needs to evolve more to match what is theoretically quantum computing.
So, still now no one knows what is the practical or the real power of quantum computing.
3929  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we earn bitcoin by Torrent seeding ? on: January 26, 2016, 07:10:29 PM
Not sure about torrent seeding , but you can earn a lot of money ( well, not that much, but yes fine amount ) if you have a good internet speed, as many users demand their torrent file being converted into a simple link.
3930  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling can be profitable in the long run! It is possible! on: January 26, 2016, 06:22:18 PM
I think it is impossible to continue to profitable. I had quite a long time and it was really difficult. Sometimes there are surprises at every game so that we could lose.

Yes when I go for dice gambling, it is starting is profitable with the what ever strategies I am a playing. But with number of bets go high, I find only losses all the time. So, long run has nothing to do with profits.
3931  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: January 26, 2016, 06:16:21 PM
Just find distraction. You can go on sports.
Or watch movies/series, play video games.

the important thing is just that you yourself have to say that gambling is not good.

Right suggestions but again these are tough to follow for a addicted person. If you start spending time with friends, I believe yes its a good idea as then you will realize the fun that lies in the life. I often wonder if gambling has made people realize less fun of life.
3932  Economy / Gambling / Re: DirectBet – LIVE Sportsbook & Racebook. Rated # 1 by Bitcointalk Members ! on: January 26, 2016, 06:08:03 PM
I love your sportsbook. But I have a doubt.

Suppose someone place some money on a event, now suppose if the event is void by rain or any other factor, will the bet get the loyalty points for the amount of bet ? I will be happy to see a answer, thanks.
3933  Economy / Gambling / Re: How can I win big? on: January 26, 2016, 05:55:03 PM
I have won a lot from playing dice games and I usually bet above 0.2 BTC at 98% odds on primedice which is easier to win and I've earned almost 0.5 BTC from the same 0.2 bTC I've bet which means I earned over double the amount. It also
depends on how trustworthy the gambling website is.

If there are ways you can bet on both teams in sports betting (as I've known few who do it), it is worth betting as one side if you lose, the other side you can recover your losses as well but that again is just a way to reduce your loss.
3934  Economy / Economics / Re: If everyone used GOLD instead of paper money like the sheep we are and just igno on: January 26, 2016, 05:47:05 PM
If everyone used GOLD instead of paper money like the sheep we are and just ignore the banks and the gov they will be forced to use GOLD also the power is in our own hands and you don't have to carry a lot of it....

1/10 coin will buy the equivalent of $106 worth of goods in fact... the goods weigh more than the gold itself you cant expect to have everything in your own world some sacrifices need to be made to stabelize the economomy

Gold is not practical, that's why nobody uses it.

Even if the government would force people to use gold, people would quickly switch to checks and other notes.

Paper currency is just an evolutionary step from gold. A shitty one, but still.

Bitcoin is the next step, people want their money to be easy to use, bitcoin is perfect for that.

Gold was always treated as commodity but was never treated as cash. That is why when people import gold from foreign countries, they have to pay a huge amount as custom duty. Bitcoin will be completely different and it can be used as cash as well as commodity.

Same case goes with bitcoins and hence Government hates it as they cannot track the amount of bitcoins every person has. If users had to be used as fiat, I doubt how users would measure the gms and buy their day-today things. It would be damn tough unless we had coins having a certain value.
3935  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your favorite type of gambling? on: January 26, 2016, 05:40:33 PM
My favorite type of gambling is sports betting. I think we all love sports betting, but do not bet on it just because sports dont give fast results and sometimes too less sports to bet on. I think if a lot of games starts, more people will love sports betting.
3936  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is your dream for bitcoin? What will it become? on: January 25, 2016, 08:14:34 PM
I wish the following turns true for bitcoins:

1. Legally adopted by the Government.
2. Reward schemes for users paying via bitcoins online/offline.
3. Two types of bitcoins: Stable, Volatile
4. Companies paying in bitcoins and offering a tax free scheme for the same.
5. Physical bitcoins should be available as well.
3937  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Dollar on: January 25, 2016, 07:58:19 PM
yes bitcoin will always be a sub currency, its impossible one country is going to throw away the fiat money then change into bitcoin

but eventhough as  a sub currency bitcoin is still play a big part in economic, the more people doing transaction using bitcoin the more stable the bitcoin price will be

It's still possible for bitcoins being independent and used as a crypto currency of a country and a recognized sub currency. I know that once it gets recognized, bitcoin wil most probably have a stable price and not be as uncertain as it is now.
3938  Other / Archival / Re: Do you think bitcoins will disapear or become unused? on: January 25, 2016, 05:30:40 PM
when the price of bitcoin it falls down it may be worth 1 BTC = 1 candy,
and many people will leave, and bitcoin disappeared, but it seems it is not possible

Bitcoin value was low when it started yet people used it, remember the guy who bought a pizza with 10k bitcoins? Price has nothing to do with it, of course if it's worth 0$ it's going to die but dumps and pumps have no effect whatsoever in bitcoin's future.

Yes, bitcoin is a currency invented for internet usage, so it will be used for virtual use if established. The value of it will not matter its existence. Also it is not a fact that a currency reach zero (0) . A currency can reach at a value of $0.00000000001 but not to zero (0), but still it will be used for virtual use if it accepted for virtual use globally.
3939  Other / Off-topic / Re: If You Won A Million Dollars.. How Much Bitcoin Would You Buy? on: January 25, 2016, 05:04:39 PM
In case I would win such amount, I would first make it to fiat and withdraw 50% to my bank for my personal spendings. The rest would be just there to gamble more and win more, jut making sure I do not get addicted.
3940  Economy / Speculation / Re: What moves bitcoin price? on: January 23, 2016, 08:41:39 PM
Unlike any stockmarket, bitcoin prices cannot be pump are dumped in overnight. Because we are having exchange all over the world and the sentiment of traders all over the world will not be same. So, bitcoin prices is not influenced to buy a single trading group of people.
