هذه الاراء تستند حول عديد الوقائع المرتبطة بما حدث منها عدم التبليغ عن عملية الاختراق من قبل فريق المنصة للعموم الا بعد أن كشفت و نبهت إليها شركة امان البلوكتشاين التي ذكرتها إضافة للتضارب في التصاريح حول المبلغ المسروق و الترفيع فيه في كل مرة إضافة إلى حجم التداول المصرح به للمنصة الشكوك فيه.
