XEM, is totally legit, and it really surprises me that the ones here who know about all the countless shitcoins dont know anything about NEM(XEM) yet it has been around for more than two hole years!
Not to mention that it was trading very cheap at one point and people had plenty of opportunity to buy.
But hey, dont take my word for it, do your own research and look into it for yourself.
The only reason that i can think XEM has little audience here is because its been heavily targeting the asian markets in Japan, that and they are going after serious investors and not people interested in pumping and dumping their worthless altcoins.

7k floor is possible with this volume + zaif...sky is limit imho. Tech is there...whitepaper is phenomenal piece of work will go down in history imo.
When is ZAIF going to arrive? I duno, but they are tweeting all about it, so i think it will happen very soon...

NEM for long term! Im in for long term also! amen brothers! me too! Looking at the charts today, i think we were right!

As long as it grows at least 10 percent a day I won't be moving by daytrading Bitcoins out of it for awhile.
10 per cent a day doesn't smell like a sustainable idea worth betting the farm on. It lost nearly 1000 satoshis today while I was busy reading an article or two. You are not good at proper timing after all. Dont invest in NEM/XEM now . Its too volatile. And if i said that to someone 3 days ago what would they feel? We are still undervalued, the initial growth has only begun. Anyway, you buy and hold for the long run, DONT day trade!

Help! I wake up and find we have passed the DAO! Me thinks ZAIF listing is imminent!

Looks like now is time to sell and rebuy lower before a trip to 10k.
Well its tempting, but one word, ZAIF. Too risky for me, im hodl... Could be added when im in bed!

... I gotta say its looking good....
much less bad feeling around NEM than ETH/DOA
NEM = New ETH Yes once ETH proved that their "contracts codding" language can be exploited money are seeking for next "ETH" probably. Anyway its not good for crypto because ETH could bring new opportunities to it,new people. All i know is i dont understand why so many others did not see this as a huge risk??? I saw this happening from day one, so the DAO hack was not a surprise to me one little bit!

WOW! Big thanks to Makoto and his dedicated team who have actually put all the hard yards and time into making this all possible! Words cant express how grateful we all are!

You guys check out Bryan Kelly's NAUT? That could be the next $1 billion coin.
Nautlus coin? Dont see whats so special about it, its seen a few pumps recently.

NEM and NXT 2 seem to be gaining traction.
well these seem to be pretty good currencies in my opinion and the volume of it might be growing really fast in the near future as people would invest more money into it i think ethereum has a lot of potential in becoming another really big thing, there are already a lot of money invested into it and i think people will keep on buying their ethereum coins NXT and NEM are probably the best choices you can make in crypto. Dont know what to think of ETH currently, with the DAO hack, it shows peoples security concerns about smart contracts etc were valid. Again not an ETH fault, but the fact that anyone can add insecure or potentially malicious code is a concern to me.

Why do you guys like NEM so much? Seems like market volume doesn't really support your prediction.
Currently over $2M volume at the moment! lol

Factom or NEM is the only one with a chance at the moment.
NEM is looking very likely at the moment

I have two and a half men nem stakes but I am to stupid to harvest. Could run 2 supernodes but I do not even dare to think about. Any safe method to participate a "harvest pool"?
Count me in here too If the limit is lowered to the amount of one nem stake to run a node, then i think thats a fair amount, since thats the original minimum amount that investors held if they had a stake from day one

I dont get NEM. NEM creates blockchain software that can be used by banks (mijin)? But why do we have XEM then? What is the connection?
The beauty with this system is that banks and other financial institutions want their own private blockchain, which mijin offers. This will offer them a high TPS with low cost instead of lots of fees. The second advantage is this demonstrates the power of NEM, because its based on the exact same technology! And to top it off, both NEM and Mijin are designed to work together, so people can have the best of both worlds.

Can someone tell me why this coin has suddenly taken off in the last couple of weeks?
I reckon there is a good amount of Japanese investors buying into it, but we will wait and see i guess!

Moving in and out of the number 2 spot on Poloniex and STILL barely a mention on the altcoin forum. It's really weird. I guess bitcointalkers aren't comfortable discussing non chequered ICO junk. That's probably a good thing.
4th highest volume of all crypto as well according to http://coinmarketcap.com/... Looks like volume coming from price drops. That doesnt really matter, because its changing hands and a good amount of people are buying while its cheap! I could have bought and sold on these swings and got more XEM, but its just too risky for me.
