401  Economy / Speculation / Re: slowly, but surely bro!!! on: March 23, 2018, 12:23:28 PM
It depends on the market condition whether it is going to recover this month or more, remember some market corrections and massive falls last 2013 when bitcoin crashes from 237 to 67 USD overnight it took for almost six months to recover from that fall so we cannot conclude 100% sure that it will break the stronghold of 9K USD over this month there's a lot of factors, hindrances and negative news that is disseminating throughout the community but I'm still hoping that it will recover from ATH this year.
402  Economy / Economics / Re: Porsche introduces blockchain to cars on: March 23, 2018, 11:53:17 AM
Here's the official press release: https://presse.porsche.de/prod/presse_pag/PressResources.nsf/Content?ReadForm&languageversionid=833328

I think this is the type of news that tends to shut up crypto deniers. If the auto industry starts using blockchain tech, it's going to be huge. What do you guys think?
It's not the first one who introduces blockchain to the cars there are tons of ICO project that is related to auto industry who did the same thing, you can also check the announcement board for the upcoming and finished projects which is related to this type of project and you can also see that there are tons of projects from different types of industries and businesses having a resolution to specific setbacks of their current systems and infrastructure so blockchain tech are already invading different types industries for the adoption and revolution.
403  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: finish college or keep playing bitcoin? on: March 23, 2018, 11:13:44 AM
Right now I love bitcoin from 2106 till now and currently I'm in college but by playing bitcoin I can make a lot of money what should I do? I prefer to play bitcoin instead of college. I also realize that bitcoin will not last forever therefore I want to take advantage when bitcoin still exists.
You see bitcoin as a playground? cause your playing with it, faucets? how much is your total earning for this playing bitcoin thingy? instead of quitting college why don't spend your earnings to attain a college degree like everyone on this thread says? and if you are determined not to pursue your degree establish a physical business for yourself cause some successful personalities did not go to college they just develop a certain skill set and ideas we know some popular ones, everything under the sun will not last forever some of them disappears or changes, don't just pinpoint that rule to bitcoin everyone has a limit.
404  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What’s happening to today’s ICOs on: March 22, 2018, 03:44:05 PM
The other way around is that when the market is on the bullish run staying their funds with cryptocurrency would cause a huge gain, not just with their own projects and fundings, it will be a domino effect both for their investors and supporters but the OP has a valid point and most of the projects have the kind of risk which was mentioned above

ICO's are not profitable nowadays at all. because off this bearish market nobody wants to collect and hold new coins. that is why mostly it is better to buy them whenever they are listed. Ofcourse there are a few strong icos that investors could make good profit such as credits and tomo.
Some people preferred to buy during the presale and that is because the project offers huge discounts and promo's but in some cases, it is much better to buy tokens when it hits exchanges, you will experience better discounts rather than to accept presale offers.
405  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Essentials for Traders on: March 22, 2018, 03:00:18 PM
Add practice here. Without practice, all your knowledge and patience and capital will not give you anything. Only with practice you become a master.
Practice and practice then gain your own experience, with experience you possess some skills learned from the past mistakes molding your own decisions into a better one, I can also add another one and that is Mind conditioning, I always mention this whenever I saw someone panicking from the current price of the market, "the Battle always starts in the mind", always think your next move, don't be swallowed by your own emotions and crackdown.
406  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We Need To Shut Bitcoin And All Other Cryptocurrencies Down. Here's Why. on: March 22, 2018, 02:24:18 PM
Hi everyone! I found this quite overly dramatic article on forbes and was wondering what you think. https://www.forbes.com/sites/jasonbloomberg/2018/03/10/we-need-to-shut-bitcoin-and-all-other-cryptocurrencies-down-heres-why/#4662eb0c1bca

Anyone seen it? What's your thoughts? Fair point or total bullocks?
The article spins all around Permissioned blockchain and crypto mining (mining without permission of the owner), yeah discussing the problems and negative traits of the Permissionlessness blockchain without explaining the downfall of the other one bias on the other side, yeah you want to shut down all cryptocurrency but not the websites, emails and programs which contains spyware and malware? all of them comes from the internet right? you can also detect some illicit mining activity on your devices by simply monitoring the CPU and GPU usages there are tons of apps and extensions to block them anyway.
407  Economy / Speculation / Re: $9,500 remains the major resistance for further gains. on: March 22, 2018, 02:05:40 PM
This week price is like a hard wall for all of us it mingles with the price between 9100 to 8600 USD, hopefully, the strongholds of the wall will break then the price will flood back to 12k upwards next week, G20's response to the cryptocurrency is a promising one and we need to have a good rebattle for the fudder's who keep flooding the internet with the same statements about negative kinds of stuff and misleading statements.

9000 is the bottom, going lower always bounce back up
That's the bottom line of price this week while last week it dumps for almost 4 to 5K USD, that was some cheap bitcoin and hoping I got some money that time to buy some dips.
408  Economy / Economics / Re: Money laundering tools on: March 20, 2018, 07:29:07 AM
In my opinion, BTC is not a traditional currency like gold and silver because it does not have any use value, so it is not a credit currency. It's basically just one use, money laundering tool. The tool explains why bitcoin prices are spread across the country and abroad. Domestic money is changed into bitcoins and then physical transportation to overseas exchange for foreign currency escapes regulation and the cost of money laundering is lower than before, and the risk is low.
So how in the world would the criminals use the bitcoin that they accumulated from money laundering to their expenses or richness if they will not going to convert it into fiat? yes, sure bitcoin is a currency and an asset but can you buy a grocery package with it? starbucks? candies? There would be a store which accepts btc but it is broadly adopted? most of the local exchanges in the world was regulated by the government, conversion into physical money requires KYC that the money launderers hate. It is not that easy mate, by the way, any forms of asset which have a value can use as a tool for money laundering don't be so biased about it.
409  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Year of altcoins or down again? on: March 20, 2018, 07:17:44 AM
We are witnessing a strange situation on the cryptocurrency market. Over the past 2 months, the cryptocurrency has experienced a strong correction. But now I hear more and more that soon will begin a large growth of altcoins. What do you think about it, friends?
It is not a simple correction as we are witnessing a 70% downfall to its price in just 3 months the loss is significant high, now it is battling to gain the price of 9k USD but the problem is some altcoins are hindering to make this happen, we know the bans are meant for the scam and illegal platforms but we knew that weakly handed peoples tend to give up on this situation cause they are here for an easy money in a short period of time.

I think it will be a good year for altcoins and bitcoin. But only time will tell. Just gota hodl them all until the time is right!
Can't assure that as this year crypto fluctuates larger volumes of price, were still observing what will be the broad effect of Google and Twitter actions, but positive chances are fighting because of the G20's positive reactions about crypto.
410  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum price plunge: Is the cryptocurrency dead? on: March 20, 2018, 06:59:09 AM
Ethereum is down 0.75% to $594.96 today as of this writing. Could you share the reason behind this price drop? Thank you.

Source: https://coinmarketcap.com/
It is called price fluctuations, market corrections, someone is selling their own ETH and someone is going on to the mode of panic selling due to some factors that we've already know, we can also consider the ads ban on the social media giants and the biggest search engine in our world, ICO's have a vital role in the growth of ETH as to why it is falling is because some projects paints a negative impression to people that results from withdrawing to cryptocurrencies, hoping those scams will cease to exist.
411  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: G20 Summit can make a trend reversal? on: March 19, 2018, 06:07:16 PM
Well, my prediction is that this dump was arranged specially before summit, like previous one, in February. And market will rise for 30-40 %,  then there will be a flat during April and afterwards we will see another dump, even lower just before summit in may.

I don't think dumps and pumps are exclusively related to these summits...
There's no assurance about that, however, the market surges a bit when G20 releases some statement about cryptocurrencies and its modification of the existing regulation, they were so positive most for the technology behind the cryptocurrency which is the blockchain tech, the adaptation of the said technology may empower the innovation, though it imposes a minimal impact it may start a fire of a positive buzz about the crypto and the blockchain, lets wait for the effect of the ads ban from google and twitter.
412  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency value plunges? on: March 19, 2018, 05:50:29 PM
Hi all, I just read some news regarding to cryptocurrency, it stated that BTC price was predicted to decrease dramatically to $2,800 (ETH or Litecoin also have the trend of falling). Besides that,  another article mentioned that "Investors in Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies face hefty tax bills". I don't know whether I can trust these information or not. I just wonder why the price of cryptocurrency decreased so much these days and are there any new regulation about bitcoin in your country. Thank you for your information Cheesy

When bitcoin crashes its price most of the altcoins will follow the same fate, not just ETH and litecoin, as per the article you've mentioned above taxes are liable for bitcoin as the government in your own country imposes regulation and laws about cryptocurrency so how in the world are they going to track all those wallets were the owners own the private key? unless your going to use some centralized exchange or local wallet services which were regulated by your government.
413  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading pump and dump group on: March 19, 2018, 05:40:43 PM
You can see them on telegram or other social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter but mostly you can encounter on telegram, totally disliked their strategy to earn more bucks for trading, PD groups are a bunch of greedy people, some of them are just using some newbies to dictate what are the coins that they need to buy and what are the ones they need to sell when the reality is that the upper hand or the admin of the group are the ones who benefit from this scheme this was base from the testimony of my friend when he quits from a group.
414  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Twitter will also be crypto like Facebook and Google? on: March 19, 2018, 05:20:11 PM
Here's the article from sky news https://news.sky.com/story/twitter-to-prohibit-range-of-cryptocurrency-ads-11293387
It's fully understandable if they are going to ban ICO advertisement but to prohibit almost all the platforms, services and websites correlated in the cryptocurrency is questionable most of them are wallets, trading platforms, exchanges etc. Based on them there will be an exception to the permission of the promotion hoping to exempt those legit and authentic platforms, it is also questionable that they going for a full blast ban yet some silly scams and gimmicks outside cryptocurrency allowed to infest our surfing experience around the web?
415  Economy / Economics / Re: Is fall of bitcoin from 16k$ good for bitcoin and alt-crypto? on: March 19, 2018, 04:21:59 PM
It soared to almost 20k last December then it started to fluctuate around 15 - 12k USD after that before hitting the holiday seasons, price corrections, bad insights and greedy people make the price what we are seeing today. Price decrease and crashes make new opportunities for a normal person to enter the cryptocurrencies, I saw a lot of people complaining that bitcoin is so expensive though it is cheap in the past, I hope that those greedy people who enter the cryptocurrency will realize that it is better to focus on the technology behind bitcoin rather than to hope for an instant money.
416  Economy / Speculation / Re: whether it's time to turn green again on: March 19, 2018, 03:30:51 PM
How about this news guys https://www.coindesk.com/twitter-will-ban-cryptocurrency-ads-in-two-weeks-says-report/ will change trend up or no? They just make us smile for a moment, and then will make us cry again. But most likely it only affects some time after that the price will be normal again, as happened yesterday. It would be better from now on don't make a thread about bitcoin price prediction.
It's just an ad and beside this is for the better, good ICO don't need to spam those big social networking sites and a search engine in order to gain investors, this is for the protection and preservation of the future investors and enthusiast, people will get over it and eventually the uptrend will continue to back to its promising price.

This is the time we are waiting for, but its too early to celebrate. If something really good happen is G20 Summit, I believe the rise is about to come, the market survive and its time now to go up again.
Always remember that sometimes the history just repeats itself just like the old days, I believe it too that G20 influence the price fluctuations and the blood loss.
417  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What crypto to buy in a bloody market like this? on: March 18, 2018, 05:18:52 PM
Seeing this image was so frustrating and sad at the same time, it is really painful to watch all those cryptocurrencies on red colors of percentage, too much blood was shedding from all those coins at the same time long-term holders will make their loss their own blood, anyway I would choose those cryptos who have more losses than bitcoin, what I mean is not its price cause there's a huge difference between them, I'm talking about how much percentage did specific loss, like ETH, NEO, NEM and other coins which took a lot of damage to its price.
418  Economy / Economics / Re: Nothing is dying except the illusion of easy seemless riches. on: March 18, 2018, 04:49:46 PM
Expect another article about the non-dying words of the bubble and dead or an economic specialist will say the same line like the former mainstream did in the past when the crypto market dips so bad, most of the holders who fell into a bear trap are those who want an instant gain and money, whales are the ones who benefit from the crashes, dump some bitcoins to trigger those people, bitting the dumping scheme, the crash continues added by the other factors like regulations or banning stuff, whales have a big smile on their faces all because of a low-priced bitcoin.

Bitcoins is already with problems, because its dead in many countries like india and korea.
Dead in many countries? for Korea read this article Here
and for the country of India, you may read Here
Learn to read the full context of the latest news before saying any non-dying words "dead"
By the way, no one is exempted from the word problem.
419  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I don't care about the price now. Nobody knows how much my portfolio is worth on: March 18, 2018, 04:24:34 PM
really, if you are sure of your choice of coin then you should go and forget what you are investing now because even though you are currently monitoring may be the sadness that you will feel right now.
Yep, the best way is to stop monitoring the price every day, you may see an unusual movement in the price that would trigger you for selling plus the negative news about the cryptocurrencies would affect your will to resist of selling, better to do something else by making yourself busy that would completely isolate your attention on the price charts, if you truly believe in your portfolio that it may last that long and may recover from the crashes you can do that, holding a useless coins are worthless to hold in a long run.
420  Economy / Speculation / Re: Opinion on BTC price on: March 18, 2018, 04:10:39 PM
I know im not alone but im a little worried about the btc price decrease. Im still gonna keep holding but im wondering what everyone is thinking about this and whether a price jump is possible to the near future.
I'm thinking that next year the same thing happens again, bitcoin will drop its price for up to 70% tons of people will fear and make a panic selling scheme to cut the loss, bitcoin will recover again, slap their own faces cause they did not hold and buy more bitcoins while it is cheap then they are going to FOMO mode to ride the trend repeats its cycle another type of discussion created for this saying all the time just hold and buy cheap.

I know im not alone but im a little worried about the btc price decrease. Im still gonna keep holding but im wondering what everyone is thinking about this and whether a price jump is possible to the near future.

I think that BTC price can't be less than 5k$ at present. Overall I suppose that BTC price will be 25-30k $ till the end of this year
That would be a possibility to reach new heights of the price of 30k making the people who sold their bitcoin regret, I hope that no whales will gonna dump their own bitcoin then make the crypto market in bloody days again its painful to watch.
