1181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: market red on: June 16, 2018, 12:45:58 PM
What is your strategy for the fall of the market and your forecasts

This is where big whales make money or profit, by buying low and selling it when the market recovers, there are two people here pessimistic and optimistic, you know where you stand on how you look if the market is red if I have funds I'll definitely buy more good coins to hold.
1182  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is Bitcoin largely used on deep web? on: June 09, 2018, 01:02:16 PM
is bitcoin largely used on the deep web because of the anonymity it offers and is it the only payment method available if your shopping on deep web or there are some other payment method aside from bitcoin and how big bitcoin is on deep web?

Many people are into dark web now, and they used Bitcoin for all their transactions, this could be the reason why there is a good support from Bitcoin, but we can also use it as a payment processor in the normal web and many merchants have adopted Bitcoin as one of their payment processor.
1183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Still did not get bounty rewards? on: June 08, 2018, 11:47:09 AM
Yes this is my questions among all bounty hunters. In my 4 months on doing bounty i campaign i have promoted 2 ICO's already and the first one still counting the stakes and still working on the distribution of the tokens. Some had receive already and i thought about receiving too but until now no tokens found in my digital wallet even after searching it on etherscan if there are relatively made a transaction to my digital wallet address and there is none. I have gave my effort and quality time for them to promote their project that includes also the resources being used like internet connection fee and the electricity are all wasted for the project i guess. I think this could be my last project to promote and if i still will not get any rewards then quitting is an option.

That's really unfortunate I also done some facebook campaign and have not received my rewards that were a long time ago from then on I just concentrated on signature campaign and look for a trusted coin to join, even in bounty campaign there is still risk in not getting paid.
1184  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin Rewards From Mining - Still Economically Viable? on: June 06, 2018, 11:48:38 AM
So the question is with so many people all over the world mining Bitcoin especially those with Bitmain type miners and farms, apart from the pool operators who continue to benefit, is the share received viable for others to mine Bitcoin when keeping electricity, time and effort in mind?

Only pool operators and with big mining farms can benefit from Bitcoin mining, and it also depends on your location if the electricity is much lower, if you are an individual and you are looking to mine alone, you are going to regret if you calculate your cost and your profit.
1185  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we make sure that our money we invest in Bitcoin is safe? on: June 06, 2018, 11:25:39 AM
I just want to know how those people behind bitcoin secure the money they will invest because as far as I know there are lots of hackers all over the world.

it's not recommended to invest on bitcoin without knowing what Bitcoin is and how to secure it, not because people say that you will double your profit if you invest in Bitcoin, you will readily jump in without studying what its all about, spend more time reading what Bitcoin is and watch a lot of videos about bitcoin on youtube to secure your investment.
1186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: All my money in 1 altcoin - Too risky? on: June 05, 2018, 12:18:46 PM
Hi,
the altocoin market is so variuous and there are dozen of interesting projects that can be supported.

But  i'm a little investor (500$) and i'm seriously thinking to put all my money in only 1 project I think is very good which curretly is in the top 40 of altcoins. I don't want to say the name because my topic wants to be very general: what do you think is the risk  by doing so? Should I invest in 2 or 3 coins instead?

Thanks
Invest in 2 or 3 coins however small, the market is highly volatile and there's no guaranty you can make profit from one coin, just take three coins with good potential, so you will either make a profit or break even, your chance is good to compare if you invest in one coin.
1187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What if every country has its own crypto currency on: June 05, 2018, 12:10:42 PM
Wouldnt it be nice if each country in the world issues its own crypto currency just like they issue sovereign bonds and they raise funds from there to fund projects in their economies. I know Venezuela tried to do something like that, but the project was already being killed by the governments opponents before it took off.  Now lets assume that didnt happen could it be a good way to create some form of sanity and confidence in the crypto world.

Sometimes ago some countries tried to do that, but they failed miserably if they want to raise funds, they can just tax their people, instead of creating their own coin because there are still a lot of people that thinks that bitcoin and other cryptocurrency are bubble that's waiting to explode.
1188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pre sale or ICO? on: June 03, 2018, 01:18:09 PM
When is better to buy crypto, on pre sale or on ICO? When you buy on presale, you can get good bonuses, however when you buy on ICO you have a better gurantee not to be scammed.

Both have advantages and disadvantages, but if the project passed your criteria then buying in their pre sale has a huge advantage than buying in their ico, the biggest task is to check if the project is legit if it is legit then pre sale and ico is ok both options are profitable.

Even if you are a small investor, you should also diversify so you will not be in a total loss in case there is a bear trend, diversification will always the key in cryptocurrency investment I have not known a holder who just concentrated in one coin, even if it is bitcoin.
1190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Major drawbacks in ICOs, overcome on: June 03, 2018, 12:45:18 AM
It seems to me ICOs are a bit of a thing of the past right now? Or is it just me?

It's just you, so many ICO is still running and going to launch, just check the bounty thread and the announcement thread almost every week 2 to 4 new ICO are being launched each one promising better technology and profit for investors.
1191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why wouldn't you invest on ripple? on: June 03, 2018, 12:29:07 AM
Hello there,

I am new at this topics, many of my  friends said that ripple is the worst cryptocurrency,
because don't represent the spirit of a cryptocurrency has to be.

May be someone can bring me more reasonable argument about why i wouldn't invest on ripple or in other hand, invest on it.

please, all the help will be appreciate because i want really learn all about crypto.

If you want to make a profit short term and long term then go for Ripple, if you adhere to cryptocurrency principles, and a big fan of decentralization and peer to peer transactions then ignore Ripple, I don't have Ripple because I am for decentralization.
1192  Other / Off-topic / Re: bitcoin on movies 2 on: June 03, 2018, 12:07:24 AM
to help with the bitcoins position as antagonist to protagonist in movies, do you have an idea how bitcoin will be helpful for the community?
who do you think will be suitable for the castings?

i wish to have leonardo de carpio as the main character same as how he portray jordan belfort on the wolf of wall street.

I read a long time ago there was an ICO about making a bitcoin movie but the ICO was such a big failure because the team cannot provide their expertise on how they are going to make that movie, or who are their contact, but in case I want Keannu Reeves as the main character.
1193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO Pool Collection - never miss a presale again !!! on: May 31, 2018, 12:30:58 PM
This is a good opportunity for Ico investors, they will have a list of the best and legit ICO to invest and they can get into the presale because of this kind of program, I'm sure there will be a lot of pools coming up because it serves the ico the investors.
1194  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can any other crypto replace bitcoin? on: May 30, 2018, 02:39:07 AM
There are many cryptocurrencies out there, the fluctuation is wide and big. There’s a need of a coin that uses a process to stabilize its value.

No doubt that there is no other cryptocurrency or altcoin that can supersede the bitcoin. At least not for the next 5-10 years. Of course there are many rising competitors like Ethereum, ripple and litecoin.

Do you agree???

With so many fish in the market there will always threat on who is the number one, and in the cryptocurrency the top 5 are so good that they can take Bitcoin if they can improve their product, it used to be litecoin, now we have ethereum waves and the up and coming credits
1195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are investors got tired of ICOs? on: May 28, 2018, 02:52:16 PM
It seems that investors got tired of ICOs in the last months. Do you believe that ICO hype will come back soon?
If the ICO is going to profitable, people will still invest, investors got tired of ICO because there are so many scam ICO now, its hard to find the right ICO to join and invest because some of them fail to make it in exchange and some admins quickly run the money of investors.
1196  Economy / Reputation / Re: Is stocks.exchange a scam? [IT IS NOT - only a little buggy / mediocre support] on: May 27, 2018, 10:25:28 PM
I think that there a lot of accounts on forums to talk negative about stocks or other crypto. Just for there own. Like other big exchanges that have benefit of it.

Really, stocks.exchange doesnt steel money. I agree the support is not the fastest. But it is also a small exchange yet, with a few employees.
Are you going to trade there, and risk losing your coins?, reputation is very important exchange should have a fast support ticket and they should fix the issue as they arise, so to avoid people posting how shit their service is, it's the exchange fault, not the trader's patience.
1197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The effect of altcoin on bitcoin? on: May 27, 2018, 10:22:48 PM
Since the advent of bitcoin in 2009 led to cryptocurenccy experts competing to make another new coin like bitcoin, this is ALTCoin, where ALTCoin moves at the rate of bitcoin, most people use ALTCoin as the fastest way to collect bitcoin , because the rate or rate is often very promising against bitcoin, began the emergence of many ALTCoin make some coin is just a boom but also many investors and the various types.
What is the effect of increasing the amount of altcoin on bitcoin?

Honestly, they put the cryptocurrency in a bad reputation, what I mean are the scam coins, so people many loss their investment to these scam ICO but with legit altcoin, they give bitcoin a good support in the market, but with so many coins in the market it becomes confusing to newbies.
1198  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Loan for investing in btc. on: May 27, 2018, 01:30:18 PM

1199  Economy / Reputation / Re: Is stocks.exchange a scam? [IT IS NOT - only a little buggy / mediocre support] on: May 26, 2018, 11:14:31 PM
I don't know what to think about this exchange, scam or not.
I sent some BTC to my stocks-exchange account and bought some LCE coins.
Everything went smoothly with no incidents. After that the price of LCE went up a bit
and i decided to sell my coins. I put an Sell order and after couple of days when i logged in
my account, surprise surprise!!! They cancelled my LCE/BTC order, opened new sell order
on the lowest price available. Sold my LCE coins, with those BTC they bought USDT.
After another few buy and sell orders they bought NEXO coin (i never heard of them before)
and finally they wasted all my coins. They put those fake orders in such way to dry up my
BTC. When i opened one ticket they told me that i have to read their FAQ, like there is any
paragraph that give the the right to interfere with clients account and make unauthorized Trades!!!
After that they say that i may used a Trading Robot and that put the orders on my behalf!
Can you believe that? After that they say i may given my login details to someone else and he/she
made the trades in my account!
People, i can't believe myself how someone can go to such a low moral just for some few miserable
satoshi. I did not lost an hand here or any huge sum of money, it was around $260 but my problem
is that i damn hate scammers. I warn you all, everyone is reading this post, stay away from this
wannabe Exchange. Like you see in the posts in this discussion board, they're picky, meaning that
today they pick one, tomorrow they pick another one. Sometime they delay your withdraw for their benefit
they cancel a trade here and there, they make some fake trades in your account and waste your coins in
their benefit. They do that in a such way that people can't call the right scam strait away. And after
your turn come and mess with your account they tell you simple in your face. PROVE IT!
I have all the screen shots with all my orders, the order they cancelled, the fake orders they opened,
the screenshots and links with my deposits but they say that i intentionally made the orders, i lost
my coins and now blame them. Well, i make orders to lose all my coins! I am blind. I am an idiot?
I sell my coins for nothing and then blame someone else, WHAT THE HECK OF MENTALITY IS THAT?!!!
I say again, stay away from this strange exchange, you may be OK for now but tomorrow you will be next!
No doubt about that!

Thanks for posting this I was about deposit some coins but seeing they are new to the industry I double check and look for reviews coming from actual users, now even if they offer high price for some coin, I will not risk my coins trading to this exchange, the risk outweighs the price, people should not use this kind of exchange.
1200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why up to 80% bounty campaign extend the deadline? on: May 26, 2018, 10:49:56 PM
Hi there! I participating in several bounty campaign. In 4 out of 5 campaign deadline was extended. In one be extend for a month, in another - for 2, in a third - for an indefinite period. Say please, this is normal or it is attribute of scam?
Thank!

I left one campaign that extended its campaign for 3 months I think this is not good 3 months is such a long time 1 or two months is ok with me I could have done two campaign by then, but if you have a lot of alt accounts it will be ok to go for a long campaign.
