4021  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Hector Tanajara vs. Mercito Gesta on: July 22, 2020, 11:06:32 AM
Ok, this is quite exciting fight to bet if he is the underdog here. How come though that sport bookies are not listing these upcoming fights? You don't need to wait some experts, if you like to bet on underdogs with attractive odds then Gesta will be a good one as he has a good chance to upset Tanajara here.
I don't have idea why they don't have it. But keep looking as there will be for sure, these bookies won't miss a boxing match mostly if it's making a round in the internet.
I'm not a good bettor for the fighters that I don't know that's why I have to wait for better people to have a say on these fighters.
This can be available on non crypto based sports betting, it can also be available in registered betting sites in your country. I have seen one in my country but not accepting crypto. These two may not be a big names yet compare to Pacquiao but indeed have good records on win and KO. It will still be a good fight even it seems it many voted for undefeated Tanajara, I will bet with Gesta since he might do all to break Tanajara record,  will see if these can make him win.
4022  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: "Poker Tournaments" are reopening little by little. on: July 22, 2020, 07:45:20 AM
Regarding to adopting the new normal, physical casinos are now very strict. Those who want to gamble will have to wait before the first one to gamble run out of money and those who don't want to play but wanted to stay on the casino will be sent to outside and won't be able to go inside unless they want to gamble. Obvious choice for physical casinos is to have a feature whwre gamblers can also gamble virtually.
This is a also a plan in one of the popular casino in my country, this Covid they already fired many employees as their is no profit and they will still be adjusting in the new normal and what they are thinking is to operate also via online while they are still few who can come in physically, it will be just like a betting option though and not yet finalise. They might start with tournament in a way they will only let few players inside the casino and let others bet via online. I wonder if many players in my country shift into online gambling crypto based.
4023  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are you an asset or liability? on: July 22, 2020, 01:36:19 AM
The merit system is a beauty of a thing, now you get reward for what you choose to be -shit dumping poster or good poster-.
I think I have heard enough of -signature or bounty- it's more than this two, the opportunity here is wide as the ocean if you can see it! You have any skill? You can earn from that -merit earning as well- wriggle out of this thought/believe that you learning for -signature or bounty participation-.

At this point, only those who have merit have more chance of being able to join a better campaign, but like what they did they work and earned it. Before being able to be a asset we need to be good in doing our job. Take double time in posting and find ways to get atleast a merit every 120 days to qualify in a paying campaign. It's been hard to get merit since some don't notice it but keep posting that's what I learned this Covid, they might notice us eventually.
For OP, before like in year 2017. Bounties where a good way to earn paying really high, but not anymore.
4024  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it now? Could this be the way up? on: July 21, 2020, 05:45:44 PM
It has been 4 months and the market has not been affected by the consequences of the virus and this shows us how much the market is becoming increasingly solid. I believe that people are putting a little more trust in cryptocurrency and this is a way to think.
It was once affected by the pandemic that it falls too low in the first few months of announcing the world of this Pandemic especially when lockdown and quarantine in different countries happens, however still many sees it as opportunity to buy and due to many getting active in trading again due to lockdown. It might keeps on rising, now that many are adopting in the new normal, and having cryptocurrency might help in many ways from easy transaction and possible investment.
It is proven before that the market is still developing seeing the price it drops during lockdown and what price it makes now, it's still rising if not it's not dropping too low again even Pandemic.
4025  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the best welcome offer for you? on: July 21, 2020, 12:08:40 PM
Like most people I am very interested if there are online casinos that offer a welcome / deposit bonus. And the bonuses given must be worthy,
Don't give a bonus of only $ 5. In my opinion, a $ 20 bonus is enough to get many people interested in signing up and starting playing in the
new online casinos.
I think a $5 is enough as a bonus especially if it will not require a deposit yet, usual casinos will guarantee first that they will play before they give the bonus, so if there are casino who gives bonus or free spins or roll, it's already fine. The purpose of bonus is to know what the casino process in playing to know the display and the highlight  of their casino, we can still explore it thru minimal betting, mostly casinos have their rules for their bonuses since many might just overuse and create many accounts without depositing to take advantage of the bonus only.
4026  Economy / Gambling / Re: PokerShares.com ♠️ ♥️ ♣️ ♦️ | The First Poker Bookmaker| Politics | Dice on: July 21, 2020, 09:40:04 AM
They have other games that he can give a try like betting to US politics which is the highlight currently of pokershares.
Yes, we will be able to bet whose party among Republican and Democrats will win, there are many pokers player also to bet with and choice of where to bet in different poker events. Those who have idols in poker can easily bet here with first deposit bonus.

Also, We can try to monitor the odds in betting with specific party or players. It's indeed a good feature to establish what may the outcome will be able to see at the same for us to choose, but many betters maybe have already their own player been looking for and they keep track with.
4027  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will There Comes A Time That All Online Gambling Sites Are CryptoCurrency Based? on: July 21, 2020, 04:57:51 AM
I think sooner or later most of the gambling and betting sites will start accepting bitcoin and crypto in general in one way or another.
Perhaps the biggest providers wouldn't want to carry much of the risk and would rather utilize a third party solution to simply give them a balance in FIAT after commission. Some of the bigger betting sites do this by using neteller from what I know. I could definitely see more sites doing it in the future.
The existing casino can acknowledge accepting Cryptocurrencies as payment in these new normal era where we don't want our bank accounts to be fill up in online gambling. In my country there is a popular bitcoin wallet that are partnered in many gaming platform to buy the in game points, some casinos can partnered with them if casino will like to do it via third party so there is no much change that they can adapt, but I would love to see in my country a crypto based where I can bet via crypto not that they will convert my crypto to fiat in order to play.
4028  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing in Life Insurance using Cryptocurrency on: July 20, 2020, 05:33:41 PM
I see a lot of companies that are doing as much as possible to use the Blockchain and improve in a lot of ways. But as the second comment have pointed out, there is really nothing interesting in all these things that they mention.

If they are going to talk about making payments, I don’t know for other countries, but Bitcoin wouldn’t be the fastest option, and other cryptocurrencies wouldn’t be as fast as well since you’re still going to have to move that money to your bank account, so why don’t they just send that money to the bank then, than letting you pay extra fees for confirmation while selling your cryptocurrency to get it in your bank? I don’t know for other people, but I don’t look much into these things, they don’t bother me much.
Not only about in payment but also OP mentioned plans of companies in using blockchain. I see the advantage of automatic detection that once you were put Deceased in the government record, will also detect whether that person have existing insurance and your family wil let you know this. We see some applications form insurance in my father's document but not the main policy contract and details about his agent, so we don't know if my father really avails policy before, up to now we still didn't process it since there are many requirements, if goods if it will be decentralised. even it will not affect much the price of cryptocurrencies.
4029  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Three phases bounty distribution on: July 20, 2020, 03:14:29 PM
Can you show me a project which price has been increased while the bounty was distributed within three weeks? I don't know if any of such project exist. I don't think it's a good solution to avoid price dump.
I also didn't see any projects like that, their prices collapsed in the first batch and I believe it was not the bounty hunter's fault. Distributing into 3 phases only makes things more complicated
It's been a very long story and a biased accusation that many companies blame bounty hunters whenever the price drop after they distributed it, but they didn't see or point out that it might be because of the early investors who took advantage on their bonuses, since many already experienced a declined in prices of new crypto listed in exchanged many smart early investors sells their share for their benefit.
Having 3 phases is still fine than not paying at all, as long the funds were escrow or they will provide guarantee that they will pay since it's their transaction fee that will be spend.
4030  Economy / Economics / Re: COVID-19's "New Normal" is Creating Opportunities in Crypto on: July 20, 2020, 12:10:26 PM
Having more time to monitor trading in these Pandemic is the silver lining I see during quarantine, however I only do small trading since there is a doubt that I might overused the money that is needed by the next extension months of the quarantine but every little amount helps in during that months that I do day trading.
I also take advantage now signature campaigns which I don't focus before pandemic, more casinos were active in doing campaigns here as the demand of people playing online now is rising.
Though, this Pandemic really damage a lot of businesses we hope that we can still find ways to earn.
4031  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which website do you usually go to get your news and casino reviews? on: July 20, 2020, 06:37:05 AM

There's a new one which had been recently introduced.. https://www.btcgosu.com/
Ann thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5262141.0

This is much better compared to others that had already existed.

Will bookmark btcgosu website it's fresh in the eyes and informative.
Before, I just visit gambling thread in this website whenever I look for some new casino to compare when I'm planning in a casino or to see update in some existing casino, since we have many active gamblers or users here who sited their experiences and even show their winning payouts sometimes. BTCgosu, His website can be a summary if we don't have too much time to browse many casino threads and Ann thread of casinos here in the forum but since its still limited and might not Listed some of casino we are looking for then we still need to find more respected review sites or better search here in forum if it's available here.

4033  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Jeff Horn vs. Tim Tszyu on: July 17, 2020, 02:00:36 PM

A good odds for horn on this match especially that the five possible venue is within Australia. He is motivated on his game when he is fighting while surrounded by his supporters. Even though he has a controversial match to Pacman, I think he is really a good fighter too. Plus the Aussie judge are always in favor with him. Most of his winning matches happened in Australia.

Tim Tszyu is a deadly boxer too. In fact, he has the upper hand against horn if we based the prediction in skills alone. But we already witnessed how the judge turn around result in favor of horn in his previous matches. Unless he knocked out Horn, that's the only possible way for him to win.

Tim Tszyu is also an Australian Boxer. This probably will be a good match, not just because of their boxing experience and stats. But for the fact that they are both from Australia, both an Australian Boxer, the judge will definitely not favor on one player alone or in Horn like what it looks like when Pacquio lose. This match will determine also show how the match will be judge in Australia with their own boxers.
4034  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are there any successful and relatively new casinos? on: July 14, 2020, 01:45:49 PM
New casino and being successful are contradicting each other in my opinion. I mean a casino must take time to serve for this community before this community to assume about its success or failure. So, there cannot be any new casino could be existing to mark as successful.

But what we can have is, new casinos with potential long term surviving capability. I mean we are having lots of criteria for a casino to be fund eligible to play with them; from this we can have list of casino to consider about playing in near future.

In my opinion, wolf.bet must be relatively new and got all the things to play with. Next is windice which is somehow more than one year old and finally mintdice but they are seeming taking more time to launch their version 2 but through campaign they have built good reputation.

To be successful in terms of having again many players and good reviews, is not applicable yet for new casinos. We were able to see plenty of signature from casinos even these old ones are getting bashed or negative review when they seem to be already good and stable, yet some players still see some flaws like in delays in payout and too high transaction fees.
To really be able to be successful they will need to be readily solved the problems that may came and will be able to still show good responses despite of some negative events.
4035  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Useful tips I've learned so far, might come in handy on: July 10, 2020, 04:54:51 PM
All enumerated by OP is a must follow, but will specify choose and priorities this 3 based on my experience.

1. Nothing is certain in crypto space
-definitely nothing as it's too volatile that many will change in just a span of day or week, we need to be attentive at all times especially if we invested a lot.

4. Don't hold new altcoins and stay offline, they need close watch
-this is true, tried to go offline before in some exchanges and didn't monitor it at all that some I forgot I have and sadly lose a lot.

7. Take profit when you see one, don't be too greedy
-Chances sometimes that high prices will come might not happen again, so take advantage. There's no guarantee in crypto. I missed those times I was able to earn a lot but then hope that the price will rise again apparently it becomes more low, so don't greedy. I learned my lesson now.

4036  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Those reliable exchanges on the market on: July 10, 2020, 01:14:04 PM
I'm only using Binance now, but before I'd been into many exchanges which also includes Bittrex and Kucoin, but now since I don't do trade often now and in my local country there is an exchange for top coins like ETH, BTC, XRP and few more I prefer to trade there so it can easily transfer some of my money from bank and with government permit. I'm not sure if there are countries who also have alike but we need to be assure in what exchange we will be use especially it came from our hard earned money.
4037  Economy / Economics / Re: The freer the market, the freer the people? on: July 10, 2020, 06:27:24 AM
It depends on what you mean by "freedom". Yes the freer the market the freer people are in things like
- opening/running your own business
- product selection
- easier transition from one job to another
but at the same time, you can face problems that are currently solved by antitrust committees in different countries (although they do not cope with the same Disney). I do not believe that the market can be left completely uncontrolled entity, but there are already levels of sufficient freedom that allow you to feel comfortable and not think about not being free.
While being free is good and what we all wanted, there is always a negative side on it as there will be no rules to follow, some will be free to do scam or do bad services and cam ruin the market as a whole. Its good to be free in buying and selling as well in having different investment and payment methods in our own means but some situations really needs to have laws or rules to follow for equality and betterment of the situation. When we begun to be too open in embracing everything sometes we forget that it doesn't really necessary that makes the situation worst.
4038  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbies are free to choose the journey they will go on: July 10, 2020, 03:09:15 AM
As beginners they will choose their destination to become a bounty hunter, because what they know is that Bounty will produce more with many projects that can be followed. and some bounty hunters will become spammers who will brutally carry out all bounty tasks.

The choice is indeed in their hands. But being a good member will have a more positive impact to be able to achieve a high Rank and be able to participate in the BTC Signature Campaign which has more potential to pay consistently. At the moment I am also focused on developing my account and becoming a good and useful member of this forum.

Many will come here to earn at first, unlike before we go here to gain knowledge about bitcoin as its community been a good place to share thoughts and ideas about new discoveries and related crypto websites or products that been known in crypto. But since many know that we were able to earn from here before many take it as an advantage to do bounty hunting thru spamming, hopefully newbies not here to scam. Those who do scam maybe are already here even before and see it as a room to do their bad intentions. Newbies and truly beginners here in forum should be more observant than ever.
4039  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are happy only when the price goes up? on: July 09, 2020, 01:52:11 PM
It's not actually true there are some who are sad whenever the price goes up because they sold their crypto right before the price goes up.
I think it would only depend on how we would look at it there are who would be happy when the price goes down because they could get it at a lower price and hoard as much as they could.
There are people who would always be happy whenever the price move it doesn't matter if it goes up or goes down it all depends on what we aim if we want to invest then we would be happy for a price drop but if we want to sell then we would aim for the price increase.
It will depend on the traders situation, it's just more react when the price is high as they will be able to show their profit, not all who buy when the price drops post or show their happiness as they can receive comments from other that the price may not still go lower. I don't usually react when the price drops to buy but I'm happy same with I regret when I didn't buy when the price is still low or I'm too late in buying.
4040  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does bitcoin solve more problems than it creates? on: July 08, 2020, 04:22:39 PM
Certainly, I believe the OP would have a change of mind were s/he to make that OP in today's world. The simple fact is that the demerits penciled against Bitcoin are nothing to hold waters under a critical examination. Bitcoin remains a life saver for all, except the haters of progress. Bitcoin is all that is good!
All good things have some flaws, not all are made perfect to have some room for improvements. Having bitcoin as decentralised system can be an advantage and disadvantage depending on how we wanted to use it. In terms as investment before it pumps too much it is indeed a great investment that makes many investors earn same with as way of payment method in different online transactions. Sometimes the problem is not really the product, its the user and the people who ban or put limitations on how it can be improved more.
