That is great news. Now to get mstrongbow on a case for them. Switches are in--I'll be weighing and packaging orders tonight to determine how many can be shipped in what size of box. I'll be contacting each group buy member in the order we've listed in OP. Stay tuned.
The switch is well constructed and the solders are tight and professional--my initial opinion is high.
Cheers.

Thanks for being so responsive and listing the versions and features. I also appreciate you getting them on DropBox. :-)

Nice! Did you get your Red Bull? Comprehensive guide is comprehensive. Need more red bull.

I use EVGA 1300 Watt Supernova PSUs for them. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438011Suggested/recommended psu? 10 psu is needed for a moq set. It's going to be a wire jungle ! Can the dps2000w support 2 miners 24x7 ? Looks like a little to close to psu max output. For stock settings i think 1 only 1 pcie needs to be connected and 2 if oc? Not too sure myself so owners please confirm.

Starting with the 8-28 version there is a tab at the end for updates. CrazyGuy
There's an 8-28 firmware available for download now. You can now upgrade firmware from within the UI.
Really? What UI are you using? Mine does not have any place that could conceivably be used to update firmware. Only way I see to update is overwrite pi image.
I will hold off on my review then it was going to be published in a few hours. I'll be running the official (yes official) ASICMiner Tube thread, it will be up tomorrow.

Hi Nate, The 3.4.4 update has been a nightmare. That is why I had not gotten together with you about the BTC Garden I have been troubleshooting MM. I just posted the only error I can get on GtiHub. Usually it just crashes out and bfgminer will keep running in the background as well as sgminer. So weird.

|
|
I will raise some funds for you if you can get it supported? How much would you need?
|
|
|
Perfect. I can set it up to run my 5 Rockminers. That will be fun to see. I will pick up another SD card tomorrow and get it going. I got your PM I will respond before I got to sleep. Hang in there my friend. Now the question is can it be supported? It would be great and very handy. I know right! Just got word back from my buddy...it was Minepeon that he was using with these LCD's.

Nate, Just a bit of an update. I am DL'ing a new image for the BTCGardens. Once I have it up and configured I will check MM and see how it goes. I will email you tomorrow to setup access so you can check it out. Thanks again for the updates as always.

Because we can. Why did you decide to participate in it? Why do people actually participate in this thread?

That is how I overclocked was to SSH in. They are beasts though they are easy to use and just keep going. It is too bad the HW got so high it would have been nice to hear yours just ran at 500. At least you know you can push them. Did the reject rate stay low? Overclocking is easy enough with v3 firmware on bitmaintech website. The v3 has a pull down menu for speeds. There is an s3 support page somewhere around here and someone will know whats going on if you don't. Installed the latest FW on my used b1 and shortly after noticed the fans were louder than usual. Checked status and found it hashing at 500GH/s -- yikes! Found the clock menu and it provides no options between stock and 500GH/s, so am back to 441 GH/s and reading through the support thread! At least, status wasn't indicating HW issues ! Before seeing your post, I retried the 500GH/s clock and looked more closely. The ASIC status display was OK, but then I realized the HW count was growing kinda fast. Calculated it out and dropped the speed back to stock again. 500GH/s appears too high for it, though can probably reach something a little more modest. Unfortunately, appears I can't access other o/c values via Windows, only via Linux !

At least, status wasn't indicating HW issues ! It is a difficult decision as the S3 is nice being so power efficient and easy to use and deploy. I know I cannot decide either. A reputable Bitmain Antminer dealer is offering $380 shipped for a current version S3, is there any reason whatsoever why I should consider waiting for an S3+ (regardless of dealer?) What is the advantage?
S3+ is cheaper with 10 extra hashing and opertuninistic 500 gh overclock. Bitmaintech is charging in bitcoin so unless on the 20th they ask for the difference bitcoin is cheaper right now. I made the mistake of asking family members and I'll probably end up with paper stock instead of an s3+ so grab that offer before I do.. Bah! Current S3 is actually $390 shipped! Decisions, decisions! Finally decided to pick up an S3+ for a total of two, but am considering another S3 as well -- just isn't a whole lot of difference between them and arrives much sooner.

Can you put it on dropbox or mega? I have tried over 14 times now and the DL from Baidu keeps failing. That is great news. Can you link it for me? Is there any new firmware for the BTC Gardens yet? The last I have it 7-19 and while it is ok it is still buggy. The API is messed up as well as programs like MultiMiner can find them but they show as idle when they are running fine.

I am sure that would be even harder to follow. Don't you think? What did I just read?
Why you didn't quote the above question? Do you think I can't read the thread's title? Do you think it is that simple? By that, do you mean a simple question that may have a complicated answer, or a question of arbitrary complexity that has a simple answer? Abiding by this thread's title -Answer the question above with a question. -, (note to self: fresh up on comma after dash proper usage) how the fuck did I miss this question? Did you aim at it while drunk? Wasn't this question just answered? It depends, which branch of the question chain is the good one now? I don't know do you know which is the correct one? Can somebody please answer the above? Will the next question below suffice? Who is going to answer all these questions? Should we start another thread, 'Answer the previous answer with an answer', just to keep the universe in equilibrium?

We really have to figure out a US host as it is so slow to DL from Baidu. That is great news. Can you link it for me? Is there any new firmware for the BTC Gardens yet? Should we care and why are we debating it? I don't know do you know which is the correct one? What did I just read?
