If the transaction is considered "clean", the funds go to the pool If not, it's refunded to the user (minus network fees) Otherwise, why to use a mixer and pay the fees, if you can can clean your BTC for free with [banned mixer] and on the top make a profit? What does it mean? I sent a small amount in bitcoins to the address for the deposit, and at night I received a notification about the recharge, but there is no address of my wallet for the refund. Will I even get them back?
Your transaction hasn't been accepted, as you can guess with the scoring... In such case, the funds are returned to the same wallet. Hence the "." instead of the adress. Surely something not configured correctly but yes you will get them back of course ^^ no idea about the estimated time |

Webmoney is probably the most popular payment processor in Russia and around URSS (45 million registered accounts according to wikipedia). It's perhaps older than Paypal. Many companies use it such as Skype, casinos,ect... @ChuckBuck Webmoney is legit but as mentionned before, with the sanctions against Russia, you should think twice before using it. Si on retire le DEX, launchpad et wallet (rien de nouveau sous le soleil), le business modèle semble reposer essentiellement sur un partenariat avec Binance pour le Flash Transfert. C'est du moins le point qui peut paraitre le plus attirant pour une personne. Binance pourrait y mettre fin quand bon lui semble et là, c'est le chateau de cartes qui s'écroule. Sans ca, qu'est ce que ce projet apporte de nouveau? Sérieuse question car je n'ai pas tout lu le site (j'ai vu dubai, j'ai fermé) aussi, c'est promu de cette facon Flash Transfert sera le premier réseau de paiement décentralisé de transfert d'argent et ainsi aider les utilisateurs à convertir leur cash en crypto via des partenaires Décentralisé...et partenaires. "L'exploitation minière": c'est bien la première fois que j'entends cette expression dans des discussions crytos. Du coup, on ne sait pas trop de quoi tu parles sachant que pour nous, c'est extraire de la terre des minerais et matériaux géologiques.
Au contraire elle est très bien connue en Algérie, elle etait juste sous exploitée jusqu'a présent, étant donner qu'ils avaient déjà le gaz et autres.
En tout cas les ressources sont bien connues.
En Francais, on dit le minage de cryptomonnaie. Et l'Algérie est le pays le moins cher d'Afrique pour miner du bitcoin, et même au niveau mondial, ils sont dans le top sur le prix de l'électricité.
Même en considerant l'evolution du marché des énergies, si les prix ont augmentés de 1 centime, y'a pas mort d'homme pour la rentabilité.
Le point negatif est que la crypto n'est pas autorisée chez eux, ou plutot ca reste dans une zone grise, étant donné que de + en + de business se dévellopent et que cela attire de + en + de personnes (cf: les réunions de groupe IRL, ect...) Il y a beaucoup plus de monde qu'auparavant.

OK, thinking twice about it, your argument is valid and the solution appropriate. I see it differently now and I would even say that the sooner the better. It's just that's it's something we're not used to see in the industry. (I look forward to your comparison, it would be a good read) For more peace of mind we could change the way the campaign works so instead of allocating a fixed amount to distribute to users every day, you receive a fixed amount at the moment of deposit and you are free to withdraw whenever afterwards keeping the reward. Maybe this is a better solution? It makes no difference to me but there are people with a different opinion than me of course, so why not ... |

Time? Especially since it has been ~1 month only and you surely haven't explored all the possible channels to market Whirlwind. And as you pointed before, people don't understand correctly how Whirlwind can be superior compared to other services. How many deposits will you consider the Anonymity set good enough so it doesn't need an Anonymity mining campaign or doesn't need to continue it? I would also say for an Anonymity mining campaign, the words to promote it have to be choosen wisely... I prefer to see people know Whirlwind as a mixer, rather than people telling me "yeah, I know Whirlwind. You can invest BTC and make a few bucks for profits" |

If they don't have, they don't belong to the privacy conscious group.

What about Binance just looking to troll the USA?
It seems to me they're trying to show how influent they can be or something around. (Forget about users, they don't care about them, as they don't care about crypto. The only thing that matters for a company is the money)
I rather see it as a frustration between Binance and the country. The regulation has nothing to do and I truly see another reason. A reason more on the polittical side. You can ask, WTF has binance to do with politic? That's called lobbying

- Pour certaines annonces, on ne veut pas passer par un pro, et d'autres on ne veut que un pro. Du coup, ca serait pas mal si ils pouvaient être identifié, avec un badge ou je ne sais quoi. De même qu'il soit possible de filter dans les résultats de recherche

Indeed. It can become very very costly to make an error on taxes. Especially knowing it can be easily considered as a fraud, and frauds go to a justice court. When you're checked by an inspector, he checks everything: your bank account, how do you live, do you have a big car, full of gucci clothes, and so on... People often advice to pay for an accountant (but hey, they just repeat) but most of them, if not all, do not know how cryptos are taxed and probably have never heard about crypto.
