501  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Creation of a stable coin on: November 04, 2019, 04:41:25 PM
Can anyone direct me or tell me the steps one would go to create a asset backed stable coin?  We know about crypto very well but when it comes to the creation of a stable coin, we are a bit lost.

Do you create the tokens then send it to a smart contract?   How does that part work?

Any help would be greatly apprenticed

If you don't know already, dont make one Cheesy
a Stablecoin is basically what we use IRL, FIAT is a stablecoin, its backed by the govs word that its worth what it says on the colored paper
But imagine if people wanted proof, or the actual gold equivalent, stablecoins are not to be made willy nilly. in crypto they become insolvent quickly if done wrong.
You need huge reserve funds of whatever you back it with, and tight planning on how it will be rationed to always stay solvent
502  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin at the end of 2019? on: November 04, 2019, 04:01:06 PM
Up 6% today boys, 100$ by end of year still feasible? 70-80$ by December?
They just recently finished their Mimblewimble extension block proposal, could this be the effect?
Passing their 8th anniversary last month, ive always said if LTC was less dramatic it could have been way more expensive, its a great coin for everyday txs imo
503  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KRATSCOIN (KTC) new coin with serial number on: November 04, 2019, 03:29:07 PM
Thats quite a wall of text, you have really thought about this hey? lol
idk, to me why would you make a chain for this? if you wanna make serialized coins just goto the collectibles section and start selling coins
dont need to make a blockchain for them Tongue
weird idea, but ill watch and see where it goes, sometimes the weird ones become the most interesting projects Tongue
504  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How many ICO and IEO are you already following? on: November 04, 2019, 02:57:17 PM
Today I've decided to sell my car to invest in IEO or ICO.
Is my decision right?
Is it with a lot of investing in IEO can refund my money?

uhh, idk about that decision man, but like you said its your money haha
IEOs are kinda just hype tho, there's no guarantees in an ICO/IEO, except one thing: The exchange and project will make money Tongue
I dont personally follow per-say any of them, its just waiting to see what exchanges offer and researching the project seeing if its worthy of my time/money
505  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: DX token: From $0.000503 ➡️ $0.000681 . What next? $0.000722? on: November 04, 2019, 02:35:57 PM
Few days ago, DX token hovered around $0.000500 to $0.000548. I fomod and sold waiting to recede but instead, it moves up. And now at $0.000681 as at the time of writing this post.

I'm looking to fomo in cos I'm pretty sure $0.000722 is certain.

Checking out on the project Dxchain https://blog.dxchain.com, I found what could possibly cause the rise be the mainnet alpha launched recently and project is good as well.

I am not  an investment advisor. Please do your own research.

geez man, that token is such a low price, makes me not very interested right away
it reminds me that the founders have prob sold as many tokens as they could for any price they could
imagine not even valuing your token at a fricken penny : /  ill wait and watch on this one...
506  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How important Private SmartContract is? on: November 04, 2019, 05:01:51 AM
I wonder why we need private smart contract?

Tho im not super familiar with them, id imagine just for the same reason you keep any code private (closed source)
Maybe you dont want people copying it, or maybe reverse engineering it for reasons, maybe to find vulns to use against your project.
Maybe they will copy your contract and market it against you, call it their own. A smart contract is like any other piece of code the way i see it
507  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: $mart Fund Project Release: The Sea Coachman in Blockchain Detonating DeFi on: November 04, 2019, 04:39:11 AM
Hey man, saw this thread directed here from a thread in marketplace, i think you might have had trouble getting this off the ground due to a confusing original offering (also on wrong board for visibility)
your OP here makes no sense to me, was this a crypto index fund of some sort? or what WAS this?
also, 100 billion tokens, jesus man thats way too much lol.
Anyways good luck on your future endeavors, i hope they are of higher quality :p
508  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Karvuon – More Power for the Blockchain Industry on: November 04, 2019, 03:13:55 AM
This one got skipped right over by people hey? i wonder why... lol man enough with these "green energy mining" projects, the idea is a not workable
It could be done of course, but the ROI would be so long that in crypto it would be a total loss to investors
by the time you got your BTC back in USD it would have been worth 100k per coin haha
No ty! Tongue
509  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ★🚀🔥ANN.★🚀🔥 MYBILLCASH★🚀🔥GIVE A JOB AND TAKE A JOB PLATFORM. on: November 04, 2019, 03:07:23 AM
Could be something, but your not the first one to start a platform like this...
imo if your serious about this, you should look to other platforms that are already established in this area
see where you guys can team up, see what each of you offers, as i feel like you might find that all these platforms are pretty similar : /
Good luck! (also, if this is a token offering, wrong board man)
510  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If you follow developers, Lisk is booming, if you follow users, Lisk is dead. on: November 04, 2019, 02:01:36 AM
Who is right? Devs or users?

I'm new to Lisk. Thought about investing as I like the idea behind it and as its price is super low. But the more I read about it, the more doubts I have.

Haha i like the way you worded this title Cheesy CMC is fairly accurate, its probably lucky its still at 55 at this point tho really : /
I was an ICO investor of lisk, it was a good investment at the time, and people were really excited about the idea long term.
Nowadays it can be argued other projects have made faster progress, and speculators have been left with a sliding token.
Whos right in the end? hard to say, noone guarantees a token's price in an open market, its been years lisk has been available, its probably lucky to be worth what it is Tongue
511  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BW.com Tokens LaunchPad will officially open the V SYSTEMS (VSYS) on: November 04, 2019, 01:35:21 AM

Why does this project get like no attention? this thread is a ghost town : /
All i see is you trucking along posting updates, interesting to read them none the less haha
Makes it sound like this is doing SOMETHING?  have to see where this ends up down the line i suppose...
512  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [XMG] MAGI | CPU mining | mPoW | mPoS | [MagiPay] on: November 04, 2019, 01:00:30 AM
Hi!
Is this coin dead? It seems to have dropped a lot in value: (compared to Jan 2018)
https://cryptoslate.com/coins/magi/

I'm new to this coin (and cryptocurrencies in general), so I don't really know.
I'm currently mining at ~30KH/s (is that good?)

If it is dead, what could be some alternatives to it? (cpu-minable, stakeable, light...)

Hey buddy,i wouldn't ever really say Magi is "dead", its just kinda a fringe coin
it tends to have alot of troubles here and there, and has been pretty quiet since Cryptopia had its "situation"
You can still mine and stake it tho, the networks still alive Smiley hard to say if there's any good alternatives QUITE like magi, as most get taken over by GPU then FPGA
But magi has a variable reward and interesting algo that makes it generally not worth it. its great haha

513  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH Value??? on: November 03, 2019, 10:30:21 PM
Does anyone have any logical reasons why ETH price is still so low compared to its actual value? Isn't it like 70% of all the prominent ICO's, IEO's, STO's are all built on top of the Ethereum network? They require buying gas to run right? Wouldn't that create demand, and result in an increasing price for ETH? Is it safe to say it's being price suppressed? Or do I not understand how the platform works?

i had this same type question before man, and ill tell you what i was told.
Theres too much price suppression from the projects that took only eth in their ICOs : /
For example EOS, took in like 4 billion$, and most of it in ETH, so they have ALOT of Eth, and they are also a direct competitor some would say. Theres speculation they could dump ETH
Theres also miners, some people took out massive financial investments into mining and ETH is what they mine to recoup USD
514  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BiblePay | 10% Charity | POBH CPU | Sanctuaries (Masternodes) | Orphans on: November 03, 2019, 09:11:13 PM
Just wanted to express my gratitude to sunk818 for all the informative blog articles! Awesome community spirit.

And Rob of course for such a perseverance.

Ya they really put in alot for Biblepay hey? i agree man
i was gonna say ive noticed that the NOMP pool has aquired like x2 as many miners over the last few days, and they seem to be sticking around too
Good sign of faith in the pool from miners  Smiley efficiency seems to be improving more too, my miner is closer to 95% good shares now, which is enough for me!
515  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: "Centrality" for decentralization? on: November 03, 2019, 08:39:03 PM

Heard of the project "Centrality" from NZ? They have a decent team and website (https://centrality.ai/).

But isn't it weird to call yourself centrality if blockchain is all about achieving decentralization?

Bad marketing Smiley and on that note: can someone explain to me why this project is supposed to be useful, given that we already have Ethereum and other Dapp blockchains?

hmm, interesting... wonder if they have an official thread here, this actually seems legit, they have active twitter and their blog has some good reads on it
I wonder the status of this, they are looking for a "head of blockchain" under their careers page  : /
Cmc ranking is dece, seems to be pumping lately too
516  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [MTC] [Docademic] [Free Basic Healthcare] Doc Speculation on: November 03, 2019, 08:07:27 PM
ya im surprised this one is still alive, i admit i didnt think it was doing much either : /
Thanks for the updates man, medical industry is a great use case for blockchain, but theres just so much red tape in that industry
I await Binance, that would definitally solidify this going forward im sure
517  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain.com hardware wallet vs Ledger live on: November 03, 2019, 07:35:36 PM
Is this the same security?  The only reason I am thinking on moving to the blockchain site hardware wallet vs ledger live is on ledger live they don't show your value on your erc tokens like PAX or Teather and blockchain.com does.

Where would you store you assets for safety?

i like blockchains idea and wallet, but its hard to say
Ledger is established, they have been making wallets for YEARS, so one would think they have more of the kinks worked out
It would suck to end up the guinea pig for a new products growing pains (blockchains wallet), Crypto is so unforgiving with money mistakes : /
518  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Titcoin [TIT] - The cryptocurrency for porn! on: November 03, 2019, 06:48:21 PM
haha right on, hey, happy to help Smiley
This is such a young industry yet really, active daily crypto users across all trades and coins totals no more than a few million people yet for sure, if that
It will be years possibly yet before cryptocurrency really catches on, and when it does the projects that stayed alive and continued to breathe will have alot of sway
So till then, you guys just need to build foundation, a solid liquid coin/token, and a community. The rest is just time
519  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: ⭐️[ANN]⭐️New exchange💥ZooomEx💥 💵0% FEE to Sept.💵 🤑Airdrop🤑 IEO start 5 Aug on: November 03, 2019, 06:29:23 PM
This exchange is working in full mode or this is just demo? Why there are just few pair trading? As I see their added few pairs in August and thats all...
Actually not in "Demo" Mode. Zooomex exchange has operated but for ZXE Pair itself is still not open. there is still no announcement that it will open. but for Bitcoin. Ethereum. Litecoin. can already trade. Last month there was already a trading contest, however if you are a ZXE holder you can sell on the Forkdelta exchange.

But why they have not added pairs still to exchange? And when their native ZXE token will be trading?
As I see they even have IEO tab. Are they going to launch IEOs on exchange too?
For the reason the ZXE token is still not open because the team wants the bounties to sell their tokens first. this reason I get from the telegram. about when the date is no one knows for sure. For the launch of IEO, it seems not yet, but for altcoin listings some have entered the Zooomex exchange.

How they can sell bounty tokens if tokens not trading on exchange?  Grin As for altcoins there are only few of alts has been listed there (5 or 6 altcoins) so far.

Ya this ones been really slow, but i guess its nice they are still alive even Tongue
I didnt end up even registering here, seemed like the pairs they offered weren't even close to competitive with what other established places offer (yet)
Not worth it to risk ones coins personally yet imo. See if they are still here in another 6-12 months Tongue
520  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TNB good to invest ? on: November 03, 2019, 05:49:20 PM
Hi guys
do u think TNB good to invest at 28 satoshi
it was trading at 100 - 120 sat before few weeks
https://www.binance.com/en/trade/TNB_BTC

i havent heard of this token before, hmm.  fricken binance has really gone off the deep end on the quality of their listings eh?, bloody hell haha
That market price chart looks really sad, one of the saddest i have ever seen : / it says it's had a 93% loss from ICO, dosent surprise me, looks like a garbage token honestly...
"M.I.T alumni hype" a few coins have used that tactic now, the results always the same, junk once it hits market Sad
not even worth 1/2 of a 1/2 of a penny, my god....
