521  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 💲💲 Stable Coins?? 💲💲 on: July 23, 2019, 02:43:30 AM
My experience with stable coins is with Tether alone. Way back then, there was only USDT that was very popular. The rest in your list are rather new. I have not used any other stable coin aside from USDT. Well, I do not use it that much even. There are only some instances when I prefer to have my holdings in a very stable condition as preferred to have them in Bitcoin or altcoins. Most often, I do this during very hard market seasons.
522  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trump’s Tweets Causes Cryptocurency Price To Tumble on: July 21, 2019, 06:23:27 AM
Hello... Friends... Is it true Trump’s Tweets Causes Cryptocurrency Price To Tumble? Recently I read the news Trump’s Tweets Causes Cryptocurrency Price To Tumble

Not a dent, mate. The tweet of President Donald Trump was quickly made into news by some media outlet, although not worth reading at all. We all know that it was a statement that did not go through enough thought or even research. It was obviously a comment that was just borne out of a few whispers of some people close to him and not out of sheer knowledge. The experts' take on his tweet right after was more worthy of news.
523  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is NEO so silent! on: July 21, 2019, 05:17:14 AM
Its been long I hear anything as regards development from NEO blockchain. I just want to know if you guys have heard anything recently about NEO.

The hype of NEO has died down a lot. I can still remember how NEO was promoted as if it is going to be the leader of all altcoins. Even before NEO became a NEO, it was already aggressive with its Antshares name. I guess with the advent of so many projects, NEO has moved down a bit. But then it kept its rank within the top 20 as far as market cap is concerned. And just recently, it has announced its partnership with Ontology.
524  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin so valuable just because it was first? on: July 20, 2019, 04:55:43 AM
To be honest, I think it has a very huge impact. But then, can we really dump Bitcoin because of the technology which some might consider inferior? I cannot imagine anyone would do that except the people from the altcoin Bitcoin Cash.  Grin We all know that the blockchain that Bitcoin has started has been the inspiration of so many others, modified, improved to a significant extent, fees are much lower in others, much faster, too. But the value of Bitcoin has surpassed technology for now, it simply represents every other blockchain and the entire cryptocurrency.
525  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best tips for who will invest in BTC for first time? on: July 20, 2019, 03:47:32 AM
I got confused with your questions and main point. Anyway, here are my 2 cents:

1. Before thinking of buying, please familiarize Bitcoin first. Know Bitcoin thoroughly. And because you intend to buy Bitcoin as an asset, familiarize its price movements as well. You might end up dumbfounded by the way it rises and falls.

2. Buying Bitcoin is not that hard but keeping it is, much more trading it. Bittrex, KuCoin, Binance, Coinbase, HitBTC, and so on are some of the exchanges from where you can buy your BTC. Please read the reviews of your exchange of choice.

3. Do not trade for now. If you want to buy, just keep it for the time being, while you are still learning.

4. Please, start with a relatively small amount. You do not invest into something you are not yet familiar.

Good luck to you!
526  Economy / Economics / Re: Where and How to Spend Your Bitcoins? on: July 20, 2019, 02:19:13 AM
A lot of people in recent days have started to look into digital currency, but here is the question — where and how can you possibly spend your bitcoins and altcoins?BTC

As far as altcoins are concerned, it is only with Litecoin that it is widely accepted. Many altcoins are strictly used for certain purposes, mostly within their ecosystem or design alone. But as far as Bitcoin is concerned, it is not that hard. You can pretty well live nowadays with Bitcoins alone. You can, for example, order your clothes from a shop accepting Bitcoin payments. You can also eat at restaurants where Bitcoin is also accepted. Furthermore, you can also travel with your Bitcoins.

530  Economy / Economics / Re: Top Three Emotions to Check to Succeed! on: July 19, 2019, 01:44:38 AM
Sometimes, or even oftentimes, emotions will really run the show. It is hard to simply cut your decision into the rational and the emotional and use one or the other at the most perfect time. That couldn't be possible at all. The most that we can do is to minimize our emotions every time we are analyzing the charts and make our trade calls. Rationality has to rule and overcome any emotion in trading.

532  Economy / Economics / Re: Another good news for cryptocurrency in the Philippines on: July 18, 2019, 02:32:31 AM
I am from the Philippines and have been to Iloilo several times. I admire that the city does not only boost of a beautiful and well-organized city, but also of an advanced way of doing commerce.

However, I am mainly curious as to how the legal papers would be accomplished. Would they be indicating the sell price in their deed of sale in Bitcoin? I'm afraid that would somehow be considered illegal. I assume that papers would still be bearing the value and payment in fiat, in Philippine Peso for this matter.
533  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where to invest long term aside from Bitcoin? on: July 18, 2019, 02:06:43 AM
If you have read most of the responses here, I suppose you will decide to buy some Ethereum in addition to your Bitcoin holdings. They are right. Ethereum is one altcoin that you must also invest into. The largest amount goes to Bitcoin of course. The next will be into ETH. The third one I will recommend to Monero (XMR).
534  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH Right Now: Will Do A Bull Run Too? on: July 17, 2019, 03:47:34 AM
Current update: Ethereum is now very low at $198 as per the coinmarketcap data. This means there was no bull run yet. When ETH climbed as high as $300 plus recently, it was rather a test, an attempt for a bull run. It has obviously failed at the resistant. Well, this is going to be an opportunity to enter into the ETH market with a cheap price. The real bull run is not yet happening.
535  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BUYBACK TOKENS SOLVES DUMPING on: July 17, 2019, 03:14:35 AM
The buyback mechanism really have good effect on dumpers trying to dump their tokens ,lately two projects I promoted started buying back their own token from bounty hunters or big whales who wants to sell off and move on ,the first project is miracle tele project and the buyback is already on going ,the second one is about to start and the name is CHELLE Coin, buying back tokens is a brilliant idea what do you guys think?

Buyback idea is a good initiative by the project team. It means they are putting value to their tokens. They do not want any unnecessary dump. If someone wants to dump, the team will absorb it, causing no damage to the price. However, serious dumping is something that is caused by losing trust, very slow to no development or progress at all, unresponsive team to concerns and issues, lack of innovation, repetitive failure to fulfill what is on the roadmap, etc. A project cannot prevent dumping by buyback if the mentioned factors are present.
536  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Bitcoin Cafe on: July 17, 2019, 02:41:30 AM
This is a creative way of using a big brand name to promote ones company. I guess it is illegal if done with registered companies.. Fortunately for the café owner, Bitcoin isn't owned by anyone... so he won't be getting sued by anyone .
If not for the hostility towards bitcoin by the authority, he would definitely be accepting Bitcoin as payment.

For sure, the owner cannot be naming his business after Bitcoin if he will not accept it in the first place. But since Bangladesh has yet to be enlightened about the real deal of Bitcoin, his business will have to do with fiat for now. But it is always a breather to see business like this and people supporting Bitcoin in a country which does not consider Bitcoin legal. These are tiny little steps that for sure whisper to the government something in favor of legalizing Bitcoin.
537  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why don't US gov buy a trillion worth of bitcoin? on: July 17, 2019, 02:05:50 AM
We all know the US gov rules, dictate to rest of the world.
So if they cornered the btc market, afterwards the btc price could only go up, factor with this  a few btc friendly directives, and a massive coup would have been achieved.
What is the downside?

I don't see any reason why the US will buy a trillion worth of BTC. Just to have the power over the BTC market? Is that what you mean? And they are to go friendly to BTC as well. And then a coup would ensue. That would be the best thing to happen to us. But it would be a suicide to the government. The true rulers of the world, the billionaire bankers, would see to it that the government will not do anything stupid about this issue. Otherwise, government positions and even life could lose.

539  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you be mad if satoshi sold all coins they own right now? on: July 16, 2019, 03:30:14 AM
I hope they do.  Cool

Nice one! I hope he or she or they won't.  Grin

And I guess he never will. He has left the Bitcoin world. He was not after the value of Bitcoin after all. He was after the fulfillment of his vision, which is to provide humanity with a great alternative currency. A currency that represents freedom more than anything else. I don't think Satoshi Nakamoto is even tracking the updates and news right now.
540  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why president Donald trump is not a fan of bitcoin? on: July 16, 2019, 03:04:11 AM
Donald Trump tweeted that “ He is not a fan of Bitcoin and other Cryptocurrencies, which are not money, & whose value is highly volatile and based on thin air”

“If Facebook and other companies want to become a bank, they must seek a new Banking Charter & become subject to all Banking Regulations

What's the reason behind this criticize?

Well, the world be turned upside down had Trump announced that he would be supporting Bitcoin and that it would be totally all right for every american to use Bitcoin over fiat, and that it is also all right for companies to create their own unregulated cryptocurrencies. That is going to make a much bigger news than the one he just pronounced. But then, the reality is that Trump is the president of the USA, and consequently a puppet of the real rulers, the bankers.
