I think I'd go with my doubts that he will not be updated anymore on these kind of things. If I'd give him a loan I guess it would be wise if there's some kind of collateral that he may offer. Well that's the projected date considering Q4 has always been good to Bitcoin ATH, it's either November or December month that it hits. Your portfolio is kinda fine already but instead of XRP and XLM try other altcoins for you to diversify maybe set goals on new chains. Base network is kinda early right now and I think if XRP and XLM is 5%-10% on your portfolio that would be fine but you must know that it will be risky.
