Ok, so M is fixed, and there are no dividends now.

What we really need now is to restart the building game again, so players have incentive to buy building materials, speculators can trade more items, and taxes and rents start flowing again, and new buildings get constructed, which would increase property prices. I can't remember what halted the building sub-game, is there a fault somewhere?

My best memory from Crypto Kingdom was the revelation that rpietila had approached generalizethis and tried to convince him to turn to the dark side and play the villain in CK. This marked the beginning of rpietila's destructive behaviour against CK, and it could be argued that as generalizethis turned down the offer, rpietila decided it was left to him to add the desired negative polarity in CK, which he has since provided in spades.

This is my best memory of CK as it means right up to this very moment, I still don't know if rpietila is just playing the roll required of the 'dark force' in the Game, or has he actually lost his mind and had a nervous breakdown which has caused him to screw himself and everyone else in the process. Even though CK looks like it's all but dead, the possibility that this has all been part of an elaborate scheme to add the forces of 'darkness' into an otherwise sterile and bland CK world remains.

If rpietila's destructive behaviour is partly explained by him taking up the roll of 'dark lord' and CK villain, then it opens up the possibility that there are co-conspirators working behind the scenes to help achieve this, and if this was the case, then they ALL deserve full marks - the Game does indeed look completely decimated by darkness - and the fact that I don't know what's real and what's bullshit keeps me following CK.

Look, EK is a great dev, one of the best in crypto, and he was already doing well financially when this project started, so he supports himself financially and works on Elastic coz he wants to. There's no mystery here, guys like EK are like musicians, actors, artists - they mostly  pick projects based on things other than money, which is different to most people. I work in an office, and wouldn't set foot in the place if I didn't get paid, but I'm also a musician, and I play gigs all the time for free, coz I like playing music, and the gigs I play are rewarding in other ways.

I knew of EK from the days when he discovered the 3rd critical error deliberately left by BCnext in the NXT code, so there's no doubt EK is a superior coder working for the love of his craft. Superdao isn't abandoned, you can see activity happening on their pre-ICO funding address regularly, so they're still spending money.

It's frustrating that they're still in stealth mode, but startups never run on schedule, I'm still hopeful pokereum will be a major launch in Q3.

As for issues with collusion in poker and money laundering I don't see a problem, the whole point of decentralised poker is to cut out a centralised controller, and with a DAO structure running the whole enterprise I expect Superdao/pokereum will pass the aml sniff test easily. If there are 1000's of players and hundreds of tables, trying to organise predictable collusion opportunities when table allocation is provably random would be impossible.

Yes, you just have to look at eth and bitcoin prices to see the price effect on the 'ramp tokens' for ICO and alt coin markets generally, so if HMC's CKG bounty is successful you'd expect the price of CKG would benefit, but I'd argue there's less distortion if that valuation effect travelled through the game currency M.

I do concede that a CKG blockchain asset traded on a reputable exchange might make depo shares redundant, so if HMC's bounty is successful it would be unambiguously better than the current situation.
