SHUT THE FUCK UP you lying lowlife dog. You're a scammer, maggot, piece of shit. Die you scum.

Really uncalled for. I’m the one who trusted and am out a little money. She has promised me she will follow through and I’m willing to give the benefit of the doubt at this point so let’s see what happens before bringing out the pitchforks. If the deal works out I’ll let everyone know. Threats suck.

Sure it’s sketchy at this point but it’s all about the follow through.

If I’m willing to remain cool about it and I have skin in the deal, let’s not run her out of BCT before a chance at redemption. Ok?

Thanks,
r00tdude
You really are a stunned fucking idiot. You got ripped off and honestly you're so stupid I have to say, you deserve it. Moron.

Hoping it crashes or gets delayed for a few more days.  The increase in profits has been amazing and cut my ROI down by almost two months. Hopefully not many people flock back to them.

You have no idea what the fuck you are talking about.

Hi Ben account #2. Seriously though go read up on difficulty and how Nicehash going down had a direct effect on the hash rate of other pools and what happened to the difficulty.  It had little to do with coin prices which have fluctuated during the Nicehash absence.  Before throwing around random profanity to try and get your point across take a look at some actual data.  You must have a very vested interest in Nicehash to get triggered.
I suspect you have a GPU rig in your bathroom or something. Maybe in the little GPU world, those networks saw drops in difficulty. In the real world, ASIC, no such drops existed for more than a few hours. For reasons you'll never understand, SHA256, Scrypt and X11 networks saw no such drops. My servers fail over in less than 2 seconds. So do everyone else's. I'm sure your degree from the University of Google is fun to have but it's not going to serve you much in the real world. Now go in the corner and have a cookie.

btc price going back and nicehash coming back. coincidence?
They come back because ended free distribution of coins (fork), no one hacked them, i am sure that later there will be news that hackers took pity and decided to return the money =)

BenRickert
As soon as this shit broke, absolutely all coins fell complexity and dramatically increased the income this was the reason, and not that increased the price of the coins.

You little understand how NiceHash "works", more precisely, those who use it (buyers). You sit day trying to find a block, as soon as the complexity of the coin decreases i pour into your pool of several thousand miners for pennies who work for a bowl of food, taking away all your income. Of course, the complexity then increases again, and I leave you alone, while the difficulty doesn't drop again. And I repeat over and over again, taking away all your profit and making sometimes 300%. This service is a parasite for ordinary miners, he just should not exist. Almost all young coins are banally destroyed at the start...

Oh, wait, maybe you are buyer? The parasite, who earns on simple miners using the wretchedness of all cryptocurrencies?
I don't use it for either you drooling twit. I'm a miner. NOT a GPU miner, who were the ONLY miners that saw drops in Network difficulty. ASIC miners did not see this effect because it takes less than 30 seconds to switch from one pool to the next or more accurately to have pre-set failovers so you don't even miss a beat. SHA 256, Scrypt and to a lesser degree X11 networks did not see sustained drops in hash rate, ergo difficulty. I can't even begin to decipher what the rest of all that gibberish is. Thanks for playing.

You're a fucking idiot. Your "increase in profits" is related to PRICES OF COINS RALLYING, nothing to do with NH. At least learn what the fuck you're doing for fucks sake.
470  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Nicehash Coming back online December 20 2017 ( Tomorrow ) on: December 20, 2017, 03:16:30 AM
Anyone who uses nicehack after this is a complete idiot who deserves the next "hack" they announce.
They attracted "users" who where not overly useful to the overall networks. Frankly, the "other pools" have been a mess since all those types of "users" migrated to the switching pools and other venues. I'm tired of the pools crashing, and all the dumb fucking questions from the typical Nicehash users as they try to swim in the adult pools. The real idiots are the people that think profits rose due to the demise of NH. Profits rose due to the appreciation of coin prices. The fall of Nicehash, spurred  a full blown atomic cluster fuck. I don't call their users "idiots" because  NH served a useful purpose for all the new people flooding into the space. Those people need a place like that. Personally I'll be happy that the "Kindergarten of mining" is back online so we won't have all this vomit and cookie crumbs all over the place all the time.
471  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Nicehash Coming back online December 20 2017 ( Tomorrow ) on: December 20, 2017, 01:50:30 AM
guess paying people the money that they are owed isn't that much of a high priority. nicehash doesn't care about its users
It will be interesting to see what they do. I can't imagine they will attract too many of their old users back if that isn't handled very quickly. I predict they will announce that after they are up and running. We'll see.....

Does anyone know what to do if the asic count drop to 55 instead of 60? I've been using air conditioning all day but suddenly this happened. Ideas? Thanks
You can try the firmware update, down clocking after that and a hard reset after that. If it persists, it is likely a bad H Board.
475  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Bitmain looks like they're releasing a 15GH/s DASH miner called the AntMiner D3 on: December 18, 2017, 02:00:37 PM
didn't found info while googling around so I'll ask here if anyone is willing to help and/or experienced something like this.

couple days ago I managed to build a little farm with ~45 D3s, so far all of them are working nicely except of one,
hashrate drops to 0 after around 10 minutes of working, after rebooting it starts mining on 19Gh/s and then bam and 0. I did try remote steps like resseting, reconfiguring, lowering frequency, etc. but still same.
With my experience in bitmain product in this case I have two options, play with firmware or change the control board itself.
can anyone give any advice?
cheers

I recommend these steps:

0. Check temp, should run at sub 80*C. Any higher and you risk damaging your equipment.
1. Update firmware.
2. unplug for 1 hour or longer
3. Check all Cables.
4. Reset to factory settings
5. Turndown Freq.

Are you getting anything other than "O"s under ASIC status in the bottom right of the Miner Status screen?

I have recieved some D3s through eBay that had issues, i unplugged them, checked all the cables, then did a complete reset, updated the firmware and i have had no issues since.

Would you mind letting us know how your farm is going, Where you are located, what arrangement you made for power, your monthly income, and issues you face running such a large operation.
I run 7 ASIC's in my basement and i live on the East coast of USA, so right now cooling is not an issue, i just had an electrician run additional outlets so i could run all 7, and it runs well.  I check on it 4 times a day, and correct as i need.
0. Temps on all D3s are below 77
1. don't want to touch at this point
2. I can do it tomorrow on place
3. I can do it tomorrow on place
4. did it couple hours ago
5. turned down. on 200 it is working smoothly, now jumped to 400, let's see what it will do.

Chips are showing O, that's why I'm sure that boards are OK. If today I won't be able to fix it remotely I'll try physical steps tomorrow and let you all know what happened.
Since my el. fee is 0.7-0.1 Cents mining with those D3s are profitable. In fact I can afford to pay el. fee from my other farms incomes and hold the dash.
you can see all the other things here:
ps. sorry for low q images and dirty work, now everything looks more fancier ))

update:
after couple hours of testing I came to point (freq) from were miner stops working, so after freq 475 the miner stops working.
what can be done here? Maybe update will help?

475 isn't too bad. You should try to update bitmain firmware. They claim it improve stability. The last one is from november. Updating takes less than 5mn, just make sure to backup first.
If doesn't work any better, and you're still not satisfied with 475, give a try to blissz firmware. You can mess up with voltage and frequency per board. Might be able to go a little higher...
indeed it isn't too bad, as far as I could I was monitoring it and after 2+ hours it was working, today I woke up again with 0 hashrate, so I did firmware upgrade from 1.0.0.6 to 1.0.0.9 couple seconds ago. As for now I can say that new firmware is way more responsive then 1.0.0.6, let's see what it will give.
I was reading about blissz firmware, I'm not sure that I fully understand voltage-frequency logic, but I think I will have to. In fact that's the last option I will try on this miner. If 1.0.0.9 will do the same (0 hashrate after couple minutes) I will drive to farm and unplug cables for discharge for couple hours maybe.
Anyways thank for your help and suggestions, I will update what will happen
If your firmware flash doesn't work, it is easy and fast to get an authorization from Bitmain to "trouble shoot" your unit without voiding warranty. Then you can swap Hash Boards and control boards from "good" servers to narrow down your issues. I had done this and identified a bad control board. It's a quick fix to send it into the USA repair service center once you set up the repair ticket. Your issue sounds more like a "hardware" situation than "software" honestly. The Firmware update helped most of my units but there was one that just had a bad hashing board. Not at all uncommon with these things. The good news is, they'll fix it.

we need another strong scrypt coin in the market to share hashrate now LTC have 99% of the scrypt hashrate available on the market over 100 TH
2 week ago LTC hashrate have just 35 TH and the rest of hashrate on BCC now BCC have a POS algo
we are lucky that the LTC price rise 200% this month if that not happens ROI will be for ever
i think BITMAIN pump LTC price to sell their march batch
sry for my bad english
So you think Bitmain controls the price of LTC? They pull it's strings to the beck and call of their ultimate profit whims?? ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS?Huh

Yes, they are serious... All of the lunatics that popped up this year...

Bitmain also controles Bitcoin price, Bitcoin Cash price as well as DASH (obviously)

They also control the chinese government and Putin is one of their puppet....

Sorry but by now we should start laughing. Bitmain is the pure evil and the Anti-christ is Wu himself lol
WOW!! Well, I always say....if you can't beat um....join um....BWAHAHAHAHA!!!! (evil laughter).

Are these readings normal? if they're not normal what should be done? Thanks guys

From my limited knowledge and experience i would say your values are normal.  Your temps are high though, i try to keep mine sub 80*C.  Any higher and you can risk damaging your machines or fire.
You call 6000 HW errors in 12 hours and 85c "normal". The HW errors are from the excessive heat. Those bastards are cooking off like a faulty grenade. In a week of that you'll see burnt scoring on your heat syncs.

$4,200 with PSU using escrow.com
Didn't even bother to ask what hash rate this unit is.....LOL.

No those temps are TOO HIGH. Don't listen to the post that said they are normal. The D3 does not like temps over 72-74c. Yes it will run but you will cook it in short order. Turn your frequency down to 500 or below and turn your fans up to 95%. That should get you to 70c. The "stock" 537 mh that they show up with is a very aggressive overclock. You machine is running at the Redline.
