I think if they know if their casino is illegal in their country, they must ready for something like that. In my country, gambling is prohibited and whoever play and caught, go in jail. I think they just need to follow the rules from the country.

After the hype of ICO's they are trying to rebuild it by making STO - Security token offering but it does not work, scam still exists, failure projects. It does not guarantee anything no different from Ico. And then IEO came out it was pretty good with binance all projects are successful and verified carefully. Listing price is always above or same on IEO price, no dump is happening. But take note IEO is only good on binance and other top exchanges. IEO on sh*t exchanges seems like an old ICO some exchange even scam people, scam exit.
Due to this reasons, I decide to stop investing for the mean time. But if ever there's a potential project that seems interesting coming from STO I got easily attempted to research it not to find if it's real but to find some flaws or negative comments just to convince myself to not to invest and focus in top 10 altcoins that are performing well since ICO/STO/IEO is still not performing well now. |

Well,i can only say of the exchanges I have been following,I know of Binance, KuCoin, gate.io .These are good exchanges for initial exchange offering. Most of the projects handled by them have been successful,but what I think we should also look at is the project in question, it's use case and the team backing it up, these also influences.
First thing to do is really analyze the projects purpose, if it will be in demand especially for future developments, it should have many rooms for development to get more supporters and investors that can pump the price. Even they are listed in top exchanges which we hope conducts a investigation or research in the teams and ask to provides necessary information just in case they plan to exit after successful funding we really need to study it so no blaming will happen from the exchanges vs ourselves. At this time success projects are so few that we really need to do our own checking to not waste our time and money in it. |

Good point. I think everyone already knew the faces of the real people that were behind that Bitconnect scam. Still they scammed people nonetheless.
There should be more regulations these days for who can create projects and who can not.
If these companies do KYC, the companies and team must have KYC too, in this way if ever they try to exam their be way to track them, regulating bodies or government unit that focuses on investments even in crypto world as long as the team or company is present in that area should have these regulation to determine their ideny or atleast a safe gear if they try to scam since they are government registered as business. |

maybe there is an exchange that is free of 0 fees but maybe in the future this does not apply, I think it will still require a fee despite the low cost. so I think now the cost of 0 is only available in a few places.
In time being. I don't aim for free exchanges since we don't have any way to ask or request even report anything since it's free and they might not focus enough on their users. Free sites usually have tons of ads that makes more transactions laggy. I think better choose the best exchange that are tested than aim for free that are useless or will give us more pain after. Just limit the transactions can be the solution to maximize our trading. |

Even though it is not ethereum, bitcoin will get replaced in the future for sure. Bitcoin is just like the mobile brand called Nokia where they are the pioneer of the market of cellphone and the smartphones came and they dominate the market and eventually, they replaced Nokia from being one of the best seller and Nokia is just a part of the history of cellphones.
I doubt it will be replaceable in terms of altcoins, maybe in other method of usage like in paying or doing transcations but in altcoins its still way too far among other alts, eth can be surpass by XRP but BTC can still be in the top as long as no new alternatives will be involved like how some stocks and forex holderd shift in crypto before. |

The battle that is ongoing is between XRP and ETH. There is room for only one winner in my opinion. We will se which of the two will become the No 1 altcoin. Ripple seems to be on the fast lane and I think it is more attractive to new investors because it's cheaper and newbies will think it has more space for growth. So when altcoin season comes (there are signs of it, but this is still far from it), my bet is on XRP.
I bought some XRP too this week, the potential of XRP outrun ETH is possible just by looking its graph this past months and weeks.
