To all those wishing to sell on this bottom, thinking that the coin has died, pay attention to the trading volumes of XEMBTC on HitBTC HITBTC: XEMBTC, W  and volumes are much larger than at ATH, of course they are not the same as for hyped projects, but relatively to the left side of the chart, they are huge. But also it should be noted that the hyped projects have the opposite picture - the volumes relative to ATH are much lower. I hope you do not need to explain why the "dying" coin is so actively traded? The price is hammered into someone's order on 1461 sats, buys out any volume, and you keep waiting for the bottom. While there are projects and uses for it now, the focus on upcoming updates such as Catapult made it feel just shy of where the team wanted it to be. Hard to say, if he's right or not. But my point is another one: In the discuss just two people mentioned NEM (as a working product), but on the contrary around fifty people crying for Dash. I'm definitively not infering from that, that Dash is better platform than NEM (I'm NEMster hodler and have no single coin of Dash), just thinking about the "world spread and popularity". I've probably already commented on this topic but the time passed and doubts about this coin appeared and they are:
How does the NEM (XEM) intend to overcome new projects that are appearing or tend to be created?
This could be asked about any coin or platform such as bitcoin, ethereum, dash, IOTA, EOS, etc. Development is always going to continue to improve the ecosystem. Does the project have an innovative valve responsible for innovating the project?
There is a community fund available to help fund new projects. NEM foundation has a growing global presence with support to consult with projects and developers to help them build on NEM. How can the marketing aspect overcome the low compared to the market? I believe that this project is not just about falling.
Marketing is huge with NEM, people seem to criticise us about where the marketing is, but the fact is that we have meetups held globally and are expanding into the US and continue to build partnerships and get projects build on our blockchain. |

Why until now the price of nemcoin always tends to go down? The increase experienced by nemcoin is not big enough compared to the price decline. Is not this very detrimental to investors?

I think that NEM is a very underrated project now. The last news on July 6 very pleased me. For me personally, NEM is a long-term investment. And even despite the recent small growth, the current price is very good for entering. But I would still like to ask - how the long-standing question of stolen XEM was solved? Because I think this problem still had a very big impact on the price.
Coincheck refunded its victims and they were able to buy more XEM back than what they would have had to begin with. |

LOL. You think Tron, EOS and Cardano are worthy of being in the Top10? Are you fucking kidding? NEM should be in the Top10 but they refuse to do anything to really promote themselves more widely in the crypto community or to hype and pump anything. All of that is necessary to be in the Top10 and NEM won't do it because they are arrogant.
it will get harder that's definitely true. But being in the top 10 now is something like being in the top 5 a year ago for example. The top 10 are getting harder to reach and at the same time much more worthy. It does take only some decent price push for NEM to get in there again, so I have no doubt it will happen soon.
Arrogant? lol We dont want to generate hype around this project just to artifically pump the price like the other projects you mention, instead we go after business leads and help projects build on NEM. We are different and are doing serious marketing, all you need to do is see how many meetups are being held globally and you will see what i mean. |

I agree, its now starting to get hard to keep track of all the high quality projects that are starting to build on NEM and make a difference. There is also a few Ethereum projects switching over to NEM because they simply cant make it work on ETH. |

The forum was hacked in May 2015. You can check if your email was included in that breach or elsewhere by using https://haveibeenpwned.com/ (My email address was also in the BTC-e database when they got hacked). The data in both of those hacks included email addresses and encrypted passwords. That's one reason so many accounts here get hacked, they had weak passwords. yes, i looked there and my email shows as breached on bitcointalk. |
