ICO turns into STO, then IEO they might change their format but in the end they will still be connected into ICO that creates scammy projects, we were done to experiencing it but others might still new to them their schemes if they will not do research thoroughly. Actually even there are lots of campaigns present, there are still possibility that they are scam or will not succeed but hopefully those legit will succeed , however it still good that even in Pandemic there are still projects that are trying to developed to make difference in these crisis.
