981  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: No late comer in bitcoin Investment. on: April 08, 2023, 09:46:34 PM
Often we get opportunity to invest, but the human mind always wants better than before. If someone have invested during the start of the year, now he/she could've made big profit. What people does, when the market is in decline, they want it to be down than what it have reached. When price bounces the fear accompanies and they miss investing. With bitcoin investment trust is must and the calculation needs to be made for long term. In this way people easily miss investing at the right market condition.
982  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador has become the first country to make #Bitcoin legal tender! 🇸🇻 on: April 08, 2023, 09:38:48 PM
Nayib Bukele creatively invites you to move to El Salvador, while naming such advantages as "the lowest crime rate in America, no shootings and robberies, excellent coffee, beaches and weather", it seems to me that he exaggerates about the low crime rate, because recently the largest prison in America for 40k prisoners was opened in El Salvador.

I've also come across this news recently, but establishing a 40,000 maximum capacity prison in El-Savador does not mean there have not been a reduced crime rate in El-Savador, i want to believe nit would have been a long term plan that had been in place when things aren't good enough before the total turnaround we bow had with El-Savador in terms of crime rate, just take it as a long time plan that probably had undergone through a MoU that such should be sited in El-Savador for some reasons that may not be clear to us as the public, with that yet El-Savador is well conducive for a good living now because tourist wouldn't have wanted to visit the country if the crime rate hadn't been dealt with, the Bukele administrative knows what it planned when they make everyone enjoy both fiat and bitcoin currency for payment while including every other bitcoin attracting developments in the country to boost it economy, no more violence as before in El-Savador because bitcoin has help reduced many means liable for citizens to partake in such.
Prison never eliminate crime, and that reminds me about Lucky Dube song "I am a Prisoner", because of the crime rate in South Africa, the government promised not to build schools but only prisons yet the crime rate increasing day and night. What am I trying to say is that prisons never stop crime either it increases crime, because if the El Salvador government does not address poverty, hunger, unemployment there must be crimes in the country. Because many bad boys uses crime to survive and many of them even prefer to stay in the prison than the society because in the prison foods are provided, house are provided and they even make money in the prison than out . Crime is not hard to eliminate in the country if only the government fullfil all his promises then the rate of crime will drastically reduce.
Based on the statistics available on the Crime rate statistics-El Salvador it is clear that the crime rate have increased during the year 2015 and from there it had decreased gradually. Many people using crime as a source of income is happening around, but the number have decreased. In the past when it is discussed about El Salvador people used to talk about the gangster culture and now this has changed. When it comes to El Salvador, everyone talk about tourism and bitcoin which too indicate the growth and the decline in the gangs that involve into criminal activities.
983  Economy / Speculation / Re: Crypto traders beaten by girls on: April 07, 2023, 11:55:40 PM
Women into cryptocurrency is growing regularly. What had happened with the Women traders try to learn well and get into it whereas the men just learn out of the experience. This means women understands what were the outcomes of the future and moves accordingly. Men just tries to get adopted to the market situation and tries to understand it.

Women were in each and every sector. Now they've made their way towards the cryptomarket. This is really nice and such progress will surely make more other women be part of the cryptocurrency market. Women are highly emotional, but when they've planned something surely they'll run for it amidst the hurdles. This is how women trader might've won over the men, and this doesn't happen with every women.
984  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: April 07, 2023, 11:34:46 PM
@Sithara007 so far it’s clear that USA should easily qualify, and Namibia will be praying that other results go their way otherwise they’ll fail to qualify and here I feel had they beaten UAE then they would be in a safer spot. Also at this stage I too expect UAE to win, but I hope that they don’t play in overconfidence and end up suffering an loss which could harm their chances of qualifying.
The other results didn't went their way, and as a result United Arab Emirates and United States of America have qualified for the next round. Namibia is one of the strongest associate sides, and I feel bad for them that they couldn't qualify. They have a 100% native squad, when compared to both the USA and UAE, whose squads are almost 100% non-citizen. Anyway, for Namibia there is no excuse for losing matches against teams like United States and the United Arab Emirates. They managed to win only 3 out of 5 matches.

I actually really feel bad that two teams, UAE, and USA, both of which are made up of foreign players, are going to be qualified. I really wanted to see teams that are made out of native players being qualified. But that did not happen. And of course, it is always going to be hard to happen.

After all, they are playing in the team as foreign players for a reason. This really should change very fast. Otherwise, cricket is not going to be alive amongst the associate nations, which are actually trying to find talent and not buy them.

This is true, but this is common in cricket. Not the low order teams, almost every team have got foreign players. Asian players were found much on other nations, because it is quite hard for them to get opportunity in their home countries. Another thing these players doesn't move to another country with the plan of playing for the immigrant country. Everyone have moved for their life and career progress, by the time opportunities were well utilised. So, this shouldn't be considered a big issue that the team with native players weren't able to qualify.
985  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Females domination in Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies on: April 07, 2023, 11:03:28 PM
I don’t think bringing up gender inequality in the crypto space helps bitcoin or the cause, it’s an unproductive political argument imo. There are no stats to back anything you’re saying so it’s all based on assumptions right now. I think if you truly want to make a difference, you can start teaching young women in your area about bitcoin and how to utilize the opportunities in the crypto industry.
Agreed, the gender is not gonna make anything in the market. But Women into cryptocurrency makes it a better place, because women won't easily get into technology based industry. Things have changed compared to the past and women's participation makes the market more trusted. This is nothing offensive, I personally believe that women research much before getting into something. So, women finding bitcoin and cryptocurrencies to be good is real growth.

As suggested it is good to educate women in our locality to make the real difference. It used to be little difficult, but once they get interested they explore more and make themselves highly knowledgeable in that sector.
986  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can you consider yourself as a risk taker if you buy bitcoin? on: April 07, 2023, 10:56:50 PM
Every investment have got risk associated with it. This is not the factor that is connected with bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies investment. When it comes to bitcoin and cryptocurrency investment the risk used to be little higher than the traditional investments. This is all because of the high volatility. Over time people will understand well about the volatility and enjoy it than fearing about it. To invest into bitcoin doesn't make one a risk taker, but a person who invest into bitcoin to enjoy profit in limited time period is a risk taker. When we invest with the plan to hold for long term we're assured with profit, but when the time period is limited we don't know what will be the scenario of the market. It might be at the peak or it drops down causing loss.
987  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: April 07, 2023, 06:12:32 AM
Ireland did a great job in coming back into the game as a new test-playing team. A few more games and this team will be giving serious challenges to every big test playing team. They are not short of talents as proven in this game. All they need now is more games to get accustomed to this format and gain experience.
As a new Test playing team, Ireland's performance in Mirpur, Bangladesh deserves praise. Most of their cricketers do not have Test playing experience but the performance they showed against Bangladesh as a new team proves their worth. If they can maintain this performance in the near future, I think they will do well against the big Test playing teams. However, Bangladesh need only 70 more runs to clinch victory. Of course, Bangladesh will want to win before the lunch break.
New to the test format cricket with very little experience and with majority of debut players is really appreciable. The team that is supposed to end the match with an innings loss have made a comeback. The target for Bangladesh is easy reachable and the team is close to the win losing two wickets. Bangladesh players weren't playing test cricket, they're playing ODI format cricket understanding that defensive technique might not be effective.
988  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA U-20 World Cup 2023 [Discussion] on: April 06, 2023, 11:18:16 PM
For now we can't be sure of the host. Among the three (Peru, Argentina and Qatar) now Argentina have submitted its bid to conduct the U-20 World Cup. Mostly Qatar will win the bid, and I predict it based on the country being the host of the last FIFA World Cup. Indonesia have got a good opportunity and it have missed it due to the political conflicts. It is really a big chance being missed and the sufferers will be the young football aspirants of the nation. Now FIFA have frozen funds for Indonesia Football association. It is nice that almost every continent have got similar number of countries participating. I'm not sure of the winning team, mostly it goes to an European country or to a South American country.
989  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: April 06, 2023, 11:06:06 PM
You are absolutely right Kolkata Knight Riders runs were very low in the first stage of the game. Wickets fell soon after and KRR's run rate was at an all-time low. When I was watching the game I thought KRR will not win today's match with the way KRR is losing wickets in the match. But in the next period very good batting performance was excellent and they scored 204 runs in a short period of time. and later Royal Challengers Bangalore batting performance did not do much for the team. Due to which they lost the match by losing all their wickets and lost the entire wicket for 123 runs in balls from 17.4 overs. Kolkata Knight Riders won by 81 runs.

What a poor show by Royal Challengers Bangalore and they were all out in only 123 runs. None of the players could make any considerable score and it seems that they were too much under pressure after they conceded 204 runs in the first innings. Varun Chakravarthy took 4 wickets but he could not become the man of the match.  Shardul Thakur showed even better performance who socred quick 68 runs and later took one wicket.
The 200+ runs is a big pressure. If the score was around 180-190 runs surely RCB would've performed better. The small difference in the target score gives added pressure. As said this pressure is being felt on RCB from the very beginning of the match. Shardul Thakur is the match turner with his bat. A quick 68 at the right time isn't expected, but those runs were the winning runs. For RCB none have scored considerable runs, same is with KKR as everyone scored single figure run except few players scoring 57 runs, 46 runs and 68 runs made the team reach the 204 runs. The wicket taken by Shardul Thakur is an important wicket of Michael Bracewell. He was scoring slowly when wickets were falling at the other side. A big day for KKR and Shardul.

Ireland comeback is truly unexpected, but it doesn't mean that a team isn't capable to make a comeback for having some debutant players. The last time they played the test match almost 4 years ago. So, it is reasonable to see some debutant players in the team. Ireland has already taken the lead of 131 runs, the target could be more than 160 runs as they have still two wickets in hand. But I believe Bangladesh will win this match.

Lorcan Tucker century and Harry Tector fifty is the reason Ireland came back strong in second innings. Andy McBrine is still not out on 71 runs and he can take the lead to 175 or above. Chances of Ireland to win this game is still low but still nothing can be said as we already saw Irish strong come back in second innings. Still 2 wickets left and we have 2 days play left. With this performance Ireland chances of getting more test matches in coming days is bright now.
First four wickets (McCollum-0, Commins-1, Balbirnie-3, Campher-1) lost their wickets for single digit runs. They should've played better, because the opening is much important. Better the opening, upcoming players will have more confidence and perform well. If not the middle order need to be more responsible and take the risk. Taijul Islam and Shakib Al Hasan took the four wickets and it looked like they've taken the match under control. The performance from Tector and Tucker have helped them avoid the innings loss and give better competence to the Bangladesh team. The match predicted to end by the third day have moved to fourth day which itself a big success for the Ireland team.
991  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How honest and transparent are casinos? on: April 06, 2023, 10:38:31 PM
No one can tell how honest and transparent they are.
But the truth is that I don't expect them to be 100% honest or transparent because it's gambling.
The casinos make their decisions and award bonuses  to whom they want to.
Bonuses aside the welcome bonuses, I feel are mainly given to the core gamblers who are part of a loyalty scheme, those who the casino sees to be spending more money and time on casino games not just a random gamblers.
I think that casinos are honest and transparent but to some extents.
Gambling is a business and for that reason they'll look for the growth as well as better profit with time. Transparency adds more trust to the platform, but we can't expect things to be cent percent perfect. When we talk about the bonuses and other form of lucky draws mostly the platforms will be in favour of the Whale gamblers who are more important than the random gamblers who wager few thousand dollars to the maximum.

In an wagering contest I was able to see a person winning a million dollar bonus sharing just with two tickets while the rest were with thousands of tickets. Such incidents make people have good trust over the platform and believe in the system. There is need of honesty and transparency to stay strong in the high competence industry as we were able to see more casinos getting into existence regularly.
992  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do new online casinos struggle? on: April 06, 2023, 10:25:01 PM
New casinos struggle because of their lack of branding, customer and players.  They also struggle because of the competition and the lack of reputation.  In order to survive the market, I think new casinos should make a good investment on promotions and marketing.  They must put a reasonable funds to it but they don't need to put too much because it may put more stress on their operational activity's funds.  They should wisely plan their budget in order to have their operation goes smoothly.

Building reputation takes time so they need to plan their budget carefully.

The casinos will always have a lot of competition, those who are starting out also have hard times because it is obvious that many want to enter to play and win, and the casinos have to have a lot of reaction and ability to appease those who win, in case it is not when the problems begin, and everything originates with the withdrawals and that is something that causes a lot of annoyance for everyone, and this is something that when it starts like this gives a bad feeling because it is not normal for a casino to start and not pay.
The competence is high, nowadays casino business have turned to be a big capital business. In the past even with single game casinos gets launched and slowly increase the games and make changes to the platform. Nowadays everything needs to be added at the beginning, if not people doesn't consider it and there won't be much traffic. In some casinos the edge wouldn't be got back perfectly which lets the casino go bankrupt in short time period. In recent years I came across a gambling platform (doesn't remember the name) which ran its promotion program in our forum and closed the business within two months going bankrupt.
993  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: April 05, 2023, 11:56:50 PM
As we wrap up the second day Test Bangladesh vs Ireland, Bangladesh has taken control over the match. Despite losing four quick wickets early, Harry Tector and Peter Moor managed to hold their wickets. However, in my opinion, it seems like the game will conclude on the third day as Bangladesh's bowlers are motivated enough to pick up the remaining batters. This would result in a defeat for Ireland by an innings.

Ireland's top order performed badly in the second innings. At the end of the second day, Ireland had collected only 27 runs and they had lost four wickets. Bangladeshi spinners Shakib and Taijul managed to pick up two wickets each. My guess is that it will be difficult for Ireland to stay at the crease till the second session tomorrow. If Harry Tector gets out early tomorrow, Ireland is likely to lose all their wickets in the first session. Because Bangladeshi spin bowlers are performing well on this pitch.
So as expected Ireland batting couldn't stand infront of Bangladesh and Bangladesh is going to win this match tomorrow with an Innings and so on.
Ireland batting is disastrous in 2nd innings.
In the first innings it looked like they're playing well and now they're completely out of control. Sure this is going to be an innings win for Bangladesh. Based on the performance coming out of Ireland it looks like they're good enough to play T20 format cricket. They need to improve a lot and understand test cricket is the real cricket through which they can perform well on the other formats.
994  Economy / Economics / Re: Is renting an inevitable waste of money? on: April 05, 2023, 11:53:53 PM
If we make a calculation on the average lifespan of us and differentiate the spending for a own house as well as a renting we'll see the calculations to be high with renting than owning a house. In some other prospects that we use a huge amount at a same time whereas with renting the amount gets divided and will be paid for years. This won't disturb the financial stability much. There'll be good and bad, it gives the best outcome based on the way we consider the need.
995  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: April 04, 2023, 11:59:38 PM
I was not expecting Ireland to score 200 runs in the first innings. Looking at the score I think Bangladesh bowlers could have done better. Shanto is out for a duck. I was not expecting an early wicket. In test cricket a batting partnership is more important than going after the bowler. I am not expecting Bangladesh to mess up this easy game.
Even though Ireland's first-inning total of 200 runs may have surprised some, it is crucial to keep in mind that anything can happen in cricket. Either Ireland's batters were simply too good, or Bangladesh's bowlers had a bad day. In test cricket, creating a strong batting partnership is essential. While early wickets can influence the course of the game they are less important. The way Bangladesh responds to this early setback will be interesting to watch and every cricket match has the potential to be surprising.
214 is not a big target for Bangladesh but they cannot be relied on too much. If they pick up two or three more wickets early, it can have an impact on the match. But since the total score is very little, there will be no problem for Bangladesh. If they can play normally then Bangladesh can easily win this test. Today they got a chance to bat 10 overs where they collected 34 runs losing 2 wickets. Hope they can get over the score tomorrow.
The pitch definitely gave hard time to Irish batsman and they got all out on 214 runs on day 1 , Bangladesh still have things under control plus they have plenty of time to cover trail and give lead.  It's bit early to say but Netherlands don't stand any chance of winning their 1st test match  against Bangladesh.
If you think that Ireland has no chance to win the 1st test match against Bangladesh then you will be wrong. Because I don't have any faith in Bangladesh team, they lost the easy match. If Ireland team can strengthen the bowling line then Bangladesh team will be all.  Ireland team has a big chance to win if they can out. However, Bangladesh team has done a great performance in bowling. And Ireland has made all the batsmen out. I don't understand which team will win the match.
Maybe Ireland won't win the match, but it won't be an easy win for Bangladesh team. Being on the home ground the players will perform better than playing away. Bangladesh have already lost 2 wickets. Surely Ireland will give tough competence. The batting line up have got more potential players like Shakib Al Hasan, Litton Das, Mehdi Hasan which will keep Bangladesh high.
996  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you Think might aid the global adoption of Bitcoin? on: April 03, 2023, 11:53:29 PM
Different countries have taken different actions on the usage of bitcoin. In Bangladesh there is N incident in which the users were arrested. Even after that the usage of cryptocurrencies haven't decreased, people find ways to continue using it. There are very few number of countries that have legalized the usage of cryptocurrencies whereas the majority stay neutral. El Salvador have taken the right decision and have made it the legal tender. More countries were predicted to follow it, hope more good adoption happens through them

~
Captaincy of MSD is really appreciable, he brought Moeen Ali at the right time and had a break of partnership.
There is no denying the captaincy skills of MSD and he is a master in controlling the match even if you have mediocre bowlers. But the only issue i see is that, why is he coming way down the order with the striking skills he has, today he came down to bat at 8 which is ridiculous.
Maybe he thought of giving opportunities and understand whom need to be placed on which order in the upcoming matches. Even at the eighth position he came, scored 12 runs and caught out.

Till the last LSG fought as it have got batting line-up till the last. 16th over from Deshpande is awesome that he conceded just 6 runs. Though it isn't a comfortable win, it is good that CSK have started its points on the table.
CSK has the weakest bowling unit and they are not planning to change that in this season as well and once MSD retired there is no way they are going to win matches with this bowling unit.
Agreed, during the opening overs the runs were at 18 runs per over. Ben Stokes who was in rest have come to bowl and gave 18 runs. Deshpande bowled better, but it looked like he's in fear as he continued to bowl wide and no balls. CSK is much of batting dependent than the bowling unit. Based on which we can predict the outcome of the match. If the team failed to score 180+ runs in any match against any team, it is going to be loss for CSK.
998  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: April 03, 2023, 07:19:21 PM
Big moment for Ireland as they are playing another Test match tomorrow. As per my knowledge Ireland recently goy clearance from ICC to play Test matches and they have not played more then 4 to 5 Test matches. Good for Ireland to play Test and build a strong team in coming years. Shakib Al Hasan has been named skipper for tomorrow Test. Odds must be in favor of Bangladesh for this test.
Ireland have played just three test matches and the last match was played almost four years back against England. It'll surely give Ireland good experience as this isn't a much played format for them. Odds will be in favour of Bangladesh, but I expect some good performance to come from Ireland cricket team. The match being played in home ground will make it easier for Bangladesh. The winning probability of Ireland is lesser than 10% and Bangladesh won't underestimate, because they had experienced an unexpected blow in the last T20 cricket.
999  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Any casino site offer Ludo game? on: April 03, 2023, 06:57:00 PM
Via Casino? Nah i haven't seen one on any gambling website, but if you want to play Ludo games on your smartphone I believe there are some Ludo games on the play store for android users, I just don't know if they have the online capability or multiplayer like some gamers call it, you will have to find that out yourself, Ludo isn't fun if you can't play with real people around the world, even if it's available on a casino platform and you only have to play with the casino BOT the fun part will instantly gone.
There is one in PlayStore called Ludo Star, it is probably the best and the most popular one out there. It is an online game where you can play against others and win or lose coins. You can login into the game using your Facebook account and you will see all your friends that also have the game and you can even invite them for team-up matches where you and your teammate will play against another team of real people.

It's a fun game that everyone can play and enjoy. The reason why casinos don't have Ludo is probably because it isn't a fast-paced game and it consumes a lot of time, so gamblers would barely like to play it.
OP have requested about some casino where it is possible to play with bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies. Ludo Star is fiat based, unlike the payment it is really fun filled. We have got options to play against players as well as against bot. The interesting part we friends can have invite link through which everyone can join and play. Ludo is really time consuming, and not everyone have the patience to play.
1000  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What could be the Symptoms of Getting Loss in gambling According to you? on: April 03, 2023, 06:49:47 PM
We don't experience any symptoms prior to loss. Whether it is win/loss everyone have got different feeling when they gamble. My most preferred gambling game is dice. I feel nervous when I gamble, and when I was in loss I also feel dizziness. By the time my mind used to think just about the recovery of what I've lost. With the dizziness I don't know what I'm doing and in the event I've recovered what I've lost and gets into profit. By the time I used to be completely out of control and once again used to loss. This had happened several times. Some feel this to be symptom of addiction. According to me, from the day I gamble I've got such feeling.
