461  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin broke $13k today on: October 23, 2020, 05:49:58 PM
It was a nice moved from Bitcoin becasue it was long awaited for. Although, this was a FOMO from PayPal announcement about their involvement with Bitcoin. We all know that PayPal made their proclamation that effect from 2021 they will integrate the buy and sell of Bitcoin into their system, this caused the FOMO few days ago, which those who have been waiting for Bitcoin dips before buy went into the market with the FOMO. Hope we see another all time high before the end of the year 2020.
462  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: UK Company adopts Bitcoin as treasury reserve assets on: October 23, 2020, 05:36:14 PM
Well, this should be applaud becasue of their involvement into the system unlike others whom might look into Bitcoin volatility. What i think about we not  having giants like big tech will be Bitcoin volatility, but aside this negative aspect of Bitcoin others would have been involve. Although, seeing those companies getting into the space is a welcome development which would be the basis of the current market getting positive bullish.
463  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why criminals still use Bitcoin? on: October 23, 2020, 03:42:39 PM
Because they think it's an easy way to cover their tracks. But they do not understand that this is not quite true in reality.
Though not easy to keep secret while use Bitcoin but with average knowledge in Bitcoin mixers platforms users should be be able to know how to mix coins for security purposes. We have heard some criminals moved hug funds through Bitcoin which were not been track till date, what this means is; anyone among these criminal groups with a good knowledge about mixing of coins will definitely find their exit easily but remember, not all criminals can.
464  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why didn't PayPal decided to use xrp than Bitcoin? on: October 23, 2020, 03:28:47 PM
There won't be a time when PayPal will consider the add of this shitcoin, which was known as a scam project from the beginning and still be operated scamly. If this scam project is consider then it would not be a surprise to me personally because of their long history from their existence. There are good project OP should made good investment with than this scumbag scam project IMO. Bitcoin consideration came from it decentralization and haven been in existence without an administrator but functioning beyond expectation.
465  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Airdrops Confusion on: October 22, 2020, 09:03:19 PM
Grin that shouldn't be a confusion because the two are just same IMO. They all accept information from participants in various degrees and with different mode of operation. Sincerely speaking, this will continue as nothing can be done to Savage this happenings around the system. What I would advise on this two is: don't give out your information to expect good coins or tokens from these projects because thousands of them are just spam tokens use by hackers.
466  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: End of Defi hype! Time to invest in real business with real products? on: October 22, 2020, 08:45:04 PM
It was known to all that this won't last longer. But, Defi hype is not fully over and Manay projects will be dead with the end of hype. So i strongly suggest everyone to stay with the projects that has usable products in real world.
This was just a replication of what has happened in the past when ICOs where actually used to extort potential investors. The errand of defi's projects where actually created for the vulnerables in whom never experienced the past during the ICO days. Some of my argument when this projects went sporadic was that, defi projects are purely for extortion from well known scammers around the ecosystem and that's what we have seen.
467  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PayPal customers will be able to use BTC, ETH and other cryptos to pay merchants on: October 22, 2020, 08:27:59 PM
Sometimes news like this will make bitcoin grow even more. If you look at since yesterday bitcoin has continued to pump, is this one of the factors that caused it? As we know paypal is a big company and it could push up the bitcoin price.
Definitely Bitcoin price should be seen in good momentum because this is a good implementation on the part of the PayPal company to adopt Bitcoin and Ethereum. This just shows that we might see another good move from the previous Bitcoin price we have had. I couldn't see this coming to increase my bagholding while we were into the dip, though still will take this advantage to update my holdings before things went higher.
468  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling thoughts. on: October 20, 2020, 02:44:56 PM
I prefer cansino gambling than online gambling because online gambling is not favouring me any time I played online gambling. Online gambling you are alone no body to ask questions if the bet is a sure bet compare to cansino gambling where you will always found people to ask question before betting any game.
Cansino gambling help me not to spend more than i budgeted for. It hard me to lose cansino gambling because after asking questions I will now know the one is sure for the game.
Don't get it twisted mate, physical or traditional gambling platforms could not give us the needed convenience compared to the online gambling platforms. Fortunately i have tasted the two and would have say: For fun with friends; then traditional gambling will make the best but for convenience; then online gambling platform have it. It seem your case is peculiar because you gamble with care when with friends but can't do same when online. You can always set your limit whenever you choose to gamble online as equally in traditional platforms.
469  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling License on: October 20, 2020, 02:14:38 PM
I think reputation matters but it was not easily be given to anyone they should show first it to the community and only time could tell, some of the most of the reputable gambling sites doesn't have license but we know that they are trusted since through time they proven themselves but of course at first it would be hard for them to attract players and encourage to trust them.
Agree with your submission, we can all attest to this fact that, reputation on gambling platforms or cryptocurrency exchanges doesn't come easily like the license does (anyone can attain license base on their finances) . Mostly on this exalted forum, it took time and tenacity from gambling platforms to gain reputation from gamblers here on the forum, most of my friends outside this space do verify their gambling platforms from this exalted cryptocurrency platform.
470  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you a high roller? on: October 20, 2020, 02:01:26 PM
I am sure many of us will choose whatever they feel is good for them. And no matter if you are a high roller or low roller, as long as you can enjoy the games and accept the risk of losing the money, you can continue playing gambling. But when you feel that it is hard to stay focus or continue to play on that game, maybe you need to stop gambling because that is the sign that you can not have fun.
Well, my take is liken to your bold text, what i normally do with my games is whether am having fun or not. I wouldn't call myself a high roller or not because this depends on my feelings when engage in the game. Sometimes when am okay with the games and having the needed entertainment i want from the i switch the gear from low roller to a high roller. Though am always caution about the risk of me lose money in the process, so, i game wisely.
471  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Towards another gambling site. on: October 20, 2020, 01:47:19 PM
Basically, there are two major thing you ought to know before proceed with the roulette game: Be-able to choose the right table is the mot important and that which also determine your luck, the wrong table for a start will definitely end a player at lost. In another phase, ensure to start simple and to a progressive complex start. This will help in your getting luck while gambling on roulette games platform, also, learn to have a combine strategy in your bet.
472  Other / Archival / Re: Potential shortage of bitcoins? on: October 19, 2020, 03:10:08 PM
I can't possibly see the shortage of bitcoin, becasue currently we have 18million+ bitcoin in circulation and which total supply is 21milion bitcoin. The truth here is, the price of bitcoin will drastically shift in this case becasue the demands in the industry will be more sporadic than the supply. With this, the industry will open more opportunity for the holders to make good returns from their holdings. For anyone discussing bitcoin shortage shouldn't lay emphasis on it total supply at the moment but coins in circulation and it demands.
473  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin has the properties of an employment opportunity on: October 19, 2020, 02:50:41 PM
Sorry mate, that wasn't the same with your starting point: though all the same. Talking about Bitcointalk as an employment opportunity doesn't really move out of point becasue many stuff going on here are for the sake of learning alongside be paid for your contributions. For anyone hoping for an opportunity on Bitcointalk should rethink, because the the forum doesn't give guarantee take home most especially for those doing bounties. Bounties doesn't worth employment opportunity as there are thousands of scam projects on the bounties section of the forum. Always consider Bitcointalk as a side hustle and not an employment opportunity.
474  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People Say btc is Not ponzi but its look like ponzi on: October 19, 2020, 02:34:02 PM
How anyone who Say Can proof Bitcoin is not ponzi?
The only proof for this evidence is it existence, Bitcoin has been here for the masses whom financial freedom was seek. Ponzi schemes are different from what Bitcoin stood for and should be compared together, Bitcoin just a payment method or internet money which doesn't require anyone to invest 10$ to reap 50$. Though, with a long-term investment with Bitcoin this can be visible and achievable.
Quote
There is More proof and evidence that it is ponzi.

State the evidence or remain silent forever!.
Quote
I Don't mind If its ponzi but i Don't want to exit too late but not too early so When is best time to exit?
You should mind when it's ponzi but sincerely, it isn't  ponzi scheme bruh. The context of your exit could be wrong becasue the technology is here to stay and not just for a while, So, there shouldn't be an exit route except for profit taken to return back again.
475  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Beware of fixed matches offer - member wbet7pending! on: October 18, 2020, 11:02:47 PM
Grin the fixed match doesn't exist anywhere, this system has  been around the social medias with these bigot called 'true fixed match available'. If there's some fixed match they won't allow us get close to the corridor of fortune, I equally have gotten unsolicited messages from those pretenders and better to keep off from their end.
476  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Loan to buy Bitcoin? on: October 18, 2020, 10:33:26 PM
As a principle of mine, I make sure that I don't ever go for a loan to do any type of investment because there is a 50% chance of losing it all but OP seems to have a stable job and it wouldn't really hurt that much if the price of bitcoin seems to go down in the near future if he /she is patient he will reap the profits.
Basically, going for a loan to make investment with bitcoin shouldn't be a good move from those who understand the volatility of this cryptocurrency. Have seen some good fund manager who went to jail for money in their possession that went drained because of cryptocurrency volatilities. Though, the only route which is acceptable for me is when such investors would invest in Bitcoin for a long-term.
477  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Not User Friendly Yet on: October 18, 2020, 10:01:32 PM
Bitcoin has long been a user friendly as it seems to me. What it looked like in the beginning and what it looks like now, the difference is huge.
You're right mate, basically this wasn't how it was from the beginning, the usage of this technology was more difficult back in the old days compare to now. We all know that Bitcoin just reached 11years old and it user friendly can't be compared to some new technologies, so, IMO, Bitcoin is users friendly. With the new improvement from the developing team Bitcoin will come out refined as one if the best technology in history.
478  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people avoid bitcoin? on: October 18, 2020, 09:49:21 PM
The question is why we're using bitcoin and making a profit with it?.
Simple we all are well aware of bitcoin's latent capacity and have extraordinary information on how to use it.
Maybe someone just deceptive them and they think bitcoin is nothing but just a scam.
We should talk with them and give some confirmation on how bitcoin really work and encourages you to make a keen benefit.
Yes, they refuse to use bitcoin because basically they don't really understand bitcoin. Many things are not easy to explain and for beginners they also don't want to waste too much time. Basically we also can't force it because cryptocurrency is full of high risk, but there are many things we have to change in their mind that bitcoin is not as bad as they think
And those who have used the technology once fell in love to Bitcoin. Have had some good times with newbie investors who later cling to Bitcoin because of it transaction and it potential in term of investment. Those who actually get afraid from this technology are those who don't want to tried out something new. This just reminded me of my past, the  technology wasn't my favourite back in 2017 when I lost some of my investment but in 2019 I got used to the technology.
479  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can you trust Defi projects?? on: October 18, 2020, 07:15:12 PM
Tell me your opinions against my reasons and if you have
I do not know that you have done proper research about this project because it's  IEO is not running on any good exchange at all. I think Exmarkets has listed a lot of scam projects in the past. If you want to invest knowing this then go ahead. However, if I find anything suspicious about this project, I will inform you
That's the issue, OP didn't have enough evidence to buttress his facts by calling the project a good and Chinese project. If actually the former teacher had made his investment with the project and was able to make such huge amount of profits; then what I see is pump. Wait a seconds: hope OP isn't trying to promote this shitproject to forum members? Because I smell something fishing with this project.
480  Economy / Exchanges / Re: All Exchangers scamming now on: October 18, 2020, 05:50:28 PM
Quite confusing here because last time I checked most cryptocurrency exchanges has been using bots for their ease of doing things. Trade isn't just what you hear of people said about it, if you don't have the needed experience for this industry then just keep off. Don't think about quick money to venture into trade. Believe me, good and reputable cryptocurrency exchange won't delay in reply for any queries from exchangers.
