501  Economy / Economics / Re: Is the government can really make a way to end poverty or it depends on us? on: June 12, 2023, 04:14:21 PM
Ending poverty it requires collective effort from both the individuals and government. The government is the one who implements and legalize the policies, laws and programs to reduce poverty and they are responsible in providing assistance to those who are in need. It is also depends on the choices and actions of each and every individuals to improve their life situation. To end poverty it requires full effort and change of individuals to their own lives.
I fully agree with your opinion. But the level of prosperity and poverty in a particular country also depends on the general state of the world economy and other factors, such as the presence of military and other military conflicts, natural disasters and man-made disasters, and recently also on the speed of climate change on our planet. These and other similar factors greatly influence the result of the common efforts of the people and the government to improve the standard of living in the country.
502  Economy / Economics / Re: Could there be a new financial system not dependent on USD? on: June 12, 2023, 03:58:24 PM
It is a reality that some countries might consider replacing "Western" dependency to protect their own economy. The US are facing huge challenges economically and it might have to default on their debt soon, so why should countries be inter dependent on the US Dollar, if it might go bankrupt soon?

I think the BRICS countries are implementing backdoors to protect their own countries. We saw how the US Government bailed out Banks with tax payers money, when they struggled.... now the government is being pulled down by these Banks and it's reckless actions.  Roll Eyes
The BRICS countries only want to create their own currency, but this is still very far away. So far, there is not even information what kind of currency it will be - a completely new one or any country that is part of this union. One of the possible options is that it will be the Chinese yuan. But this will mean that all other countries, instead of dependence on the United States, will fall under the dependence of China.
Of course, the dominance of the dollar is not forever. But so far there is no serious alternative to the dollar. In any case, this is not a question of the near future.
503  Economy / Economics / Re: The world continues dumping US dollar (Gold, New World Order, World War III) on: June 11, 2023, 03:38:18 PM

Recently the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) was held where all countries gathered and discussed various matters related to each country's system of alignments and responding to how the world economy would change hands in the next 5-10 years, after the era of western imperialism, now China's existence must be acknowledged. It could be that we are already in the ring of World War III, like it or not, we just need to realize that an economic war is going on. Where is the source of each country's wealth at stake and what would happen if de-dollarization really started to eat away at its value. The workings of the world economic system will not be easily understood by us as spectators. World governments are still trying to show power and want to keep control of the dollar. But does it really last? when gold was still the reference value for currency exchange rates. This is proof that apart from the US trying to stand up like the Middle East, China with business in all ASIA countries, Russia is continuing to measure how far Ukraine has survived because I believe Ukraine is enjoying this war, what I mean here is that there is a massive flow of funds to support the war. continues, weapons, drugs, food, clothing and the US will continue to print dollars as the Ukrainian exchange rate uses them.
You described the situation about the war in Ukraine in such a way, as if it is very beneficial for Ukraine that the Russians are now bombing and shelling the entire territory of Ukraine every day, destroying its settlements and all infrastructure to the ground, killing civilians every day. Probably, from your point of view, the recent largest terrorist act committed by Russia in Ukraine, the deliberate undermining of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station and its dam, followed by flooding of more than 80 settlements of Ukraine, which jeopardizes agriculture in southern Ukraine, should also be attributed to the positive aspects . Very strange logic.
504  Economy / Economics / Re: Are we headed to a nowhere economic direction ? on: June 11, 2023, 03:20:05 PM
The global economy is increasingly difficult to predict, inflation that is happening globally makes us worry, if we only rely on current income then next month or next year we will experience difficulties, before bad things happen we have to be creative by utilizing all the potential that can become money .
To the current economic difficulties are added the problems associated with climate change that has already begun throughout the planet. They talk about global warming, but this has a different impact on specific regions. In some natural conditions will become unsuitable for agriculture, in others it will be necessary to quickly adapt to other crops and agricultural techniques. All this is associated with additional costs and loss of time.

In addition, military tensions and ongoing military conflicts between states have intensified recently. So far, the most terrible for the environment and agriculture is Russia's war in Ukraine. On June 6, Russian invaders blew up Europe's largest Kakhovskaya HPP and this caused enormous damage to agriculture in southern Ukraine. And this means that Ukraine will no longer be able to export agricultural products to other countries and the situation with products will deteriorate sharply.
505  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SEC lawsuit caused massive market crash on: June 11, 2023, 07:01:36 AM
Frankly, these lawsuits filed by the SEC did not add too badly to the market. At least there were no serious declines. Except for cryptocurrencies. But if the sanctions continue to increase in the future, then serious decreases will occur. It is useful to follow the market during this period, and these sharp declines can be an exit point for you and it may be inevitable that new millionaires will emerge.
It is a little strange that the SEC did not wait for the final court decision on his lawsuit against Ripple Labs. It is this decision that will significantly affect the fate of all other similar SEC lawsuits. Does the SEC hope that it will win this lawsuit? Otherwise, filing other almost similar lawsuits about the use of other cryptocurrencies is pointless. The bad thing is that the US government and legislators do not yet have a clear position on this issue and the SEC is on the path of developing judicial practice. But this is a very long way and therefore this situation will negatively affect the general state of the cryptocurrency market.
506  Economy / Economics / Re: SEC is in Action After Suing Binance, Here Comes Coinbase Exchange on: June 10, 2023, 05:31:29 PM
You cannot not feel sorry for Coinbase. As far as I know they tried really hard to be compliant, even tried to get a court to force SEC to give a clear answer on what is and isn't a security, but all they get is a lawsuit against them.

Binance also get hit with massive funds outflow from its US business of $1.4bn since the lawsuit. I'm sure they survive though, but will struggle to return to the same levels.
https://www.reuters.com/technology/bitcoin-steadies-above-25000-binance-sec-lawsuit-rattles-investors-2023-06-06/
The current situation with SEC lawsuits against cryptocurrency exchanges indicates that the cryptocurrency market is still highly unsettled. Therefore, the regulation of cryptocurrencies by states is necessary and inevitable. Lacking a sufficient regulatory framework in this area of finance, the SEC wants to work on litigation to guide it further. This is not the best way out of this situation, but it can lead to unexpected results in favor of the cryptocurrency. We need to wait at least for the final court decision on the SEC lawsuit against Ripple Labs. This decision will significantly affect the fate of all other similar SEC lawsuits.
507  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm getting tired of the high fees for gwei on: June 10, 2023, 09:43:36 AM
The ethereum network continues to be updated. Ethereum developers, during a recent call, approved the details of a future network upgrade called Dencun (Cancun-Deneb), which is expected this year.

A key component of the upgrade will be an Ethereum EIP-4844 improvement proposal known as Proto-Danksharding. The option scales the blockchain by introducing a new type of transactions for large arrays of binary data (blobs) and organizing their storage. This is intended to reduce commissions for L2 solutions based on Rollups technology.

Among other changes, the hard fork includes:

EIP-1153 - reduces fees for storing on-chain data and optimizes block space;
EIP-1153 - improves the efficiency of cross-chain bridges and staking pools;
EIP-5656 - makes minor changes to the Ethereum Virtual Machine;
EIP-6780 - removes code that can prevent smart contracts from working.
The developers have not determined the exact date of activation of the update. This is expected to happen by the end of 2023.
508  Economy / Economics / Re: Dedollarisation fails before starting, Russia and India halt rupee trade on: June 10, 2023, 04:45:59 AM
I believe Dedollarisation is in work, and it is been tested now example is the India-Russia trade agreement to trade in their local currencies. The issue now is that the Dollar monopoly was built over the years and it would take  real work to work out real alternatives, Dollar is causing a lot of havoc to third-world economies all over the world and countries will look for ways to protect themselves, I think America is the only real loser here, if it works, good for them bad for America and if it doesn't work these countries will stick to statoquo
The course for the weakening of the dollar due to de-dollarization will simultaneously mean a course for the strengthening of any other currency of the state. Much is now being written about the BRICS countries and that from a financial point of view, it is created to resist the dollar and therefore they want to introduce their own currency there. And what kind of currency it will be, it is not yet possible to find specific information. It is most likely, and absolutely logical, that this should be a completely new supranational currency. If so, it will be a very interesting global experience. In view of the fact that Russia will continue its economic decline due to the war with Ukraine, the introduction of such a currency will be beneficial to China, especially if they do not exclude military actions against Taiwan and the imposition of sanctions by the United States and Europe, and will also be beneficial to any other potential violators world order, to which the above sanctions can be applied.
509  Economy / Economics / Re: Sanctions at work:Russia posts its second highest deficit in the post-Soviet era on: June 09, 2023, 08:56:12 PM
https://www.reuters.com/markets/europe/russian-economy-ministry-improves-2023-gdp-growth-forecast-2023-04-14/

Russian ministry of economy revised the estimate for 2023 GDP growth. Now they claim that GDP will grow by +1.2%, compared to an earlier prediction of -0.8%. There is an announcement from the International Monetary Fund as well. They raised their estimate for Russian GDP growth to +0.7% from a previous estimate of +0.3%. The estimate for 2024 is +1.3%. However as per the IMF, labour shortages and exit of western companies will harm the Russian economy in the long term. World Bank meanwhile has stated that Russian GDP will contract by 0.2% in 2023.

https://www.reuters.com/world/europe/russia-may-see-wider-2023-budget-deficit-lower-growth-years-come-imf-2023-04-11/
The Russian economy in the current and subsequent years will directly depend on the situation at the front in Ukraine. And just here, it seems, Russia is in for big problems. The IMF cannot know how further events in this war will develop, and therefore the forecasts for the Russian economy will change more than once even for this year. There is a possibility of deepening internal confrontations and the desire of the regions to secede from the center as independent republics. And in this case, Russia may not even have its own sources of oil and gas. After all, they are given to the center just by distant regions. And without oil and gas, Russia will be a poor and backward country.
510  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BEP20 OR ERC20? Preferred token on: June 09, 2023, 08:37:15 PM
actually, both BEP20 and ERC20 have quite same condition. But, if considering the fees, I personally will prefer to BEP20, Because the fees are lower. I know that sometimes, ERC20 fee is also low, moreover during bearish era. But during bullish era or in certain period in ehich the transactions are ver high, the fees of transfering Erc20 tokens are kiling, very high.
while Bep20 is commonly more stable, I mean more affordable and lower than Erc20.
BEP-20 tokens are a variety of crypto assets that do not have their own blockchain, but use the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) smart contract blockchain. Although BEP-20 is considered to be an improved analogue of ERC-20, however, I believe that this was justified when Ethereum experienced difficulties during a period of low scalability and renewal of its network. Going forward, Ethereum blockchain tokens appear to have a better chance of increasing demand and liquidity. Therefore, BEP-20 tokens are better suited for work now, but ERC-20 tokens are still in the future.
511  Economy / Economics / Re: Going to war means let's ulter the economic progression on: June 09, 2023, 04:35:54 PM
I think they should be able to make peace soon because it really affects the economy in European countries. yes, I saw several posts a few months ago showing that gas in Europe has increased several times more than before, the losers are the civilians who should not be involved in this war. I think this is a matter of the top brass, hoping that the war will end soon and the economy between the two camps will return to stability, it will make people's lives much better.
I don't think peace is in the table right now, I think that the only way that the war will stop is if Ukraine gives up the part that's already occupied or they could revoke their invitation to join NATO, Putin has a lot of resources and even with all the sanctions, in a war of attrition they will be victorious. Economy wise, I don't think we're going to see any green pastures anytime soon even if the war ended, the cost of the destruction will be of paramount importance to be addressed.
Even in Russia, propaganda channels are now calling for an urgent end to the "special operation" in Ukraine, since Russia is not able to win the war it started. In the Kremlin, as well as corrupt politicians around the world, they screamed that it was time for the parties to sit down at the negotiating table. But if the Kremlin still hopes to complete the negotiations to its advantage, then others, including China, prefer to make do with general formulations.
All this indicates that the state of affairs of Russia on the fronts of Ukraine is close to deplorable. Therefore, in Ukraine, they answered the Kremlin to silently wait for the end of the war, because they understand that any truce with Russia means the continuation of the war in the future after Russia restores its military power.

In the meantime, the invaders have something to fear. On June 4, the Armed Forces of Ukraine switched to a series of offensive operations in order to find weak points in their defense and achieved some success, breaking through the defense of the Russians in the south up to 17 kilometers deep. The Russians have already deployed about 70 percent of their reserve even for such actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which do not yet mean a general offensive. They understand that the Armed Forces of Ukraine will soon cut the existing land corridor to the Crimea, after which their defense will fall in all directions. At the same time, the invaders suffer heavy losses in manpower and equipment. Over the past 24 hours alone, according to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, more than a thousand invaders have been destroyed. We are watching the further development of the situation and the defeat of the "second army of the world."
512  Economy / Economics / Re: The world continues dumping US dollar (Gold, New World Order, World War III) on: June 08, 2023, 08:15:54 PM
After the sixth of June, when Russian troops blew up the Kakhovka HPP, the largest in Europe, which they had previously mined, the world really became one step closer to the Third World War. Because such organizations as the UN, which were created in order to ensure common security and respond to emerging threats in this regard, are absolutely inactive. And this encourages the aggressor, in this case Russia, to other, more serious violations of the world order. Not only did the UN not directly condemn Russia for this unprecedented act of terrorism, on the day of the Kakhovka HPP bombing, the UN celebrated the day of the Russian language, under the pretext of protecting which the Russians invaded Ukraine and continue to kill Ukrainians for the second year. If the UN glorifies murderers, robbers and rapists, such an attitude encourages other potential aggressors to attack and seize other people's territories.

In addition, a significant part of other states began to argue, and who is to blame for the destruction of the Kakhovskaya HPP, which has been under Russian occupation since February last year. They argue about whether it is the Ukrainians themselves who are destroying their territory and destroying its ecology, or maybe the HES itself has collapsed. For me, those who doubt or do not understand the situation should be reminded that this HPP was built so that it could withstand a nuclear explosion, and not just shelling from the outside with any modern type of weapon. Experts point out that only an explosion from the inside, that is, in a confined space and in certain places of at least one and a half tons of TNT, can lead to a similar result.

What next can Russia do with such connivance from the international community? Hit Ukraine or other states with nuclear weapons? After all, even in that case, the UN may doubt who is guilty of delivering a nuclear strike.
513  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty hunter is considered as investors with a big patience. on: June 08, 2023, 09:04:07 AM
I was joining bounty from year 2017 till present i have experience joining different signature and social media campaign with good  earnings and there are also campaigns that is not profitable  and sometimes there are campaign that doesn't pay, because the project does not reach the hard cap when they launch ICO, most of the projects pays token that is not listed on exchange and we need to wait a months or maybe a year before we can sell our tokens and get the profit and sometimes we also buy tokens from the good projects that we promote and hold, can we considered the patience of the bounty hunter same as the investors patience?
I see that many, including myself, have joined this forum and started participating in bounty campaigns since the second half of 2017, when the cryptocurrency became more famous and grew in price. In particular, since 2017, the number of new tokens that have appeared has increased, and along with this, the number of companies that have launched bounty projects for their issued tokens. Therefore, at this time, the number of bounty hunters increased, especially since then their earnings were more generous than now.
It is worth considering that bounty hunters are also often investors in various new projects, because their work is connected with them. Therefore, the patience of bounty hunters and investors when working with cryptocurrency is almost the same.

Talks and discussions about reconciliation between Russia and Ukraine are nothing more than the good wishes of those who do not understand the current situation between these warring countries. The military-political leadership of Russia has set the goal of destroying Ukrainians as a nation and Ukraine as a state. As long as Russia does not give up these intentions, any talks about peace with her are useless and cannot lead to anything. Ukraine also cannot leave Ukrainians in the territories occupied by Russia, so that they continue to be physically destroyed there. Therefore, Ukraine sets the condition for the complete withdrawal of all Russian troops from the territory of Ukraine, including its occupied parts since 2014, as the first point to achieve peace.

The undermining of the Kakhovskaya HPP and the prohibition of Russian troops to evacuate the residents of the city of Oleshki, which they occupied and flooded (due to the destruction of the Kakhovskaya HPP, the water there rose to seven meters and therefore sometimes the roofs of the houses are not even visible), confirms the tactics of the Russians to destroy all living things in the occupied territories of Ukraine and completely destroy it infrastructure. Do you think that it is possible to negotiate something with such barbarians?

P.S. Reality check: How is the defence of Bakhmut going?  Grin

On June 5, the Armed Forces of Ukraine launched an operation to further liberate the territory of Ukraine from Russian invaders. The first stage of the counter-offensive operation even exceeded the expectations of the American side: the Ukrainian military managed to break through the mined areas and advance 5-10 km in several sections of the long front.
Source:
https://www.dialog.ua/war/275058_1686145340

Fearing further success of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Russian troops blew up the Kakhovskaya HPP, which was mined back in the fall of 2022, while committing the largest terrorist act in recent decades: irreparable damage was done to the ecology of Ukraine, there was a threat of flooding about 80 settlements. Apparently, this will be the subject of another Hague Tribunal. By these actions, the invaders also flooded their defense positions on the left bank of the Dnieper, and also made it impossible to further supply water to the Crimean peninsula, because the Kakhovka reservoir located above the HPP, from where the water was taken, is rapidly shallowing and disappearing. But this attack will not stop any Ukrainian offensive.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine also went on the offensive near Bakhmut: over the past day, the Ukrainian military managed to advance more than 1 km in various sectors of the front.

Today, June 7, the commander of the Eastern Group of Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrsky told how Ukrainian assault units are repulsing the enemy near Bakhmut in the Donetsk region. He stated that the defense forces continue to move forward on the flanks, the enemy is losing ground near Bakhmut. There is a high probability that in the near future Bakhmut will be surrounded by the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the remaining Russian troops in it will be destroyed.
516  Economy / Economics / Re: Going to war means let's ulter the economic progression on: June 06, 2023, 01:46:39 PM
Tonight, Russia committed another terrorist attack and a terrible military crime in the occupied part of the Kherson region of Ukraine, blowing up the Kakhovskaya HPP in order to impede the offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which began a few days ago. An explosion from the engine room, where the generators are located, almost completely destroyed the HPP. The remaining water washes away. Experts say that it is no longer possible to restore the Kakhovskaya HPP. 11 out of 28 spans have been destroyed, about 80 settlements may fall into the flood zone. In the southern part of Ukraine, this act of terrorism will cause a great ecological catastrophe. Many settlements will be flooded, others will not be able to receive drinking water. A catastrophe threatens even the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant, the reactor circuit of which is cooled by water from the Kakhovka reservoir, the water level of which falls by 15 centimeters every hour. At the same time, due to the sharp shallowing of the Kakhovka reservoir, water will not flow to the occupied Crimean peninsula in the next ten years.

With the undermining of the Kakhovskaya HPP, which the Russians had mined since October last year, they apparently overdid it. The occupied left bank is much lower than the right one, and the main part of the water rushed there, flooding their first defensive fortifications. According to the interception of the occupiers' conversations on the radio station, they are sitting on trees, water is coming and they are asking to be rescued.
517  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will China takeover as the leader in blockchain and start the new bull market? on: June 05, 2023, 09:41:33 AM
Many similar questions are being asked about China after rumors of a blockchain is being backed by Beijing. There are some people who say that it is Conflux, however, there is a blockchain developed by Beijing academy of blockchain called Chain Maker, where government controlled businesses like Tencent and China Construction are also supporting the project.

NFTs are also being supported by the government in Shanghai through approvals of the creation of NFT trading platforms.

However, everything begins in Hong Kong, where their government has allowed all users to buy and sell crypto. If mainland China follows, it might bring the cryptospace back to the bull markets that are more similar to 2017. The pumps during those bull market years with China were bigger and higher.

Another argument on why China might become the leader in the cryptospace is because the American government has been imposing regulations without clarity that causes many developers confused and leave or stop working for projects based in America.
China has always supported the introduction of blockchain technology into its economy, but has a negative attitude towards cryptocurrency. At the same time, Hong Kong has grown economically thanks to the introduction of advanced technologies in science and technology. Therefore, they also have a positive attitude towards cryptocurrencies, because many there register their enterprises to engage in entrepreneurial activities using cryptocurrencies, and this is beneficial to the Hong Kong economy. However, it is not yet clear how this will be reacted to in the future in mainland China. There, as always, they are not in a hurry with their assessments. But I don’t think that China will support the circulation of cryptocurrencies.
518  Economy / Economics / Re: The world continues dumping US dollar (Gold, New World Order, World War III) on: June 05, 2023, 08:58:05 AM

As for Russia's allies - China and Iran, everything is not so simple here. The other day, Chinese Ambassador to the European Union Fu Cong made a statement, according to which, external observers misinterpret relations between China and Russia. According to him, Beijing does not support Moscow in the war against Ukraine, and the statement of the heads of the two countries, Putin and Xi Jinping, about friendship that "has no borders" is nothing more than a rhetorical device. The ambassador noted that China did not provide military assistance to Russia and did not recognize its attempts to annex Ukrainian territories, in particular Crimea and Donbass.
China cannot deny that it is a friend of Russia and that they are in an undeclared alliance. Simply because no other explanation can be given when China agrees to acquire Russian products against the policy of international sanctions.
China is not the only one concerned with this issue, as India also buys energy products. Iran has also been proven to provide military support (drone fighters). China and India support the Russian economy, while Russia provides military support. Is this not an alliance?

China has always pursued its policy in the international arena, even if it contradicted the actions of most states. This explains why China did not support international sanctions against Russia. In addition, China is not at all interested in having such sanctions work effectively against any violator of global security. This is due to the fact that the Chinese government does not rule out a military takeover of Taiwan in the future, and therefore assumes that such sanctions will be applied to them as well.
In relation to Russia, the Chinese government builds its relations solely from the point of view of its own interests. In the future, China will gladly spit on the declared friendship with Russia and seize a significant part of the territory of Siberia and the Far East, which they still consider their own there.
519  Economy / Economics / Re: Retirement Age for Workers - Does this Make Sense? on: June 05, 2023, 06:53:38 AM
The retirement age is much higher in other European countries; usually it's approximately 64 or 65 years old; in Greece, however, it's 67, which I personally believe is too much. I admire the French people's fight; although two more years might not seem much for us, as the retirement age is already quite low compared to the EU's average, the French are fighting to avoid any potential further increase in the future or other measures taken against them. Seeing that they didn't react to the first one, why not increase it further?
There are several objective reasons for raising the retirement age in European countries. In Europe, as well as in the world as a whole, the average life expectancy is gradually increasing. There is also a general trend towards an increase in the number of pensioners. Therefore, the increase in the retirement age occurs almost everywhere.
In Ukraine, the retirement age depends on the number of years of work experience. If a person has more than 30 years of work experience, he has the right to retire at 60 years of age. If less, then at 63 or 65 years old. If he has not gained the minimum number of years of work experience even at the age of 65, then he can only count on social assistance, and not on a pension, which hardly covers even the minimum needs. I think that in France the conditions for retirement and the retirement age will change more than once.

Is the average human lifespan increasing? In my opinion, on the contrary, our life expectancy is decreasing day by day because of the impact of the environment, dirty food, as well as our living habits, are getting worse and worse. I think that the reason for the increase in retirement age is that European countries have a large number of old people and people who are about to retire. And the government itself does not seem to want to spend too much on subsidies for these people, even though they have sacrificed their lives to dedicate and work.
Difficult living conditions in previous centuries, including manual working conditions, almost no medicine, and as a result - periodic epidemics, constant wars of conquest, as well as a number of other factors were the reasons that a hundred years ago very few people lived to be 45 years old. age. On the Internet you can find more detailed information about this. This is how the data on life expectancy by years in Europe looks like:
1701-1750 35 years
1751-1800 35-37 years old
1801-1850 38-39 years old
1851-1900 40-45 years old.
Of course, the ecology and food quality have now fallen, but they do not really affect these statistics.
In 2021, life expectancy in the European Union was 80.1 years, according to the European statistics agency Eurostat, but these data are slightly lower than in 2020 and 2019, probably influenced by an increase in mortality during the COVID-19 pandemic.
