481  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we have a bitcoin day? on: April 11, 2017, 07:55:17 PM
That is a nice idea! I've never thought about that, it would be great to have a Bitcoin day. But, what day would that even be? It probably wont happen though, the community is not so large for that to happen and I don't know if anyone new would come because of that.
482  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: if bitcoin dies, what alt would you go for? on: April 07, 2017, 09:09:04 PM
I'm not really a big coin holder and I do not turn to altcoins very much, but I think that Litecoin is a totally fine coin to replace Bitcoin in that scenario. Other coins do not seem to be anywhere near Bitcoin and they are all just pumps. Litecoin is the only good altcoin and it is much more stable than others.
483  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have u ever received BTC accidentally or randomly? on: April 07, 2017, 09:00:24 PM
I dreamed about getting Bitcoins by accident, since I cant buy them. But it never happened to me. I did get random 0.0002 Bitcoins a few times almost instantly when I created my wallet and adress,  I still do not know why it was.sent or who even did it, but I dont really care since its a few cents.
484  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Even now in 2017, why is bitcoin *still* not accepted as a major currency? on: April 05, 2017, 08:16:26 PM
Because many people do not even know that it exists, and if someone does not tell them right about Bitcoin or they do bad research, they will think that Bitcoin is some kind of scam or dumb project, that is why everyone who is using Bitcoin should share it with the world. Another problem is Bitcoin price movement. It should not be a problem if a shop owner could cash it out immediately though.
485  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how has your attitude to bitcoin changed the longer you've been into it? on: April 04, 2017, 08:40:49 PM
When I started it I was all about earning a few extra cash for purchasing some misc stuff and I wanted to learn about the tech. I am now wanting to get at least normal salary in Bitcoin rather than earning just a few dollars. As for the tech, I am still wanting to learn more. I was also excited every time I was about to recieve Bitcoins, but now it is just normal and.an everyday thing.
486  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Where are my bitcoin? on: April 04, 2017, 08:19:21 PM
I think the reason because you did not get your Bitcoins is the low transaction fee. Right now, even high fees are slow for confirmations. It will probably be confirmed in a long time or it wont be confirmed at all. You should have set a higher fee.
487  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will happen when 1 satoshi is $ 1? on: April 04, 2017, 08:08:10 PM
1. That would be awesome, but it is not going to happen. It would take a long time to get there, but the price does not only go up.
2. I do not know if it is possible, but I guess it could be modified in some way. But I guess the answer does not matter, since it wont happen.
488  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Trying the new Bitcoin ATM near my house on: April 04, 2017, 08:01:43 PM
I wish I had one of those in my town, but Bitcoin is not spread that much in my country, so I do not know if my town will ever get an ATM. There is only one ATM in the whole country and my town is not really among the bigger places, so I guess I'll be struggling to convert Bitcoins and fiat a bit more.
489  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Let's talk about poker! on: April 01, 2017, 09:26:24 PM
Its more of a luck game than a skill game, you can not really influence anything in the game, but you should know when to back off and when to go further. That is the only skill you got to have (if you can call it a skill ), everything else is pure luck and you can not change anything.
490  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: impact of bitcoin on your daily life/business? on: April 01, 2017, 09:01:02 PM
I did not ever buy anything physical with Bitcoin, I mainly use it for buying digital goods, and I do not earn much Bitcoin so I can not really use it for everyday needs. I spend Bitcoins every month or two since I haven't got the time to maximize my earnings. It did imoact my life for the better though, I could not buy the stuff I bought with it.
491  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with the people who don't like Bitcoin? on: April 01, 2017, 08:44:20 PM
The hatred is probably caused by too low information and knowledge about Bitcoin, so those who say they hate Bitcoin probably do not know what are they even talking about. I would try to explain why that person is wrong and tell why Bitcoin is a great currency and investment.
492  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Easiest way to convert money into BTC? on: March 30, 2017, 09:49:18 AM
You could convert fiat to Bitcoin on a Bitcoin ATM if you have one in your city, they are pretty much everywhere right now. They also follow the value accurately,so you do not have to worry about losing money while converting. If that does not work you could find someone with btc and exchange.
493  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / What is the cheapest miner around? on: March 29, 2017, 10:19:15 AM
By cheapest miner, I mean what is the cheapest profitable miner available. I do not have money for the newest, most expensive miners, so I would like to know what is the minimum amount of money I can spend for a profitable miner ( if you can, include a link from some e-shop or something).
494  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice isn't dice? on: March 29, 2017, 10:01:30 AM
A six sided dice game would be to easy to win money on, so they put a hundred numbers in the game so you can waste money and they can earn big loads of money off you. I guess they kept the dice name because its something like rolling dice but I agree it isn't a suitable name.
495  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 10 MOST WONDERFUL THINGS TO PURCHASE WITH BITCOIN on: March 25, 2017, 10:08:37 AM
I thought it was going to be affordable to us non millionaires, those are some really expensive and luxury stuff. I could not dream about even having the cheapest thing on the list. But, those people selling are brave to get paid in Bitcoins for those amounts of money.
496  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin is the new era of currency? on: March 24, 2017, 11:11:06 AM
I think that Bitcoin is the new era of currency, but it is not really that easy to earn, unless you count little earnings like signature campaings or something. Bitcoin can actually be used to buy food online and some shops even accept it, but its true that it is not as flexible as fiat. But it is getting more and more adopted.
497  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would happen if BTC was Banned? on: March 24, 2017, 10:49:31 AM
They can ban it as much as they want, but everyone who was using it before would continue to use it as if nothing even happened. I do not think that they can track transactions or stop us from using Bitcoin, so it is not going to happen anyway.
498  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What can i do with Bitcoin? on: February 26, 2017, 05:42:32 PM
I am earning a very small amount of Bitcoins and I can not trade or invest until I build up a little more Bitcoins. I am currenly using them mostly for buying digital goods and games that can be bought with Bitcoins. I am planing to start some business with them.
499  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin is not supported in some countries? on: February 26, 2017, 05:30:27 PM
Bitcoin is not supported by goverment in several countries because they want to control the money and Bitcoin can not be controled because it is decentralized. I do not think that many countries ban Bitcoins and some people use it even if it is banned in their country. You just need internet connection, so it can be used almost everywhere.
500  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The BitCoin Cause on: February 24, 2017, 06:10:25 PM
Well, it is a currency, like any other so I guess it was made for spending. Sure, it has a moving price and it can cost 10$ or 1000$, but it does not change the fact that it is a currency, not only an investment. It isn't safe to use because of the price, but you can also use that to pay less.
