@LightningNetwork sold !
542  Other / New forum software / Re: [proposal] Stake Bitcoin address in profile setting instead of Secret Question on: July 30, 2016, 04:53:32 PM
I like the idea, +1 for me !

I think the private key of a bitcoin address is the most secure and 'secret' thing for a bitcoiner so I love the idea to recover a forum account directly using a bitcoin signed message.

You get an Eth Fork!
And
You get an Eth fork!

EVERYBODY GETS AN ETH FORRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRK!

545  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ETC] Ethereum Classic: Immutable Smart Contracts on: July 30, 2016, 07:37:34 AM
Why should ETC tokens have value at all? The tokens depend on non-consensus of ETH and them moving over. Otherwise the snapshotted state has no meaning. The occurring fungibility problems are a huge red flag. Listing ETC is bad for the exchanges who have to deal with this. This really shows the issues with hard-forks.

ETC is ethereum pre-hardFork, so why not keep it and change ticker/name to the other ethereum hardfork to something like ETHF or ETF ?

How much for @AugurProject  ?

Make an offer, I don't really know how much it could be its value. Remember that when augur will be released it will be huge, so it's better to prepare the community on various platforms of discussion (slack, reddit, telegram etc...).

0,50 btc for augur project telegram nickname ?

No, thanks.

Advisor not developer and obviously he was on of the co-founder of ethereum project, so it's normal that he joined ETC (the real ethereum).

ETH ha avuto un bel crollo, ma ancora non sono livelli preoccupanti
ETC invece sta andando bene

Lets get back to keeping ETH talk here, and ETC talk in the ETC thread.

There is 3  ETH now:
ETH pre-fork (it is history now)
ETH fork (pro-forkers choice)
ETH non-forked (identical to ETH pre-fork and direct successor)

This is why exchanges have to maintain different wallets and keep track of the 3 eth-tokens!

Only the original ethereum blockchain (ETC or ethereum classic) and the ethereum fork blockchain (ETH).

If you didn't upgrade the client than you are still on the 'original old' blockchain, which is ETC aka ethereum classic.

I just want to virtual card. not a problem at low limits for me. but I certainly do not want to share my id, address, photo etc.. which service would you recommend ?

I suggest you wirex (formerly e-coin). If you want you can register through my signature to obtain a 25% discount on all available plastic cards and obviously a free virtual card (this is currently a promotion of wirex).

i  got in touch with wirex. They stipulate various documents. I do not want to share any personal details.

Then try advcash:
