Hey -CK PM me your tip address please...
His address is in his signature or his profile I believe.  Congrats on the solo block!

I've never done it, but I believe you can go 6 deep, not that I ever would. I am two deep at this time for one miner in one room just because I haven't pulled it out yet.
I added another switch and now can run the Avalon6 and S5 together for 4.7TH.  Good thing it's been cool the last few days, I haven't needed to use my heater at all.

Reserved .

Reserved for what?  So you can speculate later after it has already happened?  lol, I don't understand.
444  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Dual-purpose DPS800/DPS1200 breakout board on: April 30, 2016, 04:57:45 AM
I won't really have board available for a couple weeks, as the first half-batch sold out and my immediate budgets for both parts and manufacturing time are spoken for already. However, both ASICPuppy and HolyBitcoin were among the initial orders so both sites should have 'em up for sale soon. Not sure what ASICPuppy will have for cables, but HolyScott specifically requested 6-pin jacks because he had a surplus of pretty good double-ended cables already.

Great, thanks.  I got my psu & cables from Scott, and I have a R1 from crazyguy.  I'll keep my eye out for when they become available.

Temps on the pci-e plugs on my psu board now are 100*F; they are 80*F at the A6.  I look forward to the new board.

Good information, thanks for the explanation and link.  Guess I need to go pick up a little infrared thermometer and take a look at my board, I might be picking up a new sidehack one straight away depending what I see temp wise.  Or maybe like you said I'll just upgrade now...
446  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Dual-purpose DPS800/DPS1200 breakout board on: April 29, 2016, 09:27:56 PM
just had anther of jabs boards over heat and burn up this time with a s5 at normal speeds Sad i have that s5 on a 2 k psu now with one of opts boards no over heating issues at the plug sigh ... i throw that board a way .

So ill be getting two more sides boards soon .
Is that a normal occurrence for those to burn up?  How hot of an ambient environment are you in?  Makes me nervous to leave mine running unattended if it has melt down potential and I will update to sidehack's board right now if that is the case.

Got it, thanks for the explanation.  I bet you could auction off the ones you do make, I'm sure there will be a demand for the limited amount you produce.

Yep, adjustment is done and they've fired up the farm(s) again, look at that hash spike back up!

I still think we'll be over 200G by the time the halving comes, but I would love to be wrong.

A small part of my farm: Ants being nice area heaters around our Trumpf ultrafast laser testbed Wink
Very cool use of industrial work space to get some "heaters" in there.  I wish I worked in an industrial setting like that, I would have "heaters" all over the place!
450  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BM1384 Pod Miner plus trade-in/recycling - an interest and feasibility poll on: April 29, 2016, 05:15:50 PM
I've been saying it for at least a month now, but there will be no mass-produced standalone BM1384 pod.
Well today I finally got around to putting it together and guess what, it works.
Is what you are working on here just for fun now?  I think it's really cool that you have a working unit, but I am unsure what the end game is now that there are no plans to develop it for production.  Thanks.
451  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2015-16 Play-Off Discussion on: April 29, 2016, 05:13:39 PM
Portland Trail Blazers have much better offense when it is really need to win this game against Los Angeles Clippers, i am pretty sure will win this match because it will have this encounter own home court so that i will qualify to next round by winning this match.

I also agreed Portland Trail Blazers is more strong than Los Angeles Clippers so it will qualify to next round easily and i have my on under 199 points @1.80
The Clippers have no offense without Chris Paul.  They actually drop to second worst offense in the whole league when CP3 is out.  Combine that with Blake being out, too, and I think you have a recipe for Portland to win the series.  That's where my money is.

Hey, everyone!  I love the antrun, having fun watching that, but all of my gekko sticks run with "free" electricity and as such I use them to earn a few satoshi here and there.  If I take one out of that setup I will point it here for sure!

so I can monitor all my miners using cryptoglance.

I've done the same thing with all my usb miners, except I specify only one IP address that is allowed to make api changes because I'm paranoid like that.

For you guys that are using Rozo's referral... did you create a new NH account?  If not, is there a way to use his referral with your current account?  Obviously I rent from time to time and if I can help out, I will Smiley
I had never rented before, so I clicked his link and created an account.  What happens if you click it, does it take you to your account?  If so try a small rental and see if he gets it.

Speak of a small rental, 18TH for a few hours incoming.

You can use the latest official cgminer, v4.9.2, it had some changes made specifically for the U3.

Uhm, my what?  It's a stock R1 @ 137mHz.  I don't take this contest personally, so I don't care what position I am in.  8th is pretty good, top 1/3 for this round so far.

You're funny, like a baby troll in training.  Good luck.
456  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: いい antrun.de - Antrouter R1 Fun-Run - compare your share いい on: April 28, 2016, 10:28:13 PM
lol, are you for real?

You're in the wrong place if you expect to mine a block, and talking trash to those of us that enjoy what we're doing here isn't going to win you any awards.
457  Other / Archival / Re: Pictures of your mining rigs! on: April 28, 2016, 03:59:08 PM
Maybe use the Euro-plug one if cheap travel adapter is available?
DX.com for example has cheap travel adapters. I ordered one from there as I needed a US->Euro adapter for RaspPi's psu.
Europe electricity is at 50Hz, USA is at 60Hz, so I don't believe the meter wouldn't read correctly anyways.

Well wow, you can't get any closer to 0 than that.  Whoever turned off that hash timed it perfectly, kudos to them!  A level adjustment is a win of sorts for all of us.
459  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: BCMonster.com Mining Pool / [PPLNS Payout][Pays TxFee] 5th Block found! on: April 28, 2016, 03:46:42 PM
Best share 1e+003K? Is that some kind of glitch?
Are you seeing that on you miner interface, or on the pool website?  If miner, is it a Bitmain box?  Those have a bug in their cgminer fork for displaying best share.
460  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [100TH] [PPLNS 0.5%] Jonny's Mining Emporium (bravo-mining.com) on: April 28, 2016, 03:45:02 PM
On NH, there is no guaranteed hashing time.  Your order can be outbid and go to zero speed.  Your order might never get to the hash you want.  Or, it might be way over the speed you want.  The point is, with NH you pay for a number of hashes.  How long it takes to get to that number is not relevant to them.
I started a small 77TH rental last night before I went to bed, but when I woke up I had an email that it had been canceled due to inactivity or something, which I think means I was outbid.  Of course it cancelled when I had 0.008BTC left in my wallet and the min. rental you can do is 0.01BTC and my bitcoin core is still syncing so no refills until that's done.  I even cleaned out the dust on my phone wallet to get that rental going last night since that was the only funds I had available, renting is fun!
