4181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ICO @ Cryptopia Only 4 Days Left -Growers International $GRWI- Seed2Sale Tools+ on: August 23, 2017, 08:39:02 AM
Thinking about investment, but I couldn't find on your website how many tokens you already sold? Does it open information?

All the coins are on the exchange at the PCA price. The starting amount was 1,000,420. Currently, 531,385.53239253 are remaining.

So.... there are 469,034.46760747 that have been sold. Almost 50% sold out.
Those are really impressive numbers, honestly enforcing myself to think about invest more with another round. Usually I do have only limited funds for one project, but only when a project shows unlimited potential, I do go for investing even after my limits. I guess this time $GRWI will be moving me into such cases.
4182  Economy / Services / Re: Sell signature space + bonus social media post and blog post on: August 22, 2017, 08:30:02 PM
There is a bit of confusion because of you posting everything in one line. If I understood correctly, there are few things which you will be doing, or rather selling:
1. Rent Signature
2. Post in facebook
3. Post in Twitter
4. Banner ads in your blog
Now, is the 0.002 BTC for all these works together or only any one to select ?
Would have been better to understand, if you had broken all your services and quoted a price individually.
4183  Economy / Economics / Re: How to make money only with BTC on: August 19, 2017, 06:24:02 AM
I hear many saying they don't mess with altcoins...how do you make money with btc?

Just buy the dips, sell for usd (or other fiat), then buy back in...rinse and repeat?

I'm not talking about long term holding but about how to build up your bitcoin without touching alts.

Thanks

Just simply hold it for a very lone time buddy, a long long time. You can gain money if and only if the value of bitcoins increases. But we all know that bitcoins value always increases and succeed in making our investment grow, so no need to worry if you money might lose. There is another thing, join in a signature campaign where they will gave you bitcoins in exchange into your work time for them.
There are multiple ways of earning bitcoins but the only best and safest method of making bitcoins is to save them in wallets when the prices are low, buy as many bitcoins as you can when they are available at cheap rates and sell them off in the pumping phase. Like many investors are doing this currently because bitcoins are continuously increasing now.
4184  Economy / Economics / Re: Wasn't that good to use bitcoin as your lifetime asset? on: August 19, 2017, 04:22:40 AM
For me, it is good to consider bitcoin as an asset but      i don't know if it it is good to consider bitcoin as an asset for a lifetime. Bitcoin's price is unstable that you need to monitor in order for you to get a profit. We doesn't know also what will be bitcoin after 10years. Unlike when you have a stable job and when you reach your retirement age there is a certain and particular amount that the company needs to pay you. In bitcoin, you can only get profit and need to work hard before you can earn that.
That is right that we should not make bitcoin as a long time asset because the price of bitcoin is not stable so there is a chance to lose our money if we will just let bitcoin stay in our wallet for a long time and treat it as an investment for long time because how can bitcoin give us consistent profit if its price is not stable and more likely to go up and down.
There is no harm in treating bitcoins as lifetime asset. Lifetime asset does not mean that keep bitcoins in wallets till you die or are on wheelchair, it simply means that don’t waste bitcoins. It is worth keeping bitcoins in your wallets all the time because they can make you rich anytime. All our assets that are for lifetime, we do use them but with care and take care of them.
4185  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best Investments on: August 18, 2017, 09:29:46 PM
if you have some fund, i prefer you go mining or cloud mining. no loss but it works only if electricity is cheap.
or else you need to make some gambling site or some online shop.

"gambling site"-how much it cost to start??

Any suggestions?!

Thanks at advance...
Different companies and developers have their own prices. Some offer assistance in long term while other just flew away after they have submitted you the project. Other than this, they may also set up backdoors. Other than this, there is no guarantee that your gambling site will become famous. Still, Best of luck!
4186  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you feel when win in gambling? on: August 18, 2017, 09:05:50 PM
This is a great feeling when you win in gambling, even a small amount like $1 makes me feel good. That's why I gamble in the first place, not to make money, which is I think pretty much impossible, but to have that feeling. When I take part in a poker tournament with 500-700 participants which lasts 3-4 hours and where you get $1 for taking the 3d place, of course I'm not doing that for money. It is that great feeling of winning is what I am playing for.
It is great you can see positive in your worse also but I would like to see the other side of the picture also. What are the feelings when you lose in gambling or have you gotten used to it by now? Wasting 3 to 4 hours and winning $1, only by luck, while you stand third position among 700 candidates is pitiful.
4187  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When to leave the game? on: August 18, 2017, 08:48:57 PM
I think gambling is very addictive and it is not possible to leave when you won the gambling. After winning many people will think if they continue playing they can win more amount of money with the experience they have.
It's addictive and I'm sure about that because I have experience it in the past but not possible to leave when you won is not true, every individual has their own decision so anytime we can leave if that is our will. We are in control of ourselves and although sometimes we are being driven by our greed we also have that moment where we can realize we need to leave and enjoy the winning that we make for the day.
Shaking of an addiction when it has actually become your second nature is simple only in words. To controls one lust, your determination must be strong and most of the time you need a person who helps getting out of this swamp. Spending time in other co curricular activities may also help. It is always now and never. Leave it now or face the losses forever.

Yeah that's always way easier said than done. People would say that they'd quit already but the next thing you know, they're.burning money in casinos and casino sites. If you're feeling this urge then better know that its time to quit or else you'll be in for a lot of problems
I sometimes think of gamblers as Romeo and gambling as their Juliet. No matter what you do and how much they themselves want to give up, their blind love burn in the core of their hearts.

If someone is really determined, I suggest diverting his mind and keep him busy in other stuff. Write "I will never gamble again" on a piece of paper and stick it to a place where he can read it 100 times a day.
4188  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What's your current strategy? on: August 18, 2017, 08:28:40 PM
for now my current strategy is mine btc and store it for a little while in my wallet.. I am only starting now and it takes a lot of time waiting
>earn
>save
>wait
and also i am planning to join a campaign but my main objective now is to rank up eheheheheheh
mining & campaign is what i am trying to do for now Lips sealed
You are really very hard working guy. If you are doing mining besides campaigning, you must be very good at time management. I appreciate your love for bitcoins. One day you will definitely among the rich people if you keep working at this pace. Your patience and hard work will pay you off.
4189  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Any good Bitcoin games around? on: August 18, 2017, 07:25:41 PM
One of the best Bitcoin games I have ever played: http://battlecoin.org, shame it isn't as busy as it used to be!!
Yes! I love this game. Completely addicting. I endorse it 100%. It is an excellent option for your plans. A few other good games are:

  • BitQuest – If you are a fan of Minecraft then you are going to absolutely love this. It's a fun and very popular ‘sandbox game’ in which players build up the game world themselves. You make the game, you define the story. BitQuest is a custom Minecraft server which makes Bitcoin the in game's currency. You can the game's currency by mining, trading with other players, and the like.
  • BitRunner – It is an augmented reality gaming taken to the next level. This is a cross between a treasure hunt and an action game you can play with friends. You can find coin fragments by visiting the right locations and piece them together to earn Bitcoin. The "fun" element of it is that you can also steal them off, other players. Great game!
  • You could also try flash games like "Tremor Games" and "Cash Clamber". Basically, these sites have a wide range of different flash games in which you can earn "Tremor coins" for playing games and gaining achievements. Once you’ve built up a large enough amount, you can then exchange them for a range of items including Bitcoin withdrawals

Have fun! Smiley
If still not satisfied, I think Google can give you good results in this case. Use social websites because they are a source of huge information of any sort. You can come across people of different experience level in any particular regard. I prefer searching on social websites. I also am not sure what he really meant by a "good" game.
4190  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the best coin to buy today? on: August 18, 2017, 06:38:33 PM
what you want regularly trade or long time hold and your amount. you want regularly trade you can like,
xrb
waves
lun
omg
this coin you can like for regularly trade. if you want long time hold you can choose,
Eth
next
waves
you can choose this coin for long time. i think eth is best fr long time hold.
How can eth be the best coin to buy when bitcoins are available ?
Eth is nothing as compared to bitcoins. Bitcoins are the best option for long term investment because they have always created history. Many investors are treating them as assets because they know the real potential and worth of bitcoins.

4192  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is instant way to get rich ? on: August 18, 2017, 06:30:22 AM
You can't say that it is an instant way to get rich because you have to spend more time and effort before you earn a great deal.
Instant is like winning a jackpot in a lottery in a single bet, and earning bitcoin is not easy like that ya'know.
I think it’s the instant way to become rich in very few time, your point of hardworking is solid but in my35 years in this world I have never see the easy and the comfortable way to become rich.

Every rich man has story of hardworking but again it’s true that with great hardworking you will definitely required a very sweet good luck which can convert soil into gold. So if someone wants to become rich he should start bitcoin business with a condition of hardworking and good luck.
4193  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why the future of bitcoin is brighter then any other currency in the world. on: August 17, 2017, 06:18:35 PM
Due to constant supply and high demand in the market.
A platform with the largest community, why won’t it always stand out as the best ?
Like seriously, there are lots of people investing into this daily, so saying that it has a bright future makes sense, unless it probably happens to end up badly tomorrow, which is unlikely to happen.
4194  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why owning 1 BTC becomes harder everyday??? on: August 17, 2017, 05:48:45 PM
Wow, bitcoin price is increasing everyday at lightening speed!

Are you not afraid someday 1 bitcoin will become currency for the rich dudes?

I know we all want to buy and save more bitcoins in pieces, but the way bitcoin price is going are we really going to keep up?

Edit: I'm talking about owning BTC1 or BTC2... I know people can buy satoshis and save in their wallets.

What do you think, guys?
The more the price for a Bitcoin increases, the more hard it will be to earn it. Back at the time when bitcoin was cheap and sold at around $250, it was quite easy to earn a 1 BTC or buy it. But this time around, nah…not easy at all. Well, the disadvantage on the side of newbies is all benefit for old users.
4195  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin had a stable price, would it still be as popular? on: August 16, 2017, 06:59:59 AM
Certainly not, this is because people will not be interested in trading and have no hope of getting profit in the future. Stable prices will be lost by inflation so everyone will go left bitcoin.
Oow…no, no, no. I don’t think that should happen anytime soon. That will be a spoiler, and will make lots and lots of people leave the platform.

As of now, I’m even seeing some of my friends quitting because there are no more options for them.to earn Bitcoin. Cloud mining is no more a good option ,so some of them changing their mind. Think of it when it then becomes stable, you will see lot of people leave immediately.
4196  Economy / Economics / Re: Stock market vs. Bitcoin??? on: August 15, 2017, 09:56:36 PM
There's one very interesting and important difference between stocks and Bitcoin - BTC is traded 24/7, while stocks are traded only in certain hours. This means that time passes significantly faster for BTC, and this is one of the major factors why it is so volatile. This also means that you should be prepared for price changes while you are away from exchange, this can be done via built-in tools like stop-limits and even some advanced methods like writing your own bot with official API from your exchange platform.
Yes, this is the basic difference between stock market and bitcoins and this is the cardinal reason why bitcoins surpass stock in trading. Bitcoins are accessible all the time anywhere if you have internet connection.
Today’s world is hell fast and people don’t like those things that time. That’s the reason people are preferring bitcoins over other trading investment.
4197  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Transaction FEES 0.00133153 BTC !!! on: August 15, 2017, 09:20:18 PM
I think you can always choose a less fee, it will take longer to get confirmed, but if it is not a big amount, you should be ok with it.

Even with that you'll loose some fees in between which is equivalent to that same amount so it's better you ignore and pay. There's no cheap way to bypass the transaction fees.

previously wallets like xapo, has no transaction charges at all due to mass payments in order to reduce the fees to zero. But I am not understanding now why they are not following the same.
Transaction fees are really becoming a problem now. It should be low. If we choose less fee than we have to wait but what if I do not have that much time and I want it instantly. Everyone is trying to make their own profits. Xapo must be doing the same. They know people will not give up on their asset whatever comes in their way.
4198  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Finally Bitcoin is in the schools for students to explore on: August 15, 2017, 08:25:47 PM
This is something to celebrate for, a one step closer for bitcoin to be part of the daily lives of our students world wild soon. Good job Australia and I hope another country will follow.
I have always said bitcoins is going to be the currency of the coming generations. And Australia is also thinking the same Smiley
It is a good idea to introduce this technology to little fellows as soon as possible. It is a great step forward and helps the young ones to grasp the idea of bitcoins better. Anyways, bitcoins will soon become a part of our daily lives.
4199  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When did you start gambling? (Because of BCT Promotion?) on: August 15, 2017, 02:28:32 PM
I started gambling long before I got into bitcoin. So my gambling with bitcoin is just a continuation of my love for gambling in the first place Cheesy
Ha ha interesting. Gambling is probably your first choice both to earn capital and to have a fun time. It is very rare that people first indulge themselves in gambling and then go for earning bitcoins.

It is probably reverse cycle because mostly everyone aims to earn a log of amount through bitcoin trading and when they find it safer to play, gambling becomes their habit. at last, I have only a few words for you i.e. gambling is your secondary nature so you can keep up with this until or unless you find something better than that.
4200  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: can gambling give you lessons in life? on: August 15, 2017, 07:51:06 AM
Yes of course, I already learned so much ingambling. One of my learnings is, never gamble all your money, because at the end yoy will lose everything. Like in life, once you gamble and you're not sure in your decision and you make it go it can lose everything youhave.
Gambling can give you a lesson in your life if you get addicted to it in the worst possible way. Gambling with your own money is not a risk at all but once you switch on to the debts and loans, then it could really become a serious problem for you.

Gambling in this way might not only affect your finance but also harm your personal relations as well. So it is a friendly advice from my side that you should quit gambling and try to invest your capital in some business so that you can earn while being on the safer side of the game.
