Paypal, essendo a questo punto anch'esso parte lesa, può comunque fornire tutti i dati in suo possesso...come ad esempio l'indirizzo dove sono finiti o sarebbero dovuti finire quei soldi. Con dei dati più certi circa sulle persone sottoposte ad indagine...si possono fare anche altri accertamenti senza andare a fare richieste negli USA, che comunque si possono fare per maggior sicurezza. Di più non voglio/posso dire per non danneggiare l'attività d'indagine in corso. |

Ma sicuramente che vi ha truffato non c'è il minimo dubbio, anche vedendo quella promessa di rimborso entro il 15 e non si collega sul forum dal 12.
Sarebbe interessante sapere da Hostfat , visto che sicuramente sono state fatte altre denunce di scam da altri utenti in passato per altri servizi (soprattutto acquisto bitcoin), se ha mai ricevuto una comunicazione dalla postale che gli chiedeva qualcosa degli scammer sul forum
Nel caso...non credo che Hostfat abbia ricevuto qualcosa perché formalmente il forum è basato negli USA ed è di theymos (admin), ma se anche fosse non credo che Hostfat potrebbe dirti più di un SI/NO perché altrimenti rischierebbe di andare a violare alcune norme penali che tutelano la segretezza dell'attività di polizia giudiziaria. |

For upcoming signature campaign, I think will be : Qualifying Posts:Must be made with the appropriate signature. Must be constructive to the topic. Investor-based games sub-board does not count. Non-English posts will not count. Posts in this thread does not count. Posts in the off-topic board do not count. Posts in Beginners & Help do not count.  Posts in other signature campaigns do not count. That's not a bad idea actually, I think a few more should be added to that list. Posts in the 'Meta' board do not count. (Seriously, no company would prefer to advertise in Meta Board) Posts in the 'Politics & Society' board do not count. (This has turned into another off-topic board, a news on any topic is posted which is not related to Bitcoin at all and people just keep arguing trying to prove their views) I think these 'rules' may be implemented now, why should we wait for the upcoming signature campaigns?
I think one day (maybe also in this year) all the signature campaign will be banned, I think this is the unique way to stop those users (because if they are not paid for do that , then I am sure they will stop to open those useless thread). Personally I feel I am getting freedom to post when I don't wear a signature! But I have to wear signature to earn $$ For example: When someone helps me or writes a very long post for my understanding, I feel like I must atleast say "thank you"! I can do this with no hesitation when I don't wear a signature but the case is different when I wear a signature! I cannot even say a short and sweet "thank you" for their time and effort. I am afraid that it will be considered as a signature spam and doesn't leave a good impression to people! Hey Macro, you are the bit-x sig manager, is it ok if I post a short and sweet "thank you" when I feel its needed?
IMHO, If you wear a signature while posting such a post maybe a it could be considered as signature spam. However, IMO a new short post, just to say thank you, is not necessary in this case since you could edit your original question post to add a line with the words like: Question solved. Thank you to <put username here> for help/clarification.
