521  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Cayman Island trying to become the next crypto friendly nation on: November 07, 2020, 12:35:25 PM

Oh, one thing, if they really want to become crypto-friendly they would make BTC legal tender! Simple as that, no need for the rest!

I do agree with this, but if you look at Japan or Australia, they haven't had any crypto related projects even though they are bitcoin friendly. And perhaps this is the reason why small countries like Cayman Islands targets to be a crypto financial hubs and not just bitcoin itself.

So let's give them a benefit of the doubt and let the government plans for the next steps, if they lax or need some balance then it's up to them.

Small countries like Cayman island is looking to establish themselves where big players cannot sustain themselves, I hope they can keep it up, if they can win and establish themselves we'll be seeing a lot of small countries doing the same thing, they have nothing to lose compare to big countries who always have issues on regulation.
522  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is Binance in a risk of being shut down? on: November 07, 2020, 10:39:55 AM

So far Bitcoin is on the rise and so is Binace Coin - now listed #7 in CoinMarketCap.

Is it only me or does it feel like the next crash is going to come from Binanace?
Would you trust Binance today or would you take your money out of there?

What do you think? Is Binance a safe place to use today or not?

I don't see any indication that something bad is going to happen to Binance, Binance has met a lot of storm in the past and they have weathered it and there's no threat now or even in the future on Binance, let's admit it Binance is the number one exchange now,  any negative news about them can make an impact in the exchange industry, if there is bad news it's likely a FUD.
523  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A gambler living in England makes a $5M bet on Trump on: November 07, 2020, 09:56:47 AM

Not necessarily, maybe he put his lifetime savings on Trump winning the elections.Hardcore gamblers tend to do crazy stuff.I mean,of course you have to be millionaire in order to bet millions, but still if he invested lets say half of his fortune on Trump, this will hurt him, badly.

I agree with latter part, that it would be much better if he invested in BTC as that is sure winning bet,you cant loose in the long run.

I'm sure he is a big-time gambler to be able to up that big amount, it's his choice anyway but it's something that people will talk about because not everybody can up that big amount, just to bet for Trump when his chances are 50/50, let's admit there are still who don't like his leadership because he is quite arrogant in dealing with some issues.
524  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Suggest the best strategy on: November 07, 2020, 12:47:45 AM
Many are already doing this, they paid a group to join and follow their betting strategy, this group is set up for gamblers who like to win or make money without going through a needle, they should be good at what they are doing because paying them to give an accurate prediction or at least high percentage of winning.
525  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should i Invest more??? on: November 06, 2020, 04:37:47 PM
You are lucky to have a good profit and that is investing in the right project not many investors can achieve what you have achieved since you are good at what you are doing and have come a long why asked people since you already made a lot fo good decision, just ask if you are not sure and have a lot of losses, but so far you are not, continue trusting your instinct.
526  Economy / Speculation / Re: Just in - Bitcoin at $15 000 on: November 06, 2020, 04:09:41 PM
I saw Bitcoin this second at a price of $ 15,587 in 24 hours. It’s been really amazing for several weeks, from October bitcoin keeps jumping. It seems that the demand for bitcoin is getting higher The number of communities in the crypto circle is increasing, many merchants and online shops are accepting bitcoin as a means of payment and we are likely to see that the price of bitcoin will be much higher and is it possible to reach $ 20,000?

From now until the end of this year things are going to be excited and this is the best time to check the price from time to time, Bitcoin is gaining ground but not the majority of the altcoin, I would like to see some of the altcoins I'm holding to pick up the price, like what happened back 2017.
527  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Solution to too many promoters on: November 03, 2020, 09:36:15 AM
I know that scam bounty projects still shows up on this forum from time to time but after managing to promote the bounty that's not a scam you end up with very low bounty reward, why ? I think the problem about bounties is we have too few bounty campaigns and too many bounty hunters

JUST IF

Just if bounty managers and project teams can start limiting bounty hunters the reward will still be fair enough, how can 500 participants share 3000$ bounty allocation?

Where are the bounties with fixed bounty allocations? After doing some digging on past bounty campaigns I noticed many of them have fixed rewards, this is good or limited participants

What do you think??

That is a good idea but the developers and bounty manager will only think things that will favor the promotion of the campaign if they can get thousands of promoters by just allocating a very small portion of their token and many bounty hunters participate, it will be to their advantages, bounty hunters should always check the number of participants and the token allocation so they will know if they are not getting good shares.
528  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Stays Above USD 13,000, Altcoins Take Hit on: November 03, 2020, 12:07:53 AM
I do own some altcoins although they are not performing well in the market I still thankful that Bitcoin is doing great in the market I have Bitcoin coming in my wallet monthly I am happy with Bitcoin performance now, there are a lot of good news coming, the impact of halving is now felt by in the market and we shall see Bitcoin at $15000 before the year end.
529  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I guess bounty hunters really kill projects on: November 02, 2020, 05:13:57 PM
Bounty hunters destroying projects?
I think projects themselves are the problem. They don't make a good product and they can't generate demand from users,

I agree on you, OP do not have any idea on how a project evolves it's not up to the bounty hunters it's the developers who makes things possible, they are the one who build everything bounty hunters are just promoters, if they want hunters dumping their token then why not pay with Bitcoin, or other tradeable coin/token.
530  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fast food restaurants accepting crypto as payment method? on: November 02, 2020, 03:20:42 PM
I'd like to have one here, but unfortunately no fast food establishment here is offering Cryptocurrency as payment, but Cryptocurrency is popular here in our place we can easily cash out our Cryptocurrency to fiat, so if I want to use my Coins to go to fast food and eat I'll just need to trade my coins to fiat.
531  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is UniSwap the most powerful in the Defi market? on: November 02, 2020, 02:42:02 PM

One part of their popularity is their generosity for airdrops. It seems we'll witness the second one in the coming days as holders of governance tokens voted in favor for it. As at 31 October "25,942,970 tokens have been staked in favor of the airdrop, while 1,269,062 have been staked against it".. Will UNI drop after this remains questionable. The first airdrop against all expectations stimulated its growth.

Although the price is down I believe the momentum is still there the fact that they have crossed the $1 billion mark is a huge achievement for any project, the current price is not reflective of it's potential, so this is the best time to buy its all time high was $8 and it will surpass that one definitely the first quarter of the year.
532  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How far will you go when you sent btc to a site with high fee but... on: November 02, 2020, 01:38:11 PM
Quote
I will increase the fee as my transaction was RBF

I believe this will solve your issue, we all know that miners prioritize transaction with high fees, accelerators are good but I don't think they can help confirm in time, I asked help to accelerate my transaction but it still goes 5 hours to confirm.

But it's better to schedule your deposit in time that you are going to gamble, if you cannot then choose other coins with low fees and fast confirmation.
533  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: DOGE PONZI GAME on: November 01, 2020, 11:21:21 AM
The old Ponzi gambling game has been revived!
Deposit MINIMUM ONLY 10 DOGE and get back 15
Or up to 1k and get +50

http://dogeponzi.com/

THIS IS NOT AN INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY
   THIS IS NOT A FRAUD
THIS IS A GENUINE GAMBLING GAME
   READ THE RULES BEFORE PLAYING

let me know how it goes

You forgot to mention that this is a scam and you will likely lose your money if no one invests after you invest, and you are so ignorant in telling us that this is a gambling game, I have not seen a dice game here or a slot game here, I have a chance if I deposit my money to Bitvest than your scam site.
534  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Inoue vs. Moloney - October 31 on: November 01, 2020, 11:09:44 AM

I would love to see both of them rest this year and next year set up a big fight.
Inoue and Casimero had already showcase their beast mode in the US, they should get a good crowd in their fight as people continue to hype this match.

It should have happened this year, but it did not because of what happened to Inoue but next year hopefully by February or March they will have a date for their fight this is a fight that will bring money on pay per view I just noticed that there are big-name fights this year because they want the pandemic to be over first because they want to make a profit in the gate receipt.
535  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Kell Brook vs Terence Crawford November 14 on: November 01, 2020, 01:45:51 AM

I'm sure Kell Brook knows that, he is the older fighter, his chances will reduce if he will take this fight to the later rounds, he should find a way to hurt Crawford in the early rounds and finish him if possible, that's the only way I'm seeing it now, or he could also be finish early if he is not careful but Kell Brook here has to take that risk if he wants to win.

Old fighters with the exception of Manny Pacquiao should scored points or stop his opponents, because if the fights drag on, old age will catch up with an old fighter, and Crawford is so good at making old fighters really look old, I don't want Manny Pacquiao to fight this guy he is the best welterweight of this era no doubt about it.
536  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Some bounty hunters are so ungrateful on: October 31, 2020, 05:13:15 PM
If you have any other solutions you can share that here.

None I can think of only two things accept the fate that even if you done your research there's still a possibility that you will not get paid, token will be lock or project is scam, or bounty hunters push for escrow and if the project is a potential scam exposed them and report them.
537  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Death during illegal cockfighting raid on: October 31, 2020, 03:46:19 PM

The sad thing is that someone had to lose their lives because of that raid which is supposed not to happen if they don't make that stupid thing. Nobody expecting this for sure and that is very unfortunate, and those people could realize what they have done and must repay their mistakes.

The penalty should be double because they violated a law on quarantine, the Philippines has a law in quarantined that the community should follow strictly in this time of pandemic, the saddest thing to read is a government who just doing his duty have to die because of these violators.
538  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should we red tag and create a flag for ICO bounty managers that do not escrow on: October 31, 2020, 02:15:49 PM
That's has been the issue since the beginning I also am a victim of bounties that failed to distribute their tokens even though they reached their softcap, this is one of the reason I left doing bounty in ICO or cryptocurrency and joined Bitvest, you are working for nothing and you are just wasting your time, I hate to be a victim of deceit.
539  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time that there will be no new altcoin projects anymore on: October 31, 2020, 01:02:44 PM
Since the creation of Ethereum and other smart contract-based and token creation platforms we have seen the number of newly launched projects token created, we now have thousands of dead tokens and coins but many are still create it seems many tokens just come and go.

Do you think we will have a time that there will be no new tokens created and people will stop investing and supporting new tokens or coins?

That's not going to happen there will always investors who wants to make profit and there are niche and community that can be explored, people can join partnership group, company and create their own token, it will only stop if we have a strong regulation, that will stop fake projects, it will  not stop but it will minimize new tokens and projects.
540  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple the next bitcoin? on: October 30, 2020, 04:10:03 PM
As we all have seen ripple has been quite strong these past few days and with all that it has done over the past months compared to most other currencies and the launch of xrapid is actually starting to show in its price.
There is so much talk about ripple taking over bitcoin and being 10$ what are your thoughts on this?

I'm glad you are asking because you are not sure, and your hunch is correct it will never beat Bitcoin and whoever talk about that Ripple will beat Bitcoin are either working on Ripple or partners or bag holders of Ripple, that are very eager to get rich quick.
They have to get past Ethereum which is leaving Ripple by miles, but you can still dream, it's free to dream you know.
