Helloo
I have a mining rig of Nvidia Tesla m2090 that I've been mining XMR modestly using CCminer.
Now after the fork, it is not working anymore and I am unable to find a miner that works. May you please help.
Running on Windows
Thank you.
Appreciate it.

From the looks of it it seems the fork was successful in getting rid of the Bitmain ASIC miners. Can you please explain which of the 2 chains will emerge in the medium term as the dominant chain?
The v7 chain (XMR) is supported by the ecosystem. Monero Classic (v6 chain) was basically merely introduced to keep ASICs alive.

How to install Monero Wallet, I extracted files on Windows10 64 bit, and now I open monero-wallet-gui.exe and it closes. So how do I open it?
I see this in log file:
2018-04-08 09:36:10.047 4280 INFO logging contrib/epee/src/mlog.cpp:185 New log categories: *:WARNING,net:FATAL,net.p2p:FATAL,net.cn:FATAL,global:INFO,verify:FATAL,stacktrace:INFO,logging:INFO,msgwriter:INFO 2018-04-08 09:36:11.857 4280 WARN net.http src/common/util.cpp:627 Failed to determine whether address '' is local, assuming not
And what now??
If it didn't open, try launching via the start-low-graphics-mode.bat batch file that is included.

I've had two Ryzen CPU on supportxmr.com since this morning. Around 800 h/s. The pool still shows 0.0000000000 due.
I realize I'm not some hashing powerhouse here but shouldn't there be at least some XMR due by now? Seriously the pool is carrying that figure out to ten decimal places.
Your balance will only update once the blocks you've "contributed" to mature. Note that it takes 60 blocks for a block to mature.

The former (MoneroBlocks) is on the wrong (alternative) chain.

|
|
40% of the net hash is gone after the fork.
17 blocks found in 1 hour. Before the fork we got 30 blocks/hour
Only 7 blocks have been found yet. You're probably looking at the alternative chain.

Please note that, to be sufficiently prepared for the scheduled network upgrade, you ought to run this version.

Why does Monero not have a 32-bit visual client for Windows? Developers apparently forgot that in the yard of the 21st century and fuck with the command line no one will.
Who has a 32 bit machine in 2018? People that do not want to be susceptible to Meltdown and spectre? Hi guys! Does monero-wallet-cli or the monero gui have an option for sending multiple outputs, like the pay-to-many function in electrum? The CLI has such an option. If you type "help" and subsequently look at the transfer command, it will show you how to use it to pay to multiple addresses in a single transaction.

With an up-to-date Ubuntu 16.04.4 64-bit and Monero CLI 0.11.1.0 everything works fine. With 0.12.0.0 CLI monerod runs fine and updates the blockchain but monero-wallet-cli doesn't work properly. It finds the wallet and key files but when it asks for the password it does not accept any input from the keyboard. Any idea how to fix this problem?
The password is hidden now, similar to how the password is hidden if you have to type the password for the user in the terminal (e.g. sudo). Thus, simply type your password and subsequently hit enter. The wallet should then successfully open.
