41  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin an opportunity like land on: January 29, 2024, 08:53:04 PM
When we make an investment in property or land, it needs to be done at the right location, and the purchase needs to be done at the right price because some locations are hyped and overpriced. Such property or land won't bring a big profit in the long run. With any form of investment, there needs to be a cooling period, which is the period of growth. Bitcoin is a bigger opportunity than land because the growth percentage used to be much higher than the profit generated from land. Bitcoin is an easy process, whereas with land or property, there is a need for maintenance and other procedures, whereas with bitcoin, it is very simple to just buy and hold with the best security features enabled.
42  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Silly and scary questions, and what would you do if that were you. on: January 29, 2024, 08:46:01 PM
When you're not in a situation to fight back and overcome the situation, it is good to surrender your wallet. Life is more important than money, maybe with the bitcoin holdings we could've lived in a much more comfortable manner, with no money, it could've been very difficult, and we need to start from scratch. Life won't be the same forever, based on our efforts, there will be rewards, and somehow, with our hard work, it is possible to reach a good position. If such an incident takes place, it needs to be a learning experience, and we should be careful handling our cryptocurrency holdings. Certain things need to be very confidential.
43  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Paying house rent with bitcoin is it appropriate? on: January 29, 2024, 08:36:59 PM
There is a need for better market circulation to have a higher level of cryptocurrency acceptance in all businesses. It can be our day-to-day lives or specific things. Most people prioritize bitcoin as a form of investment due to the difference in price that happens over time. As mentioned by most users, it doesn't guarantee that the price will increase with time. However, the old-track history makes people believe in the growth and makes them hesitant to spend. Due to the fluctuation in the value of bitcoin, the tenant pays different amounts in terms of bitcoin for different time periods. Our minds should be on spending, and we shouldn't think later that we shouldn't have paid in bitcoin.
44  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Everyone Calls My Child's Name Bitcoin. on: January 29, 2024, 08:26:15 PM
Everything had happened for some reason, but the same could be threatening in the future. Now we find this to be interesting and something unique, but the reality of carrying the name bitcoin used to be hard. There will be criticism as well as people keeping an eye on him, thinking he has good wealth in the form of bitcoin. Mohammad Alven is a good name, and it is good to teach the kid not to respond when called by the name Bitcoin.
45  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your state on mind if your son stole your money to gamble? on: January 20, 2024, 11:50:08 PM
In such a situation, I'll have the realization that somewhere I've made a mistake, and the same is paying off. This means my parenting is not working in the right way, and I am looking for a solution to correct him. Probably I'll explain to him all the advantages and disadvantages one could experience from gambling. Further, it is his wish whether to gamble or not. Gambling is not wrong, but stealing is wrong, and you shouldn't do this. This is what I say to him, don't repeat it. Be good.
46  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you believe in gambling experts predictions? on: January 17, 2024, 08:49:27 AM
Whether it is an expert or a person with intermediary knowledge, the precision of the prediction depends on how good they are at gathering data. A person who is in the business of providing predictions will have better experience; however, they also fail, and at any point, we don't have the assurance that the prediction suggested by them will win. Whenever the prediction wins, they'll take the credit, and on losses, they just indicate it as bad luck. So, it is always good to make predictions of our own. At times, the prediction might fail, but that needs to be considered learning, and when going for big stakes, it is good to go with fixed match signals that get revealed by insiders.
47  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Making too many picks reduces chances of winning. on: January 16, 2024, 12:24:11 AM
More single picks will let us avoid losses. This is true, because with parlay gamblers used to pick in a random manner whereas with single bet they used to analyse, gather data and pick the odds. With most of the single bets we won't be able to make big money as profit, but winning three bets and losing two will somehow gives us with a profit than losing the entire bet going for parlay.
48  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does it looks responsible as woman telling husband you gamble? on: January 15, 2024, 11:59:11 PM
There's nothing wrong. It is a way to give the husband the free mind to gamble and keep him under the radar. This also makes the husband know his limits and gamble than just going on the flow and losing. Transparency between the two will increase love, and the same used to give moral support. Even if the husband have experienced a massive loss the wife will stand for him and console. This will make life better than just losing and thinking unwanted things.
49  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your gambling life could affect your relatives lifes. on: January 15, 2024, 11:54:13 PM
I'm not sure of the relatives, but it affects the close ones for real. I personally experienced it. Being into gambling I've suffered much and now I've come out partially. At times the loss can't be accepted and our minds won't work as we think. This affects the family and the close ones. They can see the difference and the same makes them down. Atleast to keep our surroundings happy we should have healthy gambling habit with limits.
50  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: cashout or wait till the end? on: January 15, 2024, 11:31:40 PM
Thats a huge amount and having such an amount in my wallet will change my life in my country. I've experienced big loss out of gambling and the same have kept me struggle financially. Over greedy could be dangerous and I'll Cashout at the current amount and make life better. Even with the small part of the winning amount it is possible to make some regular winning which will help me to be an active gambler.
51  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Another question? Tell me your average amount per bet and your monthly income? on: January 15, 2024, 11:28:07 PM
Hello gamblers, this is a kind of survey aimed at getting to know my fellow gamblers better, particularly in the context of sports betting. I would like to know your average bet amount and your monthly income.

You don't need to provide exact figures; an estimate would suffice. Through this discussion, we can assess whether we are being too aggressive in our gambling habits or if we are playing it safe with our bets.

I won't say the exact amount of my income but it's around $500+ and what I always estimate in gambling is $6 but my budget all in is around $27 and I don't go beyond the mount I gave. If it's a loss and my $27 is used up, I'll stop gambling, but if I'm winning and it's tripled, I'll stop too. I also set aside time for gambling because I don't gamble overnight.
That's great about you. $500+ is really big and to me the average bet used to be $2 and the result used to be in loss. Last month my statistics was losing $600. I don't have anymore to wager and I was waiting for the monthly bonus.an hour back received the monthly and it got vanished within ten rolls.
52  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Social aspects of online gambling on: January 15, 2024, 11:25:10 PM
Online casinos were kind of isolating people and the best thing about it is the privacy. When we talk about socializing it is the land based casinos where people come just to have good talk and spend their time playing games and the win/loss serves to be discussion for some time period.

With online casinos the chats used to serve as a communication system, but the same doesn't serve as a effective way. Some find it disturbing as gamblers used to request tip and support to funds to gamble. Socializing through online casinos takes place when friends unite or at some special occasions.
53  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should mentally unstable people be allowed to gamble? on: January 13, 2024, 04:02:16 PM
Most of the time, gamblers will be unstable when they're on a losing streak. To overcome such a situation, gamblers, some of whom used to go for high bets, We can't conclude that someone is unstable just because of their outfit. The person mentioned by OP is a regular gambler, and in physical casinos, they allow people who are mentally stable, it isn't possible. In most of the casinos, we were able to see bars and other entertainment services, which are intended to make people unstable and leave them empty-handed.
54  Economy / Gambling / Re: From $17 to $37000!!! Craziest Crypto Win in 2023!!!! on: January 13, 2024, 10:15:37 AM
He hadn't shared about his earlier wagers. I'm not sure whether he's a new gambler or if he has more experience. If he's new, what he has won is out of pure luck. If he had gained experience, then we can say he had learned something from his past, and this is a mix of strategy and luck. Anyhow, congratulations to the winner, who can make his life comfortable for the year 2024.

Platforms using big wins achieved by the gamblers as a form of advertising are common, and there is nothing wrong with it because it is business at the end of the day. However, we as gamblers shouldn't get tempted by these wins and shouldn't expect the same to happen to us. Take everything as a lesson and never intend to gamble beyond your ability, and the winner is good at it as he deposited just $17, which is his limit.
55  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: January 13, 2024, 06:56:37 AM
In fact Pakistan bowling side has become very weak and the run rate per over was high. If you look at the Worm graph you can realize that from 1 to 15 overs Pakistan wickets and New Zealand wickets were often the same but after 15 overs Pakistan did not run well and they lost more wickets in a very short span of time. T. southee for New Zealand got 4 wickets with only 25 runs and got most wickets with lowest runs. On the other hand New Zealand batting side was magical where D. Mitchell scored 61 runs off just 27 ball.

Pakistan has this problem for very long time so losing wickets or not maintaining the momentum in the death overs isn't surprising. But their moral was depleted in the first inning itself so make a comeback and chasing the target over 220 is an impossible target for any team. On the whole Pakistan did good with the bat but as you said their bowling seems to be vulnerable due to the absence of Shaheen shah.
Yes it has to be admitted that Pakistan team players have done well in batting.  But if the Pakistan team players could have been a bit responsible in the last order batting. Then the result of this match would have been in favor of Pakistan team. However, Pakistan team's batsmen are enough to keep the match result in their favor
worked hard. But in the last stage of the game, Pakistan team failed. Pakistan's 46-run defeat against New Zealand was due to irresponsible bowling by Pakistan bowlers. The bowlers of Pakistan team could not bowl well. The New Zealand team was able to score 226 runs because of the bad bowling of the Pakistan bowlers. A score of 226 is a very big score in a T20 match. If the Pakistan team could have bowled well, the New Zealand team would not have scored such a big score.

What I can say is that the Pakistan team did not bowl well in the beginning, and the New Zealand team scored a lot of runs throughout the period. When Williamson and Daryl Mitchell's partnership was solid, Pakistan should have attacked back and forth with spinners and fast bowling. But Shaheen Afridi, the captain of the Pakistan team, could not use the right strategy at the right time, exploiting this weakness of the Pakistan team, the New Zealand team scored huge runs. But relatively none of the batsmen in the Pakistan team could be relied upon as they came on the field quickly and left quickly. Only Babar Azam scored 57 runs, but other players can score good runs.

The Pakistan team had a good bowling order, but they missed breaking the partnership. To me, most of the New Zealand players performed well, and it was Mitchell and Williamson who took the game in favor of New Zealand. While chasing the target, Pakistan played well till the end of 15th over. Pakistan was 159/4, and they lost every wicket by the end of 18 overs. The runout of Ayub was completely unwanted because he was in a better position and performing well. If he had stood strong, the upcoming players could've avoided unwanted pressure.
56  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Focus on how much you may lose and not only the potential win. on: January 13, 2024, 06:33:55 AM
People who are rich have fulfillment in life with money because they are in a position to do whatever they wish with the money they have earned through different businesses or through investments. For common people or middle-class people, it is really tough for them to get fulfilled as they keep on working to make money and meet their needs. This is why most of the gamblers we saw were poor and middle-class people. When they bet $100 and win the bet, automatically he or she'll think we should've placed a higher amount so that more commitments and needs could've been managed for the month. This is the reality and a natural happening with the common people. As the OP said, everything needs to be calculative if not life gets ruined.

59  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who should quit, and why? on: December 10, 2023, 11:21:23 PM
If they're good enough with their activities and doesn't affect the family life then there is nothing to worry about it. If the scenario is turning bad, then it is time to find the solution. When they're moving to find a solution, it is always good to take a chance to stay away from gambling and understand the good they've experienced. When quitting both have to follow it commonly, because one have quit and other continuing to gamble doesn't make sense and leads to problem.
60  Economy / Economics / Re: I need financial advice for my careless uncle. on: December 10, 2023, 11:16:10 PM
I'm not sure of your uncle's potential, but looking upon the way he enjoys the earning he's not good at money management. Out of his skills or with the luck he holds he had been winning contracts. This is really good and he needs to make himself better with money management and the same could help him come out of the problems. With the $5000 in hand he can just invest on bitcoin and learn trading. Even now it isn't late, because he'll get more contracts. He himself should have control and spend on cryptocurrencies or something that could bring him better money, not into parties and other stuffs.
