A bit of PR.... Some Hashing PCB may show up in Berlin, Germany at the Inside Bitcoin Conference. March 5 & 6No, we do not have them produced yet for the mass production and the recent spike on hash rate is not unshipped S2 upgrade kits. (I wish but that is not the case... ) How many of you are actually interested in the S2 upgrade kits? I mean, purchasing them to use on your existing S2 unit. In order to use the kit, you have to have the existing S2. Power Consumption... will be a nice improvement from S5 Also, how many of you who has S2 but the Control PCB, Beagle Bone, or the bottom Power Plain PCB is damaged or the fans are damaged? It will kind of give us an idea what we should prepare. Any volunteers who lives in Berlin to assist Yoshi with German Translation? I'm sure he needs help finding a bowl of rice with a good German Beer *S2 Upgrade kit is still a speculation!! *Yoshi will take care of the volunteer's lunch and dinner for 2 days and get you inside the conference *Volunteers will receive a free Bitmain T-shirt (large) x 1 *Warning: Yoshi may make you work your butt off at the booth 1 last thing.... If you own the S2 and interested in purchasing the upgrade kit, show us some support and email support @ bitmain . zendesk . c o m with subject "S2 Upgrade Kit List" and how many working S2 you own now.

Please try power off the S4 and let it sit for a few minutes. Then power it back on and see if it goes back to normal.
If not, you may have a damaged hashing PCB. if you are located in USA, you can return the damaged hashing PCB for a replacement or you can return the whole unit for exchange.
If you are lucky to be in Colorado area, you can drop off the miner in person as well.
Please send email to support @ bitmain . zendesk . c o m
with your Bitmaintech.com Order ID and Tracking Number for the carrier.
Thank you

One of the Common Misconfigurations is WRONG GATEWAY. Please check if your gateway is correct. If you are using windows, open up a command prompt and type "ipconfig" it will bring up your gateway IP you are connected to. Please make sure it is the same on your Antminer Also, a screenshot or two would help trouble shoot here! Just got my S3+ in tonight, hooked it up and for some reason it simply isn't hashing. I've tried setting it up with Slush's pool and BAN and nothing. My S2 was a breeze compared to this thing. For the power supply I have a corsair cx750m so it should have plenty of power. Anyone have any suggestions?

Hummmm interesting question... we have not seen a masked S5 yet any pictures? Does anyone use a dust filter on their s5? I have one on the push fan. It contributes a bit to the noise but what do you all do with dust?

fans for S1 and S3 has lower RPM and it is less noise... At what speeds are your fans running at 350mhz? I am currently doing 4080rpm @ 56C with the stock S5 fan. Trying to find a decent exhaust fan to low temps for find an alternative cooling method. Vertically standing i drop temp by 1C average. I must say I have a new found respect for the S1 fan with its noise levels.

It may be easier to return the whole unit to Denver, Colorado. Or you can try 1 last thing to try hash with 1 hashing PCB with the PSU, if it works, power it off and add 2nd, and so on. If the PSU is defective or not sending enough power. But usually, if good beagle bone and a good microSd won't work, then it would be the S4 control PCB to be the cause. Please email support@bitmain.zendesk.com to request a replacement with your Bitmaintech.com Order ID and attach a Order Confirmation Page with the tracking number. Your tracking number and the order number combo is used for the internal RMA # for identification Thank you we are sorry to hear that, it may be a time for the Control PCB unit to be replaced. Could be the control PCB itself or it could be the beagle bone or combination of both. However, once in a very while... the MicroSD card physically goes bad. We have seen a few cases where simple MicroSD card replacement from a local store (kingstone or Sony 4GH) took care of the problem. if another MicroSD card doesn't work, please proceed with the parts replacement via warranty. support @ bitmain . zendesk . com Thank you I tried this, it still did not work. I cant connect to it at all, but both LED are Green and the LCD screen is lit up just blank Hello, I have tried switching out the sd card as well as the beagle bone black. Neither has worked.

please create a ticket at http://bitmain.zendesk.com (top right) or email a support request to support @ bitmain . zendesk . com If support staffs are online, you may request to chat, too. https://v2.zopim.com/widget/livechat.html?key=2ZaJsbRPVUUFCqOE8MmgXgbFFdNYxOBPwarranty is 90 days from purchase date. (Bitmaintech.com or Amazon seller "Bitmain") If you purchased it from else where, please email the proof of purchase in the ticket. you can try updating the firmware to the most recent January one but before you do that, please power off your S3+ and let it sit for 10-15 minutes and power it back on. If the xx goes away. Often time, a few X's on the ASIC status comes from teh firmware bugs. But your hashing speed is low, too, so the problems could be on the hashing PCB. What is the warranty on the S3+. I have one showing:
oooooooo oooooooo ---ooooo oooooooo
And only getting speeds of about 400.

You can try swapping the Control PCB with ethernet port, and see if it will start to hash. but, I suspect if something was burnt or melted, it is more likely one of the hashing PCB. I do have a working one !
