541  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price. Will go up? or Will go down below $8600? over the night on: January 22, 2020, 08:08:41 AM
Now the bitcoin market is progressive so it would be beneficial if you buy it now and stay active to avoid any loss even in case of any possible dump, suppose if you buy at a future just set a reminder to sell out if the value drops by more than $50 to avoid incurring loss and then buyback when it starts to recover. It's not easy to just invest and relax assuming we will get ROI as we used to do in the past.
542  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Who bought Bitcoin in late 2017? Still recovering or fully recovered? on: January 22, 2020, 07:24:34 AM
Sad, I understand what you might be going through but yes there is always a scope of improvement and since you have already waited for such a long time of almost 2 years I would request you to wait till halving as there are possibilities of further improvement and meanwhile you could do daily trading in order to partially recover the loss which has been incurred in case if you are good at trading.
543  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Pain of a bounty manager. on: January 21, 2020, 09:18:40 AM
Bounty manager is an extension of the team to manage their bounty project, and of course we as bounty participants also cannot 100% blame the bounty manager, if indeed the project fails and is fraudulent, because to my knowledge the managers are also paid when the project is finished unless the manager who handles bounty projects with BTC fees usually there will be someone who acts as an escrow so that payments for bounty participants will be guaranteed, but if the project pays with coin ico of course the manager will get paid after the project is complete and all spreadsheet data has been sent to the project team, but if the project is fraudulent, of course the manager will usually not get paid the same as the bounty participants.

Yes indeed, that the worst part wherein bounty manager filters the data by keeping the cheaters and spammers at bay by individually checking the details but don't hear from the project owners after submitting all the details and Athero bounty was an example of greedy management and short-sighted fraudulent activity done by the management and bounty manager and hunters were at receiving end.
544  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What about WAVES? No one talks about it anymore! on: January 21, 2020, 08:52:21 AM
Absolutely no idea why the Waves is alienated as it was the talk of the town at one point of time during the bull run, I still remember users recommending waves and monero as alternate to Ethereum and Bitcoin but nowadays we don't see any news about these coins and even the management are least bothered to make an impact in order or them to bounce back.
545  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Pain of a bounty manager. on: January 21, 2020, 08:14:08 AM
Yes we are talking about the hassle which the bounty manager goes through and bounties of good projects which fails and the development team ends up with huge loss, as a result, they could not focus on further developments and just don't bother to distribute the bounty tokens to the bounty hunters until the investors trade the tokens or else just shuts down the project.

Management's fault:
They tend to be greedy at one point of time and starts thinking that if they distribute the bounty to the hunters they will dump it anyway nad the value of token will crash down and they dealy the distribution meanwhile the bounty hunters start writing bad about the project and there were instances that the genuine bounty projects were termed as scam for this issue.

Bounty hunter's fault:
Bounty hunter just join any random campaign without investigating and then they are the greediest bunch(not everyone) I have seen while managing the campaigns as one user registers with hundreds of fake accounts and that too their account has followers who have nothing to do with crpto as most of them as desperate who just follows the twitter account by looking at fake DP of some hot girls which are often used by the hunters to gain more followers, moreover, the bounty users enter their ETH address on some other person's profile as well and if the bounty manager does not check that then the cheater will get paid twice and the person who works hard will not be paid, submitting false report is one of the main concern wherein the bounty manager has to check thousands of report and some of them just copy-paste old reports to get reward without working.

Then comes those users who keeps spamming the telegram group by sharing some scam projects and irrelevant stuff from numerous fake profiles.

I think the whole bounty process has become a shithole and the worst part is that the signature campaigns are not entertained by bounties as they want to reach wider audience without knowing that most of the social media campaigns do not reach any real audience as it reaches some fake profiles who follow the bounty hunters just by looking at their picture.

Regardless of the issue, the bounty managers are cursed as if they are paying out of their pocket. Users needs to understand that even bounty managers are paid for their job just like bounty hunters and most of the time even they are not paid for their hardwork. Even a slightest negligence from bounty hunters gets them a negative trust thanks to those merit thirsty users who tries to blame it all on bounty hunters to get a merit.

this is just a brief of not even 5% of pain which bounty managers go through.
546  Economy / Speculation / Re: Monday Is the Best Day to Buy Bitcoin? on: January 21, 2020, 07:16:08 AM
Worth reading but still I would prefer to buy and sell based on live market situation as whatever happens in bitcoin remains as history which doesn't often repeat, If we would have had bull run every December and dump every January then I could go by this chart since we cannot guarantee that an identical day in the world of crypto I would suggest to go with instinct and market situation instead of set algorithms.
547  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto market moves in like a mystery! on: January 21, 2020, 06:52:48 AM
Apart from the whales manipulating the market and the world affairs in regards to the crypto which affects crypto either in a positive or negative way, the remaining fluctuations remain mysterious I feel traders do have a union and since they hold a huge amount of crypto they are capable of manipulating the value as per their convenient.
548  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin Numbers Continue Exploding in Spite of ICO History on: January 20, 2020, 05:05:28 PM
Even the investors are aware of it nowadays and they don't invest in the projects that's why most of the ICO's don't even reacht he 10% of their softcap, right now there is no investment in the market it's just bunch of scammers coming up with copied projects in order to run away with investment if they could find any noob but it's not working anymore. Eventually, we would see an end to this.
549  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The future of bounty looks uncertain on: January 20, 2020, 04:55:14 PM
That true, ICOs are dead and most of the time bounty hunters are victims because they spend their time and energy only to be fooled or to be offered zero-valued tokens. Bounty hunters are partial to be blamed for jumping into any random bounty without checking any details and also I have seen bounty hunters doing all sorts of unethical practices to earn more. I cannot find even a single bounty apart from those few bounties who pays few cents per week which has a proper project and development team.
550  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is on its best start-of-year streak since 2012 on: January 20, 2020, 04:43:06 PM
It can be said that 2020 begins like a dream. I was sure that after such rapid increases at the very beginning of the year, the correction would also be very big. However, it turned out that yesterday's correction was relatively small, so if the price does not fall more in this week, we should see further price increases soon. .. So we are waiting for breaking $10k now Smiley

Yes, 2020 was nothing less than a dream start wherein most of us were assuming that the market will dump as it does every time during the new year but it proved the opposite this time. This has set an example that bitcoin does not follow the trend which also makes us wonder whether we will go through the much-antisipated bull run which has been predicted post halving, I would say this is really a confusing situation and we need to think multiple times before making a call as I made a mistake by cashing out last month before the sudden surge.
551  Economy / Economics / Re: Thoughts on the World War 3 and its possible impacts on future? on: January 20, 2020, 04:32:58 PM
As of today, situations have calmed down and moreover both the US and Iran are dealing with their own internal issues and I don't think Iran would afford to go on war with US at this point due to internal conflict and daily protests which had partially paralyzed the country before the assassination of general Solemani, Iraqi protests to keep Iranian out of their country's internal affairs and the casualties it has faced due to involvement into MiddleEast battlefield. I don't think they would go for war.
552  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Alternatives Like BTC Becomes Necessary As World Debt Reaches $253 Trillion on: January 20, 2020, 04:23:50 PM
Bitcoin can play a cameo in avoiding these debt issues but it cannot resolve this issue as we need to first figure out the reason why everyone is in debt as most of us own our debt to one particular family which controls the bankers throughout the world and need to focus on avoiding the debt as banks are just fooling us because they just showcase digital figure and if we all cashout at the same time then the bak might go bankrupt. Bitcoin cannot be a sole alternative rather it can help in bridging the gap if we have a plan to avoid debt.
553  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: This is why you shouldn't trust a Centralized Exchange! on: January 19, 2020, 07:58:03 AM
But we don't have many options left as DEX are poorly maintained and when you look at DEX exchange you don't feel like using it due to it's GUI and issues you face while using it at the same time we cannot term CEX same due to recent hackings and unnecessary restrictions which are imposed over us. This issue can be resolved with the emergence of good DEX with proper functionality and smooth UI.
554  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum: Sinking ship or Sleeping Giant? on: January 19, 2020, 07:43:21 AM
The current price of the ethereum is on the dump state. But I am hoping that it is just sleeping and preparing itself to have a bull run like what will happen on bitcoin. For sure when the price of bitcoin rises up, the other coins including ethereum will increase its price also since they are dependent on the market movement of bitcoin.

Don't forget Ethereum was once trailing around $60 and now it has almost increased by three folds, there is more to come and IO think Ethereum will definitely rise to a new level as the value of bitcoin has already started to increase and as per my knowledge once Ethereum's value is increased it does not need any support from bitcoin for atleast 3 months, just take the first quarter of 2018 for example.
555  Economy / Economics / Re: Do Not Blame Bitcoin, No Government Want To Make Its Citizen Millionaire on: January 18, 2020, 05:33:56 PM
Bitcoin economy will collapse because too much money out and of course. It can't be a reason for Bitcoin price growing. Only high demand makes price go high.

There's no correlation between the bitcoin price and the fiat or money. Bitcoin price will go up once the demand will increase and the supply, of course, will less because bitcoin has a limit and it is a fixed amount. We can not blame those governments on what they believed because they are blindly and did not see the good future of using bitcoin. They are always afraid of money laundering which is the obligation to pay tax will be affected.

Definitely government will miss out a huge amount of tax due to the money laundering activities but at the same time government is trying to intimidate it's citizens to stop using bitcoin through warnings over emails, ATM machines and this is not just because of money laundering but they are afraid that they will not be able to suck out money from citizens like they had been doing till now in terms of tax and they will lose control over the money if people adopts bitcoin.
556  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you sure crypto is the future currency? on: January 18, 2020, 05:24:31 PM
Crypto currencies will indeed be the most preferred digital currency if we get mass adoption but I don't think any country has made crypto as it's official currency except the fact that Venezuela made a headline that they will launch their own crypto named Petro. There is still a long way to go for crypto to be used just like any other online payment methods.
557  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Celebrities using Bitcoin today? on: January 18, 2020, 05:15:54 PM
Most of the celebrities who use bitcoin don't speak up about it due to the volatility of bitcoin as their endorsement will lead to mass adoption and if market goes down then they will be targeted and moreover they might run into legal trouble with their government depending on the country they live. Crypto and bitcoin is not for everyone it's for geeks and those who choose to have control over their money. I don't think celebrities will ever promote bitcoin but they will continue to invest in it.
558  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How to maximize profit on: January 18, 2020, 05:04:22 PM
I would suggest to go for it but you need to be very active and need to have a proper market research and updates because here timing matters the most as things can change in minutes when it come to crypto. I would suggest to sell when the value reaches peak and starts to drop by few dollars only then you can lock you btc at highest peak. In order to bug buy cheap and same technique applies for buy back as well.
559  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Ethereum reach the 1400$ mark this year? on: January 18, 2020, 04:57:02 PM
This is an impossible task to achieve as I feel Ethereum can reach a maximum of around $1000 if we have a bull run similar to 2017 that too not not guaranteed so anything over $1k for Ethereum does not sounds feasible to me.
560  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: January end , can BTCtouch 9k? on: January 17, 2020, 04:42:28 PM
Yes I strongly believe that bitcoin can easily surpass the marl of $9k by the end of this month if we the market trend remains the same and we are almost there so it won't be difficult to reach this mark.  There will always be a doubt when it come to this volatile crypto market but this time the market is favoring towards growth.
