422  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DeepOnion Vs. Ripple on: January 16, 2018, 12:38:47 AM
I am very new to cryptocurrency. So which of these awesome altcoins should I invest my money with?

when you invest in ripple your money goes to bankers
when you invest in onion your money goes to criminals

Bankers
Criminals

The line between the two doesn't exist, actually they are the same thing. One could even argue bankers are worse than thieves and killers, they've probably killed more people last year (via suicide, homelessness and etc) than all the world's criminals combined (this is an assumption and not fact). We are talking about the executives, the decision makers of these banks btw, not the peons.

There's a reason that crypto's exists, it's so the banks don't have ownership over the sheep anymore. Bankers control every aspect of your life, to what you can buy down to where you live, it can all be traced back to the banks.

There are fundamentals of all digital currencies that you should of learned before even investing in here, or posting on these forms. You're in the wrong place to be defending bankers.
423  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC + all your official papers being stolen and traded on: January 15, 2018, 07:44:43 PM
This is new precedent trying to be set, the more people the give in, then you'll have to give you info out for every single airdropped/bounty out there.
It's very dangerous for you to trust these non-reputable individuals with your information and for the future of cryptos as a whole.

You can blame Polymath for this, they don't want to work harder filter to filter puppets, so instead they want your ID. Now it's coming out that many are following suit, do to the laziness by the Polymath cunts, they've effectively conducted the worst airdrop in the history of Crypto.

There is probably nothing we can do to stop this, because the vast majority of people trying to do airdrops are very likely to hand over their info without a second thought. This has major repercussions, some of the worst repercussions we will ever see in the future of cryptos.

The best thing you can do if you're reading this, is to not give in to these new information whores, never submit your ID or any information to anyone in Crypto. These people are more than likely to flip your IDs on the darkweb for a profit. There will/is information coming out on these forums in regards to this, and i'm glad people are speaking up here about it.

There is only 1 type of group of people who need to submit their ID's and information, and that's the creators of said Bounties, ICO's or Airdrops. Flip the tables, stand up for what's right and demand more transparency from these motherfucking whores. Because at the end of the day, if the devs are not willing to, why should you? They are the one's who are generating the funds, they are the ones accountable for this whole fucked up charade.

Note: I posted this in another KYC thread, but i have to repost it here since this is such a serious issue, this is more dangerous than a couple of devs walking away with millions of USD in scam funds, or using that money for activities. The reason is, is because they can actively use your identification for just about anything in this world, from opening up bank accounts, to purchasing weapons and other shit. Yes weapons can be registered under your name with a simple ID card, and that said weapon can be used to do harm to others. This is one scenario of how this is totally fucked up.

If your ICO/Bounty is trustworthy, it isn't. Because they are very liable to be hacked, because they are in the spotlight. Most devs don't know how to protect themselves with information. Do you trust your ID's to sit on a server for decades without any tampering... we live in the real world here. Fucking big businesses can't even protect themselves, what makes you think that these mysterious agents are going to protect your interests, 10-20 years down the line?

425  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / WARNING - Puregold "Backed by Gold" Scam on: January 14, 2018, 05:34:47 PM
I'm posting this here, since my post got immediately moderated when i posted this on the thread. They have actively tried to bury my previous post, and went as far as deleting this post down below.

Never in the history of Alternative crypto currencies has any "Backed by X asset" ever worked. In fact, all of them have turned out to be get rich quick scams.

I don't have time to list them all here, but Gold back currencies, diamond backed, even uretha (horse piss) currencies have all emerged time and time again on these forums. To no surprise, they are and were all were scams.

Avoid this garbage, do some extensive research on the history of these types of coins and move on knowing you've adverted major losses.

Despite what anyone will claim here, documents, identities, and anything can be forged to seem legitimate. The only time i would ever trust a "X-Backed coin" is when a major centralized institution does it, not some half-assed greedy corrupted cunts telling you this through Bitcointalk, a forum.

Fucking pathetic at the lack of self-respect some of these motherfuckers have for themselves, just fucking pathetic.

Also, don't trust the swarm of puppet accounts roaming this thread, it's all apart of the grand charade.
Here's the ICO page: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2687883.0
426  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ABT] ArcBlock - BORN FOR BLOCKCHAIN 3.0 on: January 13, 2018, 10:51:03 PM
I don't doubt there is solid tech and features behind this coin, actually looks like the first promising coin of 2018. Like pretty good, but lets dig in at some finances, Because; after all, you're talking to investors here.

...Greedy. Valued their product over $250 million USD before anything is developed, at ETH's current rate. AMAZING! $250 million usd for to develop this project? Like seriously, you're telling me each token you're selling is worth more than $1 USD or $1 EU,nonsense.

These companies are valuing their ICO's based on the current performance of a BULL market, not actually what it takes them to develop. When they go through the ICO and determine how much each coin is worth, they look at the current climate and gauge... investors can make an easy X2 return on this coin, because that's all that matters is ROI, and if investors are not making at least X2 on ROI within the first week, then it was definitely a failed ICO.

So, basically, they think investors can pull x2 profit from their coin (they left investors with skin and bones), with a total evaluation of around 500 Million USD for this ICO. If you mention something about a hardcap, you always ALWAYS invest based on hardcap of the ICO's, or you really have 0 clue on what you're doing, ESPECIALLY for the private investments. (Read carefully before you comment on this).

I'd love for the devs to explain how they came to the conclusion for the ICO's price. But i'll tell you here and now, it was magic number pulled out of thin air.

EDIT: It seems like all the sheeps are congregating on telegram these days, and there is no meaningful, real discussion that occur on any of these fucked up ICO's. Bubble markets indeed... when people don't even know what they fucking invest in anymore. These types of ICO's will eventually cause all the crypto markets to collapse on its head.

I totally agree, would be nice if the devs address this questions. Is this even the official announcement?
It is crazy how ICOs are doing a lot of moneygrabbing (talking in general, not referring to this project) by overvaluating project at concept stages. Not to mention how much tokens being hold by the team and advisors.

Coupled with the teams inconsistencies, and all attempts to wash out any discussing that paints this project in a negative manner. They haven't responded to 1 negative criticism, even though the main guy is posting in this thread 24-7.

I'm eagerly awaiting any dev discussions about this case, and other issues with the greed in this ICO. If you respond in a sensible manner, then maybe you will actually have some real investors with big cash investing in this. But instead, you want to take the route of creating a desire by creating a high-wall few can pass.

If you want to play that game, then answer our questions for the sake of your 250 million USD (it's now worth 350 million btw, due to eth prices), that 350 million you want to raise, which would make this one of the most funded cryptos of all time, but yet you have nothing to show for it.
427  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and ETH are Shitcoins on: January 13, 2018, 09:16:55 PM
I think this is a troll, just promotion for a real shitcoin that copied BTC's code, then calls BTC a shitcoin. mfw
428  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Dangers of the Polymath Airdrop Scam on: January 13, 2018, 04:57:42 PM
First of all, i know this is promoting this bullshit more than i would like, but you members are going to partipate in their airdrop really need to look twice before submitting your information to an untrusted entity. For all you know, the way they are going to be making money is by selling your information on the Dark Web. This could be a well thought-out scam, while maintaining an "angel like appearance" up front.

Polymath is the worst airdrop you can partake in. I highly recommend everyone avoid their bullshit and KYC compliance. We are entering dangerous territory here, all because some cunts don't want to put in effort to filter, or even prior to the airdrop, make a more concise and controlled list of participants.

Laziness at its finest, one of the worst airdrops ever conducted on these forums, and they want to start a new precedent at it. Pretty soon all airdrops will require your ID to enter. Do you trust these people with this information? I certainty do not, i barely trust the ICO's who are making millions from ICO's with my ID.

For all that's concerned, they can go fuck themselves. Take that 20usd and shove it up their ass. I'll buy your airdropped coins for 20 usd on the markets. Because despite their attempt to filter, it's very easy to fake IDs for someone who is willing to put in the effort. Expect users with 10k poly's by the end of the airdrop to exist.

Edit: If many of you make your voice heard on telegram (i got banned from telegram for expressing my concerns btw), they will definitely listen. Their entire coin is dependent on you submitting your documents. Make your voice heard, and don't let them get away with their bullshit.

Edit 2: Locking thread, since you can't train a sheep to read

430  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Etherscan Down? on: January 11, 2018, 10:03:35 PM
They are always down, their servers are a shit, and they are always bugged, maybe that is the reason of why their ICO is not having enough attention at this time.

They are the crappiest exchange that exists right now, i do not understand why a lot of people are still using it.

Etherscan, not Etherdelta
431  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If I received tokens in an ICO, can they be taken away? on: January 11, 2018, 09:35:41 PM
If the tokens are in your wallet, then there is nothing that they can do to retract them. That goes for Internal Transactions too.

Delete email and move forward
432  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Invest Intelligently - A Guide for New Investors on: January 11, 2018, 09:05:58 PM
I'm seeing a lot of new pop-up shitcoins, especially in the Tokens section. Let me get this out of the way, there is a potential profit to be made on any coin, scam or not. But i'm going to give you some insight into the tricks and manipulation that you can be caught in with any ICO, especially ERC20 Tokens.

There are several coins that are cropping up that have been marked under "disruption of X industry," we have coins that backed by distribution, gigs, music, writing/publishing, the same old backed by gold or piss, and the list goes on and on.

To all you newcommers there are 3 things you need to do before you invest in these absolute garbage coins:

1) Watch out for the puppet accounts. When big money is involved, creators of said shitcoin will do a lot of preparation beforehand, that means creating a lot of puppets and creating an illusion that there is demand for that coin.

2) Scam ICO's. This is more difficult to detect, but the first thing you should be doing is searching BTT history for a similar coin to the one you're about to invest in (time or money), chances are, it's already been done or has been tried. Scam ICO's are often hard to detect, especially if the creator was investing a lot of time and $$ into it.

3) ICO's that are greedy, which in turn can be labeled as scams. Have you ever wondered what half the income for ICO's go? Guess what, it's not to the coin you invested in. Coins have little to 0 maintenance to maintain, the bulk of money these days are being funneled back into advertising and grassroots campaigns. Despite that, ICO's that generate $10+ USD is fucking absurd. You really think it takes $10million USD to make and maintain a coin. FUCK NO! And guess what, you should be very aware that when these ICO's are started, there are planned investors behind the scenes. These investors are investing in the coin, but are guaranteed to receive their BTC back after the ICO is done, plus the coins they invested in. It's called collision, and there is a shit ton of it occurring. The chances that an ICO has actually generated $10 million dollars is very slim, again it's because big whales are making deals behind the doors to trap you.

Ontop of all that, there is a new thing were devs are claiming part of the coin they are making, Founders rewards, the infamous "Foundations LOL" and shit like that. Sometimes ICO's are putting aside nearly 30-40% of the entire fucking coin supply. Like wake the fuck up before you invest in this nonsense, and be more critical and express your concerns.

Don't be a sheep that follows the herd, do research and give the coin some thought before you invest.

Feel free to add to this list, these are just some of the warning/scams that are occurring these days. You can end an ICO before it's even begun, by just speaking up and being critical about it. Repetition of this will make you very astute when it comes to any ICO, and you will eventually come out with bigger gains by investing in the right projects, instead of just following the herd.

You can put bandages on a dying man who got cut open, that doesn't mean he will live. It just makes his death a little bit slower.. buying some time.

XRP is a Scamcoin
434  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / The Bloodbath is here, We are coming back to Earth on: January 11, 2018, 04:47:39 AM
My prediction for the next year is just a steady downfall of Bitcoin for the next few months, a lot of shitcoins will die during this period, just like 2014-2017.

The bloodbath of the markets will continue, as everyone panics in fear and begin selling off. Essentially, the snowball down the hill has begun. Will you hold? or will you panic and sell?

What will ignite another boom? Who knows, but the best time to invest is now. Exciting times, this is where the big boys make there money 1-2 years down the line.
435  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple didn't lose value, they removed the Korean exchanges on: January 11, 2018, 04:30:32 AM
i am a strong believer of the Ripple as one of the strongest and more sustainable cryptocurrency in the market and this is where the creator of this Ripple was one the richest billionaires in the world of digital currency. Let's just sit. relax and watch the Ripple bounce back again as i have seen its biggest potential for growing up.

Rest in Ripples, enjoy your scamcoins as the markets for it die a slow and painful death. I'm personally enjoying the bloodbath of XRP, scam is a scam.

1st) 80% of the exchanges agree on the current valuation of XRP around 1.6-1.7 at time of writing.

Little do you guys know, the Korean exchanges are all manipulated and fucked to no living daylights. There is some serious corruption ongoing atm, and news is coming out about some type of investigation regarding those exchanges. Coincidence? Time will tell. I personally just don't know.

If you draw value based on the korean exchanges, you will lose a lot of fucking money, guaranteed. If you have a broker in Korea or able to actively sell on those korean exchanges, then you can make a lot of $$$.. for any coin. I think a lot of big shot investors on Wallstreet are trading those differential trades and making just a shit ton of cash, more than investing in any alt. It could be the most lucrative & safest type of trading that has ever been seen in crypto. And, it is also the most unknown way to make large profits... to most of you at least.

One of the best coins to die in the history of crypto.

Bitcoin - BTC

All your shitcoin's will die
Another troll thread from deep shills. You can go to the block-stream and tell them all about how the transaction fees of bitcoin were very ridiculous. And then microsoft will tell you how bitcoin gets deleted from there. And take your conclusion about that.
Bitcoin looks like the next stable coin in the future.  Roll Eyes

Shills? You really think Microsoft removed BTC as a payment method for high TX fees? Looks like someone was misinformed and draws a conclusion based on second hand hearsay.

Just incase you didn't read the full news story, they've re-added BTC back to their store. But that wasn't even the point of this thread, you come here thinking you're some hot dick nigga, but you have just made yourself look like a complete moron.

Invest in your knowledge boys, and do some research before you refute arguments.

Altcoins will rise and fall, profits are to be made, but no one will overthrow the king. I've been in alts since day #1, and i've realized the complete and utter garbage that's being flooded here on this section. Mainly to do with "revolutionizing" or my favorite "disrupting" of real-world businesses, to corporation backed coins, it only goes downhill from here. With the flood of shitcoins x1000, the markets will saturate. There is a limit to everything in this world, and just because coins have better tech, it doesn't mean they are proven. At any moment, any major altcoin can be disrupted. Bitcoin is the safest possible investment you can make in Digital currencies today.

There will come a day when this ceiling will be reached with digital currency commodities, and i can't tell you that limit, i just don't know, but that day will come when it is realized to the world, and there will be only 1 tested and still standing coin after shitcoins have come and gone through the markets.

Afterall, Bitcoin is synonymous with digital currency, and will always be the currency that is refered to by the masses. Bitcoin is the brand that holds the markets together. We can go into more detail why that is, but it is what it is.
