4361  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate women to use Bitcoin? on: June 28, 2016, 06:25:25 AM
I tried to convince many women but they were simply not interested in bitcoin, they said they have credit cards and physical cash then why to waste time in bitcoin.
You have to tell her that she can multiply her savings, women love to save money right ?
Then ask her and tell her that she can simply keep bitcoins and just wait for price increase and then go boom at shopping !
4362  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin continuous rising? on: June 25, 2016, 07:01:56 PM
I'd advise to hold right now,it's not a time for selling

If you want play safe, i think it's better to sell all your bitcoins now, same like i do. Because i think the price of bitcoin will have a huge down and i don't know is the bitcoin's price will incrrease again or not.

I do not think selling is good right now the price is maybe okay to sell but I would wait a bit longer to also make a lot more money at the end.
Its just that you can make good money with just holding right now.
No, the price is not okay to sell but it is better to buy more bitcoin, it is the time to buy bitcoins as the price came to a better value from where we can expect a better profit at the time of halving.
4363  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is your trading strategy? on: June 24, 2016, 10:15:12 AM
My strategy is to buy low and sell high, like any other. But not only Bitcoin, also any other criptocurrency (Altcoins).
What often happened to me, was that I bought a coin, the price was rising and then, i sold it, but after a few days that coin, was continuing rising, and that made me angry, then instead of selling it all, now i sell 75% of what I bought, thus obtaining a minimum gain of 25%. and keep the other 25% by doubts whether the price increases.
What I always recommend, is to diversify your earnings.
Good Luck!
your strategy was the basic strategy in growing bitcoins , but im not saying that it's bad  Wink maybe try some other experiment for your bitcoin and do other bitcoin business try to use google.
There's alot of answer if you look on google, however it is promising that it will generate you a profit but in the end of the days its just short handed and every kind of problem arise without noticing, I suggest that strategy to sell high and buy low is the best of all.
4364  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do I grow my btc? on: June 24, 2016, 09:58:33 AM
Know what your strengths are and use them as tools to give you earnings. If you are good at making designs, offer your services such as making logos, banner designs, print and web ads. If you decide to go full time on something and dedicate yourself to that craft, people would notice and eventually, you'll get paid for services that you'd render.
Well said, it’s about focusing on what you can do and lessen things that would put you on hold on earning.
It is about putting your best foot forward and for sure by the end of the day you would be able to receive what you work hard for.
4365  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you were rich, would you still gamble? on: June 24, 2016, 08:13:45 AM
if I were rich, I'm not going to gamble. I will use my wealth for more useful things and go on holiday with it to get pleasure

And don't forget to make more money out of that money!
Because anyone may get broke by just spending money without an income.
Rich or poor are the same when they don't know how to spend their money well, we have our own definition of being rich and others might be easily contented with the life that is simple but still has a financial freedom as they are living in the average lifestyle.

well, i believe that if you have became rich on your own and you are not inherently rich (your family's money) then it means that you know how to spend and how to earn money well. so these kinds of rich people will not gamble or will only do some small amount for fun.
Yes people who got money from their forefathers will always spend it carelessly and the ones who earned it with their hard work and labour will always value the money and never ever gamble with it.
4366  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is Bad for the environment, taking the worlds energy - yes? on: June 23, 2016, 07:18:27 AM
By the way in the spring, the new cryptocurrency EDRCoin was introduced in the Asian market. A distinctive feature of the EDRC creators call environmentally friendly mining, achieved through the use of solar panels.

Maybe someone knows if mining Bitcoins can move to solar energy? Or the power will not be enough even for a small farm?
Some people may say yes and some people may say no, yes because it takes the world's energy and no because a lot
of people generate income more than they are spending by just mining a bitcoin block.
4367  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 49 days till the halving, time is flying now on: June 23, 2016, 07:13:50 AM
I don't expect we will see huge price increase right after halving will hit us. It won't be sudden price spike and 100% increase as many people believe it to be.
Market will react slowly and will correct itself slowly, it will take couple months or maybe even more for us too see real impact of halving.
You may be right but if a goo d hype is created in media about bitcoin just few days before halving,it can push up prices to new high
Some bitcoin traders are not happy in this upcoming halving. They are worried about their investment in cloud mining sites, because there are rumors that the mining site may stop their process of mining with the reduced block rewards due to running cost and profit managing.
4368  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: June 23, 2016, 07:05:17 AM
I personally, bitcoin is good choice for shorterm and gold for the long term.
I think that fluctuatin of btc is very fast and its good choice for shorterm.

I would say bitcoin and gold has the same characteristic if we are talking about long term investment. But bitcoin is flexible, bitcoin can be used
as a long term investment and as well as short term investment. But with gold it is only use for long term investment.
For me, I would not bother touching gold. I am so happy with bitcoins already and I have love already working with bitcoins, as of now I am already earning a good amount of money by working online, I would sure use this amount to invest with bitcoins to make sure that I will part of the history.

bitcoin is good and all for making a big profit but don't forget the value that gold has. gold has been around forever and it will remain strong and valuable always.

so although you may not gain the same amount of profit from gold but it is still an excellent way of storing your money in a safe place with little price swings as possible.

You are right, gold will always remain the strongest investment of all investments and it will always be valuable. But the thing is, golds are not easy to get if you want to invest with it and you are going to need big amount of money for it. But with bitcoin, you can just buy it with your money.
Regardless how many bitcoins you want as long as you afford it.
In my honest opinion I think it is more convenient and secured to invest in bitcoin than gold, because you can never make a fake bitcoin because it is cryptographically secured unlike gold may have different carat standards.
4369  Economy / Speculation / Re: How many bitcoins do I need to retire in 20 years? on: June 23, 2016, 06:45:36 AM
i think 100bitcoin is the minimum to retire in 20years and you can enjoy your retirement day without working, just have fun with your family.

For me there is no limit how many bitcoin do i need to retire in 20 years as long as its value is high enough to live with my family and sustain our needs for a long time. Even 10btc is enough if its value is 50k$ or more than that. Since we still must convert bitcoin into fiat to use bitcoin in our life to buy our daily needs in life.

You are right, that's what I'm saying it will just depend on how much the value of bitcoin is going to happen on those years. That's why I'm saying to be more prepared for your retirement you need hundred up to thousands of bitcoins. So, if the retirement happens, you can just enjoy the money
your worked and life you are living.
Exactly but in my opinion if you couldn't afford a hundred of bitcoin you can try with a minimum of 25 bitcoin.
No one knows what is going to be the value of bitcoin in the future so just saving doesn't hurt that much.
4370  Economy / Economics / Re: Re: How too get rich on: June 23, 2016, 06:36:41 AM
Pray to God and wish to have a job..but still you need to work on it. Don't loose hope and do your best...

Steping stone to get rich is you need to find a good job with good salary then you need to save money and if you have enough money try to open a business that is only thing i know, most of the rich person are businessman

You could also try to hold any amount of bitcoin you have right now and add everytime then just save it for the future bitcoin benefits.
4371  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin without Altcoin ? on: June 23, 2016, 06:29:11 AM
I just wanted to get your opinions on this one , what do you think Bitcoin would be if there was no Alternative coins such Litecoin & Dogecoin and the others ...
I mean it would be better with or without them Bitcoin would have no value at all ?

I think it will be bad if their is no altcoins because it will affect to our daily profit because by trading altcoins in altcoin public exchanges can help us to earn big amount of bitcoins weekly depending on the trend of altcoin that we choose.
Yes, that will create more transactions while trading as more buying and selling there is more chances of getting to higher price of bitcoin so we can get more profits. without altcoins it is definite that bitcoin will not gain more popularity !
Without altcoins you can say that your trade will be affected and your profit will be reduced, but you cannot say that it will be bad for bitcoin, as it will affect bitcoin but not negatively as it will bring success to bitcoin.

4373  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Halving is a profitable??? on: June 23, 2016, 04:09:47 AM
Everyone is hoping that the value will rise for a long time and that is logic of course because they want to earn some profit with it and that is really nice.
But of course it will be nice if you can earn some more money with it later in the future and that is almost impossible to predict.

This halving will be profitable as price is moving up, and it will be much higher when we reach at the actual stage of halving, people will definitely make good profits from this halving.
Yes at the actual stage of halving the price will be really at a highest peak, but we will not sell our coins at that time and will wait more as the price of bitcoin will increase more after that stage of halving.
4374  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should Bitcoin even have a future? on: June 23, 2016, 04:02:05 AM
i think yes! Bitcoin has a better future,  the way as i can see how the community use it in our generation
in different countries,  its possible actually.
I agree with you bitcoin really have a very good future, the community of this new generation always prefer this currency in each of their financial field and they even adopt it for their businesses.
4375  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin survive world war III? on: June 23, 2016, 03:45:19 AM
I honestly do not think the bitcoin will survive this because the bitcoin is a currency and its fully digital.
I think if the WW III comes the whole internet will go down soon or later.
Yes, it is correct if the internet is destroyed all the coins will be lost forever, and if a war occurred we will lose our bitcoins because it is sure that in World War III internet will no more remain.
4376  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should I invest in bitcoin casinos? on: June 22, 2016, 07:45:34 PM
I am not sure if you think that you can make some money with it and you see potential in this Bitcoin casino then you could invest in it. Take it slow first and start of with a low amount of money to feel it out a bit.
if you are a lucky perosn and can win any game then you should invest in bitcoin casinos.
I think investing in online casino is the last resort for those unlucky person in gambling. Investing would not require luck to be profitable because the house always wins and you are the house so you will collect a guaranteed profit.
But there are times when big players win money against the odds and against the house edge, so though it requires not much luck, still it requires that you don't get too unlucky too.
4377  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How legal is to create betting/gambling site? on: June 22, 2016, 07:22:07 PM
In my country gambling is heavily restricted and frowned upon. Online gambling is in its infancy stage. Only one state has permitted online gambling to a few sites. As far as bitcoin is concerned, we do not have any law on bitcoins but it's use is not appreciated. Different countries have different stand on bitcoins, if you are interested in creating a gambling site then you need to check your local laws.

I think a lot of the countries are now standing on the fence for btc. They will see how other countries deal with it before they made their own decision. However, for gambling, this is mainly disapproved or discouraged in most country. Even if you have to open a official casino, there are tons of strict rules that you have to follow.

yeah, and I think investors will also try to look for some other investors who had started an online gambling that uses bitcoins as a currency in their network if it becomes profitable.

And definitely all countries have strict laws and rules when it comes to gambling, even those countries allowed gambling in it, so better before building any gambling website or gambling place in your country especially china, as what the thread starter said, he should need to consult an attorney or a lawyer in regards to his question here.
If he starts an online betting site and use bitcoin as its payment system and currency then no one will now about him that who is the admin of the casino, and his state will also not know that he is starting a casino.

4379  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where do Exchanges get BitCoins ? on: June 19, 2016, 10:09:30 AM
Bitcoin users get Bitcoins by exchanging them for fiat at exchanges but where do the exchanges get bitcoins from ?

This question came to my mind after frequent cases of YoBit's Signature Campign wallet getting dry !
Very simple !! Do you know exchanges charge fees for every trade ?
Every exchanges have a fees for every trade. Just think how much trade happens in a single days. Also they earn from the transaction fees like sending btc in bulk free of transaction fees and get fees from individuals transaction. Hope you can understand now where do the exchanges get bitcoins. Smiley
