1421  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price drop >40% in last 7 days. Is it a DIP or CRASH? on: May 20, 2021, 04:54:15 PM
What do you think? Is this DIP or CRASH? and
What do you do? Wait or buy more?
Many can call it just a dip. Many can say that it is just a normal correction and it will go up in the future. Many are saying that it is already a crash and the start of the bear market.

Anybody can describe it either of the three but one thing is for sure, many investors are crying right now because of what is happening right now Cheesy. Dip or crash, many lost their money and worst life savings because of what happened. I remember when there are some people who are tweeting on Elon Musk's tweet saying that they lost all of their money because of him and they want him to tweet something good so that they can recover. Pure stupidity if you will ask me.

Dips, crashes and corrections are just another opportunity for us to buy some more. Do dollar-cost averaging and you are good to go Smiley. Unfortunately, I don't have that much cash on hand so I can't buy more. :X
It is now impossible to predict the behavior of the cryptocurrency market. Everything will depend on many factors, primarily news. In addition, we do not yet know what position the whales will take: whether they will deepen the fall, or, on the contrary, try to quickly restore the market. Perhaps in a few days it will become clearer what is happening with the market. Today, for example, bitcoin has risen from $ 38,000 to $ 41,480, and now I see that it has dropped again to $ 39,700. So far, it is good that he is trying to grow, and not just constantly fall.
1422  Economy / Economics / Re: what will happens if everyone has own currency, doesn't a bad for Economics ? on: May 20, 2021, 02:55:41 PM
The economy of each state is supported not by money or their quantity. It is supported by the production of goods and the growth of the national gross income. Ideally, money should only reflect this process and simultaneously increase in quantity or decrease. Therefore, the appearance of each of their own cryptocurrencies for the real economy does not give anything. Cryptocurrency must be created for some real useful purpose. Otherwise, they will simply be unnecessary signs to anyone.
1423  Economy / Economics / Re: A Sudden Price Drop in The Crypto Markets on: May 20, 2021, 11:29:26 AM
A sudden price drop in the crypto markets along with the deepening points loss in the dow jones point to a a slow and steady downward trend as of late. Is the bull run of 2021 over? Are these the marks of the beginning of something much worse to come? A major recession, a new crypto winter? What could possibly be next? Any comments and thoughts are more than welcome.
The fall in prices in the cryptocurrency market will always be sudden, no matter how many people warn about it. Cryptocurrency has been growing in price for six months, many of its types have grown in price hundreds of times. A correction and a fall was obvious and inevitable.
The question now is how deep this fall will be and how quickly the market will recover. So far, I do not see any forecasts in this regard. Today we saw the first ray of hope. In the morning I saw the price of bitcoin $ 38,172, after a few hours its price rose to $ 39,595, and now it is $ 40,035. Is this a temporary spike in price or have we already passed the bottom of the fall?
1424  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Altcoin would you Buy now and Why? on: May 19, 2021, 06:54:09 PM
I will now buy ADA in this dump
ADA is next etherium. And it will reach there faster because for etherium it took years to reach the point where they are now because not everyone trusted or understood the crypto world. Now things are moving faster than ever that a fuckin’ grandma is investing in crypto too lol. So hold it hard you will see it in top 3 coins in the world i.e BTC, ETH and ADA within 2 years max!
I am still buying ethereum and now is a good time for that. This coin has really gained high popularity in the cryptocurrency for so long, even though it could provide about 15 transactions per second, which is much lower than almost all other altcoins. How much will the price and popularity of ethereum increase after the ongoing update of this network and the elimination of previous shortcomings? Therefore, the ethereum price forecast at the level of $ 8,000 - $ 10,000 is quite realistic. I think the ADA coin will not be able to provide such growth.
1425  Economy / Speculation / Re: About time it crashed on: May 19, 2021, 06:32:01 PM
If the market will crash today or for the next few days or when the bitcoin reaches $30,000 then probably it is a sign that the market will be crashed and we need to pull out our assets in order for us not to gain a huge loss. I remember there are so many people who become MOFO when the dogecoin arise and many people buy it and a lot also put on hold their money due to the sudden dump of the dogecoin. I don't want to see my fellow traders experience those kinds of losses.
After such a deep price drop, it is too late to sell our cryptocurrency. Selling now, it will definitely be at a loss. It is already necessary to hold the cryptocurrency until the next wave of price growth. The price growth of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies could not take place for a very long time, and some were already looking forward to the market fall after they sold a significant part of their cryptocurrency and took profits. This should really be done periodically during high price highs and low lows. Then any cyclical market movements will be perceived as a boon for making a profit.
1426  Other / Off-topic / Re: Now tell me if you still believe on Elon Musk. on: May 19, 2021, 05:37:10 PM
I think we are going to have this discussion forever! I have started to feel that forum has turned into Elon Musk's personal space to talk about it.  Grin
Well, again and again, lets not forget his billions of dollars richer than us and he can manipulate the market always. He won't be afraid of the government or SEC since they know Biden and Elon's relationship is far different that what see.
Over the time his wealth is going to rise, so he will gain more control of the market. Unless and until SEC really interfere his going to manipulate it.
It is possible that with his contradictory tweets about the cryptocurrency, Elon Musk sought to be constantly talked about and discussed, regardless of whether in a good or bad light. But he is now the most talked about person. Otherwise, I can't even understand what he was trying to achieve with his contradictory actions and statements.
Regarding whether we believe in Elon Musk or not, he is not a god to believe in him. We look at his words and actions and can evaluate them, agree with them or not. However, this estimate is subject to change, which is currently happening.
1427  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I hope others will learn from this on: May 19, 2021, 05:31:48 AM
If I am not mistaken, if there is a discourse on the conversion of one to another token as you mentioned above, for example, NXPS is exchanged for PUNdiX, there is always an early notification on the telegram channel of the project owner.

In my opinion, this moment is very necessary so that data and information related to changes can be known as a further step in making investment decisions.
The current procedure for exchanging cryptocurrency names can be compared to a type of fraud in which cryptocurrency holders are deliberately deprived of their ownership of these cryptocurrencies. The fact that the team indicates such a replacement in their telegrams is clearly not enough. It is necessary to provide for the possibility of cryptocurrency holders at any time to make such an exchange manually or automatically send new cryptocurrencies to their wallets. Cryptocurrency holders should not lose it just because they did not find information about it in the telegrams in a timely manner and did not take actions that for some holders are significant for a number of reasons.
1428  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A question no one ever asked on: May 19, 2021, 04:03:39 AM
If the participants of this market did not need profit, then the cryptocurrency market would work differently, however, even in this case, I doubt that the price growth of any market can occur constantly. There is no other market like this. Since market participants need profit and periodically they sell their cryptocurrency after its price growth, then the correction and fall of the market is an indispensable condition for its further growth.
1429  Economy / Economics / Re: We entered a bear market earlier than expected on: May 18, 2021, 06:52:34 PM
We entered a bear market earlier than expected

The prices won't go up anymore from now. People say Elon control the Dogeocin market. But he controls Bitcoin at the same way.
Well, the onset of the bear market is now quite possible. After all, many were already looking forward to it in order to be able to purchase relatively cheaply. Right now. However, I do not yet think that a bear market is coming, let alone a long one. Most likely, this is another price correction, but deeper than the previous ones. A new wave of another growth in the cryptocurrency market is still possible, which may continue until about mid-summer. However, in the fall, under any scenario, I expect a new, even stronger rise in prices on the market.
1430  Economy / Economics / Re: 🔴 Breaking News - Elon Musk is going to part with all his Bitcoin BTC on: May 18, 2021, 06:30:48 PM
After all, some wanted Elon Musk to no longer tweet about bitcoins? After he sells them, he is unlikely to want to write about them. Even if this continues, I don't think people and the market will react as painfully to his tweets.
It's a pity of course. Elon Musk has disappointed many with the latest negative statements about bitcoin. However, the invented flaws in Bitcoin mining are still better than if Elon Musk would speak negatively about Bitcoin and its prospects for existence.
1431  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should you buy bitcoin right now? on: May 18, 2021, 05:05:04 PM
it's too late to buy Bitcoin. Its value is increasing day by day.We should have bought it couple of years ago. In 2025 people will say it again, it's too late now. It us said that the future economy will depend on bitcoin.
Until recently, the price of bitcoin was over $ 60,000. It is now down to just over $ 43,000. For those who believe that bitcoin will at least recover at least to its previous price, this will be a good profit, which means that it is not too late to buy bitcoin now. Well, for those who do not believe in the further price growth of bitcoin, they should not buy it now.
In any case, there are no serious reasons for the fall of Bitcoin yet. The current price drop should be considered an expected and predicted correction, and everyone should decide for himself how to proceed in this case.
1432  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon musk is for crypto or just for attention to boost Tesla, SpaceX? on: May 18, 2021, 02:19:17 PM
Elon Musk is a cult figure for some of the smartest people on the planet. So what he's doing with the Dogecoin baffles me.
I mean, they say the Internet doesn't recognize any form of hierarchy, but I think Musk has delusions of god-like grandeur.
Elon Musk is an excellent manager. He was always among the first to promote ideas and technologies and achieved success, having thought out all the logistics of the process in advance. That is why  Musk's opinion is trust, even it was joking. His one tweet raised the price of Doge, . It's no secret that the mass media and social networks are capable of manipulating public opinion. Many people recklessly trust the opinion of the  reputable successful individuals  and of the majority.
If Elon Musk is a great manager, why are his statements so contradictory about Bitcoin? At first, with his mentions of Bitcoin, he made him a good advertisement, and he himself saw it and understood their influence on the masses and on the cryptocurrency market. He also had to understand how negatively his latest negative comment about Bitcoin would affect this market. As a manager, he must also understand that he will lose some of his income from owning bitcoins if he says so. Moreover, he actually said a lie, since Bitcoin is mined on electricity, which is produced not only from the combustion of hydrocarbons such as coal and fuel oil, but also from clean renewable energy sources. That is, any energy is consumed that is generated from any sources that are in a certain area. I do not see foresight in these actions and statements by Elon Musk.
1433  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Oh, market manipulation is finally bad now? on: May 18, 2021, 01:51:45 PM
How come almost on-one didn't bat an eye when Elon was pumping BTC by tweeting about it? In fact people were encouraging him to tweet about BTC or doge, and now it's suddenly market manipulation and potentially illegal when he is tweeting shit about it and it's going down?

I never think that bitcoin should be dependent on one man tweet. He tweets positively about bitcoin and market pumps. He tweets negatively about the dumps and the market dumps. That's not how the market should behave and react on his tweets. This is not good for the overall crypto. The market should grow naturally without any single man influence.
It is not the market that is to blame here, but specific people who blindly trust influential figures such as Elon Musk. This means that people still know little about cryptocurrency and how the cryptocurrency market works. We just need to get through this. In the future, this market will no longer react so strongly to such tweets.
As for Elon Musk, I believe that each of us has the right to express our opinions about the cryptocurrency. People will learn more about their idols.
1434  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH is falling fast right now. At what point do you get out? on: May 17, 2021, 06:22:40 PM
Well right now the value of Ethereum has finally increased once again but many are expecting that it would go down once it reaches $5k. Still, we should not let others opinion change our decision about what we are really going to do with our investments. If you think Ethereum will fall apart anytime soon, then find a way out already but if you think it would follow bitcoin's bullish pattern, then keep on holding and investing. You can also get out for a while and wait till the value first and try investing again since the value will surely get back up.
I hold a certain amount of ETH and I am quite sure that this coin will increase in price at least several times in the next year or two. Now, along with the general decline in the market, this coin has lost more than a thousand dollars from the previous price. Despite this, it makes no sense to sell it, no matter how much it has dropped in price now. With the next successful stages of the ethereum network upgrade, the influence of this coin, not the price, the level of capitalization and dominance will grow.
1435  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Doge is to hold should not be trading on: May 17, 2021, 05:37:35 PM
I do not know how long the hype around Dogecoin will last, but it will still end and those who have invested their money in this coin will suffer losses anyway. However, in this market, everyone has the right to rob their object for investment, and even a joke coin, due to general attention, can seriously increase in price for some time. The main thing here is to jump in time when Dogecoin finally and irrevocably begins to fall in its peak. Whoever does not have time will lose. Those who quickly find their bearings will make a profit.
1436  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not panic sell when there is dump on: May 17, 2021, 04:39:20 PM
Sometimes you should sell.If you have seen it in last few months for example ETH it jumps and dumps and then jumps again
Many times i could have bought the dip and earned more. But i was scared of not dumping on highs.I earned overall profit. But selling and buying could have earned me a lot more
Yes, the whole problem is that the cryptocurrency market is very unpredictable and it is quite difficult to determine when to sell and when to buy a top cryptocurrency in order to make a profit, given that it should also grow in price in the long and even medium term. For example, ethereum should grow well in price in the next six months or a year even with the usual retention. This coin recently rose in price above $ 4500, and now its price has dropped to $ 3300. If you sell at the peak and buy at the current price, there would be a good profit. However, we hoped for further growth and therefore did not sell, although the profit from the hold was secured. Not everything is so simple in this market.
1437  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The problem is that it could take again many years to recover on: May 17, 2021, 07:10:38 AM
Elon Musk and Tesla hit the market really hard by the decision he made about Bitcoin payments. This has really mixed up things in the market. This may even cause the bull market to end which I don't wish for absolutely.
And that changes had already happened.

https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2021/may/12/elon-musk-tesla-bitcoin
https://edition.cnn.com/2021/05/12/tech/elon-musk-tesla-bitcoin/index.html

Expect for other such changes on other companies as well.
But I don't think that the sudden drops are all about Elon's statement towards Bitcoin's acceptance as payment. Maybe there is another reason or we are already reaching the limit and it is a need for Bitcoin to rest sometimes including altcoins. I think everyone is aware already of this possible scenario.
We have to remember that not all the time the market is in hypes, it sometimes goes down and rises again in the future.
Yes, it’s quite possible. We were already expecting a deep correction in the market and we just needed some reason for this to happen. Elon Musk's recent statement about the negative environmental impact of Bitcoin mining would otherwise have a short-term impact on the market. However, this has now served as the impetus for a deeper and more prolonged fall. Although it may still be that after a short period of time, bitcoin will recover and the next wave of growth will begin.
Overall, I do not think that after a deep fall in prices, the market will need several years to recover. The overall situation on the market is better now than it was in 2017-2018.
1438  Economy / Speculation / Re: Free falling Bitcoin on: May 17, 2021, 06:20:01 AM
My oh my! Since a few days back my blood pressure has being spiking higher and higher, seeing the price of Bitcoin doing a freefall. I know its prudent for an investor not to panic when the market falling, but I can't help myself starting to panic. I believe that it'd be sensible for me to sell all of my Bitcoins and wait for a suitable time to reinvest.
It is now too late to sell bitcoin when it has dropped in price to the current $ 43,000. It is foolish to sell when it has already dropped so much. Now has come a period of great correction, which many have been asking about for a long time. Perhaps it will drag on for the whole summer or the market will recover in one or two weeks. It will be seen over time. However, the next wave of growth is sure to come, and we will surely see it this fall.
1439  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Altcoins replace Bitcoin?!?!? on: May 15, 2021, 01:07:50 PM
I agree with your statement, if there is a statement that says like the statement above then it is a joke according to me, because there is no way Altcoin can replace bitcoin.
Yes, and if you are dealing with someone who makes a statement like that, try asking him, can Altcoins still live when Bitcoin is dead? or whether Altcoins can still survive in a market without Bitcoin, and see what the answer is. Grin
Bitcoin once existed without altcoins. In my opinion, altcoins can now also exist without bitcoin. However, no one will replace anyone. This is the market and the strongest survive on it. We do not know in which direction the development of cryptocurrency will go and who will ultimately survive. Everything changes and improves over time. Altcoins will exist and develop in any case.
1440  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will ETH surge to $6K this week? on: May 15, 2021, 12:47:18 PM
according to my prediction, there is a very high chance for ETH to hit $ 6k in the near future, because after a lot of corrections, now is the time for ETH to go to the moon again.
let's just hope and hold our ETH don't sell in the low price. this is the good time to buy.
For further price growth, ethereum also needs the entire cryptocurrency market to continue to rise. After the current decline, it will take some time for the uptrend to consolidate. The market is recovering so far, but very slowly. Good news is desirable for the upward movement. I don't think ethereum will have to wait until the London hard fork in July. However, in the near future it is difficult for this coin to reach six thousand dollars.
