501  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✨ BITCASINO - Elevate Your Gameplay 💎 #1 VIP Crypto Casino ✈️ on: February 14, 2024, 02:56:47 PM
Again I had a wonderful experience playing slots on Bitcasino.

First I played Chaos Crew a bit. Why this slot? Because I like this kind of images

Reminds me of the Spider Punk from Across the Spider-Verse

I can't help but I simply love the guy! And Chaos Crew gave me some pretty nice wins. Look:

And then I found Feel the Beat, also by Hacksaw Gaming, and had a bit of fun with it too

And, of course, my all-time favourite, Bitcasino Billion

couldn't leave me with nothing. Smiley

If you like playing slots, the Stake vs Eddie is a better promotion than slot forum challenge (non-VIP).
Why I say better, because the minimum bet is lower $0.1 only while the slot forum challenge is $0.2.
Of course in order to get the reward, we should be beat the chosen multiplier (mostly above 600x) but it is basically the same situation with the forum challenge where you need to be on top 20 to get bigger reward.
Here is the reward for the latest Stake vs Eddie challenge:

The reward from the previous one was around $80+, so basically it is better because the reward is bigger than the slot forum challenge with 50% smaller minimum bet.
You should consider to participate on it IMO but if you are not interested then it is good for others because the less players hit the minimum multiplier = the bigger reward we may get LOL.

Thanks for the info! You know, I'm intrigued. For me the opportunity to bet $0.1 in stead of $0.2 is very important. because I'm always trying to bet with the smallest amount possible. Right now there's no ongoing Stake vs Eddie promos, but when it's on I will try my luck there. Thank you!

No matter what you do you will never be able to increase the winning percentage to a more "likely" one because the casino has everything organized behind the scenes, and that means you will only be able to win when you are really lucky, or your winnings depend on how lucky you are at the time of the session if you are involved in a purely lucky type of betting.

I agree with almost everything you say, but, please, don't  say "behind the scenes". It creates an impression that gambling sites are doing something shady, while in fact they don't even need to be dishonest to make their profits. They provide services and take a fee in the form of the house edge, and they doing it openly; no need for cheating, actually.

It's worth noting that some people become overconfident even after the continuous losing
Are you gambling at all? How can a gambler be losing and be getting overconfidence for his or her losses? That is not possible. What can come the mind of the person is to use martingale strategy to recover his or her losses, but the more you lose the more you increase the amount of money that you are using to bet and that will make the person to be afraid but looking forward to win just one and win in profit.

That's how: if you toss a coin and you had 10 tails in a row and they were losing bets, you are confident that heads is going your way. It can't be all tails all the time, right? But the reality is, you can get another 10 tails and lose all your balance. It's good if your balance is not something painful for you to lose, you can forget it and move on. But if it's a big amount, you are in trouble. Martingale strategy is something to be avoided for sure in these situations.
507  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What You will do in this situation? on: February 13, 2024, 11:38:16 AM
Both are fun and both are gambling. But each of them offers a different kind of experience and entertainment. I think some people are gambling for the sake of having something to do, to spend idle time. Sports betting does not offer this kind of thing. In sports betting all you have to do is place the bet and that's all. Everything's finished in seconds. Slots and other casino games can offer more than that. There are times when you have a lot of vacant time and you don't know what to do, you're bored, and you want to have fun. Playing slots is one good option in times like that.

No. it's not necessarily so. You can follow the game after it has started. Then, if your favourite team is losing the odds will go up compared to what was before the game. And if you are confident that your team will win in the end you a bet on the live match with good odds and enjoy a good multiplier in the case of winning.

oh, yes
this is where luck comes in the equation
it's not only about skill, math and logics
all the odds are stacked against the gambler and in favor of the house

good point Betwrong
sometimes there's no way to bet right.

Thank you! Yes, skill, math and logic won't help you to win in dice, but if you think of it, the odds are not that much in favor of the house, if we are talking this particular game. On most gambling sites the house edge of the dice game is only 1% and although it's true that the odds are still against you, it's not like it's impossible to win, you know. And even with slots that have 4%-5% house edge your win is possible.

But that's not to make gambling addicts out of regular gamblers. Gamble responsibly, guys. Have fun, don't try to make money even though the chance of that isn't that small.

Is it currently better not to register there?
I am looking for a new bookie. The selection of bets looks good.

Roobet is an honest site. If you fancy their sportsbook, just deposit $20 and place your bets. And if you win, man, you'll be surprised how fast their withdrawals are. I know many people satisfied with their service, and I myself was depositing and withdrawing hundreds of USD many times. Tell us here about your experience. Good Luck!
510  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can Anyone +18 Play Gamble? on: February 13, 2024, 09:42:46 AM
Does gambling needs experience or anyone +18, even the inexperienced one can also play? Though playing gamble has a limited age grade or age bracket and the accepted is from  +18 years and there are some casinos hall at the door post, it is written clearly that it is only people of +18 can play. But what about the inexperienced ones, are they allowed to play gamble as well? Or they are also restricted to have the fun? In my observation, there are two elements to participate in gambling. One, you must above 18 years in my country and secondly you must have an experience to play, so I want to know if inexperienced people can also play gamble.

In purely luck-based games experienced is needed only to manage your bankroll properly, which means, to not lose it all at once. And if your bankroll is something you can easily afford to lose, then there's nothing wrong with losing it all at once either. You just have to be ready for that,  prepared for the worse. But in we are lucky, we can win big, this option is not excluded.
511  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: who Want To Bet On 2024 USA elections? on: February 12, 2024, 01:06:12 PM
~

Why would not be interesting to bet on him? Only because the odds?
I believe this may be one of the most important and relevants presidential elections in the history of the modern United States or America, so there are a lot of reasons not only to vote in them if one is a Citizen of that country, but also to bet on one candidate, according to what we believe it could happen.
The odds of Donald Trump could easily be influenced by the decisions to be taken by the justice system in the United States, for now it was been clear indictments alone are not enough to make their voters to go away, though, some surveys have suggested he would start to lose much of his backing if he indeed is found guilty of some felony. That may cause his odds to dump very hard and give advantage to Joe Biden.

Also, I knew there were some Russian influence in the West, specially in west Europe and the United States, but I did not know it has so big that they prevented Ukraines victory two years ago. Where did you find that information?

Yes, because of the odds. But that's me. Sometimes I realize that my style of betting might appear weird to some people and rightly so. I wouldn't advice to follow my moves. Smiley

As for Ukraine's victory two years ago, it's subjective. I'm Ukrainian and I live in Ukraine, and want Russians out of my land, ... but it's so offtopic it hurts. Let's leave it there.
512  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do i handle my first gambling experience on: February 12, 2024, 10:32:51 AM

Yes this is a situation where a gambler especially those beginners to experience a change in mindset and perspective on gambling just because they managed to get a win, as you said that in that situation it is possible for them to think and assume that "I have done the right thing that ultimately makes me manage to go home with a win", I think it is not uncommon or even many gamblers who eventually lose consciousness because they are too serious in taking the sensation of the victory they managed to get which in the end they unconsciously become so confident that they already know how to gamble the "right" way that can produce victory. And I would say that this is the initial scenario of a gambler entering the addiction cycle where they will feel strange when in the next session they lose even though they have done the same way as before when they managed to get a win, and this makes them unable to accept the fact that they lost which ultimately causes emotions that are the beginning of many out of control actions. However, we cannot rule out the possibility of risk in gambling because this activity is a game of chance that involves risk.

The horrible part is that some of the gamblers start analyzing their moves in case of losing. "What have I done wrong this time?", they think, "What made me lose?" And if you are searching hard enough, you'll "find out" eventually. It can be "wrong" time of the day or week. Or wearing "wrong" clothes during your gambling session. Millions of things.
513  Economy / Economics / Re: The impact of war on global economy. on: February 12, 2024, 09:55:40 AM
1. Increase in the national GDP is least likely to be caused by a war.
2. Oil is considered the most crucial resource in modern warfare.
3. War affects the stock market by causing a decline in stock prices.

What do you guys think? Is this true or false?

I don't care if the increase in the national GDP of some countries can be caused by war and that some stock prices can rise, war is bad. Period. Innocent people are suffering, kids are dying FFS. The fact that it can be profitable for some people is disgusting. Everybody knows that and yet here we are: a lot of terrible wars in the 21st century.
514  Economy / Economics / Re: Price Regulatory Mechanisms: The Solution to the Economic Hardship in Countries on: February 12, 2024, 08:41:23 AM

There must be a balance point between the government, manufacturers and sellers or middle men. The government has a contributing role and a controlling role to play in the supply chain because if those in the manufacturing sector are left without some check then they would milk the consumers dry as no body hates to make profit from there business. So the government has to ensure that there is enabling environment for businesses to thrive including security but where such environment for business is not provided then controling and regulations will be difficult and compromised. For example if a business venture provides security for theirselves and incurs other expenses that are suppose to be done by the government, it is expected that such cost would also be added to the cost of running the business and that obviously will affect selling price to customers.

So the government has a lot of role to play in the regularisation of businesses.

Besides, no business entity can provide security for themselves on the same level as it can be done by the government forces. What they can do is, like you said, they can try to do it on a pretty good level, but that will surely affect the price of their product big time. Better leave security to the government and keep the price of your product as low as possible.

You would really be mainly having the sense on trying out to make yourself that convinced that you would really be just that able to recover into those loses that you are suffering or experiencing
on which this would really be causes for you to play even more and something that cant be stopped as long you do have the funds that you could really be able to play then this is something
that you would really be able to make yourself that play further until you would be only noticing that you have done wrong on the time that you would really be that
suffering some financial problems on which this is something that you would really be lastly to be noticed about.

Oh, man. Gambling addicts, they notice nothing except spin button. And in their free time, I mean, their free from gambling time, they think of various combinations, be it on slots, poker or others. And even when they lose all their money to gambling it doesn't stop them. All think about is where to get the money f or gambling. And it's not like they are addicted the fun and ready to lose all those money, no. They are confident in their ability to win big soon.
516  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who among you here is gambling at work? on: February 11, 2024, 01:36:47 PM

So that's right, before we start to get involved in gambling, as much as possible we must be able to agree with ourselves about all the possibilities and impacts that we can experience when we are involved in this activity, do research first and make sure to consider it because this will result in a the final decision is whether or not you can be a responsible gambler. If we have agreed with ourselves then we can decide to get involved, because as we know that most gamblers now always misunderstand what gambling actually is, most of the people who are now involved do not have the correct understanding about gambling which in the end makes them down because they use gambling as a place to earn money just because they see an opportunity to win.

So this is why it is always recommended to treat gambling as a place or activity for entertainment only because with a mindset like this it is clear that they will not be serious about their gambling activities. Yes, I understand what you are saying regarding the issue of time, the point is not that we have to gamble every day when we have free time, but what is certain is that somehow we have to be able to divide our time and the point is not too often because after all gambling is an activity that involves risk in addition to purpose for enjoyment.

But it's not like most gamblers are like that. The vast majority understands what gambling is and is it for. Yes, they see an opportunity to win, but that's not the only thing they can see. They know that they can lose and therefore they don't bet more than they can afford to lose. As I see, it's a common misconception that most gamblers are so so short-sighted.
517  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Alter Ego In Gambling on: February 11, 2024, 12:16:12 PM
Do gamble or not gamble doesn't really change my ego or other activities what happens in the gambling world will be staying in the gambling world, If I feel messed up and full of emotion because of loss I just tell my friend and he just hears it out all of it and after that, all continue normally with a big laugh at the end and realize how stupid I am and the cycle is continue.

and I suggest all of you start doing the same as what happened in the gambling world let it stay in the gambling world. sometimes when you play a game you might fueled with punch of greed or boom of anger but just put it all of this on gamble and stay calm when the games end.

It's actually a good advice! Gambling is fun, but who can have fun all the time? It's boring! We can allocate some time and money for that, but not all our time and money. Lest we turn into addicted gamblers. After we end our gambling session we must switch off that gambler person and live our main life like we never gamble. But it means we must have an alter ego for gambling, right?

519  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you take time to read the terms and conditions of casinos before registering? on: February 11, 2024, 10:52:13 AM
i don't know why this has been found a common issue with many gamblers for showing negligence to reading the terms and conditions of the gambling platform, but once they have issues along the way, they wouldn't recognized the fact to their lack of being aware of their policies and rules as stated under their ToS, maybe its something that we often look with a common eye as to be the same with the way others we were used too have their own policies, forgetting that each gambling platform creates time to set up their own rules which makes them outstanding ahead others.

They, the terms and conditions, are not that different from platform to platform. That's why it's not that hard to read them. You encounter familiar sentences again and again. After a while you are an expert. You can easily spot the parts that are different from other sites, and pay more attention to them.

Today I played Red Hot Luck, a new slot by Prgmatic Play and although it wasn't exactly the kind of slot I usually like to play, it brought me a win pretty fast, so I liked it. Smiley

To be honest, I didn't figure out what was the point of those points(sorry for the pun)

But what I like about slots is that it's absolutely unnecessary to know the mechanics. Just spin the reels and Good Luck!
